Zane (P.I.X.A.L and the rest of the robots): Non - binay (Zane goes by they/them and he/him and P.I.X.A.L goes by they/them and she/her.) I think the robots are non binary because everytime I see a robot character I think they are no binary, because robots doesn’t have gender so yeah.

I came out as Non-Binay 5, almost 6, years ago. It was a struggle to be recognized as such because my parents didn't understand. My father, a religious cult member. My mother, clueless and still 2 years fresh out of the said religious cult. My identity is very important to me because I *fought* for it.
Do NOT misgender me on my page or you will be blocked and reported, I take that kind of thing very seriously.

Cultural Mosaic: Celebrating Diversity and Inclusion at ABIT College
Tumblr media
The Ajay Binay Institute of Technology was founded in 1998 to fill the skills gap in the technical workforce for industry and provide technical education to Odisha's rural communities. It belongs to the ABIT group of establishments. For its 25-year existence, Ajay Binay Institute of Technology has strengthened its academic and research capacities by creating cutting-edge facilities and collaborating with prestigious universities like the IITs and NITs. Furthermore, the institute is still dedicated to developing close relationships with businesses to guarantee that students are exposed to industry-focused environments and are equipped with pertinent skills.
To celebrate diversity and inclusion at ABIT College, the authorities conduct various events. Some of the events organized at ABIT College include Teacher’s Day celebrations, Ganesh Puja, Holi celebrations, Saraswati Puja, and many more. These different activities help the students to understand the diversity of India and appreciate the inclusive nature of India very well.
Co-Curricular and Extracurricular Committee- This committee was established to examine the non-academic aspects of students' lives to promote their holistic growth. Through the creation of organizations, support for different competitions, encouragement to participate in cultural events, athletics both on campus and at other universities, and talent showcases, the committee fosters a variety of student activities.
ABIT's annual techfest, Ignivent, takes place on the Institute's grounds. This is an inter-institute event in which several engineering institutions from throughout Odisha and a select few from outside the state have taken part. Through this event, the students got to understand the diverse cultures of other students from other colleges.
Over fifteen institutes have taken part in the last three competitions. Students from ABIT and PMCA can exhibit their practical grasp of the subject content at this event. Additionally, this helps pupils learn how to collaborate in groups and exhibit healthy competitive behaviour.
Conclusion
It is with the help of these small but significant steps that ABIT College has been able to make the students aware of the diversity of India. This has only helped students become better individuals in the future. They have been able to foster a better atmosphere in their workplace and become responsible citizens of the country.

Poi in stazione, disse: “Dove vado?”.
Allora chiese all’infermiera di portargli dello zucchero.

Hmmm thinking of my gender identity it something that I find very confusing, like most probably due lol I see myself in the mirror and I just see a person. I don't,, see myself as a woman. God that even sounds gross. Girl sounds a little more acceptable but I think that's because I see myself as a child, not an adult but I digress. I just dont see myself as a woman. Do I think im feminine? Yea to a degree but not super feminine. But, I dont mind being seen as one. I think she/her/they pronouns fit me best, tho I do question the they part a little. It dont feel right, but I put it in anyways. It feels, invalid. I guess its because if you dont fit the gender "norm" then you have to go by they/them or not really but thats what my thought process is. I honestly don't really like talking about bc if my religious background. Or idk, being raised in a Christian household really cements how you think so I something struggle a little about gender sexuality and what not. Im much better about it now compared to like 5 years ago. Anyways i dont feel like a woman, but calling myself anything else other than a woman doesn't feel right, like if im trying to conveymyself?? But like, ik how i feel and I dont feel like a woman, but also i dont mind being seen as a woman?? Its fucking confusing and a bit distressing. I ignore it the best i can to like not fucking spiral. I know that i dont have to be labeled and in some way i do feel unlabeled bc idk what label fits me. I dont call myself non-binay and i was think neutrois but those dont really fill right. I dont think im agender bc I do feel like i have a gender, and other ones dont feel right either. Oh god this is too nuch i need a break.
