skin care

Day #3 with this somewhat routine of waking up early. Last night, i was actually really tired from the day of waking up early. I might have slept before 11 but I am not sure. I woke up before my alarm but after that I usually wake up because I didn't allow snooze. I still didn't incorporate reading into my schedule. I love reading but my mind is like "internet, social media" I would rather write than read. I might today then the back of my mind says "they're gna think you're tryna". I'm not gonna lie man, it's itchy season. My hands are dryer than a mf. I should be worried about my hands more than my face. My face is fine for now. I ordered some skin care shit, which is what I didn't think of being excited for. I ordered Jeffree Star cleanser and moisturizer along with JLO face serum. Very pricey to take care of face skin, but I had the money. I might as well try them out. I wanted to try that from Shane's snap. Also wanted to try Rhianna's skin care routine: Fenty Beauty. Shit was only $50 estimate on Amazon. I feel a little irritated from waking up early and how cherry always fucking lick himself when I'm trying to keep in state of mind. I'm almost half way with my drink. That's the thing too; drinking water is what I am doing in the morning and I won't make breakfast until my water is finished. I figured that writing in my tumblr until it is finished along with listening to music, which is a fucking vibe, will keep me to finishing it. It also distracts me from being on my phone which is what I have been doing for almost an hour. My routine is that I try to wake myself up by being on my phone first thing (even if that is considered unhealthy, this morning at least) then using the bathroom, washing my face, brushing my teeth, this doing this. Starting my day off vibing. I don't usually wash my face. I mean, I usually wet it with a paper towel and call it a day. I don't go through with this thoroughly, especially with these products. If I wanted to clean my face, I would wash it with dove soap and I would be fine. I don't know. I'm just trying to be patient, in reality, from receiving my packages. I always expect my shit to get here by the next week or so. I'm not sure when I ordered them, but they're all taking forever. I think I have my shoes in the mail right now with Panruk's shoes. He is gonna love what I got him; the doncic shoes. We're gonna match and his mom was happy that I ordered him ball shoes. Man I am excited and at the same time am mad cuz the little shit BETTER NOT grow :)) I don't like how they grow up fast. I still remember when I first tried to burp the kid and my mom said "you don't need to burp him, he will burp by himself". I bet I am disappointing my writing professors (as if they will care) becuase of how I am writing. Wtf did I learn in college that will change the way that I write? I don't care. There's auto correct and editors and even then, I don't want them to edit my shit. Whatever I write, is from me. Lori Paul. Martin said I have author vibes. My name itself look like an author name. I just realized that I am writing more than yesterday. You can definately tell that I am more than rested than yesterday. When I write, I try to give it my fucking all and not half ass it. Lately, I try not to offend anyone. Before that, I didn't care. I think it is my neck that is feeling pressured cuz when I am sitting that is when my neck hurts. Or shoulders. I'm almost done with my water, so I am gonna vibe. <3 sorry if my writing does not make sense, cuz even I don't know what I am writing. Lovers Interview (part 2) | Charles Leclerc

A/N: A week went by much faster than I realized and I’m sorry for that. But after yesterdays race I am thrilled and excited to write F1 again. Hope you enjoy the second part of Lovers Interview 🥰

Your plane landed at the airport. You were exhausted from the flight but you were happy to finally be on the ground. It was a race week, but this time you didn’t feel quite as calm as you had the other weeks. You had made a promise to yourself to ask Charles out this time, to finally show him that you liked him back.

Throughout the week when you had some time off, you watch the interview from the previous race. To watch him and his adorable face. You wanted to make sure that you weren’t reading into anything - to not humiliate you completely when you asked him the dreaded question. But he had the same loving smile and the same adoring eyes every time you watched the interview. Which made you wonder for how long your cameraman had known and not told you about it. 

You walked through the gates of the airport to the taxi that was waiting for you at the end of the airport.

Charles had already landed and was walking the track with his team, but he seemed more distracted than usual on the debriefing. His team tried their best to keep him focused on the race at hand and he tried to focus. He really did but his mind kept on wandering away to someone that had his mind occupied for the majority of his time. You. 

He wanted to tell you how he felt, or how he had felt for a long time, but every time he even thought about confessing his feelings he felt like he would die. He had no idea if you liked him back and the feeling ate him alive. 

Pierre had tried to comfort him by telling him that he had nothing to worry about. He had had interviews with you just before Charles, and every time you saw the Monegasque walk in you lit up like the sun.

“You don’t have to worry, she’ll say yes.” he had said.

“You don’t know that.” Charles had answered back worryingly. 

“I do and you have to trust me on this.” 

So he would. Today he would ask you out, but he had no idea on how or where to find you, outside of work that is. 

His team gave up on keeping him focused so they headed back towards the Ferrari facility. Charles was close behind when he heard one from his team yell something.

“Okay, so interviews start at 14. Charles you are being interviewed by (Y/N) (Y/L/N) and Carlos you’re being interviewed by…”

Charles stopped listening after that, he now knew when you would be at the track, at two. He would see you at two o’clock today, which was in… He looked at the clock and saw that it was in one hour. He panicked. He had no plan for this. What should he do? What should he say? 

