Bdubs' speech patterns & quirks

i made a post a while back about Bdubs' typing habits and ya know what. ill be a little stupid obsessed and unhinged again and do this one. might be useful for fics.

been watching this man from day one and im trying to throw together everything i can in my head. he really hasnt changed that much if we arent considering a shift of humor and energy-- but i will regard it at certain points for clarity of how his speech is handled.

General speech pattern

Through time Bdubs has gained more energy in his voice, and more confidence in how he speaks as a person presenting in his videos. But he still has his quirks, quirks that have remained forever.

biggest one. There is a big habit of stuttering in some sense. Either on the same words with the intended phrase:

Example: "You-- you don't- you don't understand!"

or a phrase that is altered during the stutter:

Example: "Yeah but-- you-- I don't think you get it..."

They aren't the stutters people default to in most cases (no "y-yes" "i th-thought.." etc-- in *some* cases you can throw this in but i suggest the bigger ones and never make it too frequent).

Theyre long and very obviously, and make him take longer to get his words out. sometimes it cuts his train of thought and he stops his sentences, maybe even starts over entirely.

in addition to that, bdubs also cuts words in a way i think most people will- goin', gonna, thinkin' etc. however at times he will enunciate the whole word for effect (plays into his "exaggeration" described below)

With his awkward pacing and stumbling, there are times where he fumbles and might say something in a "weird" way. sometimes, it becomes purposeful! he'll keep doing it when its funny, but you can tell its more of a slip than on purpose at first. there are far too many examples of this, but its obvious that he picked up the funny way of saying 'hermitcraft' on purpose at a certain point, for example. this may be hard to get across in writing however and its not as important.

bdubs loves to exaggerate. personality wise, hes like this obviously. and it plays into how he talks. boisterous is the best word. dont be afraid to go hard on the exclamation points or question marks! "!!" and "??" may describe what you want when you need to imply more of his noise.

Exclamations, regarding swearing

Bdubs doesnt swear anymore, but its worth addressing it, in context to what... replaces it, in a sense. or if youre writing something based in the years when he did swear.

Lets get one thing straight. bdubs does not say fuck. like, even back when he swore. there may have been some very light instances of words slipping (the old video where he completely bleeped out his words may have likely had that) but it is not how he spoke on the regular.

bdubs' most used 'bad' words were "damn", not as often "ass". he used a lot of 'safe' words-- shoot, crap (crapper, directed at someone/thing), frick (fricker, directed at someone/thing), dang ('dang man'), freaking (this is exclaimed very strong when it comes up, as if he was saying "fucking". comment phrase "very freaking funny!")....

these are the most frequent choices. id say bdubs has the capability of more swears, but it would be a last resort/under extreme duress.

Other notable phrases

Some of these fall under 'exclamations' at times, but i wanted to address the phrases he says in response to things, one subject is what people like him say in place of things like "oh god". you can see this in some hermits too, but bdubs does not say "oh (my) god". there is no exclamation of "god" when he needs to say something like this.

some are more or less frequent in the overall timeline, but you will likely hear...

"judas priest!" "oh goodness!" "oh jeez/jeezer!" if there is any phrase regarding god its a sorta "dont use the lord's name in vain" situation. none of the "oh god" stuff.

in terms of other frequent phrases,

"Trying my heart out/off" pops up a lot, and it means that he is trying hard at something whilst also saying he is 'putting his whole heart into it'.

Older/less frequent these days:

the good ol 'pet names'. it is/was never a super frequent thing (that bdubs/etho ooge video was surprisingly frequent...) "sweetheart" is most likely, "baby" but not always in a 'pet name' way, just a casual word to throw out at nothing. might get a "darlin'" in there too. the instance of calling someone specific those things is not super common, but still important to note.

a final notable one is "boy", directed at others in a more like. jokingly stern way. "What are you doin' boy?" a direct aim at a person, perhaps in a (joking) accusatory way at times? (wanted to comment there was an early ooge instance where etho picked it up as well lol). and imo i saw this way more in the early days, less so now.

Conclusion

bdubs has a variety of expressions in his speech. generally very relaxed and sometimes even careless, hes not tryin to focus too hard on every word he speaks. which is only natural! imo i think his personality is what affects this more than anything. hes silly, extroverted, and acts first.

his 'loudness' and stutter is important and it can be hard to express through words. outside of the way you describe the way he tackled talking in fics, seriously dont be afraid to double those punctuation marks imo. definitely dont be afraid of those big 'stutters'!! its probably the most defining part of his voice imo. i hope this is useful and feel free to add on or ask about it!

You can (and should) laugh at me for this, but am I the only one who prefers that the band hasn't said anything about gaza because I'm lowkey terrified I wouldn't like what I hear if they did? Like I breathed a sigh of relief when I saw Andy was part of a fundraiser for the palestinian children's relief fund because it was semi-solid evidence that the other guys felt similarly but it's still not concrete evidence, and if any of them had opinions more in line with Gabe's it would both break my heart and absolutely ruin the fandom for me, and I can't change how they feel so I would rather just not know, and I am absolutely aware that makes me a coward but I was also too cowardly to ask my immediate family what they thought for MONTHS even though I was 90% sure they would agree with me and I have not said a DAMN thing at work either because I really don't trust my coworkers. so let me preface this by saying that i am not under the impression that fob minus andy are active zionists or anything as they have not given me a reason to believe such a thing; that being said, i think that at this point, at their level of celebrity, that silence is complicity, to a degree. this can be said for anyone with a platform who has not spoken up, at this point. and imo pete’s silence plus him/his family still being close with biden is already not…great. he should have experienced far more backlash than he did from the fandom for attending that white house party; people let up on him because he deleted the post which as i’ve said before was the right thing to do but that doesn’t take away from the fact that he did go.

gabe rightfully got his ass handed to him and ik everyone has different levels of what they’ll tolerate, but to me the white house incident was pretty fucking bad and i was surprised no one came for pete even half as hard. i understand the bidens are his family friends or whatever but at this point it cannot be ignored that the man himself is a genocidaire. so.

anyway i understand your anxiety, i think it’s normal to be upset at the thought that the individuals responsible for something you’ve invested a large amount of your life in are not good people. regardless, and i hope this doesn’t sound harsh, but i would suggest trying to come to terms with the possibility that the other three maybe do not have the best or most correct opinions re palestine; i don’t think any of them, as i said, have actively horrific beliefs, but to me their passiveness (as well as pete’s continued involvement with the bidens) is itself a moral failing.

idk there’s a lot to be said on this topic re complicity and celebrities in general but that would be too much for me to get in to tonight. i think it’s also necessary to remember that this is far bigger than fob which is part of why i was saying i don’t understand why we’re not flooding their insta comments since most of foblr seems to be involved with pro palestinian initiatives to some degree. idk i suppose it can be argued that swifties are just “badly behaved” or whatever but like i said i see a good amount of them every day mentioning that she STILL hasn’t said anything and i feel like we could be doing the same not just with fob but with other bands in the scene like mcr.

honestly i dont get the "bi lesbian" discourse in particular. like obviously any and all exclusionism in the Be Yourself Regardless Of What Society Thinks community is dumb and stupid but that in particular i dont get

since like. to me (obv u dont have to agree), labels are meant to be *useful*, to convey information. the best labels make a useful statement that can be used to act in a more informed manner; "i have autism [gives information on potential behavioral patterns and needs]." "i am a straight man [gives information relevant to sexuality; both who you're attracted to, and gives information on whether the audience is likely to be attracted to you]." "this is a hill [this area of land rises above the nearby land]"

and to me, "bi lesbian" does that; it expresses a lot in a very concise and relatively intuitive phrase! to me (obv u dont have to agree) it expresses "i am (approximately) a woman who is attracted to both men and women, but ESPECIALLY (approximately) women". and that's useful information!

it also doesn't help that, like *any* attempt at categorization, there will be edge cases and fuzzy boundaries. the definitions between a lake, pond, pool, and reservoir are fuzzy. the distinction between a mountain and a hill is fuzzy. the distinction between a river, creek, stream, and brook are fuzzy. all of these have vague differences, like a river is generally considered to be bigger than a stream, but the cutoffs are inexact and subjective, because nature doesn't like categorization. human gender and sexuality is a lot like this, there is no objective cutoff, people are going to disagree on what exactly counts as what. and that's okay! you don't need to have the exact same definition of river vs stream, or hill vs mountain, or lesbian vs bisexual, because the boundaries are always going to be weird and subjective there; just don't try to force your definition on others and gatekeep things based on subjective cutoffs

Hi there! Just so you know "#what does that Gonzalo Pizzaro one mean?#El Dorado doesnt exist??" - Gonzalo was ordered to explore east of Quito to investigate the rumors of a rich native kingdom to the east, called El Dorado in what is now Peru. Cortes was active in Mexico and had nothing to do with the rumor of El Dorado. But they used Cortes because name recognition. Both were horrific human beings.

