Dont Eat That Sh*t.
How many of us out there claim to christian? well in following the ways and teaching of the bible. There are lots of things we shouldn't eat. For instance in several places in he bible it is mention not to eat pork. Leviticus 11, Deut 14:8 and so on. But many will say i needs my bacon son. Lets break it down. The pig is the closes animal to the human body. Most animals have multiple stomach which is not the case with pig. A pig will eat anything, thats why you will here about criminals having pig farms. Everything that pig has eaten in its life time is now in your body from shit to rotten food etc. Remember you are what you eat. You will soon take on the characteristics of a pig. Google trichina worm. Why don't you eat rats? they devour everything they live in filth. Eat some rat bacon but you won't. The pig was given to us during slavery. During that point in time, we had to eat it as a survival tactic. We are far remove, (well at least here) from chattel slavery. It time to let that shit go. Thats why we dying of stupid shit. and getting limbs cut off and going senile. High blood pressure. We need to stop the madness queens and kings. There are other things like crab, lobster, shrimp, etc they are bottom feeders and live of the sediments of other creatures in the ocean they are the “pigs” of the ocean. But thats an even longer session.

Here's an old post for you, circa April 2012
"I made this little beauty today after taking notes from Giada. The goal, as always, was to find a recipe and hopefully add components I already have in my fridge. 
This flatbread breakfast recipe is actually light enough to eat as a snack, but making it heartier wouldn’t be an issue either.
What you need:
flatbread like pita (I had whole wheat fajita tortillas that I wanted to use up, they don’t necessarily give the desired crunchy texture, but it DOES make it easier to roll up your meal as it gets messy at the end)
marscapone
arugula 
avocado (her recipe called for proscuitto, but I’m a vegetarian so I added a component that would still have some substance, but that would also give me the nutrients I needed later on)
an egg
salt, pepper, and lemon juice
To begin…
I toasted the tortilla in a skillet, you could also coat your base with olive oil and grill it if desired, it’s all about texture and taste
Take about 2-4 spoonfuls (depending on the size of your base) of marscapone and to it add lemon juice (as much as desired), a pinch of salt, and a pinch of pepper… after the bread is done, spread the marscapone out evenly across it
I used a little less than a 1/2 of the avocado at this point; I simply diced it and smashed/spread it around the marscapone, and then placed the arugula on top of it.
Finally, I cooked an egg for about 4 minutes in the already hot skillet, flipped it once, and added salt and pepper to both sides (next time I plan on poaching the egg!)

Let's talk about snacks
Here's another disclaimer for you:
DISCLAIMER: I am NOT promoting myself as a vegan. There WILL be vegan recipes on this blog, but I'm still going to talk about eggs, cheese, and yogurt. I haven't made the leap. I will... someday.
You know what's hip? Greek yogurt. It's so effing edgy. Seriously, everyone wants to be in Greek yogurt's posse. Everyone wants to be with Greek yogurt, and I mean in a sexy way. Everyone wants to be... Greek yogurt.
For a lot of people, maybe including you, they tend to eat GY for it's health benefits, or for fitness/diet purposes... I guess those reasons are sort of the same. Whatever. The point is Greek Yogi has some really important properties, as long as you aren't eating it in excess AND you're eating GY that is 0% milk fat (don't worry, the package should tell you).
What you're getting out of the deal:
so many proteins 
calcium-- this means your bones and your teeth... plus it's necessary for you to get enough since your body doesn't make it's own
culture.... AND cultures (see what I did there?): yes, these little probiotics are settling in your stomach and digestive track, basically aiding your digestion and well.. yeah, poop.
Its just a good snack.
Now, I'm gonna blow your mind. We're gonna combine plain GY and.... cinnamon.
Why cinnamon is perfect:
energy, energy, energy
taste
improves circulation
shown to relieve stress
also show to relieve lady problem pains
headache? migraine? might ease the pain!
etc
So, for a really awesome snack (just for kicks or for pre/post work out)
Combine 1 package of GY (I used Chobani) with about 1/2 tsp cinnamon (you can add more)
Drizzle a little (notice I said "little") agave or honey if you're weak of heart
Cut open an apple and dip
