In my personal opinion, there just aren’t enough stories about someone transmigrating into the opposite gender and being just super okay with it.
Like, a woman who becomes a man and just keeps living life the way she used to. A man becoming a woman and just keeping on keeping on. I love these types of stories where there’s an unrealistic lack of body dysmorphia and the mc just enjoys living.

there's a take I see come up maybe once every fiscal quarter that jon is Bad asexual representation because we learn about his asexuality second hand via other characters discussing something he did rather than using any labels, and then the topic never comes up again. I can see what this take is getting at, but I don't think tma is a show that aims to do capital-R Representation, it's a show with characters that incidentally have marginalized identities.
compare that scene to how we find out about tim's bisexuality: we learn about it second hand via another character discussing something he did rather than using any labels, and then the topic never comes up again. none of these characters talk very much about their romantic or personal lives outside of what is directly relevant to the plot, and both of these scenes are in keeping with established tone and characterization. while I can see how these might not be satisfying choices if one is looking for capital-R Representation, I also wouldn't call either of them bad representation, they're more just queer characters casually existing in a piece of media that isn't aiming to win a glaad award.

saying this as respectfully as possible but. Do not put fandom content creators on a pedestal. We are also just fans contributing to a community just as you are. We have boundary on our own work and that’s it. What I say is not and should not be considered sth the whole fandom should listen to. I’m just a normal ass person ranting about things on my blog. If it does not have a fandom tag for others to engage in, do not make it out to be me trying to start fights or addressing the whole community. Because it’s not.
I’ve said it before and I will say it again, my art, my lore talk, is biased. I’ve never tried to hide that I view Marika a certain way and will always develop my theory following that base assumption.
Aside from translation stuffs and pointing out in-game items, everything else I say you can look at it, agree or disagree, and move on to form your own opinions. Just because I draw stuffs doesn’t mean you get to saddle me with responsibilities about managing fandom expectations. What the hell? I’m a fan artist, I’m the last person who you should look at for “leaderism” (?) WHAT?
I can and will be a hater in my own space, like I know sometimes other artists will just post their stuffs and not engage too heavily with fandom, and for a while I did try to do that here (because I’m already a dramatic ass on twitter), that’s just not me though.
You will get art and you will get my opinions as well.

LRB but I'm replaying BG3 and Gale being on the knife's edge of Wholesome/"Dirty" is what makes him soo interesting to me. Like this is a man who, in two different versions of the same scene, can either sweetly and gently make love to your tav in a typical setting which transitions to a tasteful fade-to-black, or brings your tav's spirit along for a transcendent experience where he literally duplicates part of himself so he can have more parts to touch their parts in some crazy astral-soup sky world. And both are treated like valid expressions of his love!! Like the range they allowed him to express, he's not one or the other, he's both