OH THEY WERE ABSOLUTELY HORRIFIC. (side note this is totally rambly bcuz i only ever got to infodump to my mum once about this)

ig going to investigate rumours of El Dorado makes sense, the way it was phrased made it sound like he found it. and ive looked into the story of El Dorado so ik that's. not possible. not that you need any knowledge on El Dorado to know that it doesnt exist in the way it does in legend.

the story of El Dorado, and therefore El Hombre Dorado, is 100% what i expect from colonists. i mean, they literally found what they were looking for and were like "No The Golden Man and lake of gold isnt enough, and renaming it El Ciudad Dorado is too much work so THE GOLD" (idk if that Spanish is correct, i havent practiced in years)

i am actually genuinely so frustrated (and outright murderous) that they literally found it. they FOUND IT. and couldnt just be like "oh they obviously dont use gold as currency" and instead were like "THERES AN EVEN BIGGER MOTHERLOAD"

like i get they were Conquistadors so they were even more. like that. than the other colonists. but still the entire story would be funny if it didnt involve the enslavement, genocide, and subjugation of indigenous South Americans.

tbh you’re kind of inspiring me to want to make a similar thing to this but like, coming in from the other direction? making things more supernatural and fantastical than realistic and whatnot. like, cats definitely do not eat plants as medicine, but instead conduct rituals with them. cats will have powers, but the vast majority are little things like having a somewhat better sense for prey than their peers, or being able to draw water out of plants, and so on- having a majorly useful, powerful ability is usually a clear sign that that cat is meant for big things. technicolor deviantart OCs are obviously too unrealistic, but more improbable fur patterns, etc, are known to exist. there is definitely at least one heroic red-eyed cat. sometimes a twoleg- er, human- comes by that they can communicate with*, that teaches them things about human culture. kittypets are known to swear. hauntings are not uncommon- usually friends and family being visited by a deceased prankster, but also murdered cats haunting their killer. though, the latter especially generally manifests itself as really bad luck, due to starclan cats having limited ability to affect the world and the average cat not being able to see them, which leads to something along the lines of “guilt is following Catname” being a phrase. though, it’s worth noting that it’s frowned upon in starclan for a casualty of war to haunt the cat on the other side that killed them- something something sore losers should have at least a little respect for the winner. some cats have a talent for magic, something like 1 in 9 (usually only one kitten per litter, but 2 isn’t unheard of), which puts them on the track for being trained to be a, uh mage** cat i guess instead of medicine cat. frankly while i get that it’s a role with gravitas i never understood why there’s only one senior medicine cat training one apprentice per clan at a given time, it just seems like there’s a lot of risk of either the apprentice being left untrained or the clan being left with no medicine cats at all due to untimely death. the clans are bigger due to generally living closer to 10-12 than 8-9 as well as higher survival to warriorhood, but are in turn more susceptible to things like plague, or magical maladies. i think they live at the lake here, because 1) i say so /lh, 2) as an american i’m more familiar with american geography (i dont know what a moor is lol), and 3) i think it would be a funny juxtaposition with your redux

“AS ABOVE SO BELOW” by VIP Skylark Album Dissection

I first was introduced to VIP when grabbing some soda from an exotic pop shop in LES. I hadn’t heard any music by Mr. Skylark but my first impression of him was that he was a humble and enthusiastic young artist. I come across alot of creatives and it’s pretty easy to read people based off how they react to me telling them I run a platform where I interview artists. Clout chasers, phonies, and wannabes alike stick out like a sore thumb after I drop the “I have a music podcast” card. VIP was different. I could tell he was special 30 seconds after shaking his hand. Shortly after meeting VIP I briefly met A$AP Illz, VIP’s manager and cofounder of the world renowned A$AP Mob. It was so bizarre meeting someone of that calibre in the music industry so casually. It felt unreal in the moment and i’m still not sure if it really happened or I was just super high.

The first track I got to listen to from VIP was “EXIT WOUNDS” Featuring RX Papi. It was a shocking and pleasant introduction hearing VIP and Pap rip into this flutey beat like 7.62 through a car door.

One of my favorite things about VIP and his music is that there’s so much more behind the gritty rap lyrics. Starting with the Title of his project “As Above so Below” also known as “The Principle of Correspondence” is originally a phrase that stems from 9th century Arabic texts and is often found in later medieval latin philosophy and all throughout history. It has several interpretations but English-Grammar-lessons.com says

“You can use the phrase, “as above, so below,” when you’re referring to unexplainable events in your life or the feeling of karma. The phrase links the astral planes to the physical realm, referring that what happens in the heavens will also play out on earth. The phrase suits social and professional settings, and most people in all generations will understand the meaning of the phrase.”

This is no accident. Behind the grimey trap instrumentals VIP sprinkles references to great philosophers and scientists like Niccolò Machiavelli who is referenced several times throughout the project. There’s no shortage of ancient latin phrases either. VIP is undoubtedly a modern day renaissance man who lives a fast and unconventional life. This is a story he tells throughout his project whether describing switching lanes in a hellcat or going over the plugs head and finding his supplier.

One of VIPs greatest strengths on these tracks is his ability to rap on crazy and unconventional beats. The production is versatile throughout the project but draws heavy inspiration from psychedelic trap as well as sample drill. One of my favorite examples of this is on “Mr. Walk It Dont Talk It” which sounds like an audible manifestation of VIP battling a black hole that is growing bigger and VIP is using his lyrics to try to seal it shut. You hear as the echo of the black hole intensifies so does VIP’s cadence which speeds up to a pace where he’s able to seal the black hole shut. Another great example is “Fight or Flight” Ft. Kushcloudzpookie. VIP and Kush slide on this beautifully atmospheric beat that I describe as a the echo inside a magical cave full of crystallized stalagmites.

There’s no shortage of collaborations on this project either. Rx Papi appears a whopping four times on some of the best tracks on the project like “Fuck Suge”, “Paranoid Moving”, and “Steppers” which also features Lotus Love. Sample drill legend Shawny Binladen appears on “Dub City”. Juggrxch appears on “Dub World War” one of my favorite tracks on the project.

Behind the tough and confident exterior that VIP puts off there’s are demons that follow in his shadow. VIP isn’t shy about this, he mentions losing his brother to cancer and self medicating his deep sadness with drugs. This is one of the many sad but real consequences of the lifestyle that VIP lives and as sad as it is VIP talks about it as he pleases. This darker side of VIP’s conscience is hidden behind a upbeat drums and flow that is overshadowed by subtlety haunting melodies that can be as seductive as they are evil.

“As above So Below” is really one of Vip Skylark’s first classics. With Vip’s talent and the mentorship of A$AP Illz he is sure to go far.

I recommend listening to this album on a cold summer night in the car with a blunt and possibly a cheeky doublecup of wock.

4. Men secretly love the chase but dont play hard to get for too long or else they will lose feelings. Let him chase you but dont make him run a marathon just to say hi.

5. Act unbothered. If theres a fight dont lash out, call him names/ raise your voice. State the facts, not insults.

6. If theres arguments sometimes, let him win. Dont always try to win even if your good at it, or else he's gonna think "She always wants to be right"

7. Talk slower and dont rush your convos.

HOW TO STOP OBSSESING OVER SOMEONE

(( Getting obssesed is ur coping mechanism bc Daddy issues, but dont let that get in the way of your daily tasks ))

I. Get rid of that idea of him you created in your head. They probably arent all that.

II. Start prioritising yourself and self love more.

III. Instead of thinking abt him and his life. Think abt yourself and what you want to achieve and work on your own goals.

III. Dont blow up their phone with texts. Allow them to be who they are.

9. When a man is not replying, give him 3 days. 3 days of no texting, no calling, no anything. If you stay attached to him and keep looking around for him, he knows and can feel that. If you give yourself time to detach, he will always come back.

YOUR INDEPENDENCE TURNS HIM ON::

I. ALWAYS live by your own rules. If you wanna do something do it, if you dont wanna do something, dont do it,

II. Move to your own rhythm instead of dancing to the beat of someone elses drum

III. Choose what you will or will not tolerate

10. Shower him with love then Ignore him for a while, keep the convos short, this drives the human need for consistency and validation.

Dont ignore fully just enough to keep him wanting more.

11. If he tries messaging other girls, let him. If he wants to ignore you, let him. If he wants to play with your feelings, let him. It will give you the clearest picture of when your gonna leave him or not and youll save yourself from bigger hurt in the future.

12. Give him compliments but dont overdo it.

19. DONT speak bad about people. Always maintain that kind, soft, coquette energy. Never cross anyone unless they cross you first but try stay unbothered.

20. Walk out if he invalidates your feelings if your tryinf to get your point across on whats morally right thing to do.

21. NEVER complain that he doesnt do/get you enough. Praise is the way to make someone do better "I love it!"

22. Never overshare about your life. Oversharing shows a lack of confidence.

23. DONT enter the stages of deep trauma talks too soon after meeting him, he will feel his personal space kinda violated, try to figure out his boundaries. Try to be vulnerable with him with your struggles in a way that he can also relate to, that will let him know that its also ok for him to be vulnerable with you.

24. If he keeps asking for more general pics of you, then he most likely likes you for your looks and not your personality.

25. Dont trauma dump/ nag him abt ur srs life problems all the time. There are online therapists for that.

They decide to save the world because NOT saving it because a bunch of jerks were cruel to them is REALLY fucked up. Imagine being a random citizen in that scenario. The world is being destroyed and the chosen hero who is supposed to protect you willingly lets you die because a bunch of other people who you might not even know hurt them. It's about being the bigger man! You don't have to forgive those who hurt you, but you shouldn't just let others suffer because of the actions of someone else.

i think it may be quite a normal reaction. some people dont becoming more understanding or gentler because of what happened to them, but rather bitter and wanting revenge. “if i suffered, why dont they have to suffer too?” it comes with a lot of complicated feelings, especially if the ones that hurt you are now the ones that are begging for your help.

eh i mean? i guess?? but i dont think realistically a lot of people would suck it up and be the bigger man. people are often childish and egoistic and they usually think only about themselves quite a lot,, which is why i think this trope is just unrealistic skdhjss im not saying its bad im just saying its?? overdone?? i like the trope where the supposedly proclaimed “hero” slowly spirals and realizes “oh shit this does not make any fucking sense why am i doing this” and slowly transforms into a “villain”. its just more interesting. and also i feel that “being the bigger man” is used in so many,, books and films and its usually bc “oh no the humanity needs you! its for the greater good! suffer for us! suffer for the greater good!” which i think in general is a very conflicting thing?

and the “you shouldnt let others suffer because of what someone did to you”.... yes, ideally thats what someones morals should be. but if the world hurt you beyond the limits and kicked you when you were already laying, would you rather suck it all up or watch it all burn down? it takes a lot of self reflection and truly a lot of.... compassion and empathy and sacrificing yourself. and i simply dont think a lot of people would do that. “sacrifice yourself for us! for the greater good!” no, i dont think i will.

but yeah, most of the time, the main characters are “ideal” and so because of that of course they will sacrifice themselves. of course they will do it for the greater good. of course they will become the saints and gods and they will be the face of the new beginning. of course they will be the savior. im simply saying, the trope is overdone and unrealistic imo. but its all abt what u like tbh

For starters, we all know he isn't the most... in touch with his emotions. But he's more than ready to show whatever emotions he has to for you. I mean, he doesn't just cuddle anyone when they seriously need it.

B = Best friend (What would they be like as a best friend? How would the friendship start?)

