Mental health is always above everything! Make sure you take great care of yourself during your exams. That will help with you finishing strong and achieving your goals!
Some ways how to :
Sleep Well ! (8+ hrs)
Eat healthy food (healthy food will boost your energy and your serotonin. It will also help you concentrate better during studying)
Have a good shower after your study session (A hot bath is a great way for you to relax and a great way to treat yourself 💕)
Go out / Workout
Meet your friends ( Being friends with someone means you feel happy and calm around them , something that you need to feel during all that pressure exams can cause)
Make your nails/hair (Look good , feel better)
Do your makeup
Remember your goals and your achievements
Meditate
Wake up earlier
Treat yourself! (Eat some sweets or maybe go shopping, buy that lip gloss you have in your wishlist for a while)
Clean your room and your desk
Watch some videos of people going through the same situation you do to feel more motivated (for example: study vlogs, study routine)
Affirmations, affirmations and affirmations!!!!!
Good luck queen! You can do this.

Feeling so up and down lately.
One min I’m the best version of me & next I’m stuck in a brain loop of ‘ I’m so depressed, I’m so depressed’.
The ups and downs have been a bit drastic lately but I’m still here trying my best to get through this.
Some days I feel different but great & others I feel different but not In a good way. Parts of me wishes I was still at my worst bc that felt familiar. But then the guilt sets in. My god why can’t I just be okay, for my kids…
Then I learn more about trauma & the affects on the brain & a little glimmer of me sees that I am doing well. All of this is completely valid & I am strong.
Then that whisper says you should be better by now.

Worst feeling in the world is seeing your body changing for the better, then comparing it to someone else’s and noticing you still have a long way to go.
A pretty good feeling, instead, is exfoliating or massaging or putting on body cream and noticing your whole body is “firmer”, toned, less jelly like. Pictures show me that I have, indeed, made some progress. So yea, I’ll try to focus on this until depression grabs me again.
Huge difference in my body appearance is being determined by weight training, btw. No cardio, no aerobics. Weight training. You won’t look skinny-fat anymore. If you have the chance, please go strength training, you’re not gonna regret this.

Tips
Start small. If you feel like not working out , start by doing 5-10reps everyday.Or start by doing 10min workouts!
Strech every single day!! Stretching is so important even if u wont do a workout. It will help u with your anxiety and it will calm u down. Do them without rushing , with some relaxing music and your favourite candles.
Search for motivation. Pinterest, Instagram, Tumblr are your best friends. Search for some positive motivation. How u want to see your body looking like for example.
Dont compare!!💌 Remember that you are perfect, your body looks how u want it to look, your body is amazing and you work for it day by day. Acknowledge that you make yourself look and feel better every day 💗

One thing I’ve noticed about people in or entering their 30s is they don’t make as many compromises anymore. If someone doesn’t meet them halfway, is not up to standard, is just not where they’re needed to be, they’re just like “ok cool” and they move on from the person. Which is not to say they’re less empathetic or understanding, but more that they have learned that time is their most prized possession and they’re not willing to make massive compromises on it. They are not obsessed w the idea of fixing someone (bc the concept of fixing a person doesn’t really exist). They simply move on to someone who is up to par. I want that. I want to always move w the awareness that time is my most priceless belonging and I can never buy it back. Ever. So I have to use it wisely

So. I'm around 160 as in it fluxes between 160-169 never going above and not below. I did a small Google search and found out 127-ish is what I'm supposed to weigh. And im 5'3 and I haven't grown much but I think I'm nearing 5'4.
So I'm going to atempt a workout thing I did a while ago but it dident do much, but that's also only because I did it only for I think 2 weeks.
Im also going to try and eat healthy the best I can as I still live with my parents and I'm not really sure what exactly I'm doing.
I'll try this out for a month and try to get befor and after photos as I don't have a scale
