Apparently, these three are named: Gator, Cyclops, and... Glasses Guy or Mohawk (I don't know, please tell me if you figure it out)

There is not a lot about them, but DAMN IF THEY DIDN'T CARRY WHEN THEY APPEARED ON SCREEN.

HOW IS THERE'S NOT ENOUGH ABOUT THESE GUYS IN THE FANBASE?!

I WILL HAVE TO TAKE MATTERS INTO MY OWN HANDS.

Marvel attempts humour with Storm

There's a whole series of these confessions in Original Sin and they're meant to be parodic, or at least funny. It's not especially in character for Storm to be petty like that, and it's obvious through context that it's not true. I kinda wish it was true though. Ororo could achieve the highest peaks of pettiness with her powers - even something like having a raincloud follow someone she doesn't like would be awesome. The mohawk thing is meant to be funny but I think it's boring. Mohawk storm is awesome.

Obviously humor is subjective and these confessions are supposed to be shameful secrets, but I don't think they land.

Here's Magneto's confession. The most interesting aspect to me is that Magneto knows who Aquaman is.

The Beast is next. I like the concept - explaining what the hell 'oh my stars and garters' means - but the tone is a whiff for me.

The young Jean entry has so much potential but this feels like they scoured Reddit for jokes by people who don't read the comics. Not exactly confessions, as most of this is public knowledge. Haha Jean is dead, snooze. Quasi slut shaming vibes, snooze.

The Rogue entry has the same 'lowest common denominator who didn't read the comics' vibes as Jean's, except the joke isn't about her. It's a lame memetic repetition of the 'Cyclops is a cheater' thing. As much as I love any Maddie Pryor mention, Cyke didn't exactly cheat on her. That's not how he hurt her. The Emma Frost 'psychic affair/massive consent and ethics problem' was right there and has got to be more well-known. Missed shot.

Charles Xavier here is confessing to something that's already known. Dude used to fake his death heaps, and I could really get down with him doing it again. It is funny how much he used to do it, as one of the ways they'd sideline him so he didn't just solve the problem du jour with telepathy.

It's not like I'm some master of comedy or anything, I just think Marvel can do better. Original sin was pretty mid in general (except for the Young Avengers one shot with The Hood) and this attempt at comedy doesn't help.

Hey question about All-Sparks au, so we know that Blackout is a member of the cons in your universe. So does that mean his bro Grindore is too?

His bro Grindor is indeed canon to All-Sparks! But there's a twist!

Grindor while a Decepticon early on, QUICKLY abandoned the cause when Megatron went from "we should reshape the system" to "I am going to destroy everything that even resembles the old way, including reverence for The Primes" and "I am going to obliterate everyone who gets in my way of murking the Prime"

He hangs about Soundblaster's mercenary gang as the logistician. (Soundblaster is Soundwave's brother, and is all flash and loud).

Mohawk is one, though mostly because he joined out of fear and that Megatron is one effing SCARY dude.

Berserker is basically one of the one-bot army attack bots of Decepticon forces. He's a very melee oriented dude who likes fighting equally large and powerful alien forces.

Nitro Zeus hangs about with Soundblaster's crew. He's Soundblaster's Shockwave counterpart being the local cyclops with big ol' cannon on one arm. Much like Soundblaster is Soundwave's personality opposite, so is Nitro Zeus to Shockwave. Shockwave here is more inspired by his G1 cartoon iteration, but still does horrible things in the name of SCIENCE. Nitro Zeus meanwhile blows things up because he thinks it's fun and/or funny. He is complimented by the much more no-nonsense but very snarky Slipstream, who is basically Soundblaster's Starscream.

in addition to my "Gator survives his fight with Bullfrog and seeks revenge" headcanon, id also like to propose Cyclops and Mohawk surviving too and all three of them just runnin around like team rocket gettin in Dolph's way all the time

alternatively in addition to my headcanon, id like to propose Gator and Bullfrog slowly bonding over their respective choice of bloodstained career, possibly due to their having no other options and each seeing what they did as the right thing to do to help protect what they hold dear, and becoming friends and sparring partners thru Gator's redemption arc and joining the new Ghosts. like aang and zuko

Some random thoughts I had while watching the first two eps.

Mohawk storm! Omega level Storm! Over dramatic Storm!

Goldballs reference! WTF lol

Gambit crop top! I know that was in style in the 90s but I'm taking it to mean Marvel is confirming his bisexuality.

Morph being an absolute shit!

Cyclops using his powers in more than one way! Like, damn dude!

Magneto serving cunt like it's no one's business. Eyeliner on point.

The implied Rogneto is fucking gross and I'm thoroughly annoyed they're putting it in here.

So having watched it, I do like it. Mostly.

I find the animation is lacking the soul of the original series, it's like everyone had botox after Xavier died.

I love the references to the old series during the intro, adding Morph and Bishop to the intro.

Hearing the OG voice actors takes me so far back, it's unreal. I like Gambit's voice actor here better than the previous two, though I still loathe the third person speak.

And I just need to reiterate my annoyance at Rogneto one more time... eight shades of inappropriate relationship there, especially considering it was NEVER indicated in the OG series. When the fuck would it have happened?! Ugh.

That's probably my biggest gripe, but it might have me waiting until the whole season is out before I watch it.