Well, you probably beat his ass somehow in some training activity Aizawa set. Or you stood up to him when you were younger to protect Midoriya. Whatever it is you did, it made him appreciate you so much more. Also, he'd basically be like your little bodyguard or guard dog so take advantage of it. He would never admit to any of this by the way.

C = Cuddles (Do they like to cuddle? How would they cuddle?)

I mean... of fucking course he does!!! It's not like he'll go out of his way every time to do it with you, but when he's up for it, he won't want to let you go.

D = Domestic (Do they want to settle down? How are they at cooking and cleaning?)

He never really imagined himself settling down with anyone ever. Of course, his mind changed when you can into his life. You're the first person to ever make him question what he wants his future to be like. The bonus to having him as your boyfriend is that he's an amazing chef and he cleans very well and often.

He'd be very reluctant to do it in all honesty. This is Bakugou we're talking about, he doesn't do anything without putting up a fight. Unless he has to do it to protect you... that's really the only way he'd ever let you go.

F = Fiance(e) (How do they feel about commitment? How quick would they want to get married?)

Well, the subject of commitment is very new to him. What, with him being emotionally constipated or whatever... but he'd probably ask you to marry him after a couple of years of dating.

G = Gentle (How gentle are they, both physically and emotionally?)

Let's get real here, he isn't known for being gentle with anyone so why would he be gentle on you? However, he can be a big softie on a rare occasion or when he's drunk.

H = Hugs (Do they like hugs? How often do they do it? What are their hugs like?)

He's not that much of a hugger unless you really really need one. Honestly, he's surprisingly good at comforting people once he himself has opened up to them. So expect a lot of bear, comfort hugs from this man right here.

I = I love you (How fast do they say the L-word?)

It took him a few months. Listen, he's not used to showing how he feels to people so openly, so when he did, he was a shy b o i.

J = Jealousy (How jealous do they get? What do they do when they're jealous?)

Well... most people think it's concerning how easily jealous he gets, but you find it adorable. The worst he gets is using his quirk on them, but usually he just verbally threatens them. Like I've said before, he refuses to let you go.. he loves you too much for that.

K = Kisses (What are their kisses like? Where do they like to kiss you? Where do they like to be kissed?)

They're kind of steamy and passionate. Every now and then, they're just soft and loving. He kisses you on the lips and neck normally and you love that as well as forehead kisses.

L = Little ones (How are they around children?)

We all know he's angry towards children or anyone for that matter. But his own brats? Well, his personality does a complete 180. It scares you honestly, but you wouldn't have it any other way.

M = Morning (How are mornings spent with them?)

You both cuddle for a bit when you wake up before actually getting out of bed. It's a slow start to the day for you both that involves lots of love and hugs and kisses to wake up.

N = Night (How are nights spent with them?)

This is easy, you do some things that aren't PG and things that are very fluffy and soft. It's not abnormal for a friend or a family member to come over and see you both cuddled up, under a blanket with a movie on the tv.

O = Open (When would they start revealing things about themselves? Do they say everything all at once or wait a while to reveal things slowly?)

A couple of months into the relationship, he starts opening up a lot more to you. It comes in drabbles, but eventually, you get the bigger picture of Bakugou. After a year or so, you have every piece to the puzzle that you need to see the picture it holds.

P = Patience (How easily angered are they?)

Very easily. He has a short fuse so if you push him too much, he'll snap and yell at you. I promise he doesn't mean it, angers just something he's never been able to completely control.

Q = Quizzes (How much would they remember about you? Do they remember every little detail you mention in passing, or do they kind of forget everything?)

He remembers a lot actually! He may be shit with remembering people's names, but when it comes to you he finds it hard to forget anything. The little things and the big things, he knows everything you've ever told him.

R = Remember (What is their favourite moment in your relationship?)

I'd say when you went in your first date together. He's never been so happy in his life to be with "his nerd" as he called you. But seriously, he loved it and although he might never say it out loud, he appreciates that you gave him that chance

S = Security (How protective are they? How would they protect you? How would they like to be protected?)

I'm just gonna put it out there... he's very protective of you okay? Like, he saw one guy look at you wrong and the next thing you know he's over there telling him to fucking watch what he's doing. He just really loves you and doesn't want to see you hurt ever. Trust me, he goes off on one of you get hurt during training to the point were you have to be completely hidden from him during it.

He doesn't like being protected as much but if you do, he wouldn't really mind it and appreciates that you'd help him in a time when he's in danger or vulnerable.

T = Try (How much effort would they put into dates, anniversaries, gifts, everyday tasks?)

He plans it really well actually. He takes you to nice places and simple ones just as much as each other, he gets you trinkets that he knows you'll love and big gifts on occasions

U = Ugly (What would be some bad habits of theirs?)

When he gets really angry, he uses his quirk and destroys something in the house. You're slowly growing used to it but it still annoys you because "OI!! I PAID GOOD MONEY FOR THAT POP ROCKS!!"

V = Vanity (How concerned are they with their looks?)

I'd say he's moderately concerned about how he looks. He gets beauty sleep still and even goes as far as to book spa retreats for you both under the excuse that he wants to see you relax. We all know it's because he likes the facial treatments they use... we all know that Bakugou. There's no hiding it.

W = Whole (Would they feel incomplete without you?)

Omg... this pomeranian right here would be l o s t without you. You finally helped him realise his feelings and understand them and now you're just gone? Hell no. He'd slowly break in confusion but pretend like nothings effecting him

X = Xtra (A random headcanon for them.)

He's a sucker for playing stupid board games with you. You make it, he'll play it. It doesn't matter what the context of the game is or the rules, he'll play and he'll win.

Y = Yuck (What are some things they wouldn't like, either in general or in a partner?)

He doesn't like it when his s/o talks down on themselves or gives up without a fight. I mean, he's gotten over a lot in life to get to where he is, so he wants someone similar to him in that sense. Sure he understand you'll have that odd day or time period, but if it's all the time it begins to annoy him.

Z = Zzz (What is a sleep habit of theirs?)

He mumbles his well known phrases in his sleep. So you'll be sleeping peacefully and then the quietest "die" you've ever heard will just come from him. It's super cute surprisingly!! Every now and then he'll mumble an "I love you"

This is mostly me daydreaming off of your writing, but for that postcanon/domestic au thing you have, i always have a soft spot for it because while domestic AUs are nice, I���ve never read one that captured my feelings towards relationship dynamics and parenthood. I often read books/fics where the maternal parent (usually the mom) is the one who is emotionally attached to motherhood and kids. I’ve read so many stories where a mom will just abandon her personal goals for raising her kids, or starts out not wanting kids but the moment they’re born she does a 180. These stories are nice and I appreciate them, but i also dislike how 90% of the time this seems like the only possible outcome. The other 10% is used to show that a woman not being emotional about kids/motherhood = bad human being. I remember seeing a detective show where the bad guy was this woman who was stealing babies of homeless people and the “connection” for how she could do that was that she was cold tempered and gave up her own kid for adoption because she didn’t want to have kids. So like it’s full emotional motherhood or terrible parent, no in between. When i read your domestic AU i dont get that feeling all. Not only are L/H dynamics different to the stereotypical relationship dynamics but the way you portray their parenting makes me feel like my views are valid and that im not a bad person. When i tell people that im not cut out for parenthood, that im too selfish to put a baby before my work, people don’t believe me. They tell me I’ll change my mind once i have one of my own. The fact that most media supports this mindset makes me feel like im a bad person for feeling different. So seeing a hange who isn’t aware that she’s pregnant cause she’s so busy with her work, seeing one who struggles to be a provider when levi gets hurt is so refreshing man. I can’t really thank you enough for writing types these fics. In your recent one with the bad words, there was one line that stayed with me, something like “do you want me to make dinner/ no, i want you to spend time with Luke”. It’s probably just a throwaway dialogue line connecting the bigger themes you have, but for me that line meant a lot and i started to imagine scenarios where hange struggles to accept being a parent, struggles to connect emotionally to a being that not only can’t fully understand her but also doesn’t have patience to listen to her, shows affection through education over cuddling and such, etc. Babies can be a fun “science project”, but they’re not sitting patiently in a lab waiting for the scientist to figure them out, they’re bawling at 3 am for the 10th night in a row. I am sort of self projecting here, but it’s just nice to see something different for once. Lol, sorry for making this long, its hard to phrase things sometimes.

I'm gonna be completely honest. I didn't grow up with the most hands on mother or actually the most hands on parents in general so like 'Hange' parents were the type of parents I grew up with and 'Levi' parents are kinda the wish fulfillment for me, or the parents which I didn't have but when I stay in people's houses, when I watch my cousins, siblings or even my friends parent, those are the type of parenting methods I swoon over.

My parents were the type of people who birthed us and just went straight to work after. Like 'what is a maternal leave/paternal leave' levels of dedicated to their work.

Most people would probably think my parents weren't caring or a lot of people tend to treat that as 'bad.' I see the other way around too where when people choose to stay at home and raise kids and other people say 'don't you wanna have a life' like choosing to dedicating your life to kids is also a bad thing lmao.

Regardless of what you do, there will be people who criticize parenting methods anyway lmao. Like yeah, my parents were major workaholics, not very hands on but I think as kids, we all turned out fine.

I mean my parents weren't horrible people either. They are very reasonable people. They approach all conflict calmly. They rarely cry, get mad. And when something bad happens, they sit down and just discuss it and how to solve it calmly lmao. And they were amazing providers.

So like, I never actually saw the 'Hange' parenting or even the 'Levi' parenting thing which I write out as a bad thing?? Parenting is parenting? Parents are constantly trying to raise their 'mini mes' while trying to have a life at the same time.

- annabeth isnt smarter than leo but neither is leo smarter than annabeth. ive seen a lot of discussions about who is smarter and heres my hot take on it: neither. theyre equally smart, just in different ways. leos a genius mathematically speaking. he has no issues solving math problems meant for people much, much older than him. annabeth on the otherhand, is great at strategies etc. she can make an army of 1000 more powerful than the enemy, even if theyre outnumbered. so in my opinion, both are equally as smart//u cant compare their intelligence, because their talents lie in two different areas.

