Giving: gift giving, acts of service

Well, it is a very well known fact that Francois is an excellent cook who loves to share their passion with others. They will make sure you get the most excellent of their pastries, and if you’re not a big fan of sweets, don’t worry – Francois will make sure to prepare some salty snacks for you. And if they hear you talking to anybody about craving any type of food, be sure you'll get it the next day for the adequate meal!

Receiving: acts of service, words of affirmation

Since Francois spends most of their time on cooking, they don’t have that much energy left to complete other chores. Make their bed, sweep the floor and leave a cup with water beside their bed and trust me that it won’t go unnoticed. Also, don’t forget to compliment the food that they make! Say a few nice words about it and tell how pretty Francois looks when they are focused, and watch as your partner turns all flustered and red!

Kinro

Giving: acts of service, quality time

Just look at Kinro and tell me he won’t be doing things you didn’t even ask him for, just to make your life easier. You can’t? Exactly. He will do anything that you have even the slightest problems with and more. Kinro also loves when the two of you can find some time in your busy schedules just to waste by going on a walk or laying in tall grass, talking about everything and nothing.

Kinro is not the best at starting any form of physical affection with his loved one. He’s a bit shy when it comes to this department. But it’s not like he doesn’t like it – in fact, it’s quite the opposite… Holding his hand, surprise hugging him from behind, peppering his face in kisses – it makes the butterflies in his stomach go crazy! Also, find some time to spend with him. Even 5 minutes will make Kinro the happiest man in the whole world!

Ryusui

Giving: words of affirmation, quality time

Oh, he will compliment everything about you. Especially things you’re insecure about. He may call everyone beautiful, but, in his eyes, you definitely take the trophy. Ryusui loves when you spend time with him while he’s working on his projects. He’s a bit clingy, and hates to be apart with the one he loves. So if your work requires you to be in a specific space, he’ll follow you around! He can draw a project of a ship even on a dusty floor if it means he can spend time with you!

Receiving: words of affirmation, quality time

Ryusui loves to be praised. Tell him that he’s done a good job. That he looks handsome. That he’s a good boy! Tell him every positive thought that comes to your mind when you see his snarky smile! Say that he’s the smartest! And spend time with him. That’s obvious after what I’ve written above. If you can complete your work by his side, he’ll insist that you stay with him. Even if you two will only be sitting in silence, doing your own stuff, he loves the aspect of you being around.

Senku

Giving: acts of service, words of affirmation

We’ve seen Senku doing things for the people he cares about to make their life better. He’s a person who wants to help everyone by nature. So it’s not a surprise when one day you bitch about a thing in your life that brings you inconvenience, and after a few days Senku gives you an invention that’ll make your problem disappear! He also gives you a bunch of words of affirmation. But don’t even think that they’re compliments. Senku always tells you that he’s only stating facts! 

Receiving: words of affirmation, quality time

Just as much as Senku adores the way your face turns red when he tells you compliments facts, his ears change their color red when you do the same to him! He knows that he’s doing a good job. He doesn’t need reassurance. But your words… are just so nice… it makes this nice warm feeling form in his chest! Senku has issues with overworking himself. So he’s always glad when you smack the back of his head, forcing him to take it easy and rest for a bit. Especially if it can be done in a nice company.

Tsukasa

Giving: acts of service, physical touch

It’s really hard not to give everyone acts of service. But just look at this precious boy! He wants the best for his loved ones! Of course he’ll do things you haven’t even asked him for, just so you don’t have to worry about them! He’s also a big fan of your touch. Stroking your face lovingly with his thumb, kissing your forehead before sleep! He always wraps his arm around your waist or holds your hand when you’re in a crowd, so that he’s sure you’re by his side.

