Scott Pilgrim takes off!

Quite literally at the moment thanks to the new Netflix TV series which is both a remake and sequel to the original books. The plot of this new series is as crazy as you would expect and it quickly has a twist that means the plots rapidly changes from the original book.

We've covered the Ubisoft Scott Pilgrim vs. The World: The Game a couple of times now and here's a recap of some of our videos on the game.

in the uni au do harland and magus play video games or are they too wrapped up in having heaps of sweaty gay sex? if they do play games, what kind? and why are they doing that instead of having heaps of sweaty gay sex?

They'd be having a lot of sweaty gay sex but they do partake in gaming.

Magus is more of an action/shooter kinda guy, plays things like cod, halo, hitman, gta, tf2 ect. He'll play other stuff too sometimes, especially with friends, but he's definately playing a game most nights to unwind.

Harland on the other hand... He just had a ds growing up, played a few ds/gba games on occasion. He still has it, but it's a sometimes thing for him. He'll watch Magus play mostly, but gets a little shocked with how violent some games are.

If Magus can ever convince Harland to play cod or something with him, he fucking sucks- but Harland does appreciate spending time trying to play with him. They'd just be better off playing Minecraft or Stardew or something where Harland can build the house and pick flowers while Magus goes out to fight and actually progress.

Marvel vs. Capcom is a series of crossover fighting games developed and published by Capcom, featuring characters from their own video game franchises and comic book series published by Marvel Comics. The series originated as coin-operated arcade games, though later releases would be specifically developed for home consoles, handhelds, and personal computers.

Its gameplay borrows heavily from Capcom's previous Marvel-licensed fighting games X-Men: Children of the Atom and Marvel Super Heroes; however, instead of focusing on single combat, the games incorporated tag team battles.

SNK Vs. Capcom: SVC Chaos Comes To PC, PS4, And Switch With New Features

Perhaps the most unexpected announcement at EVO 2024 was the reveal that 2003’s SNK vs. Capcom: SVC Chaos is being re-released. Not only does this make it available on modern platforms with new bells and whistles, but you can play it right now. 

The game was originally launched in 2003 for the Neo Geo arcade before it was ported to PlayStation 2 (in Japan) and Xbox in the U.S. It pits 36 fighters from SNK franchises such as The King of Fighters, Samurai Shodown, and Metal Slug 2 against Capcom fighters from series like Street Fighter, Mega Man, Darkstalkers, and more.

SVC Chaos now features quality-of-life updates such as a hitbox viewer, rollback netcode for online play, and an art gallery. It also makes formerly secret characters Athena and Red Arremer available from the start. The game’s surprise launch on Steam on July 20 followed its reveal, and it comes to PlayStation 4 and Switch today. You can pick it up now for $19.99.
