Standing on a podium in front of the entire system:
Alright, y’all, we have too many alters. If you want any new alters, you have to downsize. Pick the ones you really want and play with. The rest can go in this bag for underprivileged systems to enjoy. Okay? Let’s get this done.

SP profiles!
we have.. many profiles we need to make. the cons of being polyplural😔 /silly
but we don't have motivation. at the time I'm posting this I (Nicky) have motivation to work on some profiles while listening to music. but that won't last. so I'm making this post.
we will do certain profiles/parts of profiles based on how many notes we get!
every note we'll get, we'll make a profile. we'll post the profiles we do (unless said headmate wants to remain anonymous) :3!!
so uh, yeah!! hopefully people will see this :P

so we’re doing a bit of an experiment rn where we recorded ourselves doing a chore (sorting makeup) and commentating as we do it right
it’s making me realize how much like. crazy and weird fronting is and how we look and act- it’s so heavily influenced by the constant cofronting! like, i’ll be talking, and then Valeria pops in, and then Jacob pops in, and then Sincerity gets in a joke, and I’m still there the whole time. we just keep swapping out who has majority influence on the body’s actions and speaking
that also makes our stutter make sense as well then, cuz then its like alter a being in front with a sudden hijack from alter b who now wants to speak, but the brain is like, glitching trying to actually get any words out from the sudden change in influence
dude. polyfrag antics are wild. we’re so cool like that like damn

Here's to very large systems!
Occasionally, some systems might end up being way bigger than most others-- which is perfectly valid and lovely! Whether you have C-DID/polyfragmentation, or you just have a super high member count, this one's for you!
Shoutout to:
Polyfragmented/(H)C-DID systems with lots of fragments
People who prefer other labels, such as polyplural/polymultiple
Gateway systems with huge swathes of walk-ins coming in and out frequently
Those who have such a high member count, they've lost track/don't care about the specifics anymore
Multiples with dozens, hundreds, thousands, or even an infinite number of headmates
Those who have many different layers, subsystems, sidesystems, etc.
Systems who wish they were smaller, or get stressed by the number of splits they have
And anyone else I missed!
We love you so, so much! Being a large system might be difficult to handle sometimes, but it's a beautiful experience if you learn to appreciate the small things! Truth be told, there are even moments we wish we were smaller too! But, the good thing is, we always have each other, no matter what! The same goes to you -- and you have us, as well! Always!
You're so unique!
🖤💜💙💚💛

Noah's Ark on Broadway
Tumblr media Tumblr media
LISTEN NOW (8 minutes):
Listen Now as Francis Douglas tells of when Noah's Ark was featured on New York City's Broadway stage.
PODCAST TRANSCRIPT:
Today on Celebrate the Bible:
NOAH’S ARK on BROADWAY in 1896
You are not likely to find anything about Noah's Ark on New York City's famous Broadway today … but, at one time, it was the "toast of the town".
Noah's Ark, and the great world-wide flood as recorded in Genesis, is perhaps one of the most easily identifiable events in all of the Bible. The most interesting aspect of this episode is not the illusion itself, but the fact that it attracted so many people from New York City's secular population: from every-day working families, to the City's upper crust … all were thrilled with the experience.
Tumblr media
A few points of note:
Technical details of the illusion were featured in Scientific American magazine
The Olympia was the premiere entertainment showplace of the world
Biblical themes were very popular, with all NYC audiences at the Olympia
It was founded and built by famous Oscar Hammerstein
It was reported that audiences were left spellbound after each Noah’s Ark performance
It was so popular and well-received, that the highly respected science publication, Scientific American, devoted an entire page to this Biblically-themed entertainment attraction -- complete with stunning illustrations.
Let’s take a step-by-step look at the Noah’s Ark illusion. I will inter-space the steps throughout today’s presentation.
STEP ONE
Tumblr media
Hammerstein's Olympia Theater and Music Hall was once celebrated as the foremost entertainment venue in the entire world.
Located at 44th and Broadway in New York City, it was only two blocks from what is known today as Times Square. The main theater held 2,800-seats. And the building took up an entire city block.
STEP TWO
Tumblr media
The rooftop was just as famous as the theater and music hall. It had a 65-foot tall glass roof, and was illuminated with over 3,000 light bulbs. To provide electricity, there were four dynamos that generated 3,200 amps of power. These dynamos also powered a complete air circulation system, and pump, that brought refrigerated water from the basement to the rooftop area -- providing what was a very early version of air conditioning ... in 1896!
Tumblr media
Not to be outdone by any other venue, the rooftop also had trees, rocks, and even a stream that eventually led to a 40-foot lake. There were swans, ducks, and even South American monkeys.
And, while you were enjoying all of this, you could walk around the perimeter of the roof, and take in views of Central Park and neighboring New Jersey.
At the time, the cost of admission for everything, including entertainment, was only 50-cents! However, keep in mind, with the rate of inflation from 1896 to 2025, that same fifty cent admission price would be equivalent to roughly $15 to $20 today.
STEP FOUR
Tumblr media
The Scientific American publication was founded by inventor and publisher Rufus Porter in 1845. Contributors of note include Thomas Edison, Robert Goddard, Jonas Salk, Albert Einstein, and Linus Pauling -- just to name a few.
STEP FIVE: The SOLUTION
Tumblr media
The answer to the filling of the Ark with water is a simple one … the water funnel on the top of the Ark is attached to a hose that runs down through the support beams, then empties under the stage. The water never fills the Ark in the first place.
Other than taking creative license with a few details (for instance, the real ark was never filled with water), it was a wonderful opportunity for audience members to experience one of the great Biblical events on the grand Broadway stage.
Perhaps one day we'll see a revival of the Noah's Ark Illusion, or a variation on the theme. In the meantime, I'm glad to have been able to bring it to you with this Celebrate the Bible 250 podcast.
So, until we meet again, and for celebratethebible250, this is Francis Douglas.

