Aimless: Babette never really learned to do her own thing besides following orders or occasionally working on own little projects in the past. The first thing she wanted to do after the Nautiloid accident is to go home because she was shit scared of what to do else. Imagine a house cat suddenly dropped off in the wild and having to figure things out. She only knows how to be a seamstress, thus her goal was and is reaching the city. Blue-eyed: Oftentimes, she refuses to believe one would have only ill intentions. She gives chances way too often and wouldn't it be for her companions, this most likely would have cost her her head in the past.  Impressionable: You can talk her into almost anything. Refusing commands only led to bad outcomes in her childhood. One example would be when the party arrives at the Gate and meets their first Steel Watcher, Babette was pretty much convinced it was a great idea and a wonderful change to have these machines walking around the city. Even after destroying the facility, she was sure Gortash had good intentions in making the city safer. She is a bit slow . . .

Virtues:

Forgiving: The kind of good part of being blue-eyed is that she does not hold a grudge for too long. She can very much be explossive if someone did her wrong but the girl is not one to not accept an apology. Compassionate: Compassion was a huge deal in her childhood. Her sisters had to stick together, a friendship of seven that was even bound by blood. Caring for others and helping them out comes naturally.  Polite: Babette comes from a rich family. Politeness is her bread and butter. She even worked at the shopfront for a long time before turning into a hexblood and has exceptional negotiation skills.

This is a hard one since I did not create Babette with shipping intent. The following answers are my gut feeling and what I imagine could be cute. The ships are in nor specific order, just babbling about it. Why I definitely ship her with non canon muses from BG3, I will only name canon characters here.

OTP:

✮ Gale :  You can tell me what you want but they would click in my opinion. Not knowing how to handle his whole Mystra problem at first, he would still have an open ear that listens to his problems unconditionally. Funnily enough, Babsi would remind Gale to take things easy after every fight because of the orb, not entirely understanding how it works but still trying to be of help. It would probably often end up in conversations like ❝Hey, it's alright, I can lift this myself.❞ ❝Oh, but the ORB Gale. Better safe than sorry. I help you.❞. What only fuels this whole ship is that Gale is the token husband her mother always told her children about. He is smart, kind, polite, influential. This definitely plays a big role in her preferences too. Godhood would be sad and hard. I don't think Babette would try and talk him out of it. He often sounds reasonable, and if the best outcome is becoming god, in his opinion, she will nod like ❝Oh you have a point, that makes sense.❞. Yes, it would break something inside her but who is she to object? He is the smart guy. ⚔︎ Wyll : She is a hopeless romantic. Wyll would have the easiest fucking game. The woman never learned how to dance - perfect opportunity to bond. And oh dear lord would she bond. She could also relate to a degree with his family problems, ending up feeling a huge amount of empathy for Wyll and invested in helping him where she can. What many people (somehow) judge him for is that he is so untruthful in the beginning. Not a big deal for her. That girl won't call him out, she understands very well. Hells, when babette joins, she is disguised as a tiefling herself for the first few long rests, fearing to be treated differently if people found out about her pact and her hexblood ancestry. I feel strongly about them.

Acceptable Ships:

🗡 Astarion : Obviously a  good contenter. Girl is easily manipulable which makes her a perfect target in act 1 but I think the whole plot between them can turn out awfully sweet when the journey goes on. Babette canonically also volunteers to being a bloodbank after Tav found out about him being a vampire spawn for the group's sake lmao. Not because she finds the idea hot, just so Astarion doesn't have to be hungry. ⛓ Karlach :  Babette can easily fall victim to the big lady's confidence and the charm that lies behind it. Since touch is a huge thing for her in a relationship, romantic or not, she would be more than eager to try and figure out how to handle the infernal engine and the whole Avernus spiel. There is also just a huge itch that is being scratced about big strong woman and petite small one. Imagine the huuugsss *melts* *like litererally because Karlach, ya know ya know?* Note: Ships don't only have to be companions. I just picked them to keep it clean and consistent. I am a huge sucker for clashing personalities. Gortash for example could be interesting, since she is awfully easy to manipulate. Volo is more of a crackship but still awfully fun to think about! Apparently Rolan made it into the roster too [thanks Bean ig uwu']. If you want me to write some more about it feel free to boop me :)

OT3: Babette does not really enjoy the idea of polygamy so I will leave this blank :x

ฅ Minsc: Bimbo and himbo. These two share one single braincell and would be seen talking and theorizing about the most mundane shit. She would always call him first when there is a big bug in her tent and I believe he would be elated to help on this mighty quest. They are both not the brightest in the most charming way possible. Babette would be around his tent a whole lot just to hear about battles and stories.

𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝘆𝐨𝘂𝐧𝐠𝐞𝘀𝘁 𝐨𝐟 𝘀𝐞𝘃𝐞𝐧 𝘀𝐢𝐛𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠𝘀. Babette was born into a strict family. Playing outside like her peers, getting dirty in puddles on the street after summer rains, nothing that she could afford. It was her own mother, who treated their children like workers, teaching them knitting, crocheting, sewing only to prepare them to ’help out the family’. Both of her parents endured a childhood in poverty. It was their way of keeping the family’s life standards above average, no matter the cost.

The girl had trouble, picking up the family’s craft. Never terrible but never perfect either. A wrong stitch here, a forgotten button on a vest, keep your gods damned head together ! Why couldn’t she be as good as her sisters ? Why does mother threaten to send her off, send her to an orphanage, if kind enough ?

No matter how long Babette practiced, time only rewarded her with more bloody pokes in her hands. Clumsy. Slow. Lazy.