He looked over at the counter that had water bottles and some snacks for inspiration when he glanced over the flowers that stood next to them. 

Flowers! Of course! 

He sprinted over to his room and grabbed his keys and ran out of the facility. Carlos looked at him with a puzzled look and some people in Charles’ team called for him that he can’t leave now so close to the practice round. But Charles ignored them. He was a man on a mission.

You arrived at the track with more nerves than usual, but you tried your best to keep calm. This was your job and you were a good reporter. You had nothing to worry about. Except for the fact that you had to ask Charles freaking Leclerc out on a date and pray to all the gods that you hadn’t read too much into his behavior on those filmed interviews. 

God why did it have to be so hard? you asked yourself. 

It’s because you like him, you answered yourself. Otherwise, it wouldn’t be so difficult. It would just be another day at work but not when you have feelings for someone. You sighed. But tried your best to ignore the gnawing feeling inside your chest. Then the most important question popped up in your head.

How would you do it?

You couldn’t ask him out during the interview, then the whole world would know about your crush on him. You couldn’t do it after the practice round either because it was too close to the qualy, and after qualy he would probably be busy with his team. 

I have no plan for this, you thought and felt your nerves getting more anxious. Maybe next time? 

No that was something you said to get out of the situation, you would do it today or…

Or it would never happen.

You looked down at your clock. A little less than one hour to the interview. You had prepared for the interview on the plane here so you knew the question by heart at this time.

Maybe if you find him now? Or was it too bold of you? No, now is perfect. But where would you find him? 

Your mind was too busy with ruminating the different ways of asking him out so you didn’t even register that Charles was walking back towards the area right behind you. He was focused and on his way to the Ferrari facility when you saw him in the corner of your eye.

“Charles?” you asked but it wasn’t meant to be said out loud. Charles froze in his step when he heard his name, coming from your voice.

“What are you doing here?” You asked, almost positive that he should be with his team right now. He turned around and felt how warm his cheeks got. 

This was not in his plans. That you would catch him like this, he had a plan but he had to throw it out the window and quickly come up with something else. 

“Eh, yeah. I was getting something.” he said and wanted to drag his hand through his hair so bad but he couldn’t. He always did that when he felt nervous or stressed. 

“Oh okay.” You said but couldn’t help but to get curious. He had one hand behind his back, trying his best to hide whatever was behind him. You smiled.

It wouldn’t get better than this, you thought and took a deep breath.

“I was actually looking for you.” you said.

Charles's face turned white. “Oh no, I’m not late for the interview right?”

“No, no, you’re not.” you reassured him and his whole body relaxed.

“I wanted to ask you something.”

“Oh?”

Charles gave you a curious look.

“I wanted to ask you out on a date.” you said and tried your hardest not to mumble or ramble. You wanted him to hear you the first time because you didn’t know if you had the courage to ask again. Charles on the other hand stood like frozen. He stared at you like he couldn’t register what you had said. You started to feel like you had made a mistake.

“If-if-if you want.” you said to break the silence that was killing you slowly. 

Charles snapped back to reality when you spoke again. Once again you had screwed with his plans to ask you out, by asking him out. How was this real?

His brain was trying its best to formulate some kind of sentence to respond with, but all he could do was bring forth the hand that he was hiding behind his back. In his hand, he held the most beautiful bouquet of flowers. Some of them were a little flat as he had pressed them against him for a long time and due to the car ride back. The florist had given him a knowing smile when he had bought them. Your eyes widened when you saw the flowers.

“For me?” you asked.

“Yeah,” he smiled and gave out a burst of nervous laughter. The kind you do when you’re too relaxed and too happy to do anything else. “I wanted to give you these when I asked you out on a date, but I guess you beat me to it.” 

You broke out in an enormous smile. The flowers were gorgeous, and then you realized what he had said. He was going to ask you out too.

“You-you were going to ask me out?” you asked in shock.

“Yeah, I’ve wanted to do it for the longest time, but I can’t really form a full sentence around you so I thought maybe flowers would help me.” 

You blushed. It was the sweetest gesture anyone has ever done for you.  

“Well I guess we have a date then.” you beamed and Charles smiled equally as brightly. 

“When?” you asked.

“After the qualy?”

“Fine by me.”

You stood there and stared at each other for a minute, then you phone vibrated on your pocket. It was your cameraman asking where you were as you were going live in 10 minutes. Your eyes widened.

“I have to go!” You said started running and Charles looked at you with a weird expression. “I’m interviewing you in 10.”

Charles widened his eyes and ran towards the Ferrari as fast as he could. He knew that his team would be so mad at him but he didn’t care. He was going on a date with you and he was seeing you again in less than 10 minutes. 

And he was right, as soon he got through the door his team started yelling at him that he needed to leave right away to get interviewed. He took a quick glance at the tinted glass by the computers to make sure he looked representable and the left as fast as he arrived. He hurried down towards the rest of the drivers and then he saw you standing behind the fences. The flowers were resting in your arms and he couldn’t help but smile. You beamed like always when he got close to you. 

“Charles Leclerc a pleasure to see you again.”

