Hi im new to this blog

Does the matching earrings on your narilamb have any particular meaning?

Like their version of weddings rings or just an aesthetic choice?

Both to me !! It's both an aesthetic and version of their wedding rings

When I first came around designing Narilamb I wanted to mostly stay true to their base designs without changing around much (although that might change in the future–) and I thought matching earrings would be neat small addition

Also apparently according to google wearing your earring on the right is for queers? It may not be true but I incorporated it in anyway

It makes me happy when people point that out jdjjdn

Some ideas I had with Glamrock Bonnie and Glamrock Freddy!

Ok so! I thought about how they would’ve look/act if they just met!

They would’ve met at Bonnie bowl! Freddy had to bring a cake for a little kid, then he saw Bonnie! The new animatronic that would guide the clients trough the bowling alley’s! And give children great tips on how to become the best hop-star in Bonnie bowl! So, here is his new outfit!

Freddy would be polite and nervous !

And Bonnie would tease as such as :

« what owe me your presence mr. Fazbear~

And then! Hold your horses!

The matching earrings they have would mean they are engaged! They got married at the pizzeria and put themselves earrings! So that they are with one another wherever they are!

One pair of matching earrings. I would like to thank past!me for buying a bag of silver earring hooks for reasons now lost to time even tho I don’t in fact have any piercings.

I am actually pondering some elf ears with piercings for this bc I think that might look better with the Vex mask. But I haven’t settled on that yet.

Also thanks, Cub, for giving me potentially three Cubs to figure out cosplays for: Vex Cub, magical girl Cub and skulk Cub my beloved.

Really fucked up that, when they’re young, Patrick and Art are SO tactile with each other, so comfortable sharing the same space. Art lets Patrick touch him and move him and physically overwhelm him and easily acquiesces to it, if not outright enjoys it.

Then in the present, they’ve been so far out of each other’s orbit for so long, held such animosity that when they have their moment alone in the sauna, Art physically recoils from Patrick’s close proximity! It’s so painful to watch because even as Patrick’s goading him, it’s so obvious he wants to be able to get back into Art’s space. But Art has erected all these walls around himself, he refuses to give Patrick an inch or even admit to missing how close they used to be!

AND THEN we see Art and Tashi later and he wants her to hold him, to be gentle with him, and just TOUCH him. Like, he does miss that kind of close physical contact! He either doesn’t know how to ask for it or is uncomfortable being that openly vulnerable. Worth noting that he pretty much always defers to Tashi in regard to initiating physical intimacy (with their first kiss, though he does state his desire, SHE has to be the one to make the first move). And it seems pretty obvious that Tashi herself isn’t comfortable providing that intimacy, whereas Patrick actively seeks to provide it (the hug/forehead kiss after their win together in the early years, dragging the stool closer to him).

Art has tried very hard to act like he doesn’t need physical affection and even though his discipline and devotion to Tashi has made him a stronger tennis player, it’s made him a hollow person, which, in turn, has kept him from becoming a GREAT tennis player.

All of this, of course, is why the ending hits so damn hard.

My take on a Sonadow fankid! She actually existed for a while now, but the trend gave me motivation to finally draw her!

Most sonadow fankids are purplish and tube-grown, so I decided to make her neither!

Background for the story under cut, in case it gets long!

So in this AU, stories from the more recent games happen when Sonic and Shadow are at most around 20 years old. Back then Sonic was rambunctious and reckless as we know him to be, and Shadow was a depressed, traumatized emo kid. While at first they were rivals as depicted in the games.

Over the years tho, just like their friends, the two matured. They started getting along a lot more, and became official friends, which eventually lead to dating. They both were afraid of getting serious though, so they took things slow and casual. Due to some of their unresolved issues, they couldn't get any closer. But not for much longer.

Some of it has been brought on by a Particular Event, and some of it due to restructuring how they go about saving the world, but things changed. As Forces has shown, putting so much responsibility on One Guy isn't wise. Sonic felt so quilty for failing, but it never should've been his job alone, so they created an organization, to share the load more evenly!

The org became global, with local groups of heroes being recruited all around, meaning that now the characters we know and love now had more time to take care of their personal lives.

While for some the change hasn't been much, Sonic, and to a lesser extent, Shadow, struggled quite a lot. Many of things happened in between, but eventually both of them grew to quite enjoy the domestic life.

They moved in together, and started taking things to the next level, now that both have done some healing and therapy. They found that they get along quite great. After a bit longer, they decided to start a family :)

Shadow came up with the name. He wanted to honor his sister's memory, but Mar-Mar was also a symbol of all his progress. He did go to therapy to make sure that he can handle them sharing a name, to see if it's a good idea, and well, it was!

She's now 4 and very loved, and her dads love each other very much as well. For a certain Sonic though, things won't go so great.