- while i do agree rick riordan isnt a god and that hes bound to make mistakes,, AND that hes given us a lot of representation,, if the representation offends the people its sposed to represent, then theres a problem. im talking about piper as a poc and wearing feathers in her hair. im not a poc, so i cant speak for them on whether or not its wrong, because i dont know either. HOWEVER, i have seen multiple posts BY pocs talking about how they didnt really like rick’s representation of piper, and thats an issue. pocs have been and are still oppressed and discriminated against by many. as a white cis man, we cant really blame him for not knowing (tho he could have done a research,, asked some pocs,, idk), but by representing pocs in that manner, hes influencing impressionable kids/teens into thinking “oh pocs wear feathers in their hair all the time” etc, which isnt true. the pjo/hoo series is extremely successful, and kids who read the books will probably start forming inaccurate opinions on pocs. the amount of fan art that depicts piper with feathers in her hair dont help either. “but rick said so in the books, so its canon” yeah well rick isnt a god and he can get some things wrong at times. im not saying we should cancel him, im saying we should start educating ourselves and not spread false info like pocs wearing feathers in their hair all the time. also that snake song shit where she sang Summertime was just- yeah. bc heres the thing you can be racist, and still include minorities, but portray them in a racist way. And even then, ignorance isn't a thing to admire. Getting those facts wrong still has a major impact. It continues to perpetuate racist stereotypes.

- the fact that most of the strong female characters in the series refuse to be “girly”, and ngl i dont really like that. just because ure girly doesnt mean u cant be strong. 

- piper would have been a great way for him to start making the strong characters act girlier, but instead he went with the “I’m not like other girls” trope which is quite obnoxious to hear constantly, and I don’t think it’s necessarily great for younger girls to read that idea growing up.  the closest we've ever had to a strong female character who was also into "girly" things was Silena. when I was younger I admired Piper's "I'm not like other girls" thing, but then I got older and realized that the whole mentality of "not like other girls" is super obnoxious, and a little bit toxic

Some more thoughts about recent chapter....

As I have already talked about in a previous post (x) Alex is clearly the guy in this photo with the tie, but what we are actually seeing are two separate attacks. Sakazaki and his gaggle of goons outside with the smoke bomb. Vs Suited men in gas mask, inside using some kind of sleeping gas. What we are seeing is Asami rescue by Alex, on Maxim’s orders.

This is confirmed later when Maxim says :

The scene behind him is when Sakazaki threw the smoke gernade, from the outside - not the gas from Alex’s attack happening inside.

Now there are questions about how Sakazaki find out about where Asami was. To me this is not that surprising. He was outside the warehouse when it all went down and he might have stuck around and seen them leaving - to me it is more surprising that it took that long for him to find out where Asami was! It was only a matter of time honestly...

Sakazaki does seem generally surprised at seeing Akihito. But maybe he thought Asami would take him too? But maybe he also didn’t know anything about Akihito even being there?

For me this dual attack that we see happening almost simultaneously in the beginning, in a way may represent the dual problems that our protagonist are fighting in this new volume.

Sakazaki and Sudoh on one end, who I think are to blame for whatever happened to Akihito. Who also represent Asami’s present.

Meanwhile we have Maxim and potential even Asami Senior on the other side. Representing Asami’s past.

Maxim is basically telling Asami to come back to the family organization and stop “playing around”. To them, the life Asami made in Japan, is nothing more than playtime. His business in Japan, being a powerful crime lord in the underworld is seen as small time compared to whatever Empire Maxim and their father have. They make it out as if Asami’s business its not even worth salvaging in anyway- just completely dump it and cut Asami off from this other world he lives in.

I get the feeling that Maxim and Asami Senior, see the random photographer that Asami sleeps with - as even less important that that. Although I think it’s BS when Maxim says he doesn’t know who Akihito is. I think they know, and they know he got kidnapped, and they know if Asami finds out he’ll “spring into action” (As Maxim says). I think they just don’t give a damn.

I also can’t see them going to such extremes to train Akihito to kill Asami. First. They don’t want to kill Asami, as they have kept him alive all this time and they want him back working for the family business, so what’s the purpose of turning Akihito against Asami?

I’ll give one potential theory, even though I have many theories and I am not particularly sold on any one theory but I do like this particular one:

Maybe training Akihito to attack Asami, is not actually about killing Asami, but about poisoning their relationship. In hopes that Asami will come back to the fold and to the family business. Something scary I’v been thinking is, what if Asami just goes on like auto pilot self preservation mode when Akihito draws the knife. And he ends up actually hurting or almost killing Akihito.

That line about his father MO, or treating his family like lion cubs - it really stikes me in this moment. What if they are training Aki to actually force Asami’s “killer instincts” to return.

It’s the ultimate betrayal. The lover Asami was willing to give his life too, the one he trust implicitly -  turning against him. But it’s also the ULTIMATE TEST, if your Maxim and Asami's Father. 

Will Asami die and fail, because he was too blinded by love to see that Akihito has changed? In which case he was never worthy. 

Or will he come out victorious? Will his “killer/natural instinct” come to bear, the same instincts his father probably installed in him? Will the self-preservation kick in, and Asami does exactly what he’s been trained his whole life to do- his birthright. And his mentality of take no prisoners and destroys anyone that gets in his way. What if the plan is for him to actually kill Akihito, and then he’ll be ready to fully join in on the family business...

Certainly a scary prospect. 

BUT I also feel like - that seems like SO extra. 

Like just fuckin kill the dumb photographer, if you feel that strongly. You’ve had the opportunity to do that- and even the opportunity to make it look like he even died of his injuries after the warehouse. In which case, Asami might be broken and have nothing to lose anymore. If Akihito died, then there is nothing left for him in Japan. and you probably can bring him back into the fold.

There are easier ways to get rid of this problem. Asami was already sulking and being moody, he was already convinced that maybe Akihito was dead already and he was a lone surviver. Maxim was also clearly planning on holding him there for longer, but Asami got a hold of Alex’s gun and left much sooner than anticipated. What was Maxim really trying to do? Just wearing him down until he agrees? I dont think so...

But, there are also other things about what's happened to Akihito that I will likely make a separate post about. 

Even though I gave this interesting theory. I am kind of of the mindset that. Actually Sakazaki and Sudoh are responsible for what's happened to Akihito

The lies Akihito told. The act he puts on. THE FUCKIN KNIFE. I don’t know. As much as I really like my theory. I am also like - it is also so obviously directly pointing to Sudoh as being a culprit. 

What happened with Akihito was a deeply personal attack on both of them. It was meant to really inflict a lot of pain on both sides.

It wasn’t just about Asami. Or just about Akihito. Was it even about really killing Asami? Honestly, using Akihito to kill Asami is the WORST Assassination job I can possibly think of?  

A photographer with no prior experience with weapons or combat- to kill a highly trained crime lord/ former mercenary/ son of the BIG BIG boss. Even if he’s weakened by a bullet wound. Akihito actually being successful in killing Asami, strikes me as always being considered a LONG SHOT.

Although it would be a nice extra perk for Sudoh and Sakazaki if they actually succeeded on that front.

And as much as I talk about these “dual force” there is also a third force- Alex

Where does he fit into all of this. I think some people jumped onto this bandwagon of Alex being the ultimate villain a little too quickly, because they saw him at the hospital and they thought he was related to the attack Sakazaki did on the hospital.. 

But we know now, that what we see in the beginning is a dual attack and Alex was part of the rescue, and not along side Sakazaki. 

But I am not even sure about that... But the more I think about Alex. The more I he becomes such a unknown quantity in all this.

He has connections to Asami’s past- but I don’t really see him as being in the same realm of the “Maxim and Asami’s senior squad”, but do we know for sure he’s not in the “Sudoh and Sakazaki squad”?? It’s certainly suspicious. He is this kinda unknown 3rd quantity, and that in itself is super suspicious. He could be some where in the middle maybe? But I don’t know if he is evil or a threatening.

What proof is there that he is actually an enemy?

What is clear to me, is that I don’t think he wants to kill Asami. That is not his goal. for now at least, he might be up to something else.  

But to me that ship has sailed. He’s had SO many an opportunity to kill Asami. At the hospital, when he is bedridden at Maxims, in the garden outside when Asami is walking with a cane- We know at that point Alex is armed and he knows Asami is not. He can’t be THAT afraid of Asami. And then he also had the opportunity the entire time they were heading towards Warsaw. 

That doesn’t mean he’s not into something suspicious, or he’s involved in something else.

and I also just don’t see why Alex would use Akihito to kill Asami. When he’s had apple opportunity to end Asami himself. Again - using Akihito is the WORST possible assassination job I've ever heard of. If the goal was to kill Asami just do it yourself, my man.

I honestly don’t see any hostility towards Asami. His lines don’t have any of that kind of double meaning, or threat in them in the way that Maxim’s line do. i.e that ‘playing around’ line, and the “spring into action” line which can certainly be seen as Maxim *SLYLY* talking about Akihito. or that “you can do what you want....FOR NOW - Maxim is being kinda quite IMPLICIT about his threats and is making these suggestive hints that he knows more then what he says.

Now Lets do a visually comparison of Maxim Vs Alex: 

I am not saying we should trust Alex because he happens to be smiling more, but I just don't get the same kinda Alarm Bells when i look at these pictures. (Except for maybe that bigger picture that in the right corner when Asami takes the cigarette from him, which ill talk about further down.)

But when compared to the Maxim- who has this very obvious THREATENING AURA in literally EVERY SINGLE panel we see him in... it just doesn’t compare. Usually these are faces Asami tends to make. But maybe it’s just an Asami family trait...

But I wanna get back to Alex, people have been using this scene of Alex and Maxim talking about the past, and Asami taking his cigarette. Perhaps they’ll point to the fact he used the phrase “Young master” or there is some jealous or attraction there. But I just wanna give a perhaps different interpretation of this scene:

Asami has been MOPING, he’s bedridden. He’s complaining about cats bothering him and waking him up. He is so visually upset about what has happened and it seems to be on his mind quite a lot. But he’s not acting like his usual self. 

Look at him mooping. Clutching his blankets. Longingly staring out the window. Going on walks to contimpate life.

Even I was generally confused about these panels before the translation came out being like - what the HECK is Asami doing doesn’t he know Akihito’s in trouble??!?

Like who is this Asami, and what have you done with the real one??!?

He is really like a wounded animal here. He’s hurt and bedridden but its more than just the physical wounds. he’s so mentally deflated too. We are not used to seeing him like this. He is usually so confident, a man of action. But now it’s like he’s given up. 

