I won't lie, I'm a bit disappointed in Max Verstappen fans after Lando's win yesterday. A lot of people are discrediting Lando and McLaren in general. The fact of the matter is that Lando deserved that win.

Yes, it was a lucky safety car. But I think you all are forgetting Max's first win came in part because the Mercedes drivers took each other out. Are you now arguing that Max is a shit driver that doesn't deserve that win because it involved luck there too?

Lando is a fantastic driver and this win is long overdue. It might make you feel better to discuss what ifs but even if we do, that doesn't change the results, and it's honestly just incredibly disrespectful of the work the McLaren engineers put into the upgrades, the efforts of the strategists, and the solid drive that Lando put in.

Lando seriously has some nerve talking about max like that . They both were in the wrong , if max was braking early , lando also completely dived into him . If you consider someone your friend, you don't go around making comments about them in the media , you don't disrespect their national anthem, you don't act like an absolute asshole when they win the race even though you have had the fastest car in the past maybe 5 races and you surely don't base your friendship on whether they'll call their driving a stupid mistake or not .

has definitely happened at least once. depending on how snacky he's feeling he either goes "ughghhhh guys seriously :/" or just goes wow my besties :] and lays on top of both of them. if that makes one or both of them lose whatever level of the game they're on, all the better.

bonus (has definitely happened more than once): bart and kon both go to visit tim at the same time, but tim isn't home, so kon raids his kitchen to make cookies for when he gets back, but bart eats all of them before then just so he can look at tim and go "kon made you a cookie, but i eated it."

Translation notes:

Here's the retranslation of every scene with the Spring of Recollection in the game. Overall, her speech here is fairly close to what she says in Waral in-game, with a few details from her final appearance sprinkled in, like her care for Cain. It does misses a few nuances though, like the Legacy being more than just Dark Dragon.

I don't think I've ever seen art of the Spring, but notably, she gets a portrait in the GBA version, and it looks a lot like the manga design, with the slightly wavy hair and especially the blank eyes.

Obviously, the manga rushes through the plot since it's short, thus a lot of places are skipped. I didn't even feel like pointing them out before. However I will point out Waral not being here this time, because Waral happens to not be in the beta map either, and it has very contradicting lore between the ASCII guide and the World Book, meaning it might have not been well developed. Besides, Chapter 5 is very weirdly structured. You get two ship battles that are basically the same, you get to Waral by accident, you advance the plot by going to Ring Reef for no reason and everyone telling you it's off-limits while letting you waltz in anyway, and hardly anything happens in the shrine besides you hearing about the Manual, which is not even a big deal because you get to Rudo by accident later (two ship accidents!! why repeat this plot point!!) and would go to Dragonia anyway to help Bleu. Basically, I obviously can't prove it, but it wouldn't surprise me if the ocean shrine was initially thought off as only a plot scene, and the battles/town added much later for gameplay reasons.

Perhaps worth mentioning, the GBA version also makes a point to mention that Max got lost in the shrine alone, and everyone was worried about him, which does remind me a lot of the ship scene here.

Pretty loosely. He's met a lot of people, and he really enjoys friendship (since it's pretty much the only kind of relationship he can have), so he wants as many friends as he can have. If they've shared a drink or some kind of experience together, then he considers them a friend

13. When do they fake a smile? How often?

Mainly when he's being sarcastic, which is often, but not all of the sarcastic smiles are fake, just some of them. Like if he's tied up and talking about how comfy he is, that's a fake sarcastic smile, but it's a real one if he's just joking around with a friend or something. He usually doesn't fake being happy or anything, instead just suppressing his negative emotions in a very ✨ healthy ✨ manner and focusing on whatever the hell to distract himself, so he's just generally in a good mood and doesn't have to fake smiles.
