Here is the next part. It hasn’t really been proofread, but I wanted to get it out there to you since it’s been so long! My taglist is probably extremely out of date, but let me know if you want to be added! Comments, likes, Reblogs are always appreciated!
Poe was quiet.
They had easily slipped into their meet-up spot with their informant; which, for Poe, felt too easy. He was always on edge, waiting for the worst case scenario to happen--and you suppose, given his history, he had good reason to be so. Still... even when he was one edge he was always talking.
His silence was unnerving; even Chewie was concerned about it.
You tried not to think about it too much. If you did, it made even more panicky than usual. Somehow, you and Finn managed to pass the time making small talk but the fact that Poe wasn’t joining in was bothersome.
“I thought he’d be in a better mood with you around,” Finn admitted when the two of you were alone in the hold. “Guess I was wrong.”
“He’s putting too much pressure on himself,” you whispered. “I’m afraid he’s going to push himself too far and snap.”
Poe had kept to himself that morning, as they made their final push through hyperspace to meet up with their spy. You had hoped that he would at least open up to you a little bit, but he seemed guarded around everyone. Were you losing him? you wondered, anxiously. It was entirely possible that he was growing tired of taking care of you and trying to keep the Resistance together.
Finn had the same worries as you did. Poe wore his heart on his sleeve and as the mood around the Resistance was getting more desperate--so wasn’t Poe’s mood. It didn’t help that Rey insisted on staying behind to continue her training with Leia--it was the commander’s belief that they needed Rey out helping them, not staying behind on Ajan Kloss.
When the ship pulled out of hyperspace, both you and Finn sprang up and headed into position. You joined Poe in the cockpit and winced when he barely acknowledged your presence. Before leaving, you had promised BB-8 that Poe was going to fine, that he was going to come back more like himself from this latest mission. However, as you watched him work, scowling slightly and commenting that their location wasn’t going to be easy to escape from should the First Order show up--you realized that it was going to be an impossible promise to keep.
Something had changed within Poe.
“Finn! Do you have it?” Poe suddenly yelled, startling you out of your thoughts.
“Yeah! Let’s go!” Finn shouted back.
It was then that you were aware of the low whine of approaching TIE fighters. Swallowing, nervously, you held your breath as Poe told you to hang on. Clutching the sides of your chair, you slammed your eyes shut. You knew Poe’s skills were unmatched but zipping through this cave, with TIEs hot on your tail--it put even his skills to the test.
Chewie and Finn were calm--or they seemed calm as they Poe evade the TIEs and take them out. No matter what they did, the pursuit was relentless. The First Order did not want the Resistance to know what was on that data chip the spy had given Finn.
Loud, heavy footsteps behind you, alerted you that Finn had joined you in the cockpit. You opened your eyes and looked at him nervously. He stood between Poe and Chewie, hands gripping the backs of their chairs. Poe was working quickly and the Falcon made not one, but two quick jumps to light speed.
“What are you doing?” Finn asked, his voice on edge.
“Light speed skipping,” Poe replied, the epitome of calm.
“Light speed skipping!” You and Finn shouted at the same time, terrified, exasperated--unbelieving-- even as you both watched as the Falcon quickly made jump after jump. This ship wouldn’t hold together--couldn’t hold together--for the stress that light speed skipping put on a ship’s hull.
This was extremely dangerous, even for state of the art ships. You had very rarely heard of this being done--in fact, it wasn’t--it took too many calculations, precision--luck. “Poe! You can’t do this in the Falcon!” You cried, anxiously.
He didn’t flinch; he’d done this before, he could do it again, even if the Falcon wasn’t made for something like this. “She’ll hold together,” Poe assured you.
“Not if we keep this up; you can’t put this much pressure on the hull!”
“She’ll hold.”
That was it, that was the end of the debate; really, because what could you do? If you survived, you could certainly chew Poe out later--if Rey didn’t beat you too it. “Force, you promised me, Poe! Nothing so reckless it could tear the ship to pieces.”
Poe didn’t respond--at least not directly to them. He pulled back on the hyperdrive lever. “One last jump--possibly forever,” he claimed. Finn sucked in a sharp breath next to you and all you could do was close your eyes and pray for the best.