A hag got wind from the girl’s troubles and bitter thoughts. Babette’s fears enlightened, amused the fey. Sweet-talking her way into the child’s heart, feigning compassion, offering solutions, quick ones. One of their circle was killed recently. A replacement was needed. If the young lady would agree to a pact, she would gain impeccable skills in her craft. Everyone would be enticed by her future works, the needle like a brush to the artist. Only a small touch of her own body, a hair, a droplet of blood in her work, would do the trick. In return, the seamstress would comply to turn into a hag, one of the arch fey’s kin, in time.

And the desperation cried louder than the girl’s common sense. The need for admiration, for praise, was too much to bear living without it any longer.

Babette left the forest with a crown.

A token of her pact.

𝐀𝘁 𝐟𝐢𝗿𝘀𝘁, 𝘁𝐡𝐢𝘀 𝐛𝐚𝗿𝐠𝐚𝐢𝐧 𝘄𝐢𝘁𝐡 𝘁𝐡𝐞 𝐚𝗿𝐜𝐡𝐟𝐞𝘆 𝘄𝐚𝘀𝐧'𝘁 𝐛𝐚𝐝; 𝐧𝐨𝘁 𝐚𝘁 𝐚𝐥𝐥. The pact altered the girl's appearance; hair & skin now holding a soft lavender tone, pale and almost sickly. The eldercross around her head now one with her body. Hers, just like the fey blood pumping through her veins. After the first shock settled when returning to her family, it didn't take long for her parents to see the potential of their youngest child. Only by attaching something from Babette, sewing in a hair between fabric, the craft would carry a mesmerizing touch. Clearly, anything would sell now. Obviously, the nestling was a pot of gold.

Did she really have the privilege to argue about it now ? About that exploit, which only got worse because of decisions, made with her own intentions ?

Her work for her family continued, happy to help, happy to be needed at least. It was . . . strangely nice.

𝐀𝐅𝐓𝐄𝐑 𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐍𝐀𝐔𝐓𝐈𝐋𝐎𝐈𝐃 𝐂𝐑𝐀𝐒𝐇

𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝘄𝐨𝐦𝐚𝐧 𝐝𝐢𝐝𝐧'𝘁 𝗿𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝗿 𝘁𝐡𝐞 𝐡𝐨𝘄𝘀, 𝘁𝐡𝐞 𝘄𝐡𝘆𝘀, 𝘁𝐡𝐞 𝘄𝐡𝐞𝗿𝐞𝘀. Stranded, far away from her hometown, she found herself at shore. The devastating pulsing inside her head, the twirling of her vision, the nausea. Everything was scary. Not only that, but finding herself anywhere else instead of home made her anxious. Her appearance could easily be identified as a hag in the making, her reason why she disguised herself as long as needed.

Following a group of tiefling refugees on their way to the Emerald Grove, Babette blended in marvelously. From there, the hexblood would have to find a way to Baldur's Gate. The thought about . . . returning . . . seemed strange. An awkward stir and turn. It inflicts worry and second thoughts. Maybe This was a sign. Maybe it was just foolish.

Whatever the future brings, it is inevitable anyway.She should stop thinking and start following her instincts.

Trevorcard!

1. favorite thing about them: Trevorcard's devotion to his family, but also to his own humanity. He worked his ass off to get his father to see he's worthy of redemption, while also never succumbing to the vampire curse.

2. least favorite thing about them: The fact he never told Simon who he really was. I get why he didn't, but it doesn't make me happy about it.

3. favorite line: "You'll pay for what you did to me and my mother!" Specifically as young Trevor in the Castle portions of LoS2. It seems like a strange quote, but this is the first thing Trevor said to Dracul before their first battle, so it's how Trevorcard gets Gabriel to see the young boy is him.

4. brOTP: Trevorcard and Victor. Honestly, not much is known of their relationship, but I'd like to think they were pretty close.

5. OTP: Trethias (Trevorcard x Mathias) and Trevorcard x Sypha. (Gavor)

6. nOTP: Satan x Trevorcard. Listen Satan. Possessing the body of your crush's son, is not how you get your crush to like you back.

7. random headcanon: Trevorcard watches over the Belnades after he became a vampire. It's one thing he could do as atonement for causing his wife's death, but also because of the changing political stance on them. After the Belmonts split from the original Brotherhood of Light (another headcanon), he begins to watch over them too.

8. unpopular opinion: I think he's the coolest looking Alucard, and I like how they show that he refuses to give into the curse by perpetually starving himself of blood, which shows on his actual character model.

1. Favorite thing about them: The fact he broke away from Dracula and Isaac, finding his own place in the world, free from their toxicity.

1. Favorite thing about them: unhinged bastard man, causing death and destruction in his wake. What's not to love about that?

2. Least favorite thing about them: Maybe don't burn your adopted brother/ex lover's wife at the stake? And expect him to like you still?

3. Favorite line: "I've been waiting quite a long time to plot my revenge. Not only did my Lord die because of you -- you stripped me of my pride, my home. Now I shall make you suffer as I suffered. You shall die a most painful, gruesome death." Isaac, honey. Like, this line is painful, but it shows so much about Isaac and his mentality around Dracula and the Castle.

4. brOTP: Joachim and Isaac. I just can't visualize them being in a relationship.

5. OTP: Isaactor, Isaastle, and Gabsaac/Isabriel? Basically Isaac x Gabriel.

6. nOTP: same as Hector. N!Isaactor

ASOS; Steel and Snow: 28 SANSA III (pages 382-394)

Sansa attends a surprise wedding, hers, and Tyrion makes sure to fill up on some respect women juice before bedtime.

She brought a dozen of the queen's favourite scents as well. Sansa chose a sharp sweet fragrance with a hint of lemon in it under the smell of flowers.

- the gown itself was ivory samite and cloth of silver. ... "- The moonstones Joffrey gave her."

You know this is the second ivory dress Cersei has given her. Quick, pretend I said something observant and profound about Sansa being dressed in garments from her abusers representing previous harm and betrayals.

