So, I've been thinking... Goh builds himself up to be infallible, right? Although underneath all the gadgets and absurd defenses, he's just an ordinary man. So then... what if he were susceptible to certain attacks even with the Exoskeleton, like... magic attacks? Since magic isn't really in Goh's area of expertise, his normal defenses probably weren't built with it in mind... I imagine after some research, he'd probably put up a force field or something to protect against magic.
Basically... it's just a hilarious juxtaposition that Goh builds himself up with these defenses to become a nigh-invunerable powerhouse... yet if he hasn't researched how to defend against it, you can still one-shot him with Avada Kedavra.

14. how does the image your character tries to project differ from the image they actually project?
((Hhhmmm. That’s an interesting question. I think most of the time for Scott, he’s not really putting up a front to pretend to be something he’s not. If anything, he does the opposite.
((At first, you meet this sweet, chill dude that reminds you more of a regular Joe in your neighborhood. But then the more you get to know him and spend time with him, the more you realize he’s not just that. He’s far more than that.
((He simultaneously gives off two very different vibes: what you see is what you get and there’s loads of layers you gotta peel away to find how fascinating and deep this guy can be.
((So I guess in answer to your question, whether he means to or not, Scott portrays an image that he’s not really that important or special when in all actuality, he very much is important and special.))

Ladies, 2024 is personal.
Dear Besties and future Besties,
We're starting FRESH this year, I want to encourage each and every one of you to dedicate 2024 to becoming your best self, from the inside out. This is your ✨IT Girl era✨, a time to prioritize self-care, personal growth, and breaking old habits.
Start by investing in your mental and emotional well-being. Consider therapy or counseling to unpack any past traumas, explore your innermost thoughts and feelings, and gain a deeper understanding of yourself. Remember, healing is a journey, and seeking professional help is a sign of strength, not weakness.
Let's focus on our physical well-being. Make time for regular workouts and prioritize your health. Whether it's hitting the gym, practicing yoga, or simply going for a walk, physical activity not only benefits your body but also clears your mind and boosts your confidence.
Breaking old habits is never easy, but this year, let's challenge ourselves to do just that. Identify any negative patterns or addictions that hold you back and take the necessary steps to overcome them. Seek support from loved ones, join our group, or even consider professional help. Remember, you have the power to change your life. ✨💞
In the midst of this transformation, it's crucial to practice being more private and working smarter. In a world that often values constant sharing and busyness, find solace in quiet moments and focus on the tasks that truly matter. Prioritize your goals, streamline your efforts, and eliminate distractions. By doing so, you'll find that you can accomplish more in less time, leaving room for personal growth and self-care. You are not for everyone, be selective with your energy this year babe. 🩷
Financial stability is vital, so let's make it a priority this year. Save your money, create a budget, and invest in your future. By being mindful of your spending habits and making smart financial decisions, you'll be empowering yourself to live a life of financial freedom and security.
Remember, peace is the REAL luxury. Prioritize your mental and emotional well-being above all else. Surround yourself with positivity, cut out toxic relationships, and embrace moments of solitude. By cultivating inner peace, you'll radiate strength and tranquility, attracting positivity and abundance into your life.
Lastly, love on yourself. You are more precious than rubies and daughters of the most high God. Embrace your worth and never settle for less than you deserve. Set boundaries, demand respect, and prioritize your own happiness. By loving and valuing yourself, you'll attract those who do the same.
In the upcoming year, let's remain humble, determined, and refuse to accept anything less than what we truly deserve. 🥂
We will continue to work with you on becoming the best versions of yourself! Please take advantage of all of our guides/ resources (click here) & there’s plenty more ahead, stay tuned!
Xoxo,
The Black Feminine Society 💋

I've always wanted to ask how you can draw an oc that you know has a bad end/dies in their story. You are stronger than me and I'd love to know what motivates you
I know I'm in a minority on this and most OC creators don't think about their characters' deaths, but it's never bothered me much honestly. The way I see it, if I know how their life starts and how it ends, it's much easier to figure out what happens in the middle.

your muse's SO or loved one physically harms them by accident (physically lashing out during a nightmare/hallucination, dropping a bookcase when headed down a set of stairs and your muse loses their footing, etc etc). it's an accident, there is no doubt in anyone's mind it was an accident and not at all intentional, but it results in a fracture/serious bruising/an injury etc etc which will take some time (a week or more) to recover from. the loved one/SO apologises immediately.
how quickly is it forgiven, and is it forgiven at all? does it make your muse trust their loved one/SO less? if they come from a traumatic background (or even if they don't), are they afraid of their loved one/SO for a while, even if they don't want to be?