He even questions himself, “why am I laying in bed?” He knows that he is not himself right now. But he’s not strong mentally or physically enough to push back against his older brother. I wonder if that was always part of their sibling dynamic, back when Asami was younger and working with him.

But he takes the first step into doing something. He goes on a walk, which I imagine is the first time he’s done that, as when he runs into Alex, Alex expresses shock at him being up and about.

The two reminisce- I think it’s a interesting bit of detail that Alex seemed to not know that he was Asami seniors son- “the young master” line. It could  potential be a lie but Asami seems to believe it’s true since it sounds like his father didn’t much acknowledge him. And the way Asami’s response about his dad, like wow his dad sounds like a DICK. Alex doesn’t disagree. That line “yeah I am surprised i work for maxim too” gives off a vibe that maybe something happened in the past- it makes me think he doesn't work for Asami’s father anymore, nor does Alex have particularly allegiance to Maxim.

Then we get to this cigarette scene. 

To me I see this scene as being more about Asami then about Alex. That last panel- the changing wind. Asami is taking back control in this scene. And what better way for him to do that- then to get his quintessential cigarette. Asami with a cigarette in his mouth- it’s like the ultimate representative of Asami getting his groove back.

And not only that but him basically being a bit of a jerk about it. Like- “it’ll do”. This is Asami the big boss coming back, doling out the orders.

Yes the handing of the cigarette to Asami by dropping it in his mouth is suggestive- perhaps of a past relationship or something more then just a friendship. but it’s also a sign of fidelity, of loyalty. Of understanding who’s in charge...

Would we think anything of it if Kirishima lit Asami’s ciggarette?...

Whatever Maxim had planned for Asami it complete goes amiss when Alex comes into the field. A convenient fact. Asami’s uses his phone to call Kirishima and finds out about Akihito. They barge in to Maxim and Alexs gun is also conveniently taken, and comes in handy in convincing Maxim to let Asami finally leave. And then just as they are leaving, Akihito is conveniently found.

But some of this can also be simply explained by Asami making the most of the situation. He’s found his spine and he’s found someone who can make openings for him. He stands up to his brother finally. He is using Alex- the way old Asami would.

But also, could Alex’s intervention also mean whoever took Akihito had to release him earlier then expected- because Asami was on the move again. Maybe they thought they’d have more time to train him.

Akihitos sudden apparance at just the right time could mean that either Maxim or Alex is maybe involved. But could it also be that Kirishima has told people that Asami has called and he’s gonna look for Akihito - presumably he even asks/talks to fei long. Asami single call could have gotten the ball rolling on an investigation into finding Akihito again. And other people find out too.

There are so many potential storylines and I am just trying to keep an open mind about all of them.

A Dragon Ball Horror Fic {Part 8}

The Gravity Chamber, at 500 times gravity was nothing compared to how heavy the princes heart felt. Whether he wanted to admit it or not he hurt Carlie and the fact she was UNDERSTANDING- other then alive- is nothing short of a miracle.. shes still his fiance, his mate. Vegeta was getting sloppy and keeping his mind occupied was proving to be a bigger challenge in and of itself.

"Why dont you go apologize to her already?" Bulma's voice cut through the gravity chambers speakers. Vegeta pounded his fist straight through a bot and looked to the screen on the wall. Hes quiet. "Vegeta, your so fucking dense.. shes going through trauma too. All she wants is to be comforted and if you can collect yourself and man up and speak to your *fiance* maybe you two will be stronger then ever.. just get your ass outside and see her." "Where." The prince piped up and turned off the chamber that was encased in red light. "Balcony from my room shes checking out the scenery with her new vision" she winks and turns off the display. "New vision..?" He furrows a brow and rushes out of the chamber.

He made his way to the other end of the building paying no mind to doctors and physicians who stood around scratching their heads. It seems like confusion was becoming more infectious in the walls of capsule corp then people were comfortable with..

He saw her.

Standing on the balcony with the robe that was leant to her from Bulma, he took a deep breath and made his way to the door. The wind fluttering curtains out of the building.

"Woman." He piped up, clenching his shaking fists. 

Carlie turned eyes wide and tilted her head. Shes not wearing glasses. Its a new sight for the prince and certainly for her. She was so interested in seeing him she had a look of childlike wonder. 

"Hey Vegeta, i was just about to come look for you, wanted to show you this." She pointed to her face, she was focused on him for the first time without glasses and Carlie simply loved it.. she welcomed him on the balcony and they stood side by side, Vegeta kept his place and stared at her gathering his thoughts and how to say it. 

"Carlie. You know i didn't mean to do what i did… in any way shape or form id never lay a hand on you maliciously.. what I'm saying is that-'' she cut him off with a finger to his lips silencing the bumbling prince.

"My prince doesn't stutter over his words. That tells me your sorry and that's all i need." He sighed in relief and held her arms staring into her eyes. "No more glasses i assume?" He pushes bleached blonde locks out of her face to view her new look closer. "Nope! I have 20/20 vision now! The serum perfected it completely.. should be permanent. Like it?" 

Vegeta tilted his face and hummed out a chuckle "Never mattered to me woman" he encircled his arms around her back and pulled her into a passionate hard kiss, nothing about Vegeta was soft or sweet. Let alone kissing or a rare apology. She welcomed it with a smile and running her fingers into his hair and deepening it. They were interupted by the sound of Bulma's voice. "No sex on my bed please you two." She casually asked of them making Vegeta smirk down at his woman beaming with relief. "No promises." Carlie held him close and looked at the blue haired engineer. "So i take it you both made up? Wedding still on?" "Plan never changed if im not mistaken" Vegeta grumbled and leaned back against the railing. "Good. I have food ready for everyone, Carlie go get dressed and meet us out there." She requested disrobing from the white lab coat. "Heard that. Im guessing hes not joining us again." She gulped, referring to Frieza. "No he had his fill already. Gets his food sent to his room." Bulma always had a way of making people comfortable in any bullshit situation. "Alright ill meet yall out there."

Carlie dressed in the little black dress she had as a backup in Bulmas closet. Simple and easy to slip on. Along with blue slides on so she wasn't barefoot going to the balcony. Upon closing the door she was met with the quiet halls of capsule corp she adjusted the dress and made her way down the hall only to be stopped by a familiar sight.

"Carlie!" Goku chirped coming from the direction of the lab. "Hey Goku! Long time no see. How you been?"

"Oh y’know all well and good, Vegeta told me that the serum was done so i stopped by and went into the lab to get the edible versions. Hope that’s no trouble!" He rubbed the back of his neck with a grin.

She laughed and walked in tandem with the larger saiyan to the balcony. "No no problem there. I should really come up with a name for it instead of calling it 'serum'." Goku made a thoughtful noise and tilted his head.

"Pick Me Up?" He said quite instantly. As if he already had a name for it. "Goku where the hell did you hear a phrase like that?" "Huh? Im not sure, really. Somethin i used to say with senzu beans or when I'm in a hospital bed, and believe me everyone needs a good Pick Me Up" Carlie snorted, Goku was that weird comic relief she needed in her life, some things are just too serious and then there was Goku to remind people there’s worse thing out there to be worried about then that on earth, the both of them stopped at the doorway from the balcony.

"It was strange actually, Frieza let me in the lab when i got there." Carlie raised a brow. "Really? Weird." She goes to the balcony with Goku who sees the smorgasbord of food. "Got room for one more?" "Yes Goku, we got more" Bulma says being served and points to Goku. The wait staff nods and goes back to fetch more food for the Saiyan with the biggest appetite and Carlie, who took her place beside the prince.

Something still sat heavy on her mind..

Why was Frieza in her lab?

Beneath the foundation of the corporation was Carlie’s Lab, and within that lab lay her best creation now being manufactured ten fold from enterprises, and Frieza was witnessing the young scientists' empire rise slowly. The former emperor strode around the lab and to a display with Frieza’s name scrawled across the drawn on screen. He smiled at the little things, whether it be penmanship or be it her dainty way she wrote in general there was something about her that Frieza enjoyed. Maybe it was her interest in him, maybe it was her kindness where others found reasons to hate him.

He didnt hate it. He felt the need to keep it to himself, to let it fester for his own amusement. He dipped his head forward and looked to a bag sitting erect on the floor.

Marked with the letter F. He tilted his head and picked it up, curious, he pulled out a large bottle of Merlot. “Hmm… Precious little thing remembered” He was caught off guard by the sound of someone opening the door to the lowermost part just before the labs door, he twitched upon hearing an unfamiliar voice.

He slid the wine back into the bag and placed it back to where he found it. Gliding with grace and absolute silence to the wall besides the door to listen. “Have you seen Norman anywhere?” A deep voice questioned, an older human physician.

“Havent since he sent another nude of Carlie..” “A real dime piece she is.. Too bad she still is with that weird alien.” “Ah come off it.. We have our Stache and she is none the wiser.”

Friezas fists clenched tight behind his back as he leaned against the wall, and a small knowing smile spread across his tightly lined black lips. Easy prey. He thought.

“So why are we down here, Nick?” the fat short one asked as the other fumbled with pills and some strange vial. “Easy, Bruce… were sabotaging her coffee so she can fall asleep faster, and were going to get that coding for that stimulant. Dumb bitch wouldnt know what hit her.” The door clicked open and In walked the Physicians, unbeknownst to them there untimely end would be at the hands of frieza.

At breakneck speed, Frieza apprehended both of them one by the neck with his tail and the other with his hand outstretched gripping the fat short ones neck, tight enough to hear a loud crunch before he could cry out for help.

“Tsk tsk tsk… you meddlesome little vermin were going to harm, Carlie” He lifted the one who was devising the plan into the air and tightened the appendage around his throat tighter, his fat friend gurgling almost unconscious on his own blood. His eyes flicked to the room in the back marked incinerator. Friezas devilish smile and bright vermillion eyes flickered from one physician to the other. “I do believe a swift punishment for disgusting little creatures like you are in order., wouldn't you agree, Bruce?” He walked forward with one hand anchored to his back as the door opened to him as if by will, the one being suspended in mid air was kicking and gasping, while the other was being dragged by his bottom jaw.

