CLASS 1A x Nomu!Male!Reader Summary: After Kamino’s Incident, the pro heroes managed to capture all Nomus. But one catches their eyes.

★☽A/N: I was half asleep while making half of the oneshot so don’t blame me if some of it doesn’t make sense-

The Kamino Incident was an event that no one has forgotten, especially the Pro Heroes. They have lost a precious symbol of peace but they won something valuable. Not only did they manage to capture All For One, a dangerous threat for thousands of years, but they also managed to capture all the Nomus, also a threat to civilians.

But one catches one of the heroes’ eyes. A young boy with pitch black skin, a thick and scaly tail wrapped around his long legs. A pair of large dragon-like wings rested on his back. His long hair was a snow white color that covered his entire back.

The hero was stunned, almost amazed by the sight of him.

“HEY! What are you doing, standing around?” Another hero called out. The hero pointed and the other turned to look. The other hero, too, was amazed by the sight. His mouth was slightly agape.

Without a moment to waste, the said hero made attempts to try to free the strange figure. He pressed buttons, the other following along. Finally, one of them seemed to have pressed the right button, because the tank slowly drained its fluids, causing the figure to go limp on the ground. The tank’s glass slowly opened up, causing the said figure to fall on the ground, limp.

Fortunately, one of the heroes managed to grab him, taking his time to look at his face. His face had different patterns on his face, glowing a bright gold color. But the color seems to flicker as the hero feels his fingers twitch.

His eyes slowly opened, revealing no pupils but eyes filled with a glowing color of gold. “Are you okay?” the hero asked, checking his neck for a steady pulse. The awakened looked confused, his head slightly tilted.

The hero, shaking his head to get into the right mind, picked him up and followed the rest of the heroes in exiting the building, the hero with him tailing behind.

Later, after getting the data from the Nomu Lab, they found out information on the young figure.

He was a young boy who was pronounced dead 3 years ago, making the body around 16 years old. The parents of the young boy were called to confirm. The parents, who thought that their son had gone missing, were devastated by the revelation of their young son dead, but was brought alive but in the form of a strange creature. The mother ended up crying, sobbing over her son.

Asking a few questions, scientists and heroes on scene confirmed that the boy had no memory of his past life. The soul of the body has already died, leaving the body with no soul. Somehow, whoever brought him back, created a new soul to host the body.

Well.. it was the scientists’ theory.

When Eraserhead was called to the scene, he was asked if he could take care of the Nomu. At first, he had objections and he declined every possible benefit taking in the Nomu would give. With the help of Present Mic, he finally agrees to have him join Class 1A as a student.

When Eraserhead met the young Nomu, he was immediately drawn to Eraserhead. Perhaps he found him interesting? He would wag his dragon tail at the mere sight of Eraserhead’s scarf, his eyes immediately being drawn to Eraserhead’s. After much convincing, the hero finally caved in and decided to place the boy under his care and have him train his Quirk along with his students.

“This is Y/N, he’s going to be in my care so please be kind to him.” Everyone in Class 1A was immediately drawn to Y/N. A few students were actually scared of him for his similar traits to the Nomu they saw at the USJ.

And when they did find out about the details, some students actually distanced themselves away from him. Though, like a dog, he followed the ones who distanced him often. They were basically terrified! He looked creepy to them! His gold glowing eyes resembled the misty villain they met at the USJ. (One of the students being Mineta).

But with time, they did manage to warm up to him. 

The girls in Class 1A would spend some of their free time taking turns braiding Y/N’s long hair. Because of this, most of the time, Y/N would always have his hair in braids, with different color hair ties that is accorded to each 1A student. But he didn’t mind, he actually enjoyed the attention that he got from the girls.

The guys, especially Kirishima and Sero, would hang out with Y/N a lot! Most of the time, Kirishima had asked him to train with him, even though Y/N wasn’t exactly an expert at combat.

Yet, somehow, Y/N had always managed to beat Kirishima. It’s like he gained some combat skills or something, perhaps a perk of being an Nomu.

And with time, Y/N started to fit into the class and helped a lot! Especially with the school festival carrying heavy objects! He’s definitely a sweet guy. Y/N doesn’t talk often. But when he does, his voice is soft and gentle. His voice caused him to be easy to talk to, due to his calm demeanor and soft, gentle toned voice.

The boy is happy to be with people who love and care about him. <33

USJ Incident: Why it Should've Worked, (with fun gifs to space out the text!)

TLTR: All Might would've been ripped in half if Shoto, Bakugo, and Kirishima hadn't shown up. Nobody can plan for those fighty little monsters. And, despite the whiny tone, Shigaraki not childish to want to leave at first when there was no All Might and Tenya ran to get help, because his point was proved when the teachers arrived and he got shot instantly.

Okay, hear me out here folks. ~takes a deep breath~ It should've worked.

Honestly, ya'll, with the target being All Might, Shigaraki's plan for the USJ had a decent chance. It was not a rushed plan. Right from the top, Shigaraki used the reporters as a distraction to steal the USJ schematics and the class schedule. He knew the layout and who to expect, and had a plan to deal with everyone.

He had Kurogiri to scatter the students and handle Hero 13, which Kurogiri did. A large mob to slow down Eraserhead and tie up students to keep them from interfere, which they (mostly) did. All Might, had he been there, was most likely to go straight for the leaders, aka Shigaraki and the nomu... which, when All Might did arrive, he did after saving Eraserhead.

What's more, All Might, when he did show up, ALMOST lost.

Kurogiri and the Nomu were about to rip him in half when Shoto, Bakugo, and Kirishima showed up. Honestly, 1-A has a bunch of fighty monsters for students, and that's not something ANYONE would expect from fifteen year olds in their first week of hero school!

