Graphic designers please help me 😃😭

Im a second year mediadesign student and im trying to practice more but i dont know how i feel about this poster 🥲🥲 does anyone have any advice on what can make it better?? I feel like its so plain or something but i dont know whats missing

North and Kim are cousins.

Kim and Sonic befriended eachother in Kindergarten, Kim then introduced Sonic to North and the three of them were inseparable.

Kim moved to Korea when he was 19 years to become a Trainee, which resulted in North and Sonic becoming a closer duo

North and Sonic are roommates and have a Official BABE fanpage together, which is the biggest babe fanpage there is, they're both Influencers.

Sonic is a part-time stylist.

Kenta moved from Japan to Thailand when he was 5 years old.

Kenta and Pete are close Childhood friends.

Kenta was in the Army for several years until he got a Shoulder Injury and couldn't go back.

Babe was born and grew up in New Zealand, and moved to Thailand with his family when he was 12. He became a Trainee with 16 and Debuted when he was 20.

Babe is currently Shooting a BL series called X-Hunter: racing hearts, in which he plays a couple with his reallife best friend, Way.

Babe has been dating Charlie for 2 years.

Charlie has been a Trainee for 3 years and is about to debut as a Solo Artist.

Charlie and Jeff are Biological Brothers

Charlie studied Mediadesign and Performing Arts before he became a Trainee.

Jeff started writing Fanfics and BLs when he was 14

Pete always makes sure his Artists and Staff are comfortable and doing well, he believes firmly in letting his Artists have their creative freedom.

Pete is in the top 10 Richest Men of Thailand.

Way has been an actor since he was 16, he signed with Beyond Ent. when he was 23

Way and Pete have been dating for 4 years, making Way 25 and Pete 31 when they started dating.

Way and Babe have been Best friends since Highschool.

Way is one of Thailands Mist popular young Actors.

Inktober day 17

I had a two hour argument with a mediadesign friend about whether or not yellow can be aggressive, so she suggested an aggressive yellow animal for today

lol... got a job ad sent to me for Mediadesigner... and this time I wrote it out and counted how many different jobs it actually is in 1 (ONE!) position.

9 fucking jobs in one!

event management

PR

Social Media manager

accounting

customer administration

IT support / admin (for the events, teacher and the whole building)

web designer (back + front end)

software developer (+ teaching other employees how to use the software you develop)

and finally a small bit of actual design tasks

man the job sounded neat at first... part time media designer in the science and health area BUT I am a designer not all the other things!! I can make some of the stuff these other potential employees would use but I can not do these jobs too!? ..... organizing events and the security of it, hello?!?

I can't even imagine how 1 person should do all of that at the same time and then only in part time? Planning events takes weeks (and security?!?!), designing all the ads for all platforms and print takes weeks, and then getting interrupted by IT issues in the building, Social Media postings everywhere takes a while as well perhaps some issues too (internet is hell and social media manager are not just for posting shit, they also communicate with user), and develop a whole software for them AND check the money and if customers paid their bills??

lol, I did a mediadesign study so I didn't have a lot of essays but like internship reports had to b submitted as pdf and id files so it was a having to learn it thing.

outside of that w my current study ig its more a personal thing but also having the way your essay looks being a part of ur grade makes me gravitate to InDesign sadly enough

completely hypothetically, if someone paid you to do a t shirt design with their favourite driver (that theyd only print once for themselves) would you do it? and how much would you charge? please dont undervalue your work, be completely honest!!!

first off, yes I'd deff do it, so, if I'd open commissions I'd use my old art prices and go at about 20-25 euro an hour.

this is knowing that most basic graphics take me an hour or an hour and a half. I would charge up front and the price might change depending on complication of a graphic.

if we talk the Lewis graphic I just made I would prob ask about 35 for it, something like the graphic shirt designs I made that took a while longer bc of the back and front design, I'd ask about 50/60 for the full design.

basically, not that cheap.
