“El, please come out.”

“I cant. I cant do this.”

Your lips purse together to hide the smile forming from Ellie’s nervous tone, the pitch of her voice just slightly higher behind the door she seeks solace behind.

“You should‘ve just let me dress as Spider-Man!” Ellie whines, muffled by the white painted wood.

“Oh,” you scoff, “so I could be what, Mary Jane.. or Gwen?”

“Yea!”

You shake your head even though Ellie can’t see it, the red fabric of your hood moving with you. “Every masc lesbian and frat dude in the ten mile radius of that party is probably dressed as Spider-Man, El. Just open the door.”

Your fingers reach for the metal knob, and you press on it lightly, turning it just a bit.


Ellie may be embarrassed, but she’d never lock the door on you.

When the creaky wood opens fully, and the bright bathroom light spills into the hallway, you cant stop the grin that spreads on your face.


Ellie is standing there, a sweet little pout on her face as she adjusts one of the ears on her head. The black triangle on her nose is slightly smudged by the nervous hand she rubs across it. “I look stupid.”

“You don’t look stupid,” you coo, the red hood of your ‘Little Red Riding Hood’ costume falling as you step closer, pinching your girlfriend’s red cheeks, fixing the little fluffy wolf ear attached her her messy auburn hair.

“Babe, i’m wearing a leash,” she whines again, the space between her eyebrows furrowing.

You nod. Yea… you had picked that part out. But cmon, how couldn’t you? Ellie had flushed so cutely when you explained the costume idea that you just could not think of anything else.

Your fingers dip beneath the flannel she wears, searching until they find the cheap metal chain attached to El’s neck.

“Gotta keep the big bad wolf close by, don’t I?” You chastise, giving the chain a little tug, bringing Ellie’s lips to your own.

Ellie melts into the affection, pout long gone as she kisses you, “Isn’t the wolf supposed to be the one chasing Little red?”

She smiles against the kiss when you start giggling and pull away. It leaves a little stain of your gloss on the pink fat of her bottom lip, and you resist the urge to reach forward and wipe the stickiness off.

Her lips curl up even further as you step back into the hallway. “You wanna chase me?” You ask, raising your eyebrow.

“Dunno, maybe I should. You made me wear a leash,” Ellie teases, stepping closer.

Her hands reach out, fingers reaching toward your hips as you back against the wall.

You knew what she was doing. “Don’t you dare-“ You point an accusatory finger toward her chest as she closes in on you.

Ellie’s shit-eating grin only grows more, her fingers wiggling as they find your waist, digging playfully into you.

Your weak spot.

The scream that falls from your lips might actually concern some of your neighbors, and you scramble to escape your girlfriend’s torment, tripping down the hall.

“Run little red, run!” Ellie bellowed dramatically, the chain around her neck dangling as she ran after you.

“We’re gonna be late!” You cried, a breathy giggle falling from you as she chases you around the couch, one clip on ear falling from her head in the process.

“Should’ve let me dress as Spider-Man!”

Because I'm sure Alec sends DOZENS of funny/cute baby and animal videos to Magnus, awesome (or hilariously wrong) weapons and stunt videos to Jace and Izzy, probably a random meme or two to Simon and Clary, more related to mundane culture (something from some movie or serie that he cannot comfortably talk about with Jace and Izzy because they are not Frickis mind enough and Alec is a closet nerd)

gotta admit, i'm so happy about all the requests about different players. sure, nothing tops benji, but I'm just really thankful you like the writing so much that you're requesting!

the strawberry-pink color blemished the left side of raphael's face. your delicate palm placed against his right cheek, holding him in place while your lips traveled over his forehead. stains of your lipstick left all over his beautiful, honey skin. the bright pink you chose, proved to be the perfect contrast to his natural tone.

a deep wine red would have vanished too quickly, and if you convinced yourself to post the created video, you wanted it to be perfect. at least, raphael needed to be covered in your choice of lipstick completely. "so, this is really necessary?" he questioned your process when you turned his head to the left to place more kisses all over the span of his right cheek.

"yes, it's what this trend is about. showing of my boyfriend, who's covered in my favorite lipstick." you commented between the gentle kisses, traveling down the side of his face until reaching his sharp jaw. "that's not your favorite one. you mostly wear the ruby one." you leaned back slightly, glancing upwards at your boyfriend. he had a single, bushy eyebrow raised at you, stating his observations over the past two years.

"you're so damn attentive." you chuckled, letting your hand slip from his face to admire your work of art. kisses covered most parts of his face, the forehead, the chin, and the spans of his cheek. the clear complexion blemished by the strawberry-pink stains, but it fit perfectly. "so, why not use the red one?"

