Typically when it comes to my animations/animatics I prefer for the reposter to 1.) ask my permission, and 2.) give credit.

For this… I don’t think I mind that much. They may not have asked, but it’s TikTok and I allow my videos to be saved so they technically had permission, I guess. And they gave credit to me VERY CLEARLY in their vid, which I appreciate. Also, I genuinely forgot the TikTok existed! Also also, it’s clear the reposter isn’t trying to steal my work, they’re posting several different TikToks to bring attention to fanartists and the show. So I’m not mad.

But in the future, for anyone who is listening, always ASK FOR PERMISSION before you repost another artist’s work.

I’d like to think I’m incredibly lenient and patient when I find someone has reposted my drawings, credited or not. I try to have grace and keep an open mind that the reposter is most likely not someone trying to steal my identity, but just some dumb kid who hasn’t learned internet/artist etiquette yet. And we’ve all been dumb kids, even me. So usually if I find someone has reposted my art, I leave a comment asking who the artist is (because I have a sense of humor lol). I make my fanart to be shared, so if someone reposts it in a fan account, in my eyes the artwork is doing its job. I know people have different views and opinions on this sort of thing, but for me I don’t really care. If they reposted my original characters or personal content, that might be a different story. And for my animations, I do get extremely protective of those. But my fanarts? Those were made for you. I’d appreciate credit, but in the eventuality that the reposter doesn’t do that, my watermark logo comes in real handy.

Dragon Concept Arts Part 01

Some concept Art for the redesigns of my sorta older tribes that did need some redesigning. For now imma focus on redesigning the tribes that mainly exist on my main Fan Continent, Arkterrah. (Plz note not every dragon in these fantribes of mine will look like this, this is just what theyre pictured as for reference. )

Also reason why there is no concept Art for the Gaiawing is bcs I already drew a Official ref of what a Gaiawing would look like normally.

Anyways here are the "more readable" notes for these guys (Plus some extra stuff):

Techwings (top left): 1) Eyes having a glowing ring, 2) the strange pastel parts on their body glow neon, 3) the strange tube like structures on their body are called conductors & can create electricity + glow, 1x) Royal or Royal descendants have extra conductors on their wings & tails, common Techwings don't, 2x) Royal or Royal descendants can & only have paws on their legs, Common techwings dont.

Florawings (top right): 1) Eyes always have 2 tones, one being the main & the other being the color of the fronds, 2) Every Florawing will have fuzzy eyelashes, no matter the gender, 1x) Every Florawing will have their colors be based on flowers, herbs, leaves, fruits, & vegetables (but also occasionally tea), 3) Are fluffy but also very chubby, 4) The extremely green patches of fur on their body (neck & legs) have the ability to grow herbs & flowers + even photosynthesize to the point they don't rlly need to eat,

Uh hi, i dont usually send stuff in peoples ask boxes cus I'm always worried it'll be weird or something, but i remember you're the person who made the mermaid x damian fic series (which i loved btw), and i was wondering if you put it on character ai, because if you havent i think someone has stolen part of the first bit of your fic and made it an ai, i'm not 100% sure but i was screwing around and clicked on it and it seemed to be almost word for word part of your fic, i could be wrong though.

their user is Nana_Hatsugen365 display name theodosia, and the caption for it is '❤️his favourite mermaid' you can probably find it by looking up 'Damian Wayne Mermaid' because if memory serves c.ai usually lets you look up keywords with the name.

This could of course be your account reposting your own fics on there, or you gave perms, or it might not be your fic and i just got reminded cus aquariums and mermaids (i didnt check the masterlist to reread to check because im 95% sure its ur fic), if so, sorry for wasting your time but the account doesnt match ur username or advertise back to your tumblr, and i havent seen anything on your account advertising it and their other Damian bot doesnt have anything to do with your fics so I'm going with my gut and telling you in case it is stolen and idk, you want to call them out or report them i dont really know what people do in this situation, but im also a writer (which is why im doing this anon so i dont accidentally advertise my account, idk it feels wrong) and i would want to know if someone had turned my work into an ai without permission so I'll assume you would too.

Hi! Thank you for bringing this to my attention. I did not give this user permission to make a Damian bot out of the premise of my story.

I found the bot and you're right, it's word-for-word ripped from part 1 of the Mermaid Au.

I'm very conflicted about this because... It's completely ripped from my blog, which I dislike, but it's a bot, and c.ai characters notoriously have terrible memory and can't follow a plotline for shit. There's no chance it'd be able to mimic the rest of my story.

I also didn't see any place to really report it for theft or plagiarism. It's not like I can say "hey the entire opening premise is stolen even though the bot has no way to continue the rest of the plot." I'm at a loss.

The best I can come up with is to ask that if you come across the bot, please don't use it. I didn't give this user permission to repost my work like that, especially not for AI.

And nana_hatsugen365, if you see this, I'd prefer it if you deleted the bot. What you did was incredibly disrespectful to me, and I imagine those other two bots on your page were probably made the exact same way. If you can't come up with any content without stealing someone else's, you shouldn't be making content.

The DoD Cast but my Version | Part 01

This is part one of the cast of DoD by my ver/AU designs of them.

From left to right we have: Clay, Tsunami, & Glory.

These designs are based on what I would I have done if I made the designs for the tribes (bcs I think the Canon designs for the tribes just look... kinda boring imo? Plz dont attack me plz, i just wanna be creative + THESE ARE MY VERSIONS! Not redesigns.)

Anyways some changes I made to them:

Clay now has a grey-ish brown tint which can become even greyer if in contact with water or a bright red color if he goes into contact with heat.

Clay now has droopy ears (bcs you don't want mud in yur ears do u?) & strange antennas to feel the air when going into mud. They're meant to Mimic cattails or rice plants but whatever I was lazy as hell.

Tsu now has a orange underbelly due to the fact that water can also be a orangey brown. (Alos bcs it felt weird to just have a sea dragon only be blue & green with out taking in the fact the same is pretty colorful)

Tsu has semi-squidish eyes. Don't ask why I gave her these i just thought it be neat to give her the eyes of a squid which are round. (Also gave her more head fins bcs well.. FISH!)

Didn't change much about Glory other than her coloration which is slightly based on the moring glory. I did however give her some more patterns & whiskers. (Bcs of what a frend told me)

I did infact swap the eye color of both Clay & Glory since well... Idk I just like it when the eye is a different color from the main body itself.

Thats really it for the changes of these designs.

Imma prob gonna draw Starflight & Sumby (Sunny) now & maybe make a Skywing fella afterwards named Sulfer who deff isn't gonna be the Skywing that was supposed to be in the prophecy but then his egg got smushed so in this AU of mine imma make it so the egg he was in was STOLEN from Hutvr (I can't spell his name help-) & was raised as a thief. (Bcs in the original Hutvr fracking dies also)
