Let me say, with my wax wings probably too close to the sun, I understand why Watcher is doing what they’re doing. YouTube has been a shit show over the last few years and many creators have jumped ship because of it. It’s unreliable, almost anything gets demonetized these days, the amount of ads is a load of shit, and the customer service is horrible.

However I wish they had taken a different approach, like making their streaming service free with ads and then a premium version. Though, I am not a business savvy person so perhaps the only viable option with their current production value is the way that they are doing it. I do wish the idea was introduced better though, because it’s already biting them in the ass. 

TLDR: idk nuance is fucking weird and gives me a headache but life’s too short to be mad at every little thing all the time and it’s like six bucks and I’d probably pay once and cancel after that and just binge because that’s how I watch anyways because I have ADHD and can’t watch something weekly without losing interest