"it's a dark shade, babe. i needed something bright for your beautiful, honey skin." you turned away from him with a smile, walking towards the table where your phone already waited for the recording session. the camera was open, and the sound was selected. "so, I'm just going to swoop into the video with my arm, to wipe away the little bit of pink, you'll overdraw with purpose?" raphael stalked after you, calling back the instructions you gave him before starting to cover him in strawberry pink.

if any of his teammates would have a chance to see him at this exact moment, the flashing light for pictures would never rest. he would be the greatest example to bring up the mood in the changing rooms. "yes. just use your thumb to wipe it off, and i will turn the camera to you with a smile." you glanced over your shoulders, taking in the image of your boyfriend who towered over you from behind. arms crossed over the chest, he burned the instructions into the back of his mind to remember what to do.

you did not think that raphael would accept the offer of being a guest in on of your tik tok's. most of the time, you did not post a video. it was the application you opened when you laid in bed, raphael already snoring softly from beside you but you could not find a peaceful sleep yet. so, scrolling through the comedic section of tik tok helped a lot until this trend covered the entire for you page and raised your interest in recreating it.

he did not understand why you wanted it to be perfect, he admired the little, unprepared videos in his camera roll. moments, he filmed when you had one of the worst fit of laughter, and rolled over the soft charcoal carpet in the living room. or finding you in the stands after a game, cheering for him in his jersey and he had the opportunity to capture the moment with his phone. but, if you wanted to do this little trend, like you called it, he wouldn't deny you the wish.

after all, raphael could never deny you anything.

"are you ready?" you asked over the shoulder, already holding the phone in your hands and the arms outstretched. raphael nodded, taking the place beside you but not standing in the picture yet. with a wide smile, you hit the record button and started to add another layer of strawberry-pink lipstick before drawing over your lips on purpose.

glancing to the side, raphael's arm appeared in the video, and the rough pad of his thumb wiped away the stain underneath your bottom lip. you relaxed under the smallest of his touches, closing the lids for merely a second as a gentle smile tugged on the corners of your mouth. when you opened your eyes, the video was almost over, and you quickly turned the camera towards the waiting raphael. he smiled widely, turning the face from left to right to present the kisses you left.

as the recording phase ended, you watched the rewind of the video, playing over and over again. "you almost ruined it there, babe." raphael commented, looking over your shoulder. his calloused finger pointed at the moment where your lids fell close, and you bathed in his gentleness. you snorted, not wanting to admit that recreating the video again could have been totally your fault.

raphael leaned down, his breath fanning over your neck and his chin placed on the space between shoulder and collarbone. "i'm glad, your body still has the same reaction to my touch." the football player whispered, pressing a featherlight kiss with his soft lips against the side of your throat.

tiktok is basically vine 2.0. Lots of different content on there. Think of it as short form youtube with any niche you can think of available. That being said…

Ed would totally do thrifting tik toks. and he’d have a link in bio to his depop where people can buy complete outfits. His page is always sold out and he has like 20k followers. Super niche audience.

Vicki would post videos of her lifting at the gym.

Sergi would not be on tiktok. He would be in videos made by Izzy though.

Marco’s tiktok is full of memes and hilarious but weird humor. Also videos of Sergi trying to understand modern slang/generally bothering the older adults. He has 300k followers.

Farro would also be on Marco’s tiktok, and he and Sergi would be part of a weekly segment called “Old Guys Try to Use Modern Slang” or something like that and. The comments are always about how hot he is. Sergi is always trying to knock the phone out of Marco’s hands.

Shawnie posts whatever she wants… Ootd, bar/party vids, pov of her riding her motorcycle, etc. She has 1000+ followers.

Roe would absolutely NOT have a tiktok. But if they did it would be nature videos and they have 0 followers and follow no one.

Carrie’s tiktok is super edgy and it’s edits of her outside with an emo backing song. There are definitely quotes like “real eyes realize real lies” or something like that (just kidding)

How will shadowhunters characters use social networks (taking in count the ones that I use in latinoamerica, probably is different in USA):

I think that #Tessa and #Jem try to keep them self up date, especially for #Mina, but didn't get why people think that is so funny.

#Clary: Use especially Instagram and pinterest for draw, also love procastinate on tik tok and send hundreds to Izzy and Simon.

#Jace: I think he would said that he prefers to focus on training, but secretly he spends hours watching police, war or action series and movies (while training, of course).

#Izzy: Have all the Social Media in the world, includind Wattpad and Lezhin.

#Simon: Use must of his time on Youtube and Spotify, but also watching the tik toks that Clary and Izzy send to him. Twitter is his version of the news.

#Alec: Hates social media but still have an account in everyone because of Izzy (he also have Lezhin), love watch series and movies so Magnus and him are update in all the moment series (I am SURE he watch Betty la fea and love it because of Rafael).

#Magnus: I think that although he thinks that are funny use mostly the ones that give him the freedom to write publicly, like Twitter. Still have an acount in everything for stay update

I haven't yet stopped to think about which social networks the #TDA characters would use, but I imagine that #Julian wouldn't use any (he would see everything through Emma's accounts, in case his brothers want to show him something), #Ty would be on Twitter and Tumblr and on many many Shercklomes fanfic pages, #Kit would use Tiktok and apps for chats mostly, #Dru imagine that Youtube and Streaming platforms, Cristina and #Emma would have many accounts and I want to think that Clary or Izzy will invite them to the geek world, #Diana probably thinks they're fun but uses them like a SEÑORA and #Tavvy in the books is too young for me to try to know.

(About #Mark and #Kieran I have no idea what to think because I'm still reading the trilogy, I'm on the last book)
