"The Howling Howff is a support group run by werewolves, for werewolves: specifically, new, potentially emotionally (and physically) scarred werewolves. This book is a 101 on what it means to be a werewolf and how to navigate a sometimes confusing existence. Other ā€˜bitten’ werewolves who have reviewed this material have mentioned words like ā€œtone deafā€ and ā€œdrastically out of touchā€, but we here at The Howling Howff understand denial and anger are an intrinsic part of their human side and we do not hold it against them – or you!" ~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~ If you like satirical folk horror and werewolves, then this is the book for you!
The book itself is 60 pages (including covers) and is currently available to pre-order once more in my Ko-fi shop - THE HOWLING HOWFF PRE-ORDER . I have to hit around 30 orders to be able to bulk buy, at which point it'll take around 2-2.5 weeks for the printer to sort (the covers have metallic ink inlaid :D) and then I'll happily ship them out!
Tumblr media
My ko-fi shop also has a separate upgrade option for tracked shipping and I've shipped all over the world with little issue. You can purchase it here - TRACKED SHIPPING UPGRADE

You'll also find a bunch of other goodies in my shop like Art Cards, Prints, Patch and Stickers :) - OTHER GOODIES ~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~ Any support is much appreciated! I'm currently working towards a second book which will be available as a Kickstarter project hopefully around June! ~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~
I'll be closing pre-orders on Monday 21st of April as I'll be putting the bulk order in :). Book sales will resume in 2-3 weeks time after the pre-orders are packed and shipped.} Huge thank you for everyone who purchased a copy so far! You've made the second re-print possible

I wish all of the online csection support groups weren't so hostile to trans masc people. Either I get rejected from joining them or I'm allowed to join but expected to tolerate almost every post or response referring to people as a mom. And it's not like the general parenting groups are much better. I posted about my feelings about my csection looking for support and was bombarded with comments from cis women being mean or rude. I even had one woman accuse me of trying to invalidate her csection experience by talking about how hard mine was. No, I was talking specifically about myself and my feelings. Other people can feel perfectly happy with their own csection. I just want a place to talk to other people about it where I won't have to deal with my transness being erased or people acting like I can't understand their feelings because I'm a man.

Expecting Dads Unite | In a vibrant support group setting, a group of expectant fathers shares their experiences and laughs together, breaking stereotypes and celebrating their journeys into parenthood. Among them, one visibly pregnant man stands out, embodying a brave new world where traditional roles are redefined. Surrounded by cheerful faces, soft baby outfits, and toys, they engage in lively discussions that blend humor with the challenges they face. Each story shared brings them closer, creating a community built on understanding and shared experiences. The atmosphere buzzes with camaraderie as these dads connect, all eager to embrace their new roles. This unique gathering shines a spotlight on modern parenthood, proving that family comes in many forms. With genuine smiles, they remind us all that joy is found in the most unexpected places. 🚨 New Look: We are evolving, are you? šŸ’‹
Tumblr media
Hey beauties, it’s Leah, the owner of this blog. I’ve recently decided to change the logo of B.F.S again! Yes, I know what you could be thinking:
ā€œI liked the logo beforeā€
ā€œMake up your mind!ā€
ā€œIt was fine beforeā€
or even ā€œI didn’t really noticeā€
I was afraid that changing the logo meant I would confuse my audience or even turn some of them off but I came to the conclusion that this blog and brand is evolving! Our mission is still the same and the content will always be geared towards being a safe space for Black Woman to evolve! Into the woman of HER dreams and that is what The Black Feminine Society is all about, it’s about the journey!
We wanted a bold, sleek yet elegant and sexy design. Simplicity is key, it’s Classy Tip #3 for a reason šŸ˜‰
I say all this to say:
Don’t be afraid to rebrand and evolve! Embracing change can be intimidating but it’s essential for growth. On your feminine journey you’ll find that you will feel the need to make some changes and that’s okay! Do what’s best for you! Don’t worry about anyone else, your tribe will find you because of your aura. Your unique energy and essence will naturally attract the right people into your life. Like a magnetic force, your aura will resonate with those who are destined to be a part of your tribe.
Your aura is like a vibrant, colorful beacon that radiates your true self. It is a reflection of your thoughts, emotions, and intentions. When you embrace your authenticity and stay true to who you are, your aura becomes even more powerful, drawing in those who align with your values and purpose.
Your tribe may not necessarily be a large group; it could be a few individuals who share your passion, dreams, and vision. They will support and uplift you, understanding your journey on a deep level. Together, you will create a harmonious energy, inspiring each other to grow and evolve.
Thank you for all your support throughout the years!
The Black Feminine Society is just getting started ✨
Xoxo,
Leah šŸ’‹

I just don't know how I'm going to live with myself, he said. It was a conclusion reached by many people in the Grey Room and it was always amazing and strangely consoling to Ivy how the audience would let the statement lie. You never tried to talk a person out of what had been said, or felt. Outside of the Grey Rooms people tended to say, You won't always feel that way and That's not true and even You don't mean it. But not here.
Susan Minot, from Don't Be a Stranger
