Another reason I ship Edt3 is because when I see full on romantic art of just Eddy and Double D… it feels wrong to me. I feel upset that Ed is left out. Plus, getting rid of one of the Ed boys just ruins the whole purpose of this show. They’re called Ed, Edd n Eddy for a reason. One without the other two and two without the other one breaks the dynamic and breaks it hard. It’s not just that they have to be together, they NEED each other. That’s the genius of it. No matter what happens, the bond remains unbreakable. They don’t even have to act gay, they just unintentionally seem like it.

I love Resident Evil 6, it's my favorite out of the RE franchise, and I can't stop thinking about it. My favorite campaign keeps changing a lot, but the one that hit me the hardest was Jake and Sherry's campaign. Sure, RE6 was a shithole, but it's still my favorite. I like it ironically and unironically, if that's possible. It's so stupid, the controls are so finicky, but that's what makes it laughable. Sure, i do miss the true horror aspect, but that game has a special place in my heart. I really hope they remake it and like, fix most of the problems it has, because I really want the game to have some more love. Whenever i hear slander of Re6, i get it, but it kinda hurts me a little. That everyone sees re6 as a total shitshow, and not giving it a proper chance. But I won't force others to like it. It's their opinion, like mine. I love re6, and I get why people hate it. I just wish it got a little more love. I'd like to believe it's a little overhated. I have a feeling that Capcom will just throw Re6 under the rug, and never give its heavily needed remake. If they do that, then I'll try to remake it myself.

do you see where im going with this? brainwashing is real. despite the obvious facts, the grooming, the system that pushed and pulled them, the men taking advantage of them; they defend it. so yeah, we shouldnt dismiss firsthand testimony and personal experience, but always take it with a grain of salt, always contextualise, always see it as one part of a bigger picture. liberals dont do that and have duped too many people into not doing it either. „if thats her choice its none of our business“ fuck you!

I get the importance of showing that high school friends grow apart, I do. And I realize that the likelihood that the bad kids are going to go their separate ways become realer and realer every day. A lot of people don’t want a cheesy forced “and they all lived happily ever after”. But like they’re the bad kids? What the fascistic hatred for abstract art and idolisation of only the Rational, Realistic Art, the only one that comes close to a science, the only one that can be excused as existing (because the more realistic it is the less you see the artist in it and the more it can conform to a standard) have done is unforgivable. btw

Fascism notoriously hates abstract art, and positivism's legacy was a degradation of humanities that led to a distate for art that couldn't be objectively graded on a clear scale or measures in scientific truths. The result is the need to be able to give a correct and rational value to art, and the scale chosen for it was realism.

Which inevitably brings the thought that was isn't realistic is bad, on principle! It is idiotic because art is inherently subjective! You cannot grade it in such a way because it is not meant to be a surefire and technically onthologically correct or incorrect pursuit, it is meant to be art, but fascism hates what it cannot grade as either superior or inferior, degenerate or inspiring, and therefore makes up ways to do that that actually have no meaning and make no sense.

+ It is also why hyperrealistic art is often soulless - not always - but think of (as the example that Jaja gave me, hi) those Instagram drawings of perfectly photorealistic lips or eyes. They all look the same. They all look maybe even incredible, but by virtue of all looking the same, they lose the artist. Could you tell if two drawings of the same set of lime-biting lips were made by different people, when they are so so similar, and so so realistic? What of the prevalent AI art artstyle, a mesh of perfect rendering, all looking the same? Where is the individuality in making all art look identical! Where is the artist in a drawing that does not show any stylistic choice!

The point is. Your art style isn't holding you back because it isn't "realistic enough." You can do what you want forever

Is a complete statistical misrepresentation because the range of opinions that Jewish people can have varies between 1.8 to 5.4 opinions at all times.

1.8 exists in the realm where two Jewish people are mostly/completely in agreement on a stance. However, they are arguing over the word choices of the other person and are citing different halachic/cultural sources. When it is pointed out by a witness standing to the side the similarities of both their opinions, they join together to fight that this assertion is ridiculous and really, the two are in complete juxtaposition to each other.

5.4 exists in the realm of a philosophical discussion where two jewish people are together juggling many simultaneous ideas. Whatever position they are arguing depends on the opposite of what the other just said. They will not be playing "devil's advocate" but rather "advocate for anything that feels right in the current moment/ is interesting to talk about." There generally exists the understanding that the point of conversation is not to come to a conclusion, but to rapidly discuss as much information as possible with the underlying goal of chaos.

1.8 opinions to 5.4 opinions is the range, so the median is three. But in the margin of error there can be as many as two opinions outside of the range.
