Ghost felt his chest tighten when he heard the shot ring out. He felt ever beat of his heart, every step he took in his head. None of that mattered, because he couldn't get to her fast enough. He could hear Soap's shouting behind him, but he didn't care. He knew it would compromise the mission, but he didn't care.

He found her body, slumped against a wall. A soldier was going through her body, trying to find a souvenir to show his 'win'. Ghost immediately shot down him down and smashed his gun into the back of the soldier's head. Ghost's eyes swelled with tears as he turned back to her. He dropped to one kneel and pulled her body over his knee.

Ghost heard Soap gasp as he entered the building. "Ghost....We have to go." Soap whispered, not wanting to break the moment. Ghost felt a tear run down his face as her head lulled back, blood caking her hair. "We have to bring her body. We have to bury her." Ghost's voice broke and Soap nodded. "We will. C'mon Simon." Simon picked her body up and the two men carried her corpse to the evac site.

Price's shoulders dropped when he saw the two men carrying her body. The entire team knew what this would mean for Simon. Whatever piece of humanity was left in him died with her.

Luigi set the plates down on the table, causing Mario to drool. Every morning, Luigi will make them both breakfast, and its always amazing.

They start to dig in but fill some of the silence with conversation, "Did you sleep well last night?" Luigi asked, Mario nodded still devouring his breakfast.

Mario finished it up and brought his plate to the sink, Luigi joining soon after.

"So what do you think your plans are today?" Luigi tried starting up another conversation.

"I don't know, I think Y/N wanted to meet up and talk about something." He replied.

Luigis head perked up at the sound of your name, "Really?"

Mario nodded. He sat down on the couch to put on his shoes.

"What do you think they want?" Luigi kept wanting to hear more, but he didn't know why he was so eager.

"They're so cool," Luigi let slip out, "Pretty too, their style is like out of this world."

Luigi and Mario went silent for a minute, Luigis face going red. Mario looked up at him, "Luigi, do you like them?"

Mario shook his head, "No, Luigi, do you like like them?" He said dumbing it down.

"Oh," Luigi started, he thought for a moment, if he was being honest everytime he saw you he got butterflies, and he was always the most interested out of the group when you spoke.

"I think," He froze again, not knowing what to say. Everything felt so confusing.

Mario was waiting for the silence to break. It was funny but also sad watching his brother be so confused about his feelings.

"I think I do like them."

Mario smiled, getting up to pat Luigi on his shoulder.

"I'll be on my way. Call me if you need anything," He said, giving Luigi a wink before heading out the door.

Mereka tau jika kita diikat oleh ikatan aqidah islam, sebagai saudara. Hingga pelabuhan mereka ada pada negara ini. Aku sangat amaze dengan semua alur Allah Swt, bagaimana saat sejak 7 Oktober Genosida Gaza terus gencar, hingga isu rohingya ini mencuat. Mereka umat muslim menunjukkan sikap yang berbeda kepada Rohingya, bahkan mahasiswa yang katanya intelektual pun turut serta mengusir mereka. Ternyata ada zionis didalam negaraku, merekalah yang menyebar hoax, yang provakatif, yang sampai mengusir. Iya Allah Swt menunjukkan zionis model lain di dalam waktu yang sama.

Lalu, saat share konten rohingya ada beberapa yang reply "mereka gk pantes dibela, karena adab, sedangkan palestina mereka sangatlah beradab" Sebenernya ini pernah dibahas oleh banyak aktivis ttg hal ini, pada intinya palestina masih diberi akses untuk mendapatkan pendidikan, sistem sosial masih berjalan. Lalu Rohingya tak sama sekali, semua dirampas mereka tak paham apapun. Bukankah kita mewajarkan jika ada degradasi moral saat ada penyebabnya? Lantas kenapa mereka tak dianggap seperti itu. Sungguh bagi umat muslim ini ladang dakwah yang tinggi untuk memahamkan mereka ttg islam, ttg adab, banyak sekali. Kita hanya terlalu fokus pada pemberian bantuan, camp dan banyak lainnya yanh ternyata itupun hoax. Lagi2 kan materi dunia, tak lagi akhirat yang kita pikirkan. Mereka kesinin tak membawa senjata, mereka tak untuk menyerang, mereka kehilangan kewarganegaraan yang dirampas habis oleh junta myanmar. Kawan kalian adalah mahasiswa, yang mana diajarkan untuk melihat akar masalah bukan hanya akibat, kenapa ilmu itu tidak engkau pakai? I feel like I've been on a hiatus for so long. The last couple of months I've been working on finding an apartment, getting an apartment, moving into said apartment and finally setting it up. It has been crazy, scary and amazing all at the time. The amount of stress I now see that I was going through, had me eating ramen EVERY. SINGLE. DAY. By ramen I mean.. Mr. Noodles with an egg, cheese, Chipotle and hot sauce. Don't get me wrong I LOVE this dish but ever since I moved out from my parents I've been eating more "proper" meals and I haven't touched ramen.