---
You don’t think you took a breath until you stepped off the Falcon and back on the the solid ground of Ajan Kloss. For a second you were sure that Poe had killed you all--it was probably a miracle you were still alive after his latest stunt.
Finn stumbled next to you as crews rushed past to put out the flames that Poe had set afire to the Falcon. If Han Solo was alive--Poe would be a dead man. It kind of felt that was what Poe wanted after their latest narrow escape, but then Finn shook that thought of off. If Poe didn’t think he could have pulled off the light speed skipping, then he wouldn’t have attempted it--especially since you had been on board. “One of these days,” Finn gasped, “I think he is gonna kill me.”
“Not if we don’t get to him first,” you counter, watching as Poe sauntered down the ramp as if nothing had happened.
“Or Rey,” Finn replied, sucking in a sharp breath as Rey appeared looking confused and horrified and pissed off.
“Han’s ship!” Rey exclaimed, gesturing wildly at the burning Falcon. “What happened?”
“Poe tried to kill us by light speed skipping,” Finn replied.
“Light speed skipping! You can’t do that in the Falcon!” Rey shouted.
“Turns out you can,” Poe said, with a shrug.
BB-8 rolled up then, inspecting the scene. Immediately you, Poe and Finn could see that he was damaged. “What did you do to my droid?” the pilot questioned, kneeling down to inspect the little droid and to see just how much damage had been done.
Rey glared at him. “He looks better than the Falcon! At least he isn’t on fire!”
Poe shot her a look. He’d left BB-8 in her care and he’d trusted her to take care of him. “At least the Falcon is in one piece!”
Nervously, you glanced at Finn, who rubbed a hand over his face. Somehow you and Finn always ended up in the middle of Poe and Rey’s arguments. And it was usually you that diffused the situation. You were just about to start the process when BB-8 blurted out something, startling both you and Poe. “You dropped a tree on him?” both of you shouted at Rey.
Finn’s eyes went wide as Rey tried to explain it away before Poe stormed off. After quickly assessing the damage to BB-8, you followed him down into the command center. It wasn't hard to find him, because you knew he had gone straight to the General with the intel they had just recovered. He was still angry judging from his stiff body language as he reported things almost went off without a hitch and handed her the data chip.
Leia gave him a knowing smile and gestured towards you. Poe turned slightly and glanced over his shoulder, brow furrowed, before stalking towards you. “I don’t want to talk about it,” he snapped. “She almost killed my droid.”
“Poe,” you sighed, shaking your head. “She didn’t mean it.”
“She has some nerve yelling at me about the Falcon,” Poe countered.
“Well... you did light speed skip in it.”
“It saved our asses--you’re welcome, by the way.”
You glared at him. “Rey is right--you are difficult man.”
Poe returned your heated look. “If I’m so difficult you can leave. No one is forcing you to stay and deal with me.”
He didn’t mean; you knew this, yet--it hurt. It hurt so bad that your eyes filled with tears and you bit your lower lip to stop yourself from crying. “Maybe I will,” you choked out. “Since you feel that way.”
Kriff. Poe thought, suddenly realizing what he’d done. “No, wait, y/n...I didn’t...”
“Shut up, Poe!” you yelled, causing heads to turn. “Just shut up!”
“I’m just trying to apologize,” he replied, tensely.
When he took a step towards you, you reached out and pushed him away. And he knew--he’d gone too far this time--you had never pushed him away before. Never. You gave him one more teary look, before spinning about and fleeing the command center.
Maybe you’d hide for hours, make him think you’d actually left--or maybe you would go hide all your belongings in your quarters, make him really panic that you were gone. Or maybe you would just go; get on the next transport out and never look back.

Now I’m Not Saying That I Should Be Allowed To Design Servants For Fate, But....
Summer Unit, Caster Chiron has Arrived! As the immortal Caretaker and Teacher of Mount Pelion, there’s little doubt that he knows all the tips and tricks to survive a coastal month in the sun. What’s that? The Constellation is wrong? Sagittarius? Don’t be silly, Chiron’s always embodied the Constellation Centaurus. Always.
Costume Dress(es), Individual Stills for the new Sprites (Asc 3), Notes, and Taglist below the cut :)
That "Always" bit is meant to be somewhat ominous which hints at the whole "rewriting and creating heroes" idea in my last post about this Eternal Summer Stage event.