Receiving: physical touch, words of affirmation

Do the same with Tsukasa! Treat him like a babygirl that he truly is! Wrap your arm around his waist, and if you’re strong enough, keep him on your knees when you talk about your days! Call him your pretty boy! Brush his hair and put flowers in it! Make him feel like a prince! He feels stupid because of this, but he loves when you baby him like that! Ofc it’s only for you to see.

hi girlypop bestie! Imma be so honest I couldn’t come up with one on the top of my head so I wrote one for most of the characters. Probably gonna make a part two with the rest idk. I hope this’ll do!💝

Headcanon for most dr stone characters 🎀

Senku: he likes hanging around you the most so he picks up some of your habits (ex: if you like to dance when you work you’ll catch him swaying or dancing a bit too)

Taiju: since Yuzuriha is always making cute things for everyone he tried to make something for her

Yuzuriha: all the suits Senku and all the scientist wear for their meetings are made by her or from her brand

Kohaku: whether she’s dating a man/woman/nonbinary person she’ll insist she does the heavy lifting 

Chrome: searches for the best rocks or stones for your wedding ring to be

Kinro: lied to a security guard breaking a rule so you could meet one of your favorite musicians 

Ginro: ACTUALLY trains with Kohaku because he’s worried he won’t be able to protect you

Gen: refuses to use his mental tricks on you because he doesn’t want to manipulate you

Kaseki: whenever the dr stone couples have kids he makes toys for them

Tsukasa: always kissed you before a fight for good luck 

Magma: stops trying to be the village chief in order to make you fall for him

Nikki: writes down Lilian song lyrics she remembers and gives them to you because they remind her of you

Ukyo: wants a huge family I’m talking like 6 kids

Yo: tries to flirt but it often sounds like insults

Hyoga: if you’re not from Japan he’ll teach you Japanese traditions

Homura: knows all the kingdom of science drama and will tell you it like a bedtime story 

Minami: plans on making a scrapbook of all the pictures of you and her together

Ryusui: loves sports cars so before the petrification you and him would go speeding around Japan 

Francois: teaches you how to cook, clean, etc. in case they’re not there to help you 

Soyuz: as soon as he decided to become chief of treasure island he proposed saying he needed a priestess to be by this side

Stanley Snyder

Stan isn't a very picky man. He doesn't care where he goes on dates.

That being said, he will go to something like a dinner and a movie, the fair, something a little more expected if you ask.

However, if the date is left up to him, he'd probably take you to the shooting range, or out to watch the stars. Something simple where he can show off his skills.

Though, that doesn't mean he won't sometimes take you out on more adventurous dates too.

It is suggested that you be a somewhat active person to date him, because he's fairly active himself.

Kinro

Kinro, like Stan, is a rather energetic man, so dates are likely going to be somewhat active with him.

However, he won't take you to a shooting range to show off, his version of a good date is something like hiking, caving, or being cooked for.

Yes, Kinro does have a soft spot for dates where he's at least a little pampered. As someone who is trusted with so much, he savors each chance he gets to be cared for himself.

He will tell you about plants, animals, or tracking facts while on your date.

Picnics outside are perfect dates for him because of that.

Poly option

If you date both, be prepared for a lot of physical dates.

Both men lean towards outside activities, so you are bound to explore many an interesting place.

Neither are really picky though, so you can still get simple, more normal dates out of them.

Though, they do run the risk of being competitive with eachother, so try not to feed into that too much.

Either way, though, you will be a very safe person in this relationship. Because both are fairly protective partners who want to take care of their loved ones. Even if it's in their own special ways.

Senku

Quality time. Senku is pretty low-key with how he shows his love, and prefers the same in return. He's never going to be super physically affectionate or lovey-dovey; but he's going to want to be near you, just talking about whatever, a lot more often and for longer than he would even tolerate being around pretty much anyone else.

Gen

Physical affection; Hear me out, I bet Gen is really cuddly when he has a romantic partner. Lots of surprise hugs, cheek kisses, and hand holding. He's not especially shy about doing any of these things around other people, but it's definitely more frequent in private.

Taiju

Physical affection and words of affirmation. Seriously, dating Taiju just means a never-ending stream of hugs and cuddles and him telling you how much he loves you and how great you are.

Yuzuriha

Acts of service; Yuzuriha is a helper at her core, and it will show through in your relationship. If you have a task you're doing and she isn't busy with something else, she'll help you; and obviously, she'd greatly appreciate if you'd return the favor.

