The best and final version of my Hobby Tracker is here! And honestly you can use it to track pretty much any kind of activity, so Activity Tracker is more acurate. I've made my own variations with very small and simple tweaks to track my cleaning schedule, my adulting tasks like paying rent and whatnot, as well as my hobbies, of course.

I think by now you know how to use this, and it's pretty self-explanatory, but if not, go to the original Hobby Tracker post, or just visit the actual template on Notion, where I have detailed instructions.

i made my whole notion tma themed and im so proud! i’ve spent so many hours on this (maybe days even if i combine them all...) i have a whole pinterest board with pictures grouped according to entity. also big thank you to spotify user Mads (i forgot their tumblr) for the spotify playlists. i saw their post that they made playlists of each fear. this is the page im most proud of :] (censored some stuff for privacy)

I recently started learning Persian, so I added a new language page in my Notion language database, and it's been filling with words! Such an interesting and beautiful language! I've been working on the handwriting too, but I'll share that once it's a little better 🙃

I designed a pretty little book tracker template for Notion ♡

This was designed for folks who want something simple and cute that requires minimal updating. It's meant to be ADHD friendly!

If you're easily overwhelmed by Notion but looking to learn, this is good to go right out of the box with minimal set-up. There are also thorough set-up instructions included right in the template!

sadie’s notion tour: the holiday edition! [5/?]

i’m super excited for the semester to end, so i jumped the gun by a day or two on holiday-ing my most-used pages. i left the general structure of the dashboard and weekend task tracker intact, but changed the icons and colors and headers to have some more holiday spirit. although it doesn’t show up today, because it’s still november, but all my assignments due in december have red icons that will match even better!

Notion Dashboard

guys, I finally redid my notion dashboard and set it up the way i like it!! I went for a very brown/ beige aesthetic for my dashboard (i don't know if it worked but i think it looks cute)

I wanted to have something aesthetically pleasing, but also practical and easy to navigate through since i use notion for a lot of things. I made the header on Canva and got all the images from Pinterest.

I'm only posting my main dashboard for now but if y'all would like to see more I will post my sub-pages and how i use them too! I also make notion templates so let me know if y'all are interested

Did some great work today on my Notion language databases! Added several thousand new words, from Spanish and English! 😁 Although I'm not entirely sure how I'm going to get everything filled out... with thousands of words, it could take a long time to interconnect everything... But we'll see!

I also added tons of new icons! Some tastefully chosen icons for the lexical classes in particular. That was a fun exercise. Notion design really feels limitless.

My Notion

Making a Notion page is a lot of hader than I though

I'm deadly proud of this

1. The main part

Here I have everything.

I have a page for Journal (even when I still don't know how do journal very well) and the dictionary, goals, list of my resources, plan for the week and archive.

a. plan for the week: I saw many YouTubers using a similar model and I decided to apply the same here

b. goals: another simple thing (if I have much option I gonna be overwhelm, this why I always go for the simple option)

For keeping it easy to myself, I separated my goals in 4 blocks, general Goals (example: take 25hrs of Spanish iTalki Lessons), 3 months; 6 months and 3 me months again

The first 3 months: basic (example: No iTalki here)

6 months: B1 & B2 (example: 15hrs of Spanish iTalki lessons)

3 months: keeping the B2 thing but faster (???) (Example: 10hrs of Spanish iTalki lessons)

Note: I also want to start a journal during the 6 months

c. My Resources: Just a big Table with textbooks, app, languages, types and some notes

d. Dictionary: another big Table with words that I learn, with means, types and contexts.

f. the simple table: I'm too lazy to do a big and perfect table, then I decided to do something really simple for mylself

g. week plan again basic edition: more basic and essential information, ig.: Class; textbook or read that chapter

3. Conclusion

I just do that because I'm so happy that I finally finished organizing my Notion that I wanted to share with someone

sadie’s notion tour: the dashboard (early spring update) [6/?]

one of my favorite parts of using notion is being able to make everything pretty. it’s still pretty cold where i am, so i’m not quite ready for a springy dash, but i still wanted to change up the color scheme! i ended up going with a deep emerald and gold vibe, to merge winter and spring colors. as usual, i’m sticking with a little cat png as my icon. (as usual, none of the images used are my own!)

i’m looking forward to the end of the semester, even though it’s bittersweet with graduation approaching!