You realized that you said again but you hoped that no one else noticed.

“Likewise to you.” he answered. You swallowed and continued the interview and somehow he felt more relaxed now. All the stress of having a crush on you and not knowing if you just thought he was foolish had vanished and he felt flirtatious. you were impressed. 

“Good luck and I will talk to you after the races.” You ended.

“Of course and thank you.” he said and winked at you. You froze in your position and just watched him leave the area. Your cameraman was all over the place. 

“Man, you must’ve asked him out because I have never seen him with that kind of confidence.”

You nodded. “I did.”

Saying it out loud felt even better. You did it. You asked him out and the next time you see him would be on the date.

Okay okay so its your birthdayyy and you were really excited for what to happen because you wanted to see what kind of surprise your boyfriend did for your birthday

But to your luck he forgot :(

So you spent all day giving him hints like ‘what day is it’ and at one point you gave up and started pouting really hard

And your face was just overall sad everyone else had remembered your birthday including the members, but for your boyfriend to forget it lowkey hurt

Almost half the day passed and he still didn’t remember

So you ended up going into the room by yourself and started to cry

Your whimpers got louder and louder even though you were trying your best to stay quiet so he doesn’t hear

A few minutes past by and heeseung started looking for you because he sensed something was wrong.

He looked on the calendar really really carefully and FINALLY he came to his realization that it was your birthday but it was kinda too late cuz you hid yourself in your room to cry.

He came into your room to wish you a happy birthday but he sees you curled up into a ball crying to yourself

He felt so bad after this happened, “IM SO SORRY IM SO SORRY PLEASE FORGIVE ME I WONT EVER GORGET AGAIN!”

He hugs you so tight as if your life depended on it, won’t leave you out of his sight for the rest of the day. You’ll be hearing a lot of hbds and ilys for the rest of the day~

I feel like it’s rare that he forgets these type of dates buut for the sake of tumblr lets pretend he completely forgot 😧

You woke up in a great mood because it was your birthday of course

You were expecting to be receive a hbd wish from your boyfriend, but nope nothing all morning.

You received a bunch of hbd wishes on Instagram and other platforms mentioning you, but none of them were from jay :(

You quickly got frustrated and because it was your birthday and your bf the person you love most didn’t remember really hurt

So gradually your face became wet from heated silent tears. But unlike heeseung he would super quickly notice because he’s on his phone a lot and he dates things like ‘y/ns bday’ (idk but I imagine him dating things on his phone)

He’d then be like OH SHIT ITS YN’s BD

Runs to you soooooo quick just to see your face red and a bit wet.

Once your eyes connected your tears started to come out quicker

He literally runs up to you to hug you HAPPY BIRTHDAY DARLING I LOVE YOU SO MUCH IM SO SORRY I FORGOT

After he said that he ran away from you leaving you alone, which made your heart drop thinking that he didn’t care.

But once you finally came out of your room you were greeted with a homemade delicious cake your boyfriend made for you that looked like this

You could tell he felt really bad bc usually he always had a smile on his face while cooking but this time it was a ‘I’m sorry’ face

“I’m really really sorry please forgive me”

All was forgiven bc the cake tasted so mf ing good

It was your birthday today, a day that only came once a year so like any other human being it’s a special day for you

You were super excited to see what Jake did for you, because every birthday you had with him was always such a surprise

But today was sort of… different? :(

You saw jake in the living room on the tv and went straight up to him with a smiley face. “GOOODMORNINGGG” 😁

After cuddling for a while on the couch you lifted up your head and asked him If he knew what day it was, he just replyed with a simple Wednesday? With a confused face

I’m pretty sure that one word was enough to make you pretty upset 😅🥲

You started to pout and went back into his chest with a disappointed face.

“Ahh what what, what day is it tell me?” He said playfully, not realizing it was your birthday.

You stayed silent as he checked his phone, ‘y/n’s birthday don’t forget’

When i tell you he gasped he GASPED.

You were already in the verge of tears “IM SO SORRY HBD BABY”

You were still a bit upset at him so you replied with ‘did you really need your phone to tell me what day it was’ 😕

He hugs you tighter while mumbling ‘hbd hbd hbd’

Suddenly let you go of his arms and said he had an errand. Without any explanation he got his car keys to go somewhere leaving you and your thoughts by yourself.

‘Does he not love me anymore that he doesn’t even want to spend time with me on my birthday? ☹️😭”

A while later he comes back and you’re luckily still on the couch where he left you

^^this dude came back with three beautiful cakes from your local cake stores. “I’m bacccckkkk!! please forgive meeeee you know i love you with all my heart 🥺” (okay i hate to use this emoji but there isn’t any other way to describe it TT)

You obviously forgave him because you know it was never his intention to forget,,, “you owe me hugs and kisses for the rest of the day :(“ kindly accepts your request because that is something he’d never complain about #freecuddlesfromyn

Okay but like hear me out he’s the type of boyfriend that would ‘pretend’ he forgot your birthday but he actually didn’t

So when he ACTUALLY forgot you just thought he was joking until…

You leave him for a bit alone with his thoughts, not even gna lie if he did end up forgetting your bday it would take him a while to remember it