“This is a crude little disposal unit but it will do for now, besides trash belongs in the trash.” He tossed the fat one into the disposal pit with enough force to crack his head against the wall, the impact making a loud crunch; he gasped and twitched, spitting up blood on the ground, covered in charred remains of glass and waste.

Frieza brought the human to eye level with him and tilted his head as he stared in the face of sweet delicious fear, decadent tears and the succulent sight of sweat and blood shot eyes of the strangled doctor. 

“Those pictures better be worth your utter demise. Too bad you wont be able to touch a woman as beautiful as her,” He took hold of his arms and with minimal effort popped both of his arms off his person like a doll, the dismembered doctor went wide eyed and cried before being flung head first into the same spot his partner hit.

“Now you wont have anything to touch her with….” He grinned laying the arms one over the other in the pit before clicking the incinerator activation button, sealing the two still living doctors away in a hard glass chamber door, and licks of fire erupting from the floor like hell reaching up to grab at them both. Frieza leaned against the wall marveling at the two doctors flop around like fish out of water… screaming silently for a help that will never arrive. Only to see their executioner behind the glass window beyond walls of rising fire, like the Devil himself.

“You will thank me, Carlie.” He assured sauntering from the room only to be met with a tiny floor cleaning robot that mopped up the floor of all the blood that soaked the linoleum floor. The perfect murder, and the best little cleanup crew and no one was any the wiser.

The emperor looked over at the bottle of wine left out for him then back to the screen with all the information of his physical genetic makeup, hes thoroughly impressed and with a swipe of his hand the coding goes over to the Saiyan genetic makeup with the green wording beneath it.

Perfected.

Frieza narrows his brows and hums. A tab opens with all the reasons why it is perfected. Most of these reasons are beneficial and to aid civilization as a whole. Both alien and human alike, and shes only put forth the battle stimulant. “This benevolent little woman is more creative then I expected.. Ohoho.. Your only peaking my interest further and further Carlie.”

He goes back to his own investigation and feels like hes seen enough. He’ll inspect his findings later, but for now he is in wait. The incinerator dings indicating its disposal has ended. Frieza grins maliciously. “Too bad that was much faster than anticipated…”

Love Victor (series)

oooh new format for this post let’s get into itttt.

Below are my reaction per episode. I will be writing them as i finish each so its more clear and fresh and all that jazz.

Let’s see if tumblr posts has a word count limit.

Note, the #glassthoughts tags is a reaction tag. Its never a review, or an intellectual essay about stuff I watch. I dont have the capacity to do all those.

Spoilers below so beware. Episode 1 is posted separately because I intend to make posts for the first and last epsiode only but that did not work out lol.

EPISODE 2

it took me a looong time to finish this episode. I kept on pausing it because something just feels so wrong about it. I didn’t know what it was when i was going through it, but when it finally ended it finally clicked.

The episode reminds me of the sentiment most homophobes use against gay people. “If you focus on the emotional part of the relationship, you will be happy with the opposite sex.” Growing up ive heard this phrase used against other people so much. Hearing it in my native language has always been a punch in the gut. 

And now this show who is supposed to be something happy and nice, is just having this kind of phrase of mentality just well up there.

I’m sure that its not Victor’s and that he is just exploring his sexuality. But the usual tinge of homophobia whenever he talks that he might be like Simon is honestly grating.

It’s definitely a me issue because other people seem to be enjoying the series immensely, but whenever Victor gets into that headspace, I just hear my child self crying myself to sleep because of internal homophobia.

Also i can see why people say  that for a show that is supposed be about Victor’s sexuality and growth, it does sure show a heck lot of heterosexuality of those who are around him.

Maybe in the future i will rewatch the series again with a more patient mind, but for now, expect me to skip a lot of scenes X_X

Episode 3

Okay the audacity of Victor saying “he tries” to be a good friend. Like dang okay chill with the lies. You’re already lying about your sexuality lmao.

Sorry im being very critical and bitter about this show, but i must persevere for the fanfics and fanarts i will gorge myself into later.

Mia and Victor would’ve been cute if only Victor doesn’t sound like he keeps on enforcing this compulsory heterosexuality he has in mind.  BUT hey he might be Bi people! 

I keep censoring myself because of how bitter and hateful i sound. My apologies for the phrases i forgot to delete above and beyond this line xD.

Anyways im over anything about Andrew. He can go fuck his egotistical self. If the series will show 

Hmm i wonder if the term “Comp Het” will even drop in this series.

Honestly Felix is just a lesbian in a man’s body at this point. Making his own shampoo? Like wow give me some of that kind of friend. 

The number of times I rolled my eyes at Andrew is ridiculous. 

Whilst typing this part it was more enforced in my mind that Love Victor is just a “supposedly gayer” Teen Wolf without the wolfing parts.

Lake is Lydia Felix is Stiles Andrew is a walmart Jackson Benji is basically a less grumpy Derek or Danny tbh Victor is Scott

I really hate this idea now.

The parents drama! Honestly, very unnecessary in my opinion. Victor is already dealing with a religious family, now he has to deal with a religious and broken family? Like dang they could’ve just chosen one struggle for him, now everyone will think his sexuality is a consequence for his parents’ sin or sth.

Maybe it’ll play into a bigger plot twist in the future?

Maybe Victor’s mom is cheating with Mia’s father? Seeing as how there was an unnecessary shot of her father with the back of a woman facing on the camera which is weird but okay. 

Im theorizing now X_X

Anyways have y’all seen how poor Felix was so nervous because his goddamn friend isn’t there to supposedly help him?

Sorry im hating on Victor too much but this scene reminds me of how awful Simon’s friends are and like bruuuh is Felix supposed to be the lead character?

He really is like Stiles who is supposed to be the lead for Teen Wolf in my opinion, he’s just a much better written character that Sc/tt

This series is just showing all the fear and pain i went through and am going through back when I was a teenager and til now. Without getting into any personal stuff, that last bs Victor’s father spewed just hit me so much.

I guess one of the reasons why its hard for me to watch Love Victor is because it shows me the teenager side of me way back when. Minus the girlfriend one because i never really persevered that much to tamper any likes for men. Internal homophobia really hit me back then tho xD

Episode 6

This episode is a mess and I hate it.

We saw yet again Victor literally using Felix’s ignorance and naivety to get himself out of a situation he put himself into. 

AND Felix even got the wrong idea or got fed with the wrong idea that the reason why Victor brought him along is to act as a buffer because he wasn’t ready to give up being a virgin or have sex in general. Yep that is definitely the reason, no other reason at all that involves making latte art with a known barista.

Lake and Felix kissed so there was that. I still am shipping Victor and Felix together despite Victor’s continuous bs with him being a good friend, but that’s just me.

And totally knew Andrew and Mia got a thing. If this blew up and hurt Lake im suing.

Lake and Felix are literally the two people keeping this show intact. Not gonna drop some political statement here no sir.

Again Benji needs to grow a personality out of this whole barista thing. One thing i am grateful for this show is that there was no family drama at all!

UGHHH MISS ME WITH THAT NORMAL TALK.

Ive been making a conscious effort to stop saying that heterosexuality is normal. That shit is hard to unlearn because its what ive always heard in my asian household for yeaaaaaaars. And now this twink is just gonna throw the term around like he has no issues with it. TO SIMON EVEN.

Like brooooooh. Im over my 2010 internal homophobia, no need to dig it all up again. Every episode.

Aww the dancing in different clothes is cute but,

FUCKING VICTOR LIED JUST FOR WHAT?

Homeboy be doing the most to keep his fucking sexuality from bursting out, with his foot both planted firmly inside the closer AND THEN THE NEXT SECOND would end up as if he is ready to risk it all just to see Benji naked.

I AM FUCKING livid, confused, and just intense emotion everywhere.

Ive seen a couple of dumbo scenes from other shows that got the “closeted” man be doing literally the most obvious shit that could make anyone catch them, BUT THIS, with how VEHEMENT Victor is against being “NOT NORMAL” AND THEN LIE JUST TO STAY IN A MOTEL WITH THE GLORIFIED HOT GUY, takes the goddamn cake.

The fucking hypocrisy man. Ive battled internal homophobia before, AND ACKNOWLEDGE THAT WE ALL DEAL WITH IT DIFFERENTLY but holy fucksticks. I’m not this evil.

The thing is, there is so much a person could do that you could go “ah its because they are in the closet and is afraid to come out” before it goes to the territory of “fucking hell, this is not just about his sexuality, this is just him now doing stuff consciously to take advantage of his supposed fear”. The girlfriend thing is even waaay over the top, but we all went with it because he’s supposed to be figuring things out. BUT most of the time, he literally could not even imagine going beyond the line HE CREATED for their relationship. AND YOU’RE TELLING ME THAT HE WILL LIE JUST TO SPEND THE NIGHT WITH A GUY? Now he wants to test the male side of his sexuality? BECAUSE PORN DOESN’T EXIST?  BECAUSE LOOKING AT MALE UNDERWEAR MODELS IN THE UNDERWEAR SECTION IS NOT ENOUGH? HE NEEDS IT TO BE ACTUALLY PHYSICAL TO CONFIRM SOMETHING?

Im ahead too much, real time the scene im in the episode is still them about to leave the shop but holy fucking hell. If this lie ended up becoming something more in this same episode, expect more capslock because jfc.

And people will still claim he’s somewhat attracted to the other gender.

Also i was very very worried that Pilar and Felix will be a thing BUT THANK GOD THAT DIDN’T BECOME A THING. Still unsure whether i like Lake and Felix together, but i love them individually.

I cant really comment on any of the parents drama because to be honest i skip them whenever its just her and him.

These two fuckers lie to one another. BECAUSE OF WHAT? THEY WANT TO FUCKIN STICK THEIR TONGUES INTO ONE ANOTHERS MOUTH? IS THIS REALLY WHERE THIS SHOW IS GOING? AND THEY ALMOST CENSORED IT BECAUSE ITS GAY? NOT THE OTHER HORRIBLE STUFF THAT IS HAPPENING?

Okay i get people saying that Simon is irresponsible for making Victor like put his family on the back burner for a bit etc etc. Also the reaction against Benji getting mad when Victor wanted them to stop being gay while in their house, is reasonable. Victor did calmly told Benji and his beau that his family is stretched thin etc etc. I get that. I get that sometimes hiding your sexuality for other people is what is necessary.