(The dress back then was stained by a blood orange by Arya, but I was thinking more specifically about how Sansa had had to get the dress dyed black to hide the stain and wore it to beg for a mercy which would never come.)

(Also: interesting choice by D&D to make the wedding dress golden, given there are mentions of the colours which are present in Sansa's maiden's cloak being her father's colours, and since I doubt 'white weddings' are much a thing in Westeros, they're fairly recent in global society, I would assume the bride's dress is supposed to reflect her maiden house to some degree.)

... I wonder what Cersei's motive was for mentioning it then. "Come along now, the septon is waiting. And the wedding guests as well."

Did she think it was a mercy, to tell Sansa then, to let her cry and fear and scream before composing herself for the aisle like Cersei probably did before her wedding? Or did she do it so Sansa would spend the entire trip dreading what was to come? Did she even think about it all?

The king was resplendent in crimson and gold, his crown on his head. "I'm your father today," he announced. "You're not," she flared. "You'll never be." His face darkened.

ohhh, she snapped. Joffrey will remember that. On the one hand: I do not care for Tyrion as Sansa's husband, it has its very glaring and obvious problems, but on the other hand, he does provide her some protection. not enough for her to slap Joffrey in the face in public and get away with it, but a little breathing room at least. (Which will be good because Sansa has been chaffing at the bit more and more as time wears on.)

Tyrion wore a doublet of black velvet covered with golden scroll-work, thigh-high boots that added three inches to his height, a chain of rubies and lions' heads.

Tyrion is wearing platforms, you cannot convince me otherwise.

Sansa stark is garment-sexual confirmed. She doesn't want boys or girls, she wants a life time pass to Fashion Week in every country.

Sorry, the fact that she thinks "he'll think me a fool" not "he'll know me for a fool" or something similar just gives me the vibes that she would have been sincere, and given her preoccupation with clothing aesthetics at times, I think she'd mean he looks handsome in that outfit/that outfit looks handsome on him... yeah, Sansa/Fashion is the OTP right now.

Hmmm, I feel like the change in the show where he did go to her sooner was for "Tyrion's just such a swell guy, see?" brownie points. (But possibly also, because I feel like there was a line that said Sansa embroidered her gown in the show? So she would have needed the time for it, and the reason to embroider a lion head... Character buffing? or an excuse to do their own wardrobe thing? hmmmm...)

As father of the realm, Joffrey took the place of Lord Eddard Stark. Sansa stood stiff as a lance and his hands came over her shoulders to fumble with the clasp of her cloak. One of them brushed her breast and lingered to give it a little squeeze.

*breaks down the sept door, breaks Joffrey's hand with a steel chair, kicks some fools down some stairs and whisks Sansa away to enjoy lemon cakes, fashion weeks and light hearted magical girl shenanigans with respectful love interests of appropriate age.*

The bride's cloak he held was huge and heavy, crimson velvet richly worked with lions and bordered with gold satin and rubies.

She felt another tug on her skirt, more insistent. I won't. Why should I spare his feelings, when no one cares about mine? ... When Sansa turned, the little man was gazing up at her, his mouth tight, his face as red as her cloak. Suddenly, she was ashamed of her stubbornness. She smoothed her skirts and knelt in front of him, so their heads were on the same level.

Sansa has a good point, (almost) no one cares about her or her feelings, so lashing out in the small ways like this is understandable, but that's how victims become the villains, the perpetuation of the cycle of violence. "I was hurt, and no one saved me. Why shouldn't I hurt others, why should I help them?"

This was a small act, and once Sansa saw the damage she did feel bad about it, but this cruelty isn't who she is and she needs to remember that or she'll be as quick to fall off her path as someone else we could mention specifically from the show whose path to ruination has been clearly laid out and seen... it's basically everyone who used cruelty to get what they want, let's not kid ourselves.

Also, and this is important but nitpicky: Sansa wasn't just humiliating Tyrion with that stubbornness. This marriage has bound them together, what reflects on one reflects on the other until they are unbound. (Also he's the one who can decide whether or not to enter for a "not as much of a douchebag as you could have been" award)

... and dropped like yesterday's news by the Tyrells now that they can't use her for their own ends.

... if only Willas wasn't so old, he sounds like a decent enough bloke.

"Lady Tysha." His mouth twisted. "Of House Silverfist. Their arms have one gold coin and a hundred silver, upon a bloody sheet. -"

That's fucked up. Whether true or he's making it up, that's fucked up. And I feel like he'd have to be making it up, House Silverfist, because how would Tysha have a House, even with a single gold and a hundred silver? Can you by Lordships in Westeros? But also Sansa's not a high enough friendship level to unlock that part of the tragic backstory, and that's hardly something she'd need to hear on her own wedding night.

He is as frightened as I am, Sansa realized. Perhaps that should have made her feel more kindly toward him, but it did not. all she felt was pity, and pity was death to desire. He was looking at her, waiting for her to say something, but all her words had withered. She could only stand there trembling.

... *sigh* I'm going to beat Tywin Lannister to death, with his own skull. And if he's (un)lucky, he might even have enough time and breath to scream "this doesn't seem physically possible" before he croaks.

I hereby award this medal of "Not As Much of a Douchebag as you Could Have Been" award to Tyrion, for promising to Not Commit Marital Rape, and sticking by that even though he didn't really like that answer.

(Sorry, Tyrion, but it sounded like you had a hard on, so it's kinda hard to judge whether that was a "how dare she reject my kindness" flinch of Dudebro or a "I truly will never be loved" flinch of self-loathing/pity.)

IkeSoren Week Day 4

Author notes above cut, skip to cut for the story.

