I didn't read it but it's something about homophobia and racism and misogyny if you like or dislike the ship, i'm not sure which one.

The arguing actually happened on the Katara/Zuko poll, but it was about this ship. Mostly Zutara shippers complaining about Kataang shippers but i saw maybe 2 kataang shippers in the comments. I repeat: Kataang is on here because it was incredibly controversial on my blog

Laios/Toshiro (Dungeon Meshi) A few comments and reblogs, 228 words out of what I can count + someones 644 word post that was linked to me.

The reason for this is because I jokingly used the tag "shuro has the worst case of allistic disease i've ever seen", because the way he exploded at Laios reminded me of the experiences i've had with allistic people who secretly hate me but never told me. This means I hate asian people and think only white men can be autistic.

Shiro/Keith (Voltron: Legendary Defender) 43 comments

I haven't watched Invader Zim, but I allowed it on the premise that Zim is seen as a child (because I don't like adult/child ships obv). But Zim's age is a big debate.

I haven't watched the anime. I saw the same guy twice with the same name and tagged it as "selfcest" incase someone had the tag filtered. This singular tag caused multiple comments and reblogs telling me that it's not selfcest and that it's offensive to DID systems to call it selfcest. I almost snapped here, honestly.

BORUM UPON BORGENDEN

borum spans the uphill eastern base of wraith's peake mountain where lush evergreen woods meet empty plains for some three leagues squared. as one of the northernmost parts of the kingdom, it edges its border with neighbouring, hostile lands. the terrain is uneven, often rocky, with extreme difference in elevation and thin, moist soil. wet season is all year round in these parts, water-logging the low-lying parts of the land for months on end and fog-binding everything above. it's also, as of recent, become a barony.

as part of county borgenden - so named after its historic fortress and the first building more than ten paces tall erected on those rocky plains - borum is of a similar military origin. upheaval near the northern border long ago prompted need for a gathering of armed forces and want for lodging and protection soon dotted the land in strongholds and watchtowers. a scarcely populated region, when under attack borgenden nevertheless saw scores of its humble peoples - farmers, sheepherds, fishermen and such - flock to the forts in fear and kindle the rudiment of villages and towns around them. borum narrowly escaped that fate. at once dangerously close to the border and far too troublesome of weather and terrain to foster community - or permit the building of comfortable roads - it instead fostered battle. its pulpy plains and dangerous inclines were setting for many forward marches, clever ambushes, joyous victories, but looksouts rotted in the rains and watchermen disappeared into the fog too often, so the army fell back, content to leave the land unconquered.

few locals remained, knowledgeable of borum's secrets and nimble enough to traverse its ridges.

it's a wonder, hence, why baroness tulia chose this trecherous, terrible place in particular to declare herself paramount to. at no shortage of audacity or brazenness - nor choice for fertile, good land - she nevertheless took up residence in borum and for her keep she picked a wet-stoned, bell-towered outpost nestled close to the forest, once home to soldiers, then to passing shepherds. fashioning the house into a suitable residence for a baroness would take time and effort, oft thwarted by hills, stones, ridges, over which carts could not pass and even horses were hard-pressed to cross heavily loaded. even visitors - as one would expect a lordship seat to host many - would have trouble reaching the keep. so it had always been, for ages past. as so-called 'grazing land' borum best entertained goats and sheep and their quick-footed shepherds, well-learned in the landscape.

as if the perils of elevation, moisture and rocks aren't enough, it's said that borum also infamously plays host to the worst fog of the year. though no stranger to 'borgenden mire' during the wetter parts of autumn, borumites uniquely prepare months in advance to suffer impassable blankets of fog, even in the lowlands. throughout most of fall and winter it rolls down wraith's peake and clots atop the marshes, at its worst allowing but a pace's view from one's nose. it's hazardous conditions for all locals indeed, and yet.. not good enough reason to stay at home. a hardy people, borumites - what few hardheaded residents remain - built stone paths and hung ropes and bells from their homes to make passage possible, and, failing that, used dogs, mules and sheep to lead their way.

precautions notwithstanding, fog season in still, muted borum sees an unsurprising many incidents. unfortunate tumbles, lost herds, disappearances. the uphill inclines are most perilous, already thickly forrested and confusingly uniform enough for one to lose their path in even when visibility is high. trodden paths disappear in the fog, however, and whatever trees lumberers or shepherds marked for navigation blend in with the rest. in the end, it is noise that proves most useful in wayfinding and the borum belltower, long ago used to signal invasion, now only rings to lead the lost home.

