Today was the first time in years that I went to a protest by myself. I knew my health wouldn't be up to the huge one in London, so while Alex went to that, I stayed in Oxford and celebrated the 69th birthday of the NHS and marched against the cuts. Why would I get a tattoo to cover up my Scars?  Tattoos are symbols that mean a great deal to you.  My scars are my great symbols.  I may have stopped cutting but that doesn't change the fact that I struggled through some hard times.

You just have to believe in yourself, you can do it.  I know sometimes you go strong and relapse but its OK, its all good, relapsing is a part of the process, what matters is what you do after you relapse, will you stay down or will you get up and keep fighting?
