On the April 11, 1999 season premier of Mystery Science Theater 3000 (in what would be the last season on Sci-Fi) TV's Frank (Frank Coniff) and Joel Robinson (Joel Hodgson) made surprise cameos. Frank revealed to Pearl Forrester (Mary Jo Pehl) that his time in Second Banana Heaven was short lived due to coming in conflict with Pat Buttram. He was now working as a Soultaker. He wasn't impressed with Pearl's henchmen Professor Bobo (Kevin Murphy) and Observer (Bill Corbett) at first, but he and Bobo ended up really hitting it off. Joel, who managed a Hot Fish Shop since returning to Earth, revealed that he learned that Doctor Clayton Forrester (Trace Beaulieu) had set the Satellite of Love to self destruct, so spent a lot of money to fly up to the ship to repair it. It was Frank's first appearance since he left in season 6 Sampson vs the Vampire Women (March 25, 1995) and Joel's first since he left in season 5 Mitchell (October 23, 1993). While Joel would return in the Netflix series as Ardy and other characters, he wouldn't appear again as Joel Robinson until June 24, 2022 episode Demon Squad. top five least favorite celeberties
okakkkkk. in order for this to be cohesive ill be ignoring ones with actual sa allegations and comedians and musicians. basically this is just actors
pedro pascal. you know my feelings on this man.
2. david tennant and michael sheen go.in the same category for me . sheen more than tennant because his wife is a whopping 25 years younger than him and only a year older than his oldest daughter. when questioned about this (on PBS) he started stuttering about how people perceive him. disgusting individual imo. also has a habit of pretending to be a gay nerd and he is far too close with neil gaiman. hes also worse on the virtue signaling because of his environmentalism and getting 'poisoned' and the not working for money. all of it reeks of 'i kill people in my spare time.' to me. imho!
3. chris evans!! i hate him. he also married a teenager and i think his 'work' as captain america is propaganda and also ass. i also think he's ugly.
4. another group of men those supernatural boys. mischa and jedsen or whatever the fuck their names are. i just don't like them because of supernatural tbh. and also because one of them said he wouldn't wish covid on anyone (to trump after he tested positive) and because the other one voiced jason todd in a dc movie and it fucking sucked and there was no reason for him to be casted. i think theyre both talentless hacks. and they're in the boys now. gross imo
5. one woman for the road mia goth. i think she's a government plant and that her head is filled with fiberglass insulation. other than that she seems like a decent person.

Removing “Dune 2” from the landscape allows “Oppenheimer” to plead its case among the tech branch members, particulary the sound design by Richard King, Michael W. Mitchell, Kevin O’Connell and Gary A. Rizzo.
Barring unforeseen shortcomings (which you can never count out in an Oscar season), “Oppenheimer” is currently projected to land in the realm of 12 Oscar noms — picture, director, actor (Cillian Murphy), supporting actor (Robert Downey Jr.), supporting actress (Emily Blunt), adapted screenplay, production design, cinematography, costume design, film editing, sound and original score. With 12, Nolan’s atomic bomb origin tale would be on par with others such as “Ben Hur” (1959), “Dances with Wolves” (1990) and “Schindler’s List” (1993).
Moreover, Nolan’s movies have done very well in the sound categories. “Inception” (2010) and “Dunkirk” (2017) both took home the two sound categories when it was divided into mixing and editing in their respective years, while “The Dark Knight” (2008) took home the mixing prize (along with Heath Ledger in supporting actor). “Interstellar” (2014) also managed a nom for sound (despite the criticisms).
This race seems like one of the safe bets for “Oppenheimer” going into the phase one period...
AND THE PREDICTED NOMINEES ARE:
1. “Oppenheimer” (Universal Pictures) — Richard King, Michael W. Mitchell, Kevin O’Connell, Gary A. Rizzo...
ALL ELIGIBLE TITLES (ALPHABETIZED BY STUDIO)**...
“Oppenheimer” (Universal Pictures)...'

On April 19, 1996, Mystery Science Theater 3000 the Movie was released in theaters based on the TV series of the same name. The movie featured Trace Beaulieu as a solo mad scientist Dr Clayton Forrester with test subject Mike Nelson and his bots Crow (Beaulieu), Tom Servo (Kevin Murphy) and Gypsy/GPC (Jim Mallon). The movie chosen was an abbreviated cut of "This Island Earth", which did cause some conspiracy as it has been considered a sci-fi classic, so some people defended it not being a bad movie. Making the movie was a negative experience for the actors and writers who were in conflict with the studio on how to translate the show into a movie. The experience was said to be one of the reasons Beaulieu decided to leave the show. They even wrote into later episodes digs at their experience in making the movie (specifically in the episode "The Incredible Melting Man). It was also said that this increased the tension with original producer Jim Mallon, who insisted on being the director. The tension had already saw the departure of show creator and first test subject Joel Hodgson/Robinson. It has also been said Universal struggled with getting a grip on how to market the movie. Universal tried showing the film in limited release in college towns, but a lot of people weren't aware of the film's release in their area. They also launched mst3000.com website that would later be taken over by the sci-fi channel. The movie continues to be devisive among fans as some enjoyed it or give it as the reason they were introduced to MST3K and others responded negative to it.