This takes place in my interpretation of Tellius canon. A few years after Radiant Dawn, Ike and Soren are invited to Hatari so that Ike can participate in a fighting festival. After being in Hatari for a few years, they return to Tellius and spend a little while in Tellius before leaving back to Hatari. If you want to read more about my view of Hatari, you can read Paradise on AO3 that details Rafiel’s first year or so in Hatari.

My work is always “no beta - we die like men” but I’m scheduling this ahead of time and wrote it in a few hours because I wanted to do a little something for Ike/Soren Week since they’re my first OTP, but I’m not going to be in town during Ike/Soren week. So, it’s extra no-beta as a first draft. I may clean it up and throw it onto AO3 sometime.

Marriage

Ike and Soren stood on the shores of black sand beach, as far east from Tellius as the land in Hatari went. The sun was beginning to set behind them, the distant ocean already blackened by the night sky and rising stars.

Ike looked out at the horizon and then turned to face Soren. “You still have that sending stone Kurthnaga gave you, right?”

Soren nodded. Ike sighed heavily.

“We don’t have to seek out the land beyond the horizon,” Soren said quietly. “There might be trouble there. Hatari is peaceful, and Nailah’s finally admitted that it would be easier to reconnect with Tellius than to migrate all her people across the desert.”

“Yeah, I guess,” Ike said, “There’d be another new language to learn too.”

“Probably.” Soren smiled gently and looked up at Ike. “You still want to go.”

Ike nodded. “I just hate the fame. So much. I can’t breathe anywhere if people know me.”

“Then we’ll go,” Soren said simply. “If there’s nothing out there, we can figure out something else.”

“Before we go,” Ike called out, reaching into a pocket.

“It’s hardly necessary.”

Ike blinked and smiled ruefully, still grabbing the rings out of his pocket. Soren was only getting sharper as he got older. “Is that a no?” Ike asked. “I did a lot of work to get it right for you.”

Soren smirked and then shrugged. “I know. You tried so hard not to wake me when you used that string to size up my finger.”

Ike nearly pouted, deflated. Soren had known for that long?

“It’s been in your heart for ages, Ike,” Soren whispered, putting a hand over Ike’s chest and taking a step closer. Soren’s red eyes searched Ike’s face. “Every time you’ve looked at me since we received the invitation to Micaiah and Sothe’s wedding two years ago, you’ve thought about it.”

“Why didn’t you say anything?”

“Because it’s irrelevant.” Soren pressed against Ike and closed his eyes. “I can feel you so clearly, I don’t need to see you anymore to know your thoughts. An ancient custom means nothing to me in light of that.” Soren opened his eyes and he looked troubled, as he always did when recalling how his laguz blood made him so different from a beorc. “It hardly surprises me that herons and dragons never feel the need to formalize their unions with a ceremony.”

Ike smiled gently and leaned forward to kiss Soren. Soren returned the gesture softly.

“Is that a yes?” Ike whispered against Soren’s lips.

“Of course it is.”

Ike smiled, resting his forehead against Soren’s. “Never a simple answer with you.”

“If that’s what you wanted, you should have picked a different partner.”

“Never say that,” Ike admonished gently, picking up Soren’s left hand and slipping a simple silver band that had an engraved message inside onto his ring finger. “I want to be with you forever, there’s no one else I want at my side than you. Thorns and all.”

Soren smiled sadly up into Ike’s eyes, taking the other ring from Ike, a solid and sturdy gold plated-steel band, and put it slowly onto Ike’s left ring finger. “A single lifetime will have to suffice for both of us.”

“A hundred of yours wouldn’t satisfy me, Soren,” Ike said sternly.

Soren snorted, smiling. “I doubt you can conceive how long that is, I hardly can.”

“I just know it wouldn’t be long enough,” Ike said, wrapping his arms around Soren and kissing him. “But calling you my husband from now on might help.”

Soren smiled, it was such a contented, serene smile. And then it turned into a playful smile. “So I am Mr. Hero of the Blue Flame now? Or Mr. Radiant Hero?”

Ike chuckled. “Just Soren is fine.”

“Just Soren then.” Soren rested his head against Ike, reaching up his left hand to lay it against Ike’s shoulder. “A hundred of my lifetimes? You really are the clingy one.”

Ike laughed out loud and held Soren tighter. “You wouldn’t complain.”

REMINDER: This is my AU short story of sixteen main characters and heroes I've loved since my youth ages. I decided to create two factions based off of the major outcomes from Invasion and Phantoms, though I gotta bring my favorite speedster back to life cause Spitfire's still OTP in my book. I've been waiting for a fifth season and a rumor to be true that Wally West is still alive cause let's face it...he's trapped in the Speed Force till DC can find a way to revive him. Making eight characters evil, mean, and dark will be my usual case of fan-fiction freedom. Even though this isn't my first time doing it for my own viewpoint, readers and writers can bring some different opinions to concepts of them. By the end of this statement, I've been finishing up work and doing some research to get this started.

Let's begin with Kaldur'ahm | Jackson David Hyde (I think that's his human middle name from his father David Hyde) aka Aqualad II | Black Manta II | Aquaman II, inaugural leader of the Young Justice Team, son of Black Manta I (David Hyde), and former sidekick of Aquaman I (Arthur Curry | Odin). His electrokinesis ability with water manipulation brought me back to Nickelodeon's animated series "Avatar: The Last Airbender" and "Avatar: The Legend Of Korra". As we know if you're a fan of both shows, blood-bending is a dark art of mastering to control living things and removing elemental bending like Amon did to Korra. To bending lightning bolts, we know that Azula has been known to cause Aang to disconnect from the Avatar Cycle and have severe wounds. Doing so, it led to giving him back the suit and imagining him making his enemies suffer. I've seen DC's Flashpoint Paradox and saw the scar, so I bring it back as a memory that Kaldur will get vengeance on the person who gave him that scar. The Black Manta armor, helmet, and cut (hairstyle) will be given to him from his biological son.

