SIGHHHHHH
I’ve always loved Ratigan’s design- it’s perfection. His large imposing figure (as he’s a rat, duh) compared to the rest of the cast, but because he disallows himself to be held to the regard of a rat he carries himself with immense grace. He’s so fluid and graceful for a character of his build, reflecting just how hard he’s worked to conseil his identity. It’s not that he wants to be a mouse, it’s that he doesn’t want to be perceived as a rat. Rats don’t exactly have the cleanest of reputations, and Ratigan refuses to let that fact define him. He’ll show them, he’ll show them all.

The best incarnation of Batman is when he’s a autistic, socially awkward, edge lord who’s good at talking to children because he too deep down is just a scared little boy and he understands them.
The best incarnation of Superman is when he’s a shockingly average, small town himbo who’s socially clueless- not because he’s an alien, just because he’s a silly guy.
And the best incarnation of the joker is Lego joker.

Guy saves up his work money to take Honey out on a fancy dinner date
if this wasn’t an invitation to write this…then this will be very embarrassing
i’m sorry if it’s not good 👀
Honey couldn’t really process what they were hearing.
“Want to go to that fancy restaurant on 7th? Hopefully, because I already got us reservations!” Guy stood looking at them with a gleam in his eye.
I mean, of course they had gone on dates with Guy a handful of times before, but to somewhere “nice”? Never. They were both fresh out of college, still dealing with the burden of tuition.
A few hours later, there they sat. Guy had put on his nicest black suit- tie and everything; even used some gel to tame his hair. Honey put on their nicest outfit- they bought it for a friends wedding and hadn’t worn it since. Despite neither of them dressing up often, they sure knew how to show up and show out.
Honey stared at him, knowing that they were always told they would never find a partner because of their attitude, but there he was, the person they loved more than anything who loved them back with the same amount of enthusiasm.
“Guy…I love you so much” Honey muttered, unsure is they wanted him to hear
“What was that? Sorry honey, it’s loud, i can’t really understand” Guy asked
“I love you“ they repeated with a bit more emphasis behind their words
“Yeah, I heard you the first time” Guy giggled to himself
“Asshole” they huffed under their breath
“Hey! I take you to a fancy dinner, get all dressed up to look mighty fine…even though it’s hard not look mighty fine when you’re me…*ahem* and you still have the gall to insult me?!?” He threw his hand to his head in a dramatized sigh as he melted into his chair.
They both start laughing as the rest of the people in the restaurant seemingly disappeared due to the pure love and tension between just the two of them.
