thing about deltora quest that only occurred to me in hindsight is not only just how much jasmine carries the entire party on this quest but also how genre-defyingly brutal she is lol. like, this is a kid's series that hinges on riddles and puzzles far more heavily than combat - even when deaths occur, they're often the result of cleverness in some way rather than straight up combat ability. that said, let's look at the villain kill count at the end of book five of eight of the first series:

- lief: 1 - even there it's with a well-thrown bottle of cursed water rather than his sword.

- barda: 0 - i'm not counting that one unnamed sand beast, that's an animal not a villain.

- filli: 0 - he is a squirrel, this is unsurprising.

- kree: 1 - killed an invincible sorceress all by himself, good bird best friend.

- jasmine: 5 - dropped a tree branch on a mf, drowned two cannibals in quicksand, cut a giant snake's throat, shoved a dude down a pipe full of toxic mold (after having to be told not to cut his throat while he slept jfc).

idk it just suddenly struck me as really funny how this one character who isn't the protagonist is almost from a different, far more brutal story, and uses that fact to consistently be the mvp and save everyone else's asses. i need to read this series again it's been too long.

After yet another comment vowing to die for Rhodes Bannister…

Rhodes Bannister: Old lawyer/farmer who raised Tubbo and then joined the Hivemind and became their unbudging moral compass. Holds cute mock-trials for bickering kiddos. Kinda tortured Tubbo that one time, but grows from that. A very sweet old man.

Rosalind Parra-Cardozo: A naive Foundation employee who tried to help Tommy and Tubbo escape, and instead was subsumed into the Hivemind. Mom-friend, fell for Foundation propaganda that really needs to get sorted out. Called Tommy a child (clearly delusional).

Lawrence Lethe: He killed Ranboo and Rosalind, and yet somehow he has people rooting for his redemption arc. Which he's going on reluctantly, because he's a bitter guy. Helped Charlie, Halo, Skeppy, Philza, and some others escape I guess. If he wins I stop writing Fault.

Dr. Blake: She's kinda the worst but that's because people hate to see a girlboss winning. And by winning I mean giving Tommy PTSD, cutting off Tubbos' hand, and manipulating anomalies into becoming the monsters the Foundation wants to see. Fully believes she's the vulnerable victim just doing what she must to survive.

Webb: Gaslight king. On the minimizing/deflecting side of the manipulation spectrum. Has a weird rivalry thing going on with Philza. Amnesticized Philza so thoroughly that he forgot his own children even existed (and did a lot of murder about it). Just an alcoholic divorced bisexual trying to protect humanity.

Jasmine Fletcher: The five year old Little in the Hivemind. She’s compassionate and sassy. Her favorite color is ultraviolet! She likes dinosaurs and flying and not being shot by her parents!!!

Chad Bowinger: My favorite tbh. He's just a hyper-competent and respectful body guard turned Foundation goon. What more do you need? Currently living off the grid with Charlie, Halo, Skeppy, and Maureen + wife in what I'm sure is a delightful sitcom.

Anderson Corvin: An archeologist that discovered a dinosaur named Philza. Had a cute wholesome suburban life with Philza, prone to things like rambling about history and getting shot in the head. Had 2 (two) murderous rampages in his honor. Yay...?

Maureen Johnson: A body guard just trying to make the world a little safer for her wife. Willing to trust anomalies, but attempted to thwart escape efforts. Did not appreciate Charlie slime puppeting her body for some reason?

Willow Haynes: An annoying teen conspiracy theorist who discovered fairies are real! Teenage Tubbo was less thrilled about her 'discovery'. Had a Shane + Ryan dynamic with Tubbo. In reality, she noticed Tubbo was lonely and was trying to convince them anomalies existed so they could find someone to relate to.

Morgan: Okay Morgan isn't in Fault. Sue me. They're a shy Foundation Observer who tries to warn employee!Philza not to be obviously attached to the cute new Tommy anomaly. Scared into being loyal to the Foundation. They didn't sell Philza out, but were also a coward.

At the age of five, with cleats strapped onto her feet, she stepped onto the soccer field for the first time. Chasing after the ball surrounded by a horde of children her age, all of them driven by the same goal. Her first attempt at scoring resulted in the ball landing in her own goal, but the cheers that erupted from the bleachers and the field awakened something within her. Her passion for the sport began shortly after that incident. By the age of ten, her parents had enrolled her not only in a community league but also in a private travel league. She spent countless hours and days on turfed fields, practicing with that little black and white ball that had become the center of her life. As she entered high school, the question gradually shifted from whether the girl had the potential to go pro to when she would go pro. She became a breath of fresh air for recruiters and the youngest member on the Aurora Bay's varsity soccer team. Eventually even taking the title as captain her junior year. With excellent grades and exceptional technique, Amara found herself in Florida after graduating. Her plan was to stay there for the next four years and earn a degree in sports and fitness. However, by the time her junior year came around, she had already been scouted. At the young age of twenty-one, she signed a six-year contract worth $1 million with The Kansas City Currents. With her exceptional skills, she had hopes of extending the contract after winning numerous awards, such as Rookie of the Year and MVP. However, in her sixth year, everything changed when she suffered a life-altering injury on the field - a torn ACL. She recalls the day vividly, looking up at the screen and seeing herself lying on the ground, tears in her eyes while clutching her right leg. My personal thoughts on the micromanagement treatment between Logan & Williams

⚠️ Disclaimer: This post is a very long post.