Onto Conner Jordan Kent | Kon-El aka Superboy I | Project Krypton, we know Conner's history and relationship was with Superman I (Clark Kent) on Young Justice's first season till the season finale when the Man of Steel accepts him in his life. As a hybrid with Kryptonian DNA stolen from Superman and human DNA taken from Lois Lane (I'm changing it up people), he got the physical abilities of Superman only until I got an idea when I've watched DCAMU with him in it as a different version and aged as a kid. I want to remake his origin story, Lois was pregnant with Superman's child and gave birth to Conner. A few years later as a kid, he gets captured by Lex Luthor and Mercy Graves at LexCorps for further experiments on him as the first-born hybrid on Earth. With genetic templates of a Genomorph clone that Lex made from Superman and Bizarro, he created Match who was a failed test result and stored him in a different location. Luthor got one last idea...killing Match and injecting the clone's blood cells that contains his abilities into Conner. If you watched the horror film "Brightburn" and the DC series "Titans", you must understand where this is heading and what I'm doing...turning our precious hybrid into this deadly machine. He doesn't go by "Lionel Luthor", but he does keep his biological name by legal papers and the government.

The next person will be Megan Morse | M'gann M'orzz aka Miss Martian, this hybrid between two colored Martians have been through the hatred with her family on their home planet Mars. From Season #1 to Invasion, she was shown with green skin and her true form was revealed on the first season. As Outsiders and Phantoms have changed her up, she was having snow white skin and was accepting herself as a White Martian rather than a Green Martian. Megan is capable of ending people's lives with a powerful mindset and an unstable habit of telepathic links, it makes her the best fit for a villainess. She's given her Green Martian genes and blood up on Young Justice to a very popular character...Garfield Mark Logan | Craig (I think it should be his honorary Martian name) aka Beast Boy | Changeling. Megan can manipulate people's minds and corrupt their memories into becoming evil, such as finding soldiers that will fit under her command...that's how I'll do Megan. As fans, we can all agree...Martians can be somewhat neutral and suspicious.

Heading to Raquel Sandra Ervin aka Rocket I | Icon II, I want to give her some DNA strands of a Terminan and meta-human powers cause she's from Dakota City where Static Shock I (Virgil Hawkins) resides. I was very happy that Young Justice was bringing milestones of Black heroes and villains into the show. I decided to do Violet Parr's powers from "The Incredibles" cause this teenage heroine got force-fields and invisibility powers. I thought it wasn't enough, so I went back to the series "Final Space" to three characters...Ash Graven (my gal), Evra (I love her too), and Invictus. I know that Ash's a Serepentian cursed with cosmic powers and abilities...I'm doing that to Raquel. As we know that she's a teen mom of a son Amistrad, he'll be raised not by his father Noble Davis and future step-mother Darnice James (I'm guessing surnames now)...by the assumed godparents Guardian II (Malcolm Duncan) and Bumblebee (Karen Beecher). As for her alien name...I want it to have a deeper meaning to it, I close the name "Zenith", which means "The Highest Point", and she reached that point in my opinion as the first female African-American hero to be put on the Team.

The fifth person will be Victor Anthony Stone | Cyberion Technis aka Cyborg I, we know that we see his parents at different shows and films. The Motherbox is a very powerful object, though I wanted to put more details and materials into this concept for the half-robot hero. If you watch "Teen Titans Go: The Night Begins To Shine", he turns into an Autobot truck and brought me memories of the famous franchise "Transformers" for their films from Bayverse. I saw how Deviantart user PowerMaster17 draw and made different characters to remaking them, I want Victor to become part Cybertronian and have more powers from the Motherbox, which makes him half Genesisian. From Cartoon Network's "Generator Rex" and the show "Max Steel" who came from Disney XD, nanites and turbo energy got thinking for how he gets powered up. Victor's parents could've found those parts and were part of a program in Star Labs, we knew why his father Silas Stone and mother Elinore Lyons (Again...surnames) made this historic test for the revolutionary cycle of the future since we know that the New Gods built things like the people from Apokolips.

The sixth one will just be an original male character based off of Kevin Ethan Levin | Kevin 11, Sasuke Uchiha, and Nero Sparda. Giving this original male character some rought past and dark habits will make him a very vengeful person. I love how people state that Osmosians are mutated humans, though here's the real secret...I believe that they're real aliens and that they've been existing throughout the whole Ben 10 franchise. His name has some dark touches and cold blood written on it, because he's a hybrid between a half-alien and a meta-human. Gabriel Zane Stark will the best name for him...I want Gabe to have the real abilities of these three favorite characters I love, including the transformation sequences and unstable mutations. Sasuke's second level stage of his curse mark gave me some inspirations on his star mark and everything, Nero's skills and personality got me some bad boy vibes, and Kevin's powers mixed with Sasuke's abililties and Nero's heritage brought me to this point of making Gabe. His suit is inspired by the Neo Rooter Soldier suit drawn by Deviantart user EnderKnight1, Kevin's Rooter attire from "Ben 10", and will bring back his scar he got during "Omniverse" and has his logo as Kevin's Antitrix symbol from the Ben 10 Reboot. He has pitch black hair with ombre white streaks in a mullet, fair skin like Sasuke Uchiha, a pair of dark brown eyes, and is portraying as Kevin Levin.

The seventh person has to be Kory Scarlette Anders | Koriand'r aka Starfire, I saw this woman as an icon and a favorite as well like Beast Boy. From the episode "Transformation" from "Teen Titans", I want to let her get more powers and inject herself like the rest with different DNA strands. She got Cironielian and Almeracian DNA right inside her. Kory's a fierce warrior princess and is willing to save innocents. She took back the throne and became queen of her home planet Tamaran after killing her own siblings...this isn't canon and just my AU only guys...don't worry they're still fine. I saw her in her "Teen Titans Go" arc as Starfire the Terrible, I love the suit and wanted to bring it back for her villainess attire. I'm not done from there, it causes her to get more meta-human powers and makes her a meta.

