Hunter headcanons because he’s a silly guy. (Final…probably.)

Hunter joined a band called the Howl hounds, with the mascot being a hell-hound named Howler.

His scars often get sore and are more sensitive because how large they are, needing ointment to be applied to them. (Definitely applied by Willow when they get into a romantic relationship, but also by trusted adults and friends.)

Sees Flapjack in his dreams and has nightmares about Halloween night, but once being taught how to astral projection he was able to actually see Flapjack and that cured some sides of his depression since he always believed he was responsible for the death of Flapjack. But Flapjack told him otherwise in the astral realm, making Hunter feel better. (Also met Caleb and other golden guards in the astral realm.)

Uses all his guardians last names but in the human realm it’s Noceda half the time and in the demon realm it’s Deammone half the time. His full name is: Hunter Wolftin Noceda-Deammone-Blight-Porter. (Gets the last name Park when/if he marries Willow.)

Worked at a wolf sanctuary in the human realm during summer vacation. Also volunteered at the animal shelter in Gravesfeild with the rest of the hexside squad, plus visitors from the demon realm such as Viney and Eberwolf.

EDIT: Following feedback, I’m changing the Willow/Chilchuck panel from “A parent in a child’s body who is just done with everyone’s shit” to “Carrying the team, Done with everyone’s shit.” I don’t want anything I produce to be hurtful or upsetting to anyone, so even though I don’t feel it’s as impactful, and least it’s not infantilising. This will probably achieve little to nothing now the meme has breached containment but it’s the least I can do. Thank you all for feedback.

They are both artificial lifeforms created by a villain (Gerald Robotnik and Emperor Belos) who at this point is over 100 years old.

They were both modeled after a Blond(e) good person/hero (Super Sonic and Caleb Wittebane) despite being made by villains.

They were both used to avenge a relative of their creator who never wanted to be avenged (Maria Robotnik and Caleb Wittebane) by killing innocent people who the person being avenged specifically did not want to die!

They both spent most of their lives not knowing their true species.

They were both redeemed by a magic loving young girl (Amy and Luz) who a lot of people ship them with despite it being a terrible ship (no hate to shadamy shippers).

They both glow yellow when using certain powers (Super Shadow and Flapjack/Waffles' powers).

They both have a big heroic sacrifice and die... but then immediately come back.

They both lost someone incredibly important to them: their first true friend... (Maria and Flapjack)

They're both fan favorite characters and rightfully so!