⚠️ Trigger warning: Mentions of "C-19" and mentions of micromanagement with Dallas Wings on former head coach Vicky Johnson plus ex Dallas Wings Player Allisha Gray plus Williams Racing Team on current Team principle James Vowles and Logan Sargeant in addition to how author did felt as if she did hit her lowest point of her very own life (A.k.a Rock bottom for real) due to countless events which did happened in her in her very own real life.

The way the Williams Racing Team treated Logan Sargeant does reminds me dejectedly and traumatically does reminds me of how Allisha had been treated by a former head coach of the Dallas Wings Vicky Johnson had treated Allisha so badly by having to truthfully bad-mouthed her and putting the blame on Allisha for a poor performance on the game of Las Vegas Aces vs Dallas Wings back in June 2021 on a five game road trip; it's like they think Allisha was responsible for the loss because of how she had been feeling drained from the 3x3 Basketball qualification event at Austria where she was playing with the 3x3 USA Team alongside Kelsey Plum; Stefanie Dolson and *Katie Lou Samuelson (*Whom she had contributed her part with the team on the qualification event way before sitting on the Tokyo Olympics due to "tested +" for C-19 so Jackie Young who is a team mate of Kelsey Plum with the Las Vegas Aces had to truly take place of KLS) and was also named as a "MVP" of the 3x3 USA Basketball Team during her time with the USA 3x3 Basketball at the Qualifying event in Europe and then meanwhile, Vicky Johnson had placed the blame on Allisha for the poor performance she had placed her during the time of the LV Aces vs the Dallas Wings Team back in June 2021 on the 5 Game Road Trip and already this does reminds me of how the Williams Racing Team unfortunately treated Logan in such a bad manner which does really makes my heart felt sad for him--especially with all of the comments which are deeply hurtful, nasty and downright insulting towards Logan and already do we need anymore insults for that?? No, I don't think we needed it anymore.

Plus also sorry if I did have to write this post because these days I did felt as if I am feeling as if I am at my lowest point these days as honestly, it does saddens my heart to hear what Logan had to truthfully went through in his very own life not just only as a professional F1 Driver but also both as a person and as a human being as well.

Anyway, in other words; thank you for reading this long and lengthy post about the rant that I did truthfully have to truthfully say about what Logan had to went through with the Williams Racing Team just the same as how Allisha went through with the Dallas Wings Team and a former head coach on Vicky Johnson back in 2021 and 2022 way before the changes on how Allisha got a request to be traded to her home team of the Atlanta Dream. (Plus yes, I am still in a full-on level of denial of how Allisha got traded away to a team like the Atlanta Dream and yet Dallas tried to rebuild themselves by fulfilling the void with Maddy Siergrist; Ashley Joens [Whom IDK what had happened to her after they waived her off from the Wings Team]: and so many draft picks whom there is no way they can fulfill the void of Allisha Gray, Kayla Thornton or Marina Mabrey as this does makes the team looks way too different more so than how they are with players like Lish, Kayla: Marina; the seldom utilized Chelsea; Jasmine, Bella and also the waived off Jazz Bond; Destinee Walker and Unique Thompson. Sheesh.

Also, sorry if the post is truthfully long and rant(y) ever since I got so much to say to be honest at this point; everyone.

Adamson Baby Falcons rips NU Bullpups, breaks 31-year Title Drought

An egg has been hatched from the nest of San Marcelino as The Adamson Baby Falcons clinched their first championship since 1993.

A momentous feat was declared by the Adamson University Baby Falcons after completely outlasting the National University-Nazareth School

Bullpups, 90-73, in a do-or-die Game 3, Sunday at the FilOil EcoOil Centre in San Juan City.

The wire-to-wire victory gave Adamson its first high school basketball title in 31 years. The previous championship run by the Baby Falcons, which lasted from 1993 to 1993, set a record six straight under coach Charlie Dy.

Mark Esperanza was awarded Finals MVP Honor after leading the Baby Falcons' offense with his 13 points and four assists. Esperanza chipped in finals series averages of 9.3 points, 3.7 assists, 3.3 rebounds, and two steals per game.

The Baby Falcons' graduating players were also evident in the victory as Justine Garcia, a member of the Season 86 Mythical Five, and JC Bonzalida propelled the team in scoring with 15 points apiece and 10 rebounds to finish with a double-double.

