Hey t1diabetes tumblr (if you exist) I found out that if you have a dexcom g7 and you put it on like 30 minutes before you actually start it from the app it skips the warm up thing immediately and goes straight to reading your bg so !! :] not sure if it works with other cgms like the libre but it probably should seeing as it’s the same basic principle

Okay this is a safe space so im just gonna put this here

So I was thinking about the societal factors within omegaverse right? And I just thought of how all the different ways language would be affected. Like y’know how some languages have masculine/feminine words? How does the second gender apply to that? Would a word change if the subject was an alpha or an omega? Would a beta be referred to in the neuter form? Words like maternity have the word “mater” in relation to motherhood, but if any omega can have a child and not just the females does that word change and have a different history?

This is an open conversation I am by no means a linguist I just need to understand the cultural and historical background within omegaverse

name meaning: clovis is a french name from the germanic name hludwig. it was the name of a frankish king in the 5th century.

background: he grew up on the streets of paris, an orphan. he often worked as an errand runner for whoever wanted to hire him, rather than keeping alliances, which made him plenty of enemies. he learned to look out for himself, and that he could only trust himself. when he was 15, he made the (un)fortunate mistake of trying to pick pocket phoebus and was caught. instead of arresting him, he invited him over for dinner, and thus begins what i call his feral cat era. aka, clovis comes to trust the chateaupers until they decide to adopt him. i just like the idea of esmeralda and phoebus adopting. definitely think they’d want to help kids in need however they could.