Idk if he’s the type to forget but like jay I don’t think he’d forget

I feel like to him birthdays are the MOST special thing/ date for a person

Like obviously the rest of the members think that but especially sunoo really like sticks to this

So if he had forgotten your birthday you were sooo hurt you ignored him the whole day keeping your distance until he finally remembered

Once he remembered he went to go find you ASAP where you were hiding int he corner of the bedroom moping

He showers you with hugs cuddles kisses pecks, you name it he does it

He feels so bad that he could forget smtg like this, literally asks himself how he could forget such an important date

If the convenience store was still open he’d run to the nearest store and surprise you with a birthday cake. But not just any cake it’d be a cake that was decorated by the one and only Kim Sunoo

Would prepare it so nicely and even have a lit up candle so you can wish on it.

the type to surprise you with it even though he forgot. Brings it to your room while singing the hbd song.

Jungwon was actually super clueless he genuinely didn’t know what day it is but something about you seemed off and the way you ran to your room was quite odd to him so he went and followed you

Before he opened the door he already heard small whimpers from the corner of the bed, and that immediately triggered him and he was about to beat up anyone that made you feel sad 😠 little did he know it was him who made you feel that way

“Baby what’s wrong? Why are you crying”

He holds your chin and turns it to get a better look

wiping your tears with his thumb, you were being a dramatic his giggles make you feel a bit better even though you were mad at him for forgetting

“You forgot my birthday.” You said to him while crying

You decided to play the silent game and just avoided him... so he tried to get you to talk to him but after a while it didn’t work so he sort of gave up and went to ask his hyungs what’s wrong with you.

“Niki,,, it’s y/n’s birthday omg did you forget??????” Jake said texting niki

and that’s when the lightbulb in his brain turned on

He rushed to the kitchen and back hugged you so tight and gave you so many cheekie kissies to try and make up for ‘forgetting’

But to his luck you were still mad at him

Soooo he came up with the idea of going to the convenience store really quick to get you a bunch of flowers and a nice cake to surprise you~

You ended up forgiving him because he was tickling you threatening you to forgive him

EZ stepped inside the clubhouse and all eyes were on him. “Rise and shine, kid thanks for joining us. You’re late. The hell you been?” Bishop asked as he sat at one of the tables.

“Sorry Bish, I got tied up with my old man, I was helping him bring some shelves into the shop.” EZ had to think quickly on his feet as all eyes were still on him, “it won’t happen again”.

Bishop and Taza got up and went outside leaving EZ, Coco, Gilly, and Angel inside. Angel delivered a smack to the back of EZ’s head. “Are you fuckin dumb? I told you not to even think about it. That shits over EZ.”

Coco and Gilly exchanged confused glances, “What are we ending?” Gilly asked.

“Oh this morning I went on a hunt to find my baby brother here,” Angel hooks his arm around EZs shoulders, “and this asshole was just leaving Y/N’s apartment bright and early, after having a nice lil shower there, after spending his whole weekend there...” Gilly let out a low whistle and looked down. Coco laughed, “damn Boy Scout I didn’t think you’d have the balls to actually do it! Sucks Bishop will kill you when he finds out.”

“He ain’t gonna find out because he is gonna end this shit.”

“Who’s not gonna find out about what?” You ask as you come up to the men, setting your bag down on the table. “Jesus Christ, there you go. you see? End it. This shit you got going on with him is going to get him killed.” Angel spat as he walked away. Coco and Gilly followed after him, a smirk on Coco’s face.

“We could just come out with it and not care..” you suggested.

“Are you crazy?! Bishop made it clear alright, you were supposed to be off limits to all of us.”

“EZ it’s not like we are running off getting married, I’m gonna be here all summer...can’t we just keep it lowkey? Keep having fun...” you reach over and grab his hand in yours and he clenches his jaw. You lean up and kiss his lips, his jawline, and his neck. “I mean, what do you want, Ezekiel? Is that what you want? Do you really wanna stop fucking me?” Your voice against his neck sends a quick shiver down his spine and he could his jeans grow tighter as he is now hard.

“You’re fucking killing me Y/N...go home. I shouldn’t have let it get that far, We can’t keep doing this...” he takes a step back and gives you a final look before heading to the back.

Later that night you sat wide awake in bed, unable to sleep becuase no matter how hard you tried you couldn’t get him out of your mind. You didn’t want to settle down, be in a relationship, but being his friend and getting to sleep with him wouldn’t hurt nobody right? You felt an ache between your legs and you reached over to your night stand and grabbed your phone.

You kneeled on the bed and slightly lifted your shirt to expose some of the skin of your tummy, wearing a pair of black lace panties and snapped a picture and typed up a message before hitting send. “I really wish you were here to take these off.. 😘” you then lay on your back and get a video of you sliding your fingers into your panties, drawing slow circles over your center, then slipping your panties to the side and exposing yourself to the camera. “I need you EZ..”. Sent.