Ryusui

Gifts. I bet Ryusui is the best at gift-giving. Especially before the petrification, but even in the stone world where he can't just buy you whatever you want anymore, he still finds a way to get you things he knows you'll like.

Francois

What else would it be? Acts of service, with maybe a hint of gift giving. Francois was born to serve, so if you absolutely hate a chore, they will do it for you, you don't even have to ask- just have fun never doing the dishes again. They know just what foods you like and what you don't like and are more than happy to make you your favorite dish, so long as they have the time and resources.

Chrome

Acts of service. When he really cares about someone, he'll do pretty much anything for them. That much is clear from how he spent years trying to find something that could cure Ruri. He would do the same for you, and anything else you needed.

Kinro

Words. Kinro is a man of few words, but that just makes the words he does say all the more meaningful. When he says he loves you, that he'll always be there for you, you know he always means it.

Ginro

Physical affection. Ginro would win the award for World's Clingiest Boyfriend with the way he practically hangs off of you every chance he gets. He's definitely not the least bit shy about PDA.

Kohaku

Acts of service, but not quite in the traditional way; she isn't so good at doing chores or whatever (she might still try, though) so her acts of service are more along the lines of defending you if someone's bothering you, or carrying you if you're hurt or sick and having a hard time walking.

Tsukasa

Physical touch, but he's pretty low-key about it. He doesn't do a lot of hugs or anything (that's not to say none, but they aren't his primary way of showing affection), but smaller gestures like placing a hand on your shoulder or back and quick kisses are pretty common.

Hyoga

This one was kinda hard because Hyoga isn't exactly the loving type in general, but I'm going to say quality time. Just the fact that he's not just willing, but wants to be near you should say a whole lot about how he feels about you.

Ukyo

Words of affirmation; he tells you he loves you every day. He feels it's the best way to make sure there are no doubts as to how he feels about you.

Nikki

Physical touch; look at her and tell me she isn't amazing at giving hugs. The muscular arms that can beat the crap out of a guy twice her size can also lovingly hold you like you're the most precious thing in the world (because you are, of course). She does get shy about PDA near other people, though.

Yo

Gift giving. Yo acts tough but he can be surprisingly sweet when he really loves someone. He's the kind of guy who will search through the forest all day just to find some pretty flowers to give you. He also likes to show off your relationship and brag to everyone else about how he has the hottest girlfriend/boyfriend/partner, which I think counts as words of affirmation?

Bird’s Dr. Stone Character Randomizer Game Thing Or Whatever You Wanna Call It (For Bored Fan Creators)

Basically you set a number generator from 1-6, and that tells you which list you roll from next. Then set the generator to 1-15, and whichever character you get is the one you draw/write about/headcanon/whatever to your heart’s content. I designed it that way so that people would be less likely to keep rolling for the more major characters (sometimes it’s fun to get a really niche one)

I included every named character and a few unnamed ones too, so some are rather obscure but you can still look them up. Don’t feel pressured to use the character you land on—just roll again until you decide you’re cool with it :P

Can I request relationship or dating hcs for Ryusui, Tsukasa and Kinro with a fem!s/o who loves stargazing and collecting gemstones? Like whenever she's free, she will share her knowledge about planets and gemstones! But she also can be shy sometimes cuz she doesn't want them to think she's a nerd cuz obviously she's not! She's just passionate about them, that's all! One last thing, she will tell the boys any puns or jokes related to those topics.

this was such a cute request to write and my first time writing for tsukasa and kinro so this was exciting! the request asked specifically for a fem!s/o but it isnt ever really implied though you can imagine it is! To make self inserts more authentic, i use no or they/them pronouns for reader :)

p.s...remember when i said my next blog post would be ryusui related lol. hes in here so its okay. i sort of rushed this formatting but it's late so ill update it in the morning. im a bit iffy for the characterization but im hoping to improve with time!

Ryusui, Tsukasa and Kinro with a s/o who likes astronomy!

tsukasa: 

-listens to your rants with a content smile on his face.

