This song caught me off guard. I knew she could sing, I heard snippets of her music here and there but the lyrics to this song stuck with me because of how sad and loathful they are.

I’ve never heard anyone sing about self-loathing in this unique of a way before. It’s almost like a foretold self colapse. When I heard it, I was “oh shit”. This idea of holding together strained image of who you think you are and being honest with yourself really stands out. I fuck with this song a lot. Listen to it when you have the time. It’s sad af tho so be warned.