In the Harry Potter universe, Goh is trying VERY hard not to piss off Voldemort He-Who-Must-Not-Be-Named. At least until he can create a credible defense against magic (even Avada Kedavra) for non-magic folk like himself to use.

what would your character make a scene in public about?
((Ooh that’s a tough one. Scott’s not really one to make a scene like that, so I would have to say it’s over something that really hits close to home and stings.
((I can see him making a scene in defense for his loved ones. Somebody talking shit about someone he cares about and is not holding back their punches, and he’ll cause a ruckus trying to defend them. I can see that. But it’d have to be like the other person is throwing low blows, you know? It’d have to be something big.
((I could also see him inadvertently causing a scene due to a panic attack or being overstimulated or something like that. My version of Scott has ADHD which includes some sensory issues, and he has some anxiety issues. So I can see him really throwing a fuss if all of that is acting up against him. In fact, I’ve written him that way a time or two elsewhere.))

Once a protector, always a protector...
This treehopper is a Giant, a kin of hoppers that lives in their own little kingdom (surprisingly small for Giants lol)
They were Hitch's friend and vowed guardian before they gave up their life to save him. It's that confidence of being too big and not reading a situation on how the smaller enemies could hit, something along those lines
But in a hopeful yet tragic way, their essence remained, now forever by Hitch's side and ready to be "summoned" to protect him. Unfortunately, Hitch's guilt forbids himself to do that... hard to face a friend who's only core essence remain, nothing else...
(cept he does but in a final battle woohoo!)

(and yes, Giants are kind of centaur shaped. Something has to support that weight!)

Does your character keep (a) list(s) of other characters around them? Eg. Who is the most likely to betray them, most competent to least competent, who they should ask first for x or y, who they trust most to least, and other things like that

@catskets recently held a 72 hour Murderboy Mayhem game jam. I was not able to complete the game in time, but I still finished and published it, so here it is. ^^
Plot: You wake up and find yourself on a romantic dinner date with a mysterious man, who introduces himself as Zecharias. You have no memory of ever meeting this man, or agreeing to go on a date with him. You have to figure out what's going on before it's too late.
This game acts as a spinoff for my other games: Let Me Remind You and Be My Muse. It features the same yandere love interest as both games: Zecharias, but takes place at a different time.
This is my first completed game. :D I'm so happy I finished it.
Content:
4.2k words
3 endings

WARNINGS:
This game contains blood and fictional depictions of corpses. It also features a character that manipulates the player. Viewer discretion is advised.

I absolutely love the Bluey episode "Library" because of the way it shows how what parents say to their kids really shapes the way kids see the world.
It doesn't take much for Muffin to come to the conclusion that, because her dad tells her that she's the most special kid in the whole world, she doesn't have to follow any rules. It takes equally as little for Muffin to readjust that understanding and go back to following the rules. And she does so happily!
A lot of parents have a lot of trouble with admitting to their children that they were wrong about something out of a misguided idea that this will undermine their authority when, in reality, it does the exact opposite. Kids whose parents admit when they are wrong know that they can trust their parents; they also have a positive example of how to respond when they are wrong about something.
And this episode shows how positive telling your kid that you were wrong and correcting that mistake can be! Muffin is in no way damaged by being told that she's not actually all that special (except to her parents)--in fact, she's happy about it! She readjusts and corrects her understanding of the world and her place in it, and she continues on! Moreover, she knows that she can trust what her dad says because if he's wrong, he will make sure to correct himself.
I don't think parents and guardians realize how much influence they have over the way that their kids see and understand the world, and this episode really highlights that. This is a superpower that every parents and guardian has, and it is up to them to use it.