-he actually learns a lot from you and keeps up pretty well, occasionally asking questions because hes genuinely invested in what youre talking about.

-he has a lot of common knowledge about stars and planets, just space in general, so when you expand on those things in such an engaging way, he cant help but find it a bit endearing and attractive.

-he teases you a bit for how excited you can get and he only smiles wider when you get flustered and defend yourself.

-he lets you showcase your collection of gemstones and patiently nods while you explain each one. he has an absurd amount of patience with you showcases and will get sooo mad if someone disrespects or interrupts you.

-at first, he was always a bit confused why you’d come to him and talk about this stuff. As blunt as ever, he’d ask you “why are you always talking about planets and gemstones with me?” and you were SO embarrassed you took it as a sign of him not being interested or just being irritated.

-but then he’d say “i never knew you know so much. Its fascinating.” 

-and you coming to him about this stuff only becomes routine for the both of you.

-stargazing with him also becomes routine. every night you two find a spot with a good view and stare up at the starry sky, exchanging constellation and star facts. sometimes you're only watching for a couple of minutes, sometimes you're out for an hour, but bottom line is that tsukasa loves your company and knowledge.

-the jokes and puns sometimes really do get a chuckle out of him, same with pick up lines as well.

-(he thinks its the cutest thing ever)

-”your name must be andromeda, because we are destined to collide ;)”

-he laughs and pats your head aww

-he doesnt do it often, but sometimes he catches you off guard and flatters you with astronomy pick up lines as well

-”in this entire universe, all i want is you”

-”??!?!?”

kinro:

-he’s…completely clueless.

-when you rant, hes usually a bit confused and startled and kinda overall goes “hah?”

-but he sees how much this all means to you and so he tries his best to keep up with the things you talk about, even if most of it sounds like total gibberish to him (it might as well, cut him some slack).

-he’ll repeat back the things he has comprehended to you in an apprehensive tone and occasionally ask questions that only further encourage your rants. Sometimes it gets all a bit much for him and asks you to simplify or cut it out for a second so he can think.

-dont mistaken his confused expression with annoyance, hes doing his best.

-i think your gemstone knowledge is much more intriguing. the gemstones are all very pretty and the way you explain each one is interesting and so sometimes he'll sit crossed legged in the grass with you while you lay out your collection in the grass and go over each one.

-he'll keep his hands over his mouth while you talk and his eyes trail from your hand gestures to the stones themselves.

-(he's a little embarrassed when ginro teases him for being so invested).

-you usually have to make really simple references if you were to use cheesy pick up lines so he’s able to understand what youre trying to say, but it usually leaves him flustered and pouty.

-”kinro”

-”hm?”

-”are you into astronomy?”

-”well, probably not as much as you, b-”

-”because your ass is out of this world.”

-he despises you (in a loving way)

ryusui:

-completely understands your passion.

-as a captain, he’s learned quite a bit about the stars and old fashioned means of navigation.

-he absolutely encourages your rambles, piling onto the information you share until you’re both excitedly babbling on about stars and such.

-which is why you're rarely shy when it comes to discussing this stuff with ryusui- he's just not the type to shame or even tease you for that matter. if you DO ever get embarrassed, ryusui immediately shares your energy and shares his own knowledge.

-hes not as experienced in the gemstone department though, so when you show off all the ones youve collected, he’ll pick them up and examine them carefully, making comments on their appearances.

-with planets, i’m sure he knows a little bit more than the basics (probably had a space phase), but nevertheless is interested by the facts you share with him.

-”realllly??! Haha! I never knew that! You sure know your stuff, Y/N! I desire your passion and knowledge!”

-and so he’s more than okay with observing you and listening to your rambles, whether its about something he can contribute more to like the stars or whether its something thats completely unfamiliar to him such as gemstones. 

-as for jokes and puns- he loves them.

-absolutely CANNOT get enough of them and will laugh his ass off at ones he finds particularly witty

-also flatters you with a bunch of astronomy related pickup lines

-sometimes you try to out do each other because of course

-”who took the stars out the sky and put them in your eyes?”