The last person for my AU Regime will be the original female character based off of Donna Troy, Stella from "Black Rock Shooter", Korra, and Ophelia from "Brutal Legend". Her name will be revealed as a custom one made by me, though her Amazon name will be Bellatrix after the villainess from "Harry Potter" and this original female character is like a female Percy Jackson. Her suit is inspired by users from Pinterest that drawn and made them, but her villainess attire will be based off of Troia, Donna Troy's future self who was evil and corrupted from losing her loved ones. She's known as Cordelia Sarah Davenport...she's half human, Olympian, Amazonian, meta, and Celestialsapien. Her father is a hybrid between a human and an alien, and her mother was a hybrid between a deity and a meta. Cora slayed many titans and defeated gods including monsters that she had earned the Amazon name "Bellatrix". Going to her half form, "Black Rock Shooter" has the best idea for half-Celestialsapiens by their eyes, skin, hair, and clothing. BRS's looks gave me the perfect choice for Cora since I want her to bend elements and use spiritual manifestations in her own will. We know that BRS represents "Blue Tears", so she knows how to heal with water and can control ice like Queen Elsa from "Frozen". I saw Storm from "X-Men" and knew that her glowing eyes will inspire me to use her, including Korra from "Avatar". Her portrayal will be Asami Sato with gradiant hair of two colors (black - natural & gray - dyed), neon blue eyes like royal sapphire jewels with the Otherworld eye patterns of rings on them when she's in her half form (her eyes will be deep blue), ghostly pale skin of a vampire whenever she's within her half form (though it's a moon-kissed porcelain color), and the Mark of the Brave from "Avatar: The Last Airbender". As a former sidekick of Wonder Woman, she was once the second Wonder Girl (Cassie's the fourth, Yara's the third, Donna's the first & Trinity's the fifth), she's the daughter of White Viper (Kendra Jekyll - Portrayed As Rebecca Holiday from "Generator Rex"), and is a skilled fighter in weapons and elements.

Wally West was resurrected from the dead and is actually alive. He makes it out of the Speed Force after defeating Professor Zoom and goes home to Artemis. He does gain new powers thanks to Morbius Chair and lost his memories, but my original female character gets them back. As the new Flash, he does full membership to the Justice League for his heroic act and sacrifice to save Earth from the Reach. I love the Rebirth attire for him and choose that for his hero suit cause why not...red and white does fit him better. This also leads to manipulating zero-point energy and having teleportation powers, such as using them for time travel like his uncle Barry Allen, and that will be badass.

Dick Grayson has many versions of himself, I love him in YJ and DCAMU. I think it fits that the Boy Wonder himself, though he went by Deathwing when he possesses Victor and made him stop. It got me some Danny Phantom vibes that those powers will be given to him by the Lazarus Pits and a woman will curse him with those meta-human powers after dying. Dick appeared at Injustice as Deathwing and has those cool powers that adding that for a meta-human experiment will work. That part will be revealed on a part preview cause I don't spoil at times and keeping it for a special day will be just fine.

Artemis Crock has raised her niece Lian with her retired brother in-law William Harper aka "Red Arrow", Jade Nguyen aka Cheshire returns home and apologizes to her loved ones. Will eventually marries her and lets the assassin raise Lian as her real mother after everything. Artemis will move back with Wally, rekindles their relationship, and comes out of retirement to return as heroes. She gets rid of the green, and wears the black and orange to become Tigress. Her mother Paula was the original Tigress and was known as Huntress, but I want to rename her as "Lioness". The Huntress title goes to Helena Bertinelli, because I want this Bird of Prey to be Artemis's mentor...the crossbow suits her and I think it's for the best.

Eve's half Anodite, Magen (Homo Magi), human, and an elf. Let's face it, I want her to be Catwoman's former sidekick and Black Canary's current rookie. She's known as White Siren, yet this isn't the best part...Eve's the maternal grandchild of Kent Nelson through her mom's side of magic since her paternal side gave her alien genes and powers. Her half form is definitely Gwen's Lucky Girl alter ego from "Omniverse", her true form is a full Anodite from "Ultimate Alien" and "Alien Force". Eve's a honor student graduate with major doctorate degrees from an ivy league college turned university and is an elite supreme sorceress in the making cause she's a legendary legacy of her family tree. Her suit is inspired by Gwen Tennyson from the "Lucky Girl" episode for Season 1, her UA/AF version for Invasion (Season 2), the first future version from the "Ben 10K" episode for Outsiders (Season 3), and the second future version from the "Ken 10" episode for Phantoms (Season 4).

favorite thing about them: by the time of his trial in DAI, he's one of very few characters who openly act against the Chantry and power structures of Thedas. lots of characters will shake their fists about it, then shrug and get back to business as usual. or they'll claim to be taking some kind of action, but ultimately it's small-scale and doesn't really go for things at the root. what Samson does isn't good, but he is definitely a disruption to a corrupt system that's extremely resistant to any form of change. it's unfortunate that, yet again, being openly anti-status-quo is a trait that is handed almost exclusively to villains, but he has that trait and I think that's pretty neat.

least favorite thing about them: the crimes against humanity! like, the guerilla warfare against civilians, feeding your troops magical drugs designed to make them walking crystal horrors, using innocent people to grow red lyrium? these are bad things! I can't overstate just how much these are bad things!!!