EZ was with Coco and Angel when his phone lit up, your name displaying on screen. Angel notices and watches as EZ opens his phone and quickly lowers it to cover whatever he’s looking at. EZ licks his lips and then puts his phone back in his pocket, a smirk on his face and then chugged the rest of his beer. “Don’t do it asshole. Don’t go see her.” Angel says. Coco looks over at Angel. “See who? Y/N?”

EZ gets up from his chair and throws his kutte on. “I gotta go, I’ll see you guys later”.

You waited 20 minutes and No reply. You let out a deep sigh and then reached over and turned off your light when you heard 3 knocks at your door. You slowly make your way to the living room and look through your peephole, surprised to EZ there. Unlocking your door, you open it and stare at him, a knowing grin across your lips. He quickly moves inside and slams the door shut behind him.

The next few weeks went the same. He’d work his shift at the clubhouse, you’d work your shifts at the local hospital and spend your days off at the clubhouse. At this point, EZ practically spent all of his free time at your place. Always being very careful to make sure he wasn’t followed. Angel, Coco, and Gilly were privy to the fact that you and EZ had become some sort of “thing” but really didn’t know what to make of it. Hell, you didn’t even know what to make of it.

Pulling into the parking lot of the mall, where you and EZ spent most of the time eating when you’d grab something to eat, you dig through the bag and hand him his burger and fries. “EZ I’m so tired of sneaking around it’s kinda exhausting. We aren’t dating right ? So I mean who cares if someone sees us out in an actual restaurant eating at An actual table? Technically we aren’t doing anything wrong right?” You shove a couple fries into your mouth.

“That’s not the point Y/N.. if the wrong person sees us out, and it gets back to Bishop...”

“Okay fine, can you open a window? The smell of this food sitting In the car is starting to make me feel sick.” You say as you lower a window.

“You good? You been in there a while..” EZ knocked on the bathroom door as you hugged the toilet bowl. You were at Angels house for dinner with Angel, EZ, Coco, and Gilly.

“Yeah I’m fine just one second..” you managed to choke out. You wash your mouth and open the door greeted by a concerned EZ. “Hey you alright?”

“Yeah I’m fine, my stomach just has been feeling so fucked up lately... like since last week it’s like no matter what I eat, it just comes back up. It’s taking all of my strength it seems. I’m just gonna go home, I just want to go to bed.”

“You sure? You want me to come with you?” He asks.

“Yeah it’s okay, see you tomorrow.” You grab your purse and phone and head out.

“Where is she off to in such a hurry?” Angel motions to the front door.

“Home. I don’t know, she isn’t feeling too good I guess. She hasn’t been all week. I don’t know.” EZ takes a drink of his beer and looks at the Mayan men who are now staring back at him with raised brows.

He swallows and lets out a “What?”

“You sure she ain’t knocked up? You been wrapping it before you tap it right Boy Scout?”

“Yeah she’s definitely not pregnant.”

“How the fuck am I pregnant?! You mutter to yourself and you stare at the 4 tests on your bathroom counter. How were you gna tell EZ? Your uncle? Your father? You never thought about having kids... this wasn’t part of the plan.

Summer was almost over and you were almost ready to head back home. This wasn’t supposed to happen. What if you didn’t tell anyone and just went home? What EZ didn’t know wouldn’t hurt him. But you recalled the story he told you about Emily. Fuck. You can’t do that to him. He deserves to know. Shit. Shit shit shit. You get in the car and head to the clubhouse.

You pull in and everyone is sitting outside. “Hey mija” Bishop greets you. “Is everything okay? You look upset.”

“Yeah I’m fine, just came by to hang out. I have a day off finally. I’m gonna head inside and grab a water. Be back.”

You pass EZ and motion for him to go inside with you and he follows. “What’s wrong? You okay?”

“Um.. I.. just need to talk to you about something. But don’t freak out..”

EZ leaned against the bar as you sat on one of the stools.

You were choking on your words, unable to speak, when you finally blurted it out. “I’m pregnant, Ezekiel. It’s yours. And before you say anything, I don’t want or need anything from you, I’m not asking you for anything. I just-you deserved to know. I’m going home in a couple weeks anyway but I wanted to tell you before I left. I haven’t decided what I want to do and-"

“Wait stop, slow down. You’re pregnant? With my kid? Wait and you’re still going to leave ?” His voice slowly getting louder, “ You haven’t decided what you want to do? Do I get a say in this? Do I get to be part of the decision making process?”

“EZ lower your voice” you warn.

“No, screw That. Let them hear. Don’t go home. Easy. Decision made. Shit Y/N. it’s my kid.”

“EZ we can’t have a kid we aren’t even together. This wasn’t supposed to happen. Remember? Off limits.”

“Okay but I don’t care about that now, that’s out the window. What if I want this kid?”

The door to the clubhouse swings open and Bishop looks back and forth at the both of you. “Everything alright, Y/N?”

“EZ I can’t talk abut this anymore. Not today.” You move past him and head for the door.

“Y/N wait... Y/N!” He called out your name and you were out the door. Everyone watched in silence as EZ kicked over the barstools and leaned forward, his hands resting on the bar.

“What the fuck was that about kid?” Bishop came up behind EZ.