Though I don't have any "recipes" to share just yet.. here's some not so pretty pictures of some of the things I've been eating.

To start let's take a moment to appreciate my "celebration" meal for my first night in my apartment. It's take out but it was delicious nonetheless! Burger with the works and poutine. 🤤

I've thoroughly been enjoying breakfast meals lately. I was able to make waffle sticks with my waffle stick maker (FROM SCRATCH AHH) and have been heavily enjoying egg in the hole but decided to make French toast one day. Strawberries have been the fruit of choice for my meals as they were on sale.

I ran into some issues making a brocolli and cheese soup (I need to learn how to use an immersion blender) but the taste was *chefs kiss*! 😘 had my mama over for lunch and served her the soup and she also loved it! Excited to improvise more on the soup when I have more ingredients to work with (it's very green cause I also use spinach).

The strawberry crisp was probably my favorite thing to make! I served it with a side of ice cream and oh.. my... Lanta.. it was SO good. Definitely will be making again!

I've also had the privilege of having spaghetti, tacos, rice and hamburger etc over the past week and I am beyond satisfied. I said to my best friend just last night how it's funny that everything I've been making I love. This new found freedom is amazing!!

I look forward to growing this part of me and sharing my recipes with you guys!

Banyak sekali pertanyaan ini di lontarkan ketika tgl 14 januari kmrn terlewati, lantas aku juga bertanya-tanya 'udah ngapain aja? Udh bisa apa? '

Melihat kawan yg mereka berjuang di Indonesia memiliki banyak pengalaman yg yah ga cuma 'belajar' saja, tpi udh mulai masuk dalem ranah volunteer, kerja, magang dll, udah tau lah mau jadi apa, tapi saya hari ini masih menjadi pengamat saja dan belum ada pergerakan untuk kesana. Mungkin ini ya maksud quarter life crisis.

Dalam sebuah diskusi ringkas dengan seorang kawan, dia bilang. "Gua malah amaze sama orang-orang kaya lo, belajar ga mesti langsung terjun kok, belajar kan ada 2 tipe ya sbnrnya

Mungkin lo yg sekarang di fase yg learning by observing nya, menurut gue itu juga ga salah kok, lo juga masih muda, cari ilmu sebanyak-banyaknya, pengalaman itu bisa di cari kapan pun sampe lo jadi nenek-nenek juga pasti akan ada kesempatan untuk nyari pengalaman. Jdi kefokusan lo dengan apa yg lo tekuni hari ini itu keren, karena ga banyak orang hari ini yg mau fokus di satu tujuan, banyak yg sambil 'nyambi' dan ga kelar ujung-ujungnya, jadi yah kelarin dulu aja yg di depan mata lo. Itu pasti berguna kok suatu hari nanti. "

Tpi sprtinya ada poin yg miss di sini, saya rasa memang ada perbedaan besar yg menjadi titik kenapa jalan perjuangan antara saudara² yg ada di Indonesia dan disini berbeda.

Ofkors bekos apa yg menjadi tujuan nya berbeda.

Kita hari ini berada di mesir memang tugas kami untuk menuntut ilmu sebanyak-banyaknya dengan ulama-ulama yg ga bisa kita temui di Indonesia, dan belajar tsaqofah islam yg mungkin sumbernya belum tentu ada di Indonesia, belajar ilmu tsaqofah sarat akan keharusan belajar bersanad, ga mengharuskan adanya ijazah, tpi bersanad disini adalah seorang guru, kita mendapatkan ilmu dari seorang guru, bukan yg belajar sendiri karena mendapati ilmu tanpa guru sama dengan berguru pada setan, sesat dan menyesatkan.

Tugas penuntut ilmu ya menuntut ilmu, menghilangkan perkara kejahilan kita akan hukum syara', mencari dan meneliti ilmu tsaqofah islam yg hari ini nampak asing untuk nantinya di sebarkan.

Jadi kalau kamu pengen kaya, buka Mesir tempatnya, kalau kamu pengen jalan-jalan tanpa merasa terbebani dg beban menuntut ilmu ya bukan Mesir tempatnya, jangan bingung.

So, menitik beratkan adanya tujuan yg berbeda maka juga membuat toriqohnya berbeda. Gmna cara belajar untuk jadi seorang dokter akan berbeda dengan cara belajar orang yg bercita-cita sebagai Ulama. Tapi ghoyatul ghoyahnya tetap satu, untuk meraih ridho Allah tentunya. Dan semuanya akan berpahala pada tempatnya masing-masing.