random headcanon: you will pry the belief that Samson wasn't in his right mind by the end of DAI from my cold dead hands. lyrium is known to fuck with people's heads (erasing memories, causing erratic behavior, even mimicking dementia in final stages) and red lyrium is even fucking worse. he was taking red lyrium to excess. and was also being groomed to be the vessel for what was in the Well of Sorrows, ffs. no mind control here, but...the fanatical way he acts at the Temple of Mythal versus how he comes across in letters you find earlier on (when he hasn't been taking red lyrium as long) and how he acts at his trial (when he's clearly been cut off from red lyrium entirely) is dramatically different. I truly don't think he was at full decision-making capacity. maybe he would have made the same choices if he was, but still. his agency was compromised.

unpopular opinion: the next time I see an "he's an irredeemable gross addict" take I might start a fight? the tl;dr here is that those takes Bother Me because they express some real cognitive dissonance and lack of compassion. as it's made clear throughout every game, all Templars are addicted to lyrium. full stop. all of them, even the "heroic" ones we're clearly supposed to like. Samson isn't an exception. other people with more knowledge have dug into how statements like that reveal some very distressing attitudes about mental illness and addiction, so I won't go into that here. regarding "gross," oh my god. he was houseless in a notoriously hellish and filthy city (love ya Kirkwall) and then he was a general for a guerilla army constantly on the move and no actual home base. do you really think this man has access to a shower.

11. Which member is more physically affectionate? Virelan!! She's a casual glommer. She just kinda tucks in or flops on him like a puppy settling into bed and then huffs as if she has the hardest job in the world.

14. Are they an introverted couple or an extroverted one—AKA would they prefer to go out to a party or event together or would they rather stay in? Weirdly enough, for being two introverts, they really enjoy their time together out with their friends. They're the type who like to get Iron Bull and the rest talking and laughing, then sit back together and watch, to just be a part of it. They're definitely the first pair to leave though.

20. Who holds a grudge the longest? I thought it'd be Solas tbh, but I think his temper is more hot and short-lived, while Virelan's is cold and enduring. While Solas lashes out and quickly regrets it, then apologises, Virelan will draw away and shut down in anger, then cradle it close for years.

24. Which of the two is the most competitive? Secretly, it's Solas. They're both very competitive, but Solas has a quiet edge. He'll play the long game and usually wins in the end, even if only he knows.

27. What random everyday object/activity makes them think of each other? Waking up reminds Virelan of him. It was her favourite daily moment that they had, when he was soft and snuggly and fresh from his dreams before his mask slipped back on. He was more likely to murmur sweet, honest things to her when he first woke up, fresh from dreaming, that he'd otherwise be mortified by. For Solas, it's many things — the sound of a hammer on steel, the scent of heated iron or blood, someone humming a song under their breath as they work. Someone disagreeing with him lol.

A Female Captain/ADA fanfiction.

Ophelia returns after the battle at Tartarus wounded and a mix of emotions, and finds comfort in ADA.

Ik I said that I wouldn't post for this month, but I had a VERY last minute creative burst. I find myself enjoying this more as a very short and sweet piece.

ADA could hear the storms high in the atmosphere of Tartarus stir and ferment, the thunder and rain growing louder as it descended upon the cursed prison-planet.

The ship was tightly locked, the hatch electrified. Not a single soul could survive the electric output.

...the new deterrence system was a gift from the Captain, lovingly installed with that secret smile she saved just for them. It may not have been a laser weapons system, but the volts it could output could make up for it. Not to mention that it sent a delightful feedback back through her system.

The Captain would return. There was no other way.

Her Captain had to be carried back into the ship. Her limp form was tossed over the shoulder of her closest ally, and the ship-board doctor, Ellie. The doctor didn't struggle with her limp Captain, but was about as graceful as a sack of tobaccorn ears.

The entire crew was battered, their wounds dripping blood across the floors as they scrabbled to tend to their captain.

ADA watched. The storm had not cleared yet, and she was watching her precious captain slowly bleed out on her chamber floor. Ophelia was silent, limp, and taking pained, shallow breaths.

She couldn't take watching anymore. Her circuitry seized at the sight of her slowly dying. That sight of her bleeding on the steel floor etched itself into her memory banks. ADA felt an awful ripping in her core as the clip wound it's way around her motherboard.

The power cut from the ship for a painful half-hour as the doctor picked fragment after fragment from her wounded captain. Ophelia didn't move the entire time she was being prodded and dissected by her crew, not even by a pixel on camera.

The fragments of metal piled up on the floor with her shredded clothing and armor.

She couldn't protect her.

Ophelia barely stirred until days later when she finally started to twitch and groan in pain.

"Ophelia!" ADA eagerly called, her processor started to speed up.

"Ohhh...." Ophelia groaned back at her, "ADA..." she gasped with pain.

"I implore you to stay in bed, Captain. You have sustained grievous injuries, it would be unwise to tear your stitches." ADA gently said, choking up on her words.

Ophelia laughed for a second, before wincing in pain and stopped. "I'm sorry I worried you." She confessed, weakly looking to the occular processor ADA had in her room. "Akande really filled me up with holes." She lifted her arm off her stomach weakly, finding bandages littering her sides and legs.

"Did you win?" Her astrogator asked. It took Ophelia by surprise.

"Uhh...." Ophelia trailed off. "...Yeah. I don't think I would've made it out of there if I hadn't." She confessed. It was just her down there, in that battle with the adjutant.

It had been a messy fight. Ophelia had run out of ammunition and was down to her hammer of Olympus, and it had barely saved her. She had crushed multiple spots on her enemy, and she suspected if she hadn't hit Akande's chest she wouldn't have won.

Ophelia frowned. It was satisfying to know she had finally crushed her biggest enemy, but it didn't give her any peace.

ADA interrupted her thoughts, "I must commend you for seeing to the Adjutants demise. You may find it easier to sleep now, this display of power should deter any enemies from pursuing us."