If you would like me to give a presentation and small exhibit to your church group, school, or organization, on the History of the Christian Holy Bible in America, I’ll place contact information below as the 2026 Semiquincentennial America 250 year approaches.
I will be available for Southern New Jersey, Southeastern Pennsylvania, and Northern Delaware.

hm. vaguely syscourse related post, vaguely not.
hi, were a spiritual originless polyfragmented system with a cdd. not agenic, originless.
im going to explain how that works. youre going to read it. (joking. not forced. etc)
so, we dont view ourselves as having an origin. we arent traumagenic, we arent endogenic, and we arent any microlabels or xenoorigins.
the reason for that is because we became a system due to the 2020 lockdown. we started dissociating to try and have something to do during it, and that lead to us becoming more people. while the lockdown was traumatic, the reason we dissociated wasnt to escape from the trauma, it was because we were bored. however, there was still trauma going on around us. hence the originless bit.
the spiritual part comes in because we believe that our headspace is connected to other worlds, which is where the fictives come from. we explained it in more detail on @/plural-rambles, ill link the post here at some point.
the polyfragmented is for a similar reason to the above - our headspace is connected to other worlds, and so everyone in those worlds is a headmate.
also we have a bunch of fragments. hence the polyfragmented bit.
and the cdd (specifically did, we think) is because we fit all the symptoms. we have "parts" (headmates), it causes us distress, and we have memory issues. i think there was more but i dont remember them off the top of our head. but rest assured, weve done the research, we know we fit all the symptoms/diagnostic criteria.
so yeah. i dunno, i just wanted to put this out there. explain our origins.

How it feels to be a polyfrag system?
Is being a system is mostly positive experience for your system, or not?
Hello! Being a system on the whole is a positive experience for us, especially since there's no way to conceptualize us as singular and many of us are happier that way. When it comes to being polyfrag though, it really depends on the individual member's perspective. Some enjoy the way the headspace twists and turns and makes no sense to tangible reality; it makes others anxious and confused. Some welcome the presence of constantly getting new members, and others worry if it'll get too much to handle one day. Some are deeply affected by our trauma and can't hold onto a stable identity due to fragmentation, while others are much more comfortable with the separate identity/ies they present. There're a lot of intense positives and negatives to being ourselves on the whole, so it's hard to come to a collective opinion.
That being said, our goal has always been to understand ourselves and to take the time and space to heal. We may not love the emotional flashbacks, the depersonalization & derealization, the uncontrollable rhythm to who's available to communicate or front, or how hard it is sometimes to feel like we exist as ourselves, but that doesn't mean we don't want to exist. We're happy with who we are; one day we'll be healthier while still being ourselves all the while.

is it common for polyfrag systems to;
• feel like every headmate is made of fragments, just depending on whether all those fragments agree to be seen as one or not.
• feeling like you split snapshots of time very easily e.g. I'm dissociated, I feel like a different person with these pronouns. Set up a simply plural/lighthouse. Only for them to never appear again in that specific design.
• having snapshots of younger times instead of age sliding
• very strong front block / inability to commune with headmates because of masking
• feeling like the mask is another separate person to the rest of the system
• subsystems within subsystems within subsystems
• having personifications of the brain and complex links between alters
• having an upper management that is unknown to you
• emotional and somatic flashbacks
Or what are some things that tipped you off/are common with being polyfragmented.
- unknown

genuinely is there a term for polyfragmented that isn’t exclusive to disordered systems?? I really don’t wanna be disrespectful, as we’re not disordered ourselves, but many of the qualifiers for being polyfrag fit w us (many members, intense trauma, complex headspace, new guys forming easily, so many subsystems, etc etc) but looking through various polyfrag tags we’ve seen a lot of it relies on memory issues which, while we have, are unrelated to our system. I’ve seen people suggest that we should just get our own term, but I don’t know if any? Suggestions would be awesome, thanks.
|| All sides of syscourse can interact. But if you’re gonna be a dick about us being non-disordered, kindly don’t. I wish you all a wonderful day /gen ||