Another Wip of the mpreg fic because I’m suffering

The music was almost pounding in Alex’s ears , as young, almost naked bodies danced all over him. Pagan had a hand over his shoulder and was giggling with his own cocktail as the two sat in a cornered, rounded booth with a pole at its centre.

Yet only one man was on Alex’s mind, and it wasn’t the one cuddling up to him.

Pagan looked at him , noticing Alex’s distant gaze. “Are you tired already?” He asked, catching Alex’s attention.

He gave a faint chuckle in response, drinking his own liquor on hand. “With you keeping me up all night, it can’t be helped”. Pagan seemed satisfied with the answer, judging by his little smile.

Before the party could carry on, one of Pagan’s Tiger guards came over and bent down to speak. “We’ve a situation Sir” Pagan looked over his shoulders to face his security guard, his eyes half lidded as he groaned with annoyance.

“Auuugh, just torture them for a bit or something and I’ll deal with it later…..”

“It’s Ajay, sir”

Pagan’s eyes went wide , immediately standing up and walking away with his guard in a panic. Intrigued, Alex followed after him in curiosity of Pagan’s sudden tonal shift.

“This Ajay guy has gotten you rather tense , babe”  Alex said cockily as he walked behind Pagan, the three leaving the crowded party area into emptier hallways. Pagan didn’t give a response , intensely focused on meeting up with this “Ajay” guy, which only made Alex more curious about him.

The tiger hybrid eventually led them to a more private area where Cyclops was waiting and stepped aside, leaving the two men alone with Cyclops.

“Where is he?” Pagan demanded , voice boiling with irritation.

“He's in his room with Gator and Mohawk” she led him to a door. Alex’s curiosity kept growing as whoever this “Ajay” was, Alex knew his relationship Pagan must be special if he has his own bedroom here.

“Ajay” Pagan finally spoke, looking down on a young man sitting on the single bed, stuck between Mohawk and Gator. The boy , dressed in an odd looking school uniform, simply gave an ugly look at the crime lord. “What did I say about sneaking out?” Pagan said, his fatherly tone catching Alex off guard.

A million thoughts are splashing around in Alex’s head now, but his mind quickly places that aside as he inspects the young man more closely.

Ajay was noticeably much darker than Pagan, Alex could make a guess he was likely of South Asian descent judging by the warm tone of his skin. His dark , thick hair was cut short while his eyes were like a pair of deep oceans. His face was beautifully youthful and soft, but he had an intense expression written all over him, showing a hidden fire of anger and passion burning inside him.

Alex couldn’t help seeing a resemblance to…..

Ajay averted Pagan’s eyes, crossing his arms. The two henchmen stood up almost instinctively , giving Pagan space to walk up close to Ajay and force his face towards him.

“Are you going to answer me?” Pagan’s voice was edging onto threatening.

Ajay brows furrowed intensely “You’re not my fucking dad assshole!” Ajay spat at Pagan , who just glared down at him. “Maybe not, but you’ve been my responsibility since your mother died” he casually wiped the spit off his shirt, still holding Ajay face in a grip. “And until you’re 18, you’re going to obey me”.

Ajay didn’t reply , just staring Pagan like he was dog shit on the sidewalk.

After a moment of intense silence, Pagan let go of Ajay’s face and put his focus onto Gator and Mohawk. “Keep this shit stain in this room until further notice”. Mohawk groaned slightly at that, which Gator slapped the back of his head for before Pagan could notice.

Stunned, Alex followed Pagan out the room.

“You didn’t tell me you had a kid!” Alex finally spoke, still processing the events that had just unfolded. 

Pagan rolled his eyes. “He’s not mine, he’s my wife’s”.  As the pair entered the hall, Alex stopped dead in his tracks. For once, he wasn’t two steps ahead of the game. “You….” Alex’s voice was barely a whisper. “….you have a wife?” There was a tinge of betrayal in his words, which caused Pagan to laugh.

“A dead wife”

Pagan turned around and smirked,breaking the almost out of character seriousness he had displayed since they left the party crowd. “What? Thought I was using you as sloppy seconds?”

Alex felt offended by that, but didn’t it let ruin his mood. “No , no….just, you never said anything about her.”

“You never told me anything about yourself either” Pagan titled his head teasingly at Alex, which caused the older man to cross his arms. “I told you everything about me” Alex said confidently, looking intently in his eyes.

Pagan’s expression soured. “No, you told me everything about Dolph”.

Alex bit his lip. Shit. He had him there.

Dreadbeard: Mace Major is unaffected by traps.

Tree Rex: What? No it's not.

Dreadbeard: Yuh-huh.

Tree Rex: You can't just change the rules midgame!

Dreadbeard: Well of course I can, I run this shit.

Tree Rex: Fine. Mohawk Cyclops is gone whatever. My turn. I summon Arkeyen Juggernaut!

Dreadbeard: No you don't.

Tree Rex: WHY NOT!?

Dreadbeard: You need to tribute first.

The multi colored hair guy is named Haotic Gaege, and is the god of chaos. His entire Mohawk is the pride flag, red orange yellow green blue purple white brown pink and I forgot what other colors. I tried to draw a leather jacket, but it kinda failed. Usually he's not showing his eight hands, normally it's just 2.
