While this is all well and good, there are some foods that we just don't need to alter. Here are some examples of food that we don't need to change: 1. Bananas are a great source of potassium and fiber, making them a perfect snack or addition to breakfast or lunch. 3. carrots Carrots are a versatile vegetable that can be used in a variety of dishes. They can be roasted, sauteed, pureed, or even eaten raw! Carrots are also a great source of vitamins A and C, as well as fiber. There's no need to do anything to carrots except wash them before eating or cooking. 4. potatoes Potatoes are another versatile vegetable that can be used in countless ways. They can be baked, fried, mashed, roasted...the list goes on! Potatoes are also a great source of nutrients like potassium and vitamin C. As with carrots, all you need to do before eating or cooking potatoes is give them a good wash. There are many such foods which you don't need to alter before eating.