-”your smile must be a black hole; nothing can escape its pull.”

-its goofy and corny but you two have fun with it.

Kinro/Ginro Relationship HCS

YESSSS I LOVE THEM SOO MUCH ❤️❤️ ESPECIALLY GINRO HES BABEYYY (also my dumbass had some technical difficulty so thank God I took a screenshot of the request)

First of all, I’m just gonna say that s/o is the only person Kinro would break the rules for. That’s just how much he loves s/o. If anyone tries to bother s/o, he’ll appear out of nowhere to defend his s/o. If anyone tries to ask him about his overbearing concern, he’ll deny it and come up with some BS like “It’s the rules to defend someone in need.” 

Even though Ginro says Kinro has a permanent menacing grump face, that’s so not sure when he’s alone with his s/o. Soft smiles for days, I tell ya. He likes it when his s/o gently lays their head on his shoulder or chest, it makes him blush and go uwu. 

Around other people, he has walls up. Around his s/o, all those walls come down. He would never raise his voice as s/o, maybe only scold them slightly for doing some dumb and worrying him. 

Before Kinro got glasses, when he had the blurry eye disease,  s/o would 100% defend him if someone starting blaming him. S/o would be his eyes if he couldn’t see something properly. (Though he can see his s/o’s gorgeous smile from miles away.) 

After Kinro got glasses he became even more of a hottie he was lowkey thankful because he hated to bother his s/o for anything. Now that he had better eyesight he could help his s/o with many more tasks now. 

Ok but... he would definitely show off his brand new silver spear while demonstrating his badass moves. Doesn’t admit it but LIVES for s/o’s praise and claps. 

Honestly likes it when his s/o teases him slightly. Like not mean teasing, but playfully. And lots of forehead and cheek kisses too. 

He was genuinely surprised (and pleased) when s/o wanted to go out with him. He knows he was born with a resting bitch face menacing look. So its pretty surprising when members of the village see a cutie like s/o holding hands with Kinro. 

AND HE LOVES WHEN S/O KISSES HIS SCAR. PLEASE DO THAT. S/O BRUSHING THEIR FINGERS OVER HIS SCAR THEN PRESSING A KISS TO IT IS WHAT HE LIVES FOR.

Ok so, we all know that Ginro, ahem, doesn’t really like fighting. That’s why he uses his special technique (Let Someone Else Handle it!!)

But if s/o is truly in trouble, he’ll let go of all his fears. Ginro may not look like it but I think he’s pretty strong if he actually tries. So when he unlocks his new technique, (Kick Someone’s Ass) and beats up the bad guy and saves s/o, everyone is pretty damn surprised!! They are even more surprised when they see Ginro is lowkey pissed that someone tried to hurt s/o. Yea, so s/o changed Ginro a lot. 

Anyway, normally Ginro is a perv that can always be found glued to his s/o’s side. Now he dreads guard duty because he has to stay at the bridge for hours. May or may not sneak off to hang out with s/o when Kinro isn’t looking.

His heart with MELT if s/o stays with him during guard duty. They’ll just be chilling on the ground, Ginro’s head on s/o’s lap. Kinro scolds you for bothering Ginro and yells at him for slacking off and not following the rules. (But he lowkey is really happy that his lil bro found someone who loves him. ) 

All of Ishigami Village was big surprised when a perv like Ginro found a s/o like what?? 

GINRO LOVES WHEN S/O PLAYS WITH HIS HAIR. JUST DO IT. Ginro’s hair is the fluffiest thing ever. He loves, loves, lovessss burying his face into s/o’s chest and/or shoulder. 

Loves PDA. Always holding your hand and showing you off. Brags you s/o nonstop. He thinks s/o is the most beautiful thing to ever exist and ain't afraid to tell everyone. YALL ARE ALWAYS CUDDLING. Ginro just kind of clings to s/o’s body so uh yea. When its time to sleep Ginro will not let go no matter what. He’s a cuddle monster bro.

Whenever Ginro is unmotivated to train, Kohaku just calls s/o and Ginro tries 100x harder to impress you with his skills. If you clap and praise him, he is on cloud 9 I tell ya.