And if i am to be 100% honest, I don't quite like the final result still in terms of the toga, however, I know that if I keep working on it it will never get done and that's just the way that artists are lol. The effects and everything else though? Beyond what I was even expecting for it to turn out as.
Anywho.
In terms of design, I was mostly just going for the "Dad who has the Cooler" with a casual look for the first two designs and the costume dress really isn't a drastic change either just being called Hatless. The final ascension was a more divine feel where you get that connection with the stars and space that Chiron has due to his constellations. The Costume change there is just "Divine Blessing". I honestly couldn't pick between the two colors so. Costume Dress.
So. Anyways. Each of the stars in the final ascension design are the major "Centauri" stars within Centaurus, the Constellation that Chiron/his NP is embodying here rather than Sagittarius.
The large star that Chiron has in hand is Theta Centauri, also called Menkent, and then the ones on the staff are Alpha-Gamma Centauri.
The top three stars are Alpha Centauri or Rigil Kentaurus and Toliman, and Proxima Centauri. The three make up the full Alpha Centauri as the two blue stars are a binary system that Proxima orbits
The middle two are Beta Centauri or Hadar and Agena, another binary star pair
The lower two are Gamma Centauri which is another binary star group but are unnamed
Actually, the myth of Centaurus is a little wonky because certain texts refer to Centaurus as the Father of all Centaurs and the constellation is because he put an image of himself in the sky where others point to it being the other constellation that Zeus turned Chiron into instead of Sagittarius. Honestly, I'm more inclined to the latter due to conflicting texts about mount Pelion and the Centaurs themselves as it's implied that Chiron was already on Pelion before the other Centaurs arrived in some texts
("The Kentauroi were spawned by the cloud-nymph Nephele after she was violated by the impious Lapith king Ixion. She deposited her double-formed brood on Mount Pelion where they were nursed by the daughters of the immortal kentauros Kheiron (Chiron).")
So at least in this/my version of Myth/Fate, Centaurus is Chiron as a Caster and Healer but no less a teacher, rather than the more combat-ready and "war-like" Sagittarius.
I don't have everything mapped out, but I do have skills and NP sorta created, if I actually ever get to the full thing, who is to say lmao.
1st Skill: Seaside Planning
Buffs Healing Skill (self), Attack up (all units)
2nd Skill: Teacher's Guiding Hand
Target Focus (1 turn), Invincibility (1 turn), Defense up for all units, Battlefield change to Forest
3rd Skill: Blessing of Artemis / Blessing of Apollo (costume change)
Applies "Blessings of the Moon" or “Blessings of the Sun” to all units ( Defense Up, Heal Per Turn, NP gain Up, Crit Up)
Noble Phantasm: Hunt of Lupus: Protector of Mount Pelion | Quick
Rank: A
NP Type: Anti-Personnel
Range: 5-99
Maximum Targets: 1
A single target Noble Phantasm much like Antares Snipe, however, while Sagittarius uses a bow, Centaurus uses his staff to sweep through and pierce the body of Lupus. This is the story of Chiron. However, here, his job is not finished. The slaying of "Lupis" ends, and thus the Teacher and protector of Pelion returns to those he protects and tends to them.
At its base, one could call it the Single Target version of Geronimo's Tsago Degi Naleya in which it deals damage and heals the party after.
"Entrust to me the stars and my Guiding hand shall lead you, o watchmen of the night. I encircle myself twice with the seven heavenly bodies so that I may continue my role among the stars. You who has woken me, fall. Hunt of Lupus."
Truth be told, still workshopping the Noble Phantasm, but it's fine, it's out there as a concept. It's a lot like Antares Snipe though, I guess? Because I did want to lean into the Greek and Constellation side of things and just. Oh well. Originally, though, I was going to make Chiron and Chariclo one Servant, and then have their Noble Phantasm be Chariclo's ("Lifeblood of Mount Pelion") but then split them up because idk I enjoy hell. They're both casters though, because I refuse to put more Rulers into the already bloated Ruler cast.
I do not have voice lines at the moment despite the fact that I have all of Chariclo and all of Agravain's finished lol

Sneak Peak! Perhaps It’s Fate
Here is the sneak peak I promised! I think we’re up to part 25 but I can’t remember LOL