BUT  fucking please recognize how damaging that is to the person you are talking to. Even if you think Victor is in the 100% right about this, AT THE VERY LEAST acknowledge why Benji is mad. Sure he could’ve just left with his boyfriend instead of just staying there. And sure Victor pulled through in the end and put that dusty grandpa motherfucker to his place, but that’ll fucking sting okay.

Also i might be saying all this in a place where I’m not really that close to ANY of my relatives, so ya know, call me ignorant or ungrateful whatever.

Izuku decided to do a wardrobe tour and like 4 things were bloodstained which he never addressed. The most popular comment was what happened, which of course he never answered.

hey y'all this post is to tell my experience during my concert and hi touch event of the we are here world tour last friday night 🤩 so buckle up bc its a LONG ONE but i divided it into categories so u dont have to read everything if u dont want to!

the concert in general: ok so the concert was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. there were about 7 songs i didn’t really listen to a lot or liked before the concert but even those were amazing and had me jumping and screaming and going crazy. they’re all SO much more beautiful irl which is like !!!!!!!!! HOW. and they’re so so SO talented all the choreos were incredible and their voices!!! sound even better irl. hyungwon asked minhyuk to sing a little bit of play it cool acapella for us and his voice 😭😭😭 so sweet it’s like honey. they brought hero back to life which was. an experience to see live tbh. i got to the venue line at 9:30am (10.5 hours before the concert) and i was about maybe 15? rows away from the stage (bc i had to go pee real quick as soon as they let us inside) but im like 158cm (5'2) tall so even tho i was standing on this little protection thingy to be taller i still couldn’t see them that well :( i dont think i saw any choreos in full bc of that but it was still amazing to see them do it irl. they all introduced themselves in portuguese during the first ment it was super 🤩 adorable! most of them only said “oi, eu sou ___” (“hi, i am ___”) but some of them had longer phrases prepared (maybe kh, jh and ck? i believe) which was so awesome to see!! during the second ment, hw talked about how some of their songs were composed by their own members and he did that to introduce “our maknae’s song” (aka mohae) and my soul left my body. after jealousy there was the first vcr which was like a youtuber au vcr and it was so!!!!! cute hyungwon, minhyuk and wonho giving us styling, skincare and exercising tips respectively, jooheon making a burrito he named "honey-to", kihyun and kyun teaching us how to make coffee and how to speak english resp and of course nunu's famous asmr mukbang 🥰🥰🥰 it was honestly superrrrr cute and funny i remember hyungwon trying to spell a word in english and just going "..........ne" after the first two letters and then kyun snickering skejdkksdk and jooheon making fun of ck for something and ck laughing the fakest laugh i ever seen in my life lmao and i also remember ki telling us to be careful about a lot of things but most of all our hearts bc he's gonna steal them 😷🤒🤕 but yes i loved it it was v cute and v funny and i loved how they were all interacting with each other even tho it was separate videos. after the unit stages, hyungwon revealed that joo had actually changed up his routine for a more samba-like beat specially for brazil 🥺 he confirmed that and we went INSANE and started showing them our own beat (a classic carioca funk "tchu tcha tcha tchu tchu tcha" that we fo with our mouths/words) and at first they were all like ??????? but then they LOVED IT and joined in on the fun. mh and kh were dancing to it the most and it was so funny. hyungwon or minhyuk then asked jooheon if he could incorporate our beat into his beatboxing and he said it was possible and then we were all just going TCHU TCHA TCHA TCHU TCHU TCHA while he was beatboxing along and he said it was difficult skdjkekddk around five or six different times they told us to take steps back and step a little bit away from each other so we wouldn't hurt ourselves or feel ill (hyungwon did it the most, he actually spotted a girl nearly fainting in the front rows and brought staff's attention to her and he only stopped talking about it/got more relaxed when they did something about it). during this same ment they talked about sn's and wh's different choice of clothing for their unit stage and said it was more daring and sexy and shownu said that kihyun actually chose those clothes for them lmao and ki said he chose them bc he knew us brazilian mbbs would love it and we were like wow. They Know we're whores love that. then someone was like "u chose that?? ur kinda conservative tho????" and ki said he's been "open-minded since birth" KDJSKFKDK rip conservative brothers but the way the lady translated it accidentally kinda made it sound that he was like. open for romantic/sexual advances and we were all like 👀👀👀 OKAY. oh also sometime during the concert one of them slipped and nearly fell doing something stupid (i think wonho or changkyun) skndkskdk the second vcr was the seven deadly sins themed and wow. the PRODUCTION. the absolute ARTISTRY of it all. wheres their oscar. it was honestly super cool but minhyuk was the only member that hadn't appeared yet and the only sin left was lust so we were all like 👁️😏 but then it said AGONY. ????????? it was kinda confusing but amazing nonetheless kyun wanted to shoot hyungwon but then he didnt bc the underlying message was that they all committed sins and blamed themselves but managed to find forgiveness by being together aw <3 a random moment that i dont remember when it happened was when kyun was speaking portuguese to us and he was trying to say "vocês querem curtir?" (which is something like "do you want to have fun?") but he messed it up a bit and accidentally said "vocês querem cu...?" which means "do you want asshole?" and we were all like BOY DKEJDKEJDIDKFKS i dont think he knows what it actually means but he corrected himself real quick and moved on to the next song 💀 for the second to last ment they tried to convince us the concert was ending (lmao) and there was only one song left, so we were all shouting "não" ("no") and they were like "we cant go??????" and we were like "no!!!!!" and they were like :/ oh well guess we gotta stay kdnskdjs they had the brazilian flag up there for some time but they also somehow got an lgbt pride flag there too for the pics??? before the ending ment kihyun said that they all have strengths, as i recall kyun's was writing cool songs/lyrics, shownu's was being fun, i think minhyuk's was having a voice like honey? and i dont recall the rest but when he got to hyungwon he just said "being very tall" and we were all like LMAO SAY SOMETHING ELSE ABOUT HIM!!!! and then he said an actual compliment lol for the actual last ment they each said goodbye to us, i specifically remember wonho telling us that the energy we had and him performing on stage for us reminded him of why he was a singer and why he had to be on stage 🥺🥺🥺 and shownu agreed 🥺 kyun(?) said even though he's going back to korea he's gonna feel incomplete bc he's leaving brazil, ki said he liked us so much he could have another 6 concerts here bc our energy would be enough to keep him going and then said something really greasy that i dont remember but obviously loved at the moment. and then they said they're coming back next year 🤩 and they told us to take care of ourselves and wait for them and come back next year (in a bigger venue, they said!) and they all had their pinky fingers up and were saying "promete" ("promise", but as in the imperative verb) to us 😭😭😭

the songs: i was going to put my videos in this post but there’s a video limit so i’m gonna post them separately later but the first song was shoot out and unfortunately i didn’t get to film any of it because i was in SHOCK that they were REAL PEOPLE and RIGHT THERE u know dkjskdkd then was hero and it was INSANE to see it live??? seeing them do the “i can be your hero i can be your man” move IN REAL LIFE????? not to be a kihyun stan but i had kihyun tunnel vision during the entirety of the song lmfao then it was trespass and the energy was INSANE everybody was going absolutely crazy to it esp during the chorus and jooheon’s “excuse my charisma"s!!! after the ment they performed party time and we had this fan project and the people in my area had yellow cellophane on their phone lights and the people in the back had green ones (brazilian colors) and we had them on during the entirety of party time bc they mention brazil in the song and it was just so 🥰🥰🥰 such a vibe! one of the only songs i actually danced to lol party time was next and also a ~vibe~ we all danced a lot to it and after it was over, during the ment, hw asked mh to sing a little of it for us and he was sooo happy to see us sing along and sing the entire chorus even after he had stopped! it was super cute to see him smile so proudly like that. and then it was the loml, my fave mx song, a booty call anthem that somehow moves my heart, miss mohae and as soon as i heard the first few beats i SCREAMED and i was the only one doing that before everybody else realized the song had already started but i didnt even have time to be embarrassed bc i was literally tearing up. honestly hearing it live was one of the best moments of my life bc i have this huge emotional attachment to the song and it was just all super special, i was screaming the lyrics at the top of my lungs and dancing and jumping and yelling. seeing kyun’s rap live was amazing and you could actually SEE how proud he was seeing so many people sing a song HE composed you know? he let us rap most of his part bc he was just in awe and wanted to see us sing it back to him. and hyungwon tried to rap jooheon’s part but he got it all messed up halfway through it was SO CUTE and jooheon had an arm around him and was BEAMING WITH LOVE the entire time 😍😍😍 everyone was fonding HARD at him. and the crowd was SO loud during the "don’t kill my vibe, i be on your way, i be, i be on your way” part it was actually deafening. i only recorded one of the choruses bc i wanted to enjoy the rest of the song but here it is! the next song was one of the other lomls, miss jealousy!!! it was absolutely STUNNING!! and yes the crowd went crazy when wonho mentioned shownu and yes that hyungwon+changkyun part IS as overwhelming to experience irl as it looks. after the youtuber vcr came the unit stages and oh. my. god  mh, hw and kh came out first and it was just. so sexy and elegant. and the vocals? 10/10 LOVED that men in suit shit. then was jooheon's and changkyun's stage and HOLY. FUCKIN. SHIT. absolutely my favorite performance of the night it was EVERYTHING to me. the energy was super fuckin cool and we were all jumping around and screaming while they rapped in sexy robes over a cool ass beat it was awesome. in the middle of the performance joo tried to flip a water bottle (???) and he actually failed lol but we were so hype we didnt even notice/care we just hyped him TF up. he later apologized for it during the next ment and the real time translator lady said "desculpa" ("sorry") and changkyun said "yeah, desgupa" immediately after 🥺 then jooheon had a drum solo which ??????? i had zero fucking idea about i was just kinda standing there in shock while he absolutely murdered that drum set right in front of our eyes. AND THEN ck came back and started to rap along to his drumming and i know im saying this a lot but it was SEXY okay i have no other words they were both in muscle tees just out there being their sexiest selves UGH. and AS IF THAT WASN'T ENOUGH then came wonho and shownu's stage and uhhhhhhh wow. SEXY AS WELL but also kinda angsty? idk but i loved it they absolutely killed it with the dance and they were wearing see through shirts and the crowd went insane. after that there were the songs i didn't listen to a lot or liked before the concert but they were all still amazing to me!! honestly, i do love u, white sugar and no reason were all SUPER cute!! AND THEN. miss myself came on and oh my god. it was a spiritual experience to see it live. absolutely amazing and breathtaking even though it's so simple. like it's just so elegant and moving. i had to close my eyes a couple times to feel the moment and it was an amazing sensation. also!! a few girls gave us free banners to lift after kihyun's high note and they said 주변을 돌아봐 내겐 다 너니까 꿈이 아냐 (shownu's line, "turn and look around, because you're everything to me this isn't a dream") and it was SO emotional to see a sea of these red banners showing them our love!! 

