Self-indulgent post; OOPS the character ideas are Manifesting again

So meet Ion and Poppy! Designs are subject to change, but I think I like the names! They're not on a team together (yet); I've got some plans for them (and a plus one), and while I can't show them quite yet, I hope I'll be able to sooner than later!

But yeah! Here are the newest goobers to the whole gang; I have no clue how I'm going to feed all of them now—

Hey hey, it's that time of year again! And just like last year, this was finished in the nick of time hehe. This year was probably the most productive year for OBT like, ever, and I'm so excited to have gotten this far! Chapter 8 will conclude early in 2024, with Chapter 9 taking about half of the chunk, and the rest going towards Chapter 10 which is shaping up to have another massive page count. I hope you're all as excited as I am!

why's it called the time space station?

Station Master: The trains at our stations travel through space and time to arrive at other stations across universes. This is how we are able to return drifters like yourself to their original worlds when they slip between the cracks.

Station Master: The Space Time Stations were initially constructed solely for that purpose. Now we also serve as a convenient tool for safe multi-dimensional travel and mail delivery amongst those with friends across dimensions, but our core mission remains aiding those who get lost between worlds in returning home. Such as yourself.

Station Master: Which leads us to...

Station Master: This. I need you to fill out this simple form before you leave. Don't worry, there's only three or four you need to answer, the rest are optional. Think of it like a census form. Just a way for us to track any patterns in drifters to monitor for major spatial anomalies.

I'd love to hear you kinda outline the design process for the characters on this blog! What made you choose the Pokemon species you did?

OHOHOHO OOOH YES OKAY

So, S and Lapis are inspired/based off two characters from Milgram: Es (the protagonist) and Mikoto (my favorite character)! So, their Pokemon designs are inspired by the canon character's designs!

S is a Buneary because the little mascot for Milgram is a jackalope- additionally, Buneary starts with THE LOWEST friendship level of any non-legendary Pokemon, which definitely matches Es' character arc in the series!

I chose Reuniclus for Lapis because...well. That's a bit of a secret for now ;3c