EZ stared forward, tears forming in his eyes. “Y/N... she’s... she’s pregnant.. with my kid.” He looks at Bishop. “I’m sorry Bish.”

“Alright, everyone. Thanks for the hard work today. Oh, and by the way, I heard from an anonymous source that there’s a new second-year coming tomorrow. If she’s in your class, keep your heads up and get us that manager. We really need one before the big training camp.”

Everyone’s ears perked up at the captain’s words; more notably, the word “she.” Yamamoto Taketora widened his eyes at the possibility that they were about to get their own “smokin’ hot female manager.” He wrapped his arms around Kenma and Fukunaga Shohei, demanding them to ask this girl to join the volleyball club.

Kenma did not want to ask the new girl to join their club; it was like asking her for her number. He was nervous and did not want her to think that she was trying to make a move on him. And it just so happened that his luck granted the new girl to walk into his classroom the next day, with the announcement from his homeroom teacher that she’d be their new classmate for the rest of the school year.

“Can you please introduce yourself, miss?”

Kenma’s homeroom teacher asked the new girl to introduce herself. She wore a big smile on her face, excitement radiating off her and onto the rest of the class, who buzzed with elation that this girl looked friendly and just an overall good person.

“Yes! My name is (L/N) (Y/N) and I’ll be your new classmate for the rest of the school year! Thank you for having me!”

She politely bowed. Then she was told to sit in the empty seat in the back, where she would sit right next to her internet best friend. But she didn’t know that, and neither did the internet best friend. Kenma looked over at (Y/N), slightly flustered. He was embarrassed and shy; he did not want to strike up conversation first. So he thanked whatever was up there when she initiated conversation first.

“Looks like we’ll be sitting next to each other from now on.”

He nodded.

“So… you’re Kozume, right? I know ‘cause the teacher told me to sit next to you.”

He nodded again. She was very nice. She was very pretty. Kenma felt a familiar comfort and warmth just by basking in her presence. Then he heard the voices of his teammates in his head: he had to ask her to be their manager, or else they would definitely hate and berate him. Especially Yamamoto. He definitely does not want what happened with him their first year to happen again. And so he pushes through with what little willpower he had in his inventory.

“Uh, (L/N)...”

She turned to face him, with her eyes all big and wide and a gorgeous smile plastered on her face. Kenma had to use a defensive shield to protect himself from oncoming damage. He could tell, even from afar, that she would be a force to be reckoned with.

“Since it’s mandatory for everyone to join a club, do you… want to be the manager for the boy’s volleyball club…?” He asked so shyly, and so quietly that by the end of his question he spoke in a hushed whisper.

But still, (Y/N) was the most pleased a girl could get, and felt the utmost welcome at school that she beamed and agreed right away.

He told her that it was tomorrow, and with that, they continued on with their schoolwork.

Throughout the entire day, Kenma had only one thing on his mind: (Y/N). Her bright personality and friendliness reminded him a lot of his very good friend Hinata Shoyo. Just in that moment where they conversed, he felt like they were the only two people in the room, and throughout that entire moment, he felt warm and comfortable. He didn’t think he felt that way with Shoyo; no, he felt more than what he felt with Shoyo. When he first met Shoyo, sure, he felt comfortable and could talk easily with him; but with (Y/N), he felt like he could talk about anything and everything with her, like he could be embraced in her arms and call it home.

He realized he was infatuated with her.

(U/N) was their name, and they met almost everyday on their favorite video game. Kenma found relief in them, and they felt comfort in Kenma. They relied on each other to keep each other company during the wee hours of the night, and to advise each other on their ways in life. They promised each other not to reveal personal information about the other, because then that way they can say all they want about anything. They were there for each other, in game and outside of the game.

The only way they could type was when they were in game, or through the private message feature. Kenma and (U/N) were currently in the game fighting against enemies while chatting with each other. So Kenma had to cut his sentence short as an enemy fought him.

5.14 - day before momma leaves

Goddamnit I hate to admit it but I’m already thinking and crying like a baby in my head once my mom leaves me to go back home to sf. the feeling is mutual like melissa said cause she’ll probably be just as a wreck and all this time I’ve been spending with her, I’m cherishing even more. I’ve never felt like this and Victoria said the same thing; expecting that while I transition. But everyone needs to experience this. I DO, especially. I need the time away for a bit to miss them and I already miss those interactions with my brothers too of just lounging in the living room watching NBA games all night, or youtube videos like its judyslife or ustheduo.

Our lives have changed already and itll be so hard as I am bawling my eyes out, sitting in my newly mounted dining table my mom and I put together, facing outwards my window with the Chicago sun, beaming through at a whopping 54 degrees.

This is my life now, I will be on my own and making decisions on my own. Ive told a few folks that I’m sad yet annoyed my moms time here was a bit much. But I know it was perfect for what it is. We’ve been tired each and everytime, her actions speak volumes and our conversations arent as deep as I want, but I know this quality time was one that will impact my life forever. Even though I hate to admit it or will say this to her face. i love my mom. so much, she means so much to me and my brothers. The amount of things she does unselfishly aka drive my freaking car with just her and hector for 5 days cross country. do what she did to make me help settle, there is no one like her. and I will forever appreciate her and love her.