He is anything but resourceful

In the most tactful way possible, chances are Senku has already marked your cycle down mentally

For both preparation sake annnnd to lowkey understand possible affects of petrification on the human body

He's Senku the verdicts still up on if he's creepy or considerate

"Keep this with you. You'll probably need it."

A kind of Senku themed way to pass on the handful of sea sponges he had Taiju collect prior as well as the best makeshift pad he could manage

He's not wrong though so it's hard to be angry with him

Senku isn't grossed out by any of it and talks quite frank with you if you need help but that's about as far as his ability to help goes

If aches keep you up at night though he will sit and rub your back

But will then raid the shed of science for any medicinal means the next morning because Senku doesn't like anyone having sleepless nights

Kohaku

Just like hers monthly, yours also surprises her right outta the blue

"You're bleeding!"

Tactless when she realizes what it is dripping down your thigh and then asks for forgiveness

Every single month she does this

Kohaku is very prompt at offering relief for anything you need

Including getting spring water to soak in as well as rubbing your back as much as you need

As for stopping the blood?

She's utterly useless

But she is very good at keeping people away from you and tending to your needs

Almost like a protective lioness

Until the following month and it surprises her all over again

Chrome

He tries, he really really does try. But alas he is sometimes a caveman

"Shit your bleeding! Wait wait wait- Oh crap you're on your period!"

Thank you sir points out the obvious a lot

Chrome is still a good balance of helpful science and tender bed side manner when it boils down to it

Aside from a perfect chance to test out different herbal routes he's gathered over the years, Chrome also has figured out good absorbent material that can at least make it look less like a blood bath

And any good science man isn't squeamish so clean up is just part of it with him

Chrome isn't as well versed in modern remedies but he understands tried and trusted ones

Heat, back rubs and good food

He'll probably get yelled at a few times for being too loud but Chrome's hearts in the right place every month no matter what weird contraction he ends up presenting you with

Gen Asagiri

Shit head

"Looks like you might as well opt for a red ensemble in the stone age my dear."

Though underhanded, Gen won't make a scene with you've unfortunately miscounted and end up sat in a puddle of blood

Perhaps the only time his slight of hand comes in handy in fact

When he's getting everyone to pay attention to him while you get a chance to leave without a scene

Gen can't offer primitive kotex or natures midol but he can offer surprisingly good company

Might be a lowkey reason to lay around all day eating disguised as companionship

He figures out when to shut up quicker than Chrome though and that's almost worth it's weight in gold in this group

Extremely good at keeping anything to triggering away and the loudness down to a minimum

The only time his showmanship seems to be handy is when you want a quiet day eating ramen

Ginro

It goes as poorly as imagined

Everyone knows you're on your period

If Ginro knows, everyone knows

Panic sets in probably worse for him seeing any form of blood painting your thighs and/or clothes than it does for you

Think of him as an annoying alarm clock letting you know your cycle started

As prompt as he is to freak that you're bleeding, he's equally prompted to be grossed out by it

By no fault of his own, Ginro thinks everything is gross but PMS doesn't reason with stupid well

Being forward with your needs and sharp tongued is probably you're best bet with him

And once Ginro figures out it isn't contagious and isn't deadly, he does make a fairly decent human shaped hot water bottle to lay on

After you threaten him with real blood spill that is

Kinro

This are stone men ok, please, they're trying

Kinro is onset panicky as his brother is but with less of the gross out factor

The blood worries him, you're dip in mood worries him, everything about it worries him

Followed with absolutely no idea how to provide solutions or what rules to follow to make it through this

Leaving Kinro to defer to you almost entirely (still with a slightly worried look on his face the entire time)

Doesn't find anything overtly icky like his brother does but Kinro is still very prompt in getting you washed off as soon as possible

Will sheepishly ask Chrome and Senku for advice

To which both of them could possibly be useless depending on the day

Kinro still tries though and if you need it he'll get it

Benefit of Kinro? Amazing hugs and very warm hands that he will happily set on your back or stomach if you ask