I've seen some comic panels touching on this and I just love the idea of bruce being a little stalker and you having to make peace with it.

you leave for work and then come back five minutes later because you forgot where you left your wallet and then you get a text from bruce that says “bathroom counter upstairs” because he just happened to be watching the tower's camera feed at the time.

or having to take a longer way home because a road has been closed off and getting a call from bruce because he noticed you taking turns you don’t usually take to get back to the tower. he stays on the phone with you until you get back home, even though you know he's on patrol right now because you can hear the wind on the other end.

god forbid you head out somewhere late at night without telling him first. he won't ask questions, he'll just follow you from a safe distance until he's ready to make himself known. when you (reasonably) yell at him about it, he apologizes (very insincerely) and asks what you're up to.

bruce has spent years perfecting the craft of stealth and on top of that, he is a worrywart. he's not the type to fawn over your every move right in front of you. he just... pays attention. watches. plans accordingly. if you are a loved one of bruce's, you are never truly out of sight. take that how you will, he's not gonna change

I was in the middle of reading chapter 8 when chapter 9 dropped. I immediately went to draw this once I finished reading the new chapter because that scene made me CRY. Without context, though, this work is kinda hilarious.

I officially hate Toji now. He was a nightmare to draw because idk how to draw buff men, so I spent 3 hours redrawing his pose and looking up references on pintrest until I got it right. I also spent a ridiculous amount of time drawing Megumi's backpack and his "Truck" because I can't draw anything simple without making my life hell in the process. I've also just now realized how huge the backpack looks in comparison to Megumi, and it wasn't even on purpose.

There's so much i want to say about this piece, the fact that Yuji and Megumi are bathed in light, but Toji is turned away from it. I also wanted to color this as well as make it greyscale, but then I also realized that I didn't want to torture myself any further when I had already spent 12 hours on this already, so greyscale it was. It was really fun trying out the screen tones and experimenting with them.

Shout out to my dad for making me realize how long I stayed up when he got up to get to work at 4 am.

i like the concept of hogwarts being like semi-sentient? and having like it's own magic in a way i've seen it around a few times and i really like it

but i really really like the idea of it trapping people in a time loop like just repeating the day over and over again why would it do that? idk soulmates? it likes some students and don't want them to leave yet? something needs to be done before they leave? the school is tempermental and just feels like it?

anyway yeah im thinking about an au where percy just gets trapped for like 6 months if its with someone else and for what reason depends on the day some ideas that have circled in my head include

Percy being fully by himself because the school just likes him and doesn't want to let him go yet

Percy being trapped with Draco because the school decided it would be good for Draco because he did something really fucked or something

Percy being trapped with Remus because i don't know having a teacher involved is fun and could open up possibilities that otherwise would be cut off like easily leaving the school, people believing them a little easier also the idea of a time freeze causing Remus not to turn and as a resulting having a few months where Remus just doesn't have to deal with it interesting also i like Lupin

Percy and all the quidditch captains and head girl and it actually being something that happens every year for 7th years just with how long maybe being random

Percy being trapped with Marcus preferably in a situation where Flint is like obsessed with him(has a crush because i love it) and it maybe even being his fault they're trapped was it an accident or intentional? i don't know

Percy being trapped with Oliver in a situation where they are either already together or like really close to it because one of (or both of) them are scared of things changing after graduating even though they are excited about their futures' i feel like it would 100% be an accident for this one like the school went oh? don't want to leave aright! i can do that for you!

Percy being trapped with the twins or any of the siblings i just think it would be interesting and force them to interact a bit which would be good for them preferably in a situation where it's not a very well known thing so all of them are confused as hell

Percy not being sure if Luna is actually trapped with him or just being Luna for like a month because he does keep seeing her in different places and when talking to her she sometimes says stuff that could be referencing that she knows that day is repeating but she's Luna and a second year so he's just so confused (bonus points if she really isn't and it's just like her being just more in tune with it or something) (also can easily be tacked onto any of the others because it's funny)