it was amazing AND THEN. dramarama oh my god it was so freakinggggg cool! to see the performance live, jooheon milly rocking right in front of my eyes... amazing. everyone went insane during rapline's first part. one of my fave performances for sure!! next song after the ment was oh my and IT WAS AMAZING!! the choreo was just stunning and the energy!! everyone was just jumping around and screaming the lyrics, esp kihyun's line before the last chorus!! and im absolutely obsessed with the choreo, honestly. then special and fallin' were SO COOL, just like the other upbeat songs, the energy was amazing, everyone was jumping around and screaming the lyrics. fallin' was especially hype as hell and minhyuk did this funny low voice dkjskdkd then it was alligator and listen. i hated it when it came out but when they performed it i had never loved a song so much in my life. it was CLEAR it was one of the performances they were working the hardest on and their talents were really shining through 😔 i had ki and shownu tunnel vision unfortunately i missed kyun's iconic hip thrusts sksjdks but theres always next year i guess! so they had just convinced us it was their last song but after a few mins hyungwon came back out and we met H.One hehe i didnt think i would like it bc i thought it would be mostly edm and i dont really like edm but it was just some really good remixes?? he played taki taki and mi gente and everybody went fuckin insane like i remember my knee hurting super bad during this part and he was just. chilling on the stage sjejdjsk BUT THEN CAME THE TRUE GO CRAZY AAHHHH GO STUPID MOMENT OF THE CONCERT: RODEO. boy was it a fuckin ride. truly the time to fuckin wild out at an mx concert. i think it was during this song that minhyuk (?) put a brazilian flag around jooheon's shoulders so we were even more hype!! last song was by my side and it was super calm and bittersweet and like a "goodbye, ily" song :( we had these paper hearts someone gave us and we kept them up for them during the entire song, it was so lovely

the hi touch: ok so the concert ended and we waited around 50 mins for the ht event to start and we were all in a single line that went behind a curtain and THEY WERE ALREADY BEHIND THE CURTAIN SO THERE WAS NO WAY TO PREPARE FOR IT KDJDJDJD they were all standing behind a table and on the other side of the table was some of their staff on a single line to keep people from taking pictures of them and we had to go through the line of staff and the table to see them/touch their hands. it was SUPER rushed i dont think i spent 3 seconds there. my brain absolutely froze bc it was my first time at a hi touch (or first time meeting a celebrity, ever) and it was like 7 people i love and admire all at once so i couldn't manage to say more than "hi" to them and just look at them in shock and i was going faster as they (staff) told me to go faster (stupid) but they were also telling us to use only one hand and not touch their hand with both of ours but fuck that lol so in general they are all real people which is insane??? but also they ARE all SO much more beautiful in real life. like they literally glow. my friends told me they would seem taller and skinnier than i thought but i honestly didnt have the time or the brains to think about that or notice any of that. hyungwon IS tall as fuck though

kihyun: just my luck, my first bias was the first one of the line. as i walked behind the curtain there was a taller girl in front of me in line so i couldn't see much so i had like no time to process anything ksjskdks as soon as i saw it was him i went "oh my god, hi" (yes in english bc i know he understands basic english and doesn't speak portuguese lol) and he was SO sweet like it was literally half a second but his face softened and he said "hiiii" back and gave me the sweetest smile :( hes an angel on earth and i can prove it ok. hi touch aside, he's VERY confident onstage and also VERY greasy lmao he was shooting greasy stuff at us left and right and we ATE IT ALL UP. but he's also incredibly sweet and funny but like we been knew. every time he said something greasy he would expectantly wait for the lady to finish translating so he could see our reaction and afterwards he ALWAYS had that smile where he gets those dimples below his eyes :( he's one of the most talkative members!

shownu: mistre hyunwoo was second in the line and i was still in shock from seeing the loml so all i said was "hi" and he honestly seemed confused that i, a brazilian, was trying to speak english to him, a korean DJJSKDKD but he said hi very quick and had this small smile. he's taller than he seems?? i think? at least onstage and he's also very bashful no matter what he's saying lol unless it's serious stuff like him agreeing with wonho during the ending ment

wonho: ok so i dont remember the order exactly after the first two bc i started to like. have brain death but i THINK it was wonho but i saw him VERY quickly. idk if it's bc i saw him right after shownu or if he was bending forward or what but he's actually shorter than i thought he was. he had the HUGEST smile on his face and was super excited to say hi back to my dumbstruck face lol he's also?? surprisingly commanding?? like he's not imposing or anything bc he's super gentle but he told us to be quiet while he was speaking (.......lol) bc we were screaming and when he started to speak again this group of girls continued screaming and he looked at them DIRECTLY, FROM THE STAGE, IN THE MIDDLE OF THE MENT, POINTED AT THEM and deadass went "i have already told you to be quiet twice" and everyone was like??? in shock bc we didn't know if he was serious so we were just like 😳😳😮😮 it was very bizarre honestly a surreal moment to see wonho talk like that to any monbebe ever (for the record im not saying he was rude or anything, it was just very surprising to see that happen). i clearly remember these 3 older ladies referring to him as "primo" ("cousin") for some reason during the entire concert and idk why but that's so funny to me? it's kinda stuck in my mind now im gonna start calling him primo. he ripped his shirt off a total of two (2) different times, maybe three, one of them unprompted and unrequested, during a slow song. love that for him

hyungwon: oh boy. here we go. when my friends told me he was the most different one irl and that he was incredibly prettier i was like ok and then i saw him on the stage and was like yeah alright he's a little different but nothing too exceptional but holy. crap. he was never my type but when i saw him face to face i think my mind literally blacked out. like my body was still functioning but my mind just completely shut down when i saw him smiling at me and saying hi. like that didn't happen with kihyun, one of my ULTIMATE BIASES, but it happened when i saw HIM, that's how beautiful he is. im not using any of these words lightly, but he's beautiful, pretty, stunning, overwhelmingly handsome, an angel. he's just indescribable. his hair is so long and pretty and his face is just so soft and beautiful and he has the prettiest looking lips. has heavy vampire boyfriend vibes also. one of the quietest members, i barely have any pics of him bc he was rarely ever on the big screen bc he didnt say much. tall as hell too

minhyuk: listen i am SO SAD about this i was so overwhelmed by hyungwon's face my mind completely blanked when i got to minnie and i have no idea what i did, i don't even know if i said anything or if i just stared at him dumbfounded sjejjdjsd i have no recollection of his face at ALL like my mind was not able to process anything after hyungwon BUT i know he is pretty as hell (wbk) and he's also even sexier on stage!! like his presence and his moves are just very sensual and he is one of the most talkative ones too! we already know that but he is SUPER funny he never missed an opportunity to do something completely bizarre i just love that funky lil cowboy HE HAD A COWBOY HAT OVER HIS CAP DURING RODEO AND HE ALSO WORE THE FUNNIEST BRAZILIAN FLAG SUNGLASSES DURING HIS ENDING MENT HERE HE IS

jooheon: yall. he is SO. so so so SOOOO much prettier irl like he doesn't LOOK any different like hyungwon does but he's just even more beautiful up close and he also looks taller than i pictured? his whole face was just lit up seeing us and he was super excited to be saying hi to me it was so sweet :( like i am actually even more in love with him now after experiencing that i even dreamed about him that night lmao and oh god I cant even describe how cute his eyesmile + dimple combo is irl 😔😔😔 he talked a lot too and he literally speaks in POUT whenever he said something most of the time it sounded like he was whining it was so cute jdjdjfjd but when he's performing he's a BEAST his stage presence is un-fucking-paralleled he definitely has the strongest one in the group. his mere being there just commands you to pay attention to him in awe it's just very inexplicable. he's just super cute and nice and an angel 

changkyun: oh god I didn't wanna write about my experience with him during the hi touch jsjsjdjs but im gonna try to keep this as neutral as possible. so after i got to jooheon he was the last in line (which was my ideal situation, my two biases - ki and him - in opposite ends so even if i did freeze when i saw one id have time to get over it before the other one) and when i got to him he didn't look at my face, he was looking at the beginning of the line (???) for some reason, so even though i grabbed his hand and said hi i dont remember if he even said it back and i didn't get to look him in the eyes like all the others, which made me really angry as soon as i walked out and then really upset bc i spent 110 reais to see them and one of my two faves didn't look at me when i was right in front of him, but u know it is what it is. i dont think he did it on purpose or that he's an asshole or anything like that, it's just something that happened and upset me. but aside from that, the thing that stuck with me the most out of the entire concert: HE IS INCREDIBLY!!! SEXIER IN REAL LIFE like all my friends who saw mx say hyungwon is the most different but for me it was kyun. he's SO MUCH MORE HANDSOME than in the internet, pictures really do not do him justice. and he has this really hot careless, cool guy attitude in general, like when they/we were hyping him up bc of mohae he was like 🤙🏼 he stared at the floor a lot while the others were talking and like. he knows he's hot thats VERY clear lmao. he's surprisingly talkative. he's very effortless with his moves when he's dancing and that's not saying he doesn't put in effort he just makes it seem so. easy and nicely flowing idk. he was wearing a cap during the hi touch and holy fucking hell he has the nicest profile ive ever seen. thats all

sidenote: PLEASE be careful when camping days before a concert or even hours. a LOT of the people who had spent too much time in line to be closer to the stage had to leave the concert halfway through bc they were literally about to pass out after having spent so much time with poor sleep and unhealthy eating/drinking. enjoy your concert but also take care of yourselves!!