She is opinionated and still felt like I couldnt decide for myself but this will be also a time where I speak up and use my voice. Saying NO.

ugh the tears keep falling down but some highlights from this past week were:

- Silly vlog videos that I actually may put together when I get the time

- 5/6; arrived - went to container store to buy my elfa shelving for my closet. Super nice lady that worked there Hector spoke to. Went to world market to check out their furniture and standing mirrors. TJ Maxx/HomeGoods and picked up some bathroom essentials, shower curtain, mats and beddings, Facetimed Yan/Ronz/Brent+Rick at night (10pm CST) 

Mom stayed with Hector at Courtyard Marriot til Saturday 5/8. So I wanted to stay at the apartment for the first time alone and enjoy the moment and soak it all in. Parking at my garage alone, randomly waking up to the SUNRISE at 545am and just being in awe of my new city... I could just cry

Didn’t get my wifi set up yet so the struggle was real a bit. The air mattress we got from costco has been tough to sleep on but eventually Ill get my mattress. Just have been torn with my furniture not being here since everything was rushed and happened so quickly. Learnings from the move thus far:

-Write a damn list, I DID NOT. Aka thats why a bunch of junk and unnecessary things were with my mom and hector in the car. All couldve been bought here. I ocouldve taken more clothes and shoes

-Alot of my clothes aka my favorite jean jacket and pink/mauve henley was left at home. My running shoes - I decided not to prioritize idk fucking why *rolls eyes* and alot of my other valuables. Brendan is nice enough to ship it. Its not worth to buy a RT flight and go there and take it all back with me... no. :( I would though tbh if I was in LA. lol make couple trips but I’m far enough that its like.... whewww is it worth but one day I will come back and visit. For now, its slated for Oct

5/7 Friday; I had it off started the day late at 12pm and booked my mom, hector and myself tickets to the skydeck. my mom was HILARIOUS, she was scared at first and thought it would be a huge platform to see under but once she saw its just a small piece of glass over 105 floors, it wasnt THAT bad. Her and hector are hilarious together and annoying a little LOL. but I guess they’re cute

Went to Wrigley Field while there was a game and that was an experience. Fans at the top of their houses, Security all over the block, streets closed, fans everywhere. Its such a historical building in the middle of a freaking neighborhood so it made itself unique vs att/oracle park being so secluded down in mission bay.

RPM Steak for dinner in River North. Valet’d the car and Hector treated us to a Missouri Steak? it was bomb though but I wanted Medium and he wanted medium rare... cream of spinach, mac and cheese, asparagus and for dessert topped with a Baked Alaskan. Whatever that is. (It was good) and my first time trying it.. me and mom. Our waitor was a nice lady in her 30s, gave me tori kelly vibes. Then another worker stopped by our table who looked filipino for sure (Rox’s ex Dennis look a like) but I already for got his name. He told us how he lived in West Town too and would eat at this bomb restaurant called “Uncle Mikes” maybe the ‘superstar’ of chicago :) hectors jokes were a bit much saying climbing up the coconut tree and asking if he can make halo halo in the back for dessert. No sir....

5/8 Saturday; Plan was to visit Macys downtown to check out furniture at around 930am. But they werent open til 11am. We checked out the Bean at Millenium Park and my mom got to see all the tulips and flowers. We waited in line for a while at Stans Donuts since Wildberry was just too WILD and packed, so we walked a block down and had ourselves some coffee and donuts for the day. After we headed to Macys and were greeted by a tall man name Hilary. he’s THEEE BEST. he knew we didnt have to buy anything from him at macys but he’s such a sales guy and has been in this business for so long that he kept tlaking about Quality of furniture and making yourself feel comfy and at home. Being in a small apt, or living out alone for the first time, separating each section once winter hits so you’re not bored out of your mind in the small place. He was so friendly and nice, I took his business card. Went to Ashley’s on the way to the airport and got gas. Feel in love with the small dinette table they had but the one I’m sitting on now I feel like is just perfect. Soletren couch will forever be out of stock and I will never let this go :( honestly dont know how itll fit in my door but i guess i will settle for something reasonable and decent in size

IVE BEEN SPENDING SO MUCH MONEY. . . . . . . I cant even. I got paid today so todays check will be sponsoring all of my credit card funds. Gna just pay it off in full so I dont have to deal with it. But going forward a budget will be set. and luckily some of the things I bought work can reimburse so I’ll do expenses sunday perhaps.

Saturday evening after dropping off hector, we did errands in the suburbs and went to a walmart. a bit ghetto lookin but its fine. Decided to go to costco after but had an incidentn with this white man who bumped my car and didnt apologize. I was going to say something but we’re so far out in the suburbs Idk what the hell he wouldve done to me. And if they’re racist out there. took the long way home and it was prob not through the safest neighbor hoods but my mom didnt have to know since traffic on the freeway was just ALOT. omg and the roads are just so bumpy, my poor car. Becca said she has a guy at a shop her family always goes to so hopefuully I wont need him but just nice to know the option is there.