People (and the show) give Shigaraki crap for wanting to leave when All Might isn't there, especially after Tenya escapes and goes for help, but why would he stay? 🙄 This is basic conservation of energy from the mind of a predator. He's in a high risk area, rescue is on the way, and his main target isn't there. His only loss would be the low-level villains, which are cannon fodder anyway. And he's right to want to run. The second the teachers do show up, he gets shot four times before they even finish their dramatic entrance. THREE TIMES.

So yeah, the plan was a very good for a first time villain debut. Flaws, sure, but the kid just barely turned twenty, give him a break.

Shouto: And you’re not gonna do anything?!

Enji: He’s just doing the dishes.

Shouto: WHY?

Enji: Because I’m exhausted! Fuyumi and I work full time, and you boys don’t help around the house at all! Maybe start cleaning up after yourself, and there wouldn’t be a Nomu in the kitchen!

Natsuo: Endeavor, there’s a Nomu in my room.

MHA 3.9 - All For One - 1/2

Coming up on, MHA news, we have a report on a mad Pomeranian kidnapped by a neighborhood emo garage band, tune in for more at 6 pm...

Wow, Bakugo is catching strays from the news reporters even after being kidnapped. Sad for him. Did they really have to say 'Hey the kid that got kidnapped is kinda cRaAaZy'? Rude.

Imagine being kidnapped and reporters on the news start saying that you have no future since you acted like a wild teen during a televised sports event. 'Villains targeted him because he's CrAzY, so prove he has a future as a hero!' What a nasty take from this rando.

Uh-oh, Dad is pissed. Simmer down man, your hero work depends on you not being famous. Do not give material for a viral clip right now.

Aizawa has made a public announcement to defend Bakugo 2 times, which is not a lot, but it is weird that it happened twice.

Of course, he has all his students backs, but I guess Bakugo needs more defending than most since he acts like a wild gremlin 24/7.

It must be so reassuring to see that there are trustworthy adults that are willing to go to bat for him. Bakugo is acting real tough but he is in a scary situation.

Surprisingly humble thinking from Bakugo, lol. He has a point. Unfortunately, I think the goal was more to undermine the public faith in UA and hero society than just nabbing one student. Nabbing Bakugo feels more like a side-bonus to sowing discord and ruining the heroes reputations.

That is what a reasonable and cool-headed individual would do, yes, but Bakugo is neither of those things, so buckle up.

That's right, honey, you go ahead and express yourself. Don't let anyone dim your shine. Not even a room of villains who could torture or kill you at any second. No siree, just do your thing.

I think Shigaraki is playing this pretty smart. He is being more level-headed under pressure than I have seen him be before. Hmm...is he genuine in reaching out to Bakugo? He seems determined to win him over. I'm not sure I 100% understand his motive with Bakugo specifically here.

Them all trying to act normal by hovering around a vending machine while scheming is top comedy. Love them.

Not Kirishima splurging on the spy gear when Momo is right there fully capable of pulling secret CIA weapons out of her tits. Someone tell him he isn't James Bond.

Theory: some High-Ends use the corpses of past OFA users

There aren't tons of High-Ends. They can't be mass-produced so easily, and there's only one that's blatantly female, literally named Woman and with a tall, defined figure

Maybe Woman's original identity is already confirmed, but... she's similar to Nana in build, isn't she?

It's hinted that All For One actually kept Nana's corpse. How, 20+ years later, could he give Tenko his grandmother's pristine hand? Is he just keeping their hands? Or their actual corpses?

Also, when looking at corpses to give multiple Quirks to, One For All users are the best for this. Having inherited One For All, their bodies had maintained multiple Quirks when they were alive, even if they couldn't use more than their natural Quirk and One For All's physical ability. And to their bodies, One For All doesn't count as just one Quirk; the natural one, and Yoichi, are already too much for a human. But Shinomori shows that it counts each previous user's Quirk, on top of Yoichi's and one's own natural one.

Their bodies adjusted to holding multiple Quirks, and when they were alive, they didn't become deformed or lose brain function. They were perfectly fine, and only had shortened lives—but that doesn't matter as corpses.

Nomus go brain dead when they have multiple Quirks. But the past users didn't, being completely fine, making them perfect for Nomu development.

High-Ends can think. They're all physically powerful, and One For All users make the best basis, even from leftover embers and physique. So why not use that great base to make the best outcome Nomus (High-Ends)?

Well, here's a disturbing thought: What if a big reason Quirkless people consist of 20% of the population is because a lot of them were killed off in the early days of Quirks.

Villains were seizing power, people with specific powers started forming dynasties, and the only thing keeping it all together were the proto-heroes. Even though they were the majority at the time, anyone unfortunate enough to have been born without a superpower was in danger of being enslaved or killed by a villain, or killed in the crossfire of some horrific battle going on. Think every ordinary bystander in any superhero movie when the cinematic CGI shitshow happens.

If Quirks randomly manifested in a handful of the populace, maybe 10-20%, and then people with meta-abilities began having children with people without, it would have taken a lot longer than three or four generations for the Quirkless population to dwindle as much as it has with My Hero's time frame. Especially since Deku is living proof that Quirkless people can be born from parents with Quirks. I’m assuming that’s because of a recessive gene he got from a Quirkless grandparent.

If there hadn't been a societal collapse and anarchy as it is implied in the series, we'd probably be looking at a relatively balanced population similar to the ratio of benders vs non-benders in Avatar: The Last Airbender.

I think the Quirkless are a demographic whose extinction began immediately after the world started going crazy and never recovered after society stabilized because the gene pool wasn’t big enough and the ‘Quirk genes’ seem to be the dominant factor.

That said, I would have loved it if canon went into the genetics of things more. We already see Endeavor and the Himura family tampering with it and Dr. Garaki was fully mutating the genetics of the Nomu.
