Off the back of the melb train I'm on rn I want to say that there's a clothing brand (Toorallie) in melb that makes merino denim jeans. They're 20% wool and that makes them soft and WARM. I found out about the label in WA where they probably don't need wool jeans ever? Anyway. They only do high waisted straight leg for women but I think I want some to make skinny, because I'm a woman of a certain age.

It’d be a contribution since I’m currently doing the first home super saver scheme. Also for your first house you don’t need a 20% deposit necessarily, though u do need to be able to make the payments so 😬 not great. Also there’s no fucking way I’m affording a house within five years so it was kind of a random number. I think in reality I’d just put the whole $250k in etfs. maybe go on a little holiday.