Alright, second run of Master Mode for Kalos, this time with rematches. Let's get to it.

Vs. Drasna This was...actually not bad at all. Candice's sync nuke is really strong, and the parameter to increase secondary move effects means Steven's flinch rate is pretty respectable. Of course, it didn't stop Rosa from being Poisoned turn 1, but her MPRs kept her alive. The only significant hiccup was Endure, but that was pretty easily taken care of by Candice's Ice Punch following up the Icicle Crash.

Vs. Siebold JoltKris supremacy. I really enjoy this team. There's undoubtedly better out there, but Dual Rats seem so boring. Jolteon has fantastic AoE damage in Discharge, with the 2/5 grid offering frankly hilarious levels of multipliers for pretty free conditions. And her sync nuke isn't bad at all, despite the needless lack of EX. C!Elesa's debuffs are just hilarious too. Even with the speed drops, the 1-bar spam alongside Jasmine needing nothing from gauges really sold this team.

Vs. Wikstrom SS Lysandre has proven himself in the Water arena, but now it's time to see what Fire-weak meta does. I've already proven he can explode Cobalion, but how's he do in CS? Apparently really well. I didn't even time the Buddy move right. I expected it and Lucas' Heat Wave to finish the job. It didn't. So I wasted the SEUN and +3 Special Move Up Next on an AoE attack...that still dealt like 14k. SS Lysandre's hilarious.

Vs. Malva "So you're gonna use Classic Blue here, right?" Do I look like a Kantonian user? Double Diancie or nothing. Even brought Halloween Caitlin for comedy purposes. "But the double defense?" Irrelevant. SS Diantha blasts that to nothing, and Hilda trucks even harder. "But the weather?" H!Caitlin fears nothing. I mean...okay, she did die. Flare Blitz. But still.

Vs. Diantha It's amazing to think a week ago this would've been absolutely terrifying. Instead, this really was the easiest of the fights. Emma is ridiculous on type. The fact she was hitting as hard as she was off-type should've told me in advance how this would go, but I still can barely believe how hard Crobat hits. It's outrageous. I did a different test with SS Leaf and H!Iris. She almost one-shot the side on Turn 2. I've never seen anything like it. And because permanent field effects are a thing here, Anabel is H!Caitlin levels of insane. Pure damage shield, with no ability to ever be crit or statused. It's beautiful. Looker, sadly, mostly exists to inflict Poison on the foe. He can hit up to around a 90% poison rate, and Poison Jab is pretty good secondary DPS. You know. When Emma's not one-shotting the opponent.

Final Thoughts That wasn't too bad. Like okay, yes, I'm being a little facetious, I know what Malva and Siebold can do and they do spook me. But I'm kinda thrilled to know JoltKris absolutely blows that stage apart. So many Electric types are Inertia or need good gauge control, and Kris is just here like nah. I got this. I love her. I'm also a huge fan of SS Lysandre's Fire-type damage. And of knowing that Double Diancie still wrecks every ounce of Malva's shit. Sentry Entry x2 ain't nothing compared to the Gem Brigade. Even Drasna's Ice-weak stage wasn't too bad, despite the Endure and Toxic shenanigans. But I imagine without the flinch rate, it would've...actually no, it would've been fine. After Candice exploded the center to near-death, it was pretty easy to have the sides in range for one more Icicle Crash and clean up. So even that wasn't too bad.

But absolute MVP is Emma. That damage is something else. Huge fan of her shenanigans, 10/10 would bat again. But I feel like I didn't get a great idea of what Diantha...does. Like her stage just kinda dropped. Wikstrom was much the same; SS Morty is impervious to damage, and Lysandre just vaporized them. I might do another run with weaker tools, just to get a sense of what they do. I kinda feel bad. Like I just skipped their gimmicks.

Me wanting the reason Jack can see Jasmine’s ghost being because she used ADAM before the pregnancy, so there for Jack got some of Jasmine’s ADAM through being made of her own blood VS me knowing the only memories we see of Jasmine during the game are after Jack would’ve been removed from Jasmine, so there’s no way he could have inherited those memories when he was already born--he likely just consumed some of her recycled ADAM later

Got done watching the new Scream Movie:

- Jenna Ortega and Jasmin Savoy Brown were absolutely brilliant and complete badasses. MVPs of the movie.

- The Kills are absolutely brutal and gutwretching.

- The Ghostface this time around turned out to not only be my favorite Ghostface since Stu and Billy, but they might be my favorite horror villian since La Femme from Inside (if you have a weak stomach, do not watch Inside)

- There is one lil detail that they out in that will make fans of the franchise scream with glee.

-highly impressed with how hilarious the movie was.

- the way the film referenced past characters and events was amazing, including one involving Dewey that may me tear up.

I give it a 8.5 out of 10. The OG Scream is still the best, I would put this 2nd, with Scream 2 like a 2a. Scream fans will love this new take on the franchisem