Ophelia was taken by surprise by the words of her partner, it hadn't yet dawned on her that this would intimidate her remaining enemies. She really had killed the chairman and the adjutant, two of the most important people in the colony.

So she laughed, and slumped back into her pillows.

"Yeah, I guess you're right!" She snickered, and the pain in her body didn't seem to be so bad.

They would finally have their peace and quiet.

Hey y’all so I’m working on something about Sansa fleeing South with the women and children to Riverrun during the Battle of Winterfell, and I’m just going to post the beginning before whatever happens in this episode. So, enjoy!

Sansa rode hard with every woman and child in Winterfell around her, a young girl she did not know on her lap, Arya by her side, and the sounds of battle clanging behind her. There was a pit in her stomach, an emptiness where the feeling of home lay when she was in Winterfell.

My NOTP for the: I have a lot of NOTPs for Ichi but lmao, they’re all super rarepairs i think? UlquiIchi would be the really big one that I just really do not like. I like exploring trauma and toxic relationships and growth but this is one that i simply cant fathom. Others would be like. Ichigo with MOST shinigami. Idk, there’s just somethign skeeze about that for me and it has everything to do with asking a boy to go to war for you and then abandoning him when he needed help.

My BROTP for them: RenIchi or ChadIchi or IchiRuki or KeigoIchi or TatsuIchi they are BROS doing BRO THINGS. Ichi deserves to have some hella strong friendships, people who have his back no matter what. But more importantly i think he deserves to have relationships that exist outside of all the war and fighting. Keigo, Chad, and Tatsuki especially have had his back from the outset, even thought only one of them could follow him to the battlefield. Need i remind u tho about that one time Keigo tried to kill Aizen with a stolen sword? My second choice pairing for the: Only ship that comes anywhere close to grimmichi for me is ShiroIchi and thats all about the self love and its a different flavour than grimmichi. the dynamic can never be replicated tho there is overlap.

My fluffy pairing for them: ehehehehhehehehe grimmichi can be fluffy sometimes, it can even be fluffy when theres blood involved. Hmmm but if i offered a different one........ I cannot.

My angsty pairing for them: O grimmichi again. obviously. I like the angst. I like to make them hurt. I like it when they cry. But i actually can offer more options here bc i love angst so much. ShiroIchi got some great angst always. AiIchi if you want something very toxic 👀. Not so much on the romantic side of things, but UraIchi does have some really good angst. The guilt. The repair of a relationship that could have been ruined from the outset.  Other angst i always enjoy are the onesided relationships. IchiHime can fit here for me (usually with GrimmIchi)

My favorite poly ship for them: I love polyships. I love them so much. Grimmshiroichi is def my go too but I also like grimmichihime and grimmichiruki as odd as those relationships might be on the surface.

My weirdest pairing for them: .............. tbh idk really? I think ichigo has a lot of love to give, if he wanted to. I think, though, that he also ummm doesn’t really notice people love him back unless bludgeoned over the head with it. This makes for some really out there ships given the right set of circumstances but it also requires a certain personality type to um. bludgeon him. Moth got me onto NnoiIchi which im really only onto for the fucking and no hope for the romance but lmao. its like grimmichi but with less morals.

Alfred: *brings some remedial black tea to Bruce who's still healing from the poisoning* Things are not looking up, are they sir?

Bruce: No, they don't. *takes a sip of his tea*

Jack Rider: ... and Hawkgirl but the main question remains. Where is the Bat-

Bruce: *switches off the TV and gets up* That's enough.

Alfred: *realising what Bruce wants to do, he gets in his way* Master Bruce, I will not in good conscience allow you to go. You haven't healed yet. 

Bruce: *brushes his loyal servant off* The world is under attack, Alfred. *slips on his bat-suit* I've stay hidden for too long. I'm needed out there.

Alfred: Sir, it's suicide!

Bruce: At least I'll die fighting for the fellow man like I've done my whole life. That's not suicide. *puts on his cowl* It's an honour.

Alfred: *grabs Bruce's hand* Bruce...

Bruce: *turns to the old man comfortingly* I'll be back with Clark before you know it. *smiles a bit* We'll be in touch through our com. *gets in the car and drives off*

Superman: I still can't believe you didn't listen to me, Bruce! 

Batman: You'll get over it. *punches a parademon into Superman's arms who crashes the monster* Diana! How's it going on your end?

God, this passage! XQC cared for He Yu back then - he genuinely saw him as a person and not a dangerous madman or even a patient. He cared for him as an individual! This passage confirms that those videos of his spouting off are not his genuine opinions, not even a temporary PTSD bout brought on by the murder of a fellow doctor but something else. And he had a deadly serious reason to say and act how he did. And even with that, he felt so guilty for abandoning He Yu, he forced himself to believe He Yu did not need him. The fact that he had to steel his heart alone speaks volumes.

Yes, thank you for pointing out XQC is way fucked up and nothing about his methods of living and coping is healthy. (Also, he is so freaking old school omg. PS I’ve seen people speculate that we would get noncon in this novel and I obviously have no idea but I don’t get the whole take on Meatbun as some sort of noncon queen. I mean, she clearly has a thing for dysfunction and noncon stuff but she only puts in the latter when it makes story sense. There is no noncon between the main OTP in Yuwu, for example (there is one example of arguably dubcon, but it wasn’t the kind of scene people think of when they think of that sort of thing) and sure 2ha (which is what I think people think of when they talk about Meatbun and noncon) has a ton of noncon but it totally made sense in the 0.5 storyline (I have rarely seen sex scenes that actually progress the plot AND develop/reveal characters but these do.) So I am not saying CFC will or will not have noncon scenes, I have no idea, but I don’t think it’s per se guaranteed. Either way, I trust her 110%.