Went to the costco up by roscoe village and bought food and more essentials like medicine i have a whole pharmacy.  again throughout all this, my mom is the MVP. I wouldve been like, Ill go get it when I need it vs mom stocking up beforehand. We ended up setting my living room with a japanese style seating using my elfa shelving as the table and a towel over it. Leftovers from RPM for dinner and ribs/salad from costco. (I keep eating, and we’re not walking alot so....... I’m def gaining wait and will need to lose this asap)

I’ll be back more to cover this past week; mothers day, ikea, seafood city, hanging with becca, azul mariscos, drunk at ross and dollar tree, pants falling (mom) unbuttoned pants cuz we’re so ‘stuffffffed’ hanging with the boys via facetime cause I do miss them :( I need to havea schedule with them.

So today is another year, i really had thought that if a year has gone through, all my sadness will just turn into a faint memory but i guess not of you.

I really am missing you quite a lot today mom, and two days ago and a week ago too.

Some people might have called me over reacting and sentimental but its okay, at least i get to shower myself some tears to let God know how sad it is to lose you, and how eager i am to see you just one bit. It is very sad to know that when you were alive, i got every chance to be with you but now i'm begging for just one dream.

It is so damn crazy. So ridiculous for a human being to realize how important mothers are until they are gone.

I just miss you a lot that's all.

I guess you're coping with heaven too good that you might have forgotten how hard life was back here,

I just hope you've gotten the chance to experience a bit of happiness and not all misery.

I hope you had the chill life too, i hope you had laughed like i did have when i was young.

If you were alive, i'd dream of taking you to vacations, to trips even to operas and cruises, i know you'd love them.

Who is your bias and why do you like them? (Go crazy!) ok i’m really going to go crazy, this is gna be a paean! i fell in love w jaehwan bc of his aesthetics so first off i need to say that he is the most handsome, beautiful person i’ve ever seen. i love his nose (before and after the surgery) and his eyes are perfect and i love his skin esp when it’s make-up free, and his hair is so soft and pretty, and his jawline is nice but i rly love when he looks down and its soft. i also love his body like ik he has a tumultuous relationship with it but i love it as long as he loves it like no exercise or lack thereof could change how much i appreciate it. his journey to self-love is also so redoubtable like im so proud of his growth and self confidence and i hope he did it for himself!! okay though his personality is also a huge part of why i love him, he’s so unbelievably funny and it’s a genuine, on the spot kind of humor that works on building relationships and forming bonds rather than being idk derivative or virulent like its a salubrious kind of humor and i appreciate it so much. he loves to smile and he has a gorgeous smile and most importantly he wants other ppl to smile and i love him for it. he’s also so full of love like he loves attention and affection and being wanted and making sure others are wanted, he has such a genuine capacity for appreciation and i love him for it. he’s also unbelievably talented like he’s out here doing musicals and hectic schedules and he’s so successful and i couldn’t be prouder, not only is his talent very latent but he works so hard and accomplishes so much im in awe. i also have never been attracted to someone who lacks drive so obviously jaehwan is a motivated person and i love him for it, he has plans to succeed and do well and he follows through god bless him for it. also i adore his being gregarious like he makes friends so easily and maintains relationships so well and fosters healthy bonds and is very willing to tell people he loves them i adore it, it’s a model for relationships god bless him. im going to wrap this up bc i cant stop writing but i just wanted to add some small (mostly insipid) things i like: i love when he purses his lips and his dimples show, i love his eye smile, i love when he takes selfies from low angles to show his soft jawline, i love when hes tired and his voice is raspy, i love when his humor is performative and he’s the first to laugh at his own jokes, i love when he holds his hands together in prayer/thanks to fans, i love when he wears hoodies and sweatpants, i love when he wears glasses, i love when he pouts, i love when he wears his hair up showing his forehead, i love when he dances and its all wiggly and not smooth, i love when he genuinely listens to what others are saying, i love all of 2012-2013, nd i love that he’s not afraid to look stupid!!!! god i need to stop myself i could go on, message me if u ever want to talk about these things and more

I only wear earth tones because i used to be a hipster and that’s just where i’m at. i like black skinny pants and a loose top idk my style is rly simple? i dress up sometimes but mostly college kicks my butt and i look just ok!

For your bias group, what was your favourite hair style/era for each member? for jaehwan- it’s all of 2013 (that honey color) OR during fantasy when he flipped it up. for hakyeon- it’s the closer when his forehead peaked through! for ravi- it’s absolutely bomb oml that red is killer he looked eternally good for bomb. for hyuk- honestly it’s that rock ur body blonde i loved it. for hb- EASILY it’s 2012 when he had it long and wore it in ponytails with wisps out in the front that was such a look god i love 2012-2013 for many reasons. for leo- during lr when he did that wavy middle part!!

How did you ““discover”“ kpop and how did you discover vixx? on august 25th 2016 a picture came on my dash (my dashboard was 1000% kpop free it was a miracle it was there) of jaehwan from august 20th, that iconic pic of him in the pale pink shirt handing out soda. at that point i was immediately into vixx. i dnt rly follow any other groups so thats that! my friend tess helped me learn all of vixx’s names she made me a powerpoint bless her heart!
