#I used to hate my profile so much when I was young #I remember doing some art project with profiles #and seeing my jaw and nose in profile clearly for the first time #when I was 14 #and I was so upset #but oh I love myself now #so much that I use the mirror at the theater #to take pictures of my profile whenever I get a new costume #hooray for grandma’s nose #and mom’s jaw #on my face

04.11.2022 | 25/100 days of productivity

(Backdating again) Workshops count towards days of productivity :) The photos are from part of the workshop—they’re some of the manuscripts that didn’t make the cut for an exhibit called Seeing Race Before Race that’ll open next fall at the Newberry Library (I’ll update with manuscript info tomorrow). And I caught up on grading one of my classes! I’m still extremely behind on one of them but we’re getting there!!
