Mindfront: A term for plurals, derivative of "mindform", denoting a system member's status as "in front" within the mind/their mental form, but not necessarily externally, bodily fronting. Many subsystems share a mental form or other inherent connection, and switch between whom is most aware in that subsystem without any effect on bodily front. This is intended for these members and any others that could utilize the concept of "fronting within the mind/headspace".

ex. A system consists of Host A and Subsystem B, with two members. Host A is in front, and Subsystem B is in headspace, with Subsystem member B1 doing things out of bodily front. B1 is mindfronting in their mental form. B1 encounters something their subsystem member enjoys within headspace, so member B2 switches to mindfront and continues headspace activities. Host A may or may not be aware of this; mindfronting generally has no inherent connection with bodily front.

Occasionally, some systems might end up being way bigger than most others-- which is perfectly valid and lovely! Whether you have C-DID/polyfragmentation, or you just have a super high member count, this one's for you!

Shoutout to:

Polyfragmented/(H)C-DID systems with lots of fragments

People who prefer other labels, such as polyplural/polymultiple

Gateway systems with huge swathes of walk-ins coming in and out frequently

Those who have such a high member count, they've lost track/don't care about the specifics anymore

Multiples with dozens, hundreds, thousands, or even an infinite number of headmates

Those who have many different layers, subsystems, sidesystems, etc.

Systems who wish they were smaller, or get stressed by the number of splits they have

And anyone else I missed!

We love you so, so much! Being a large system might be difficult to handle sometimes, but it's a beautiful experience if you learn to appreciate the small things! Truth be told, there are even moments we wish we were smaller too! But, the good thing is, we always have each other, no matter what! The same goes to you -- and you have us, as well! Always!

again on my EAPS sun n moon x eclipse bs: eclipse gets stuck on daycare duty one day thanks to puppet getting a little too silly, and the second he stops bitching and actually settles down, being a p good dca with the more Quieter kids, sunlight almost passes out from how hard his heels went over his head kjhdsf AND when moonbeam comes out for naptime, he sees eclipse carrying one of the smallest kiddos to a sleeping mat just out of the corner of his eye, and he also almost dies on the spot :)

This role is for members within collective that have multiple sidesystems, regardless of if they have a primary system.

A member who is considered the leader of a (side)system, who takes charge in the moments that authority is needed, and who collaborates with the other Head of Houses to make sure everyone in the collective is being accommodated.

This role is similar to gatekeeper, though Head of Houses may lack the control over the (side)system that a gatekeeper might have, such as controlling front or the access to memories.

Sun x Moon:

Sometimes one will get really overwhelmed by the kids, and the other will comfort them and dote on the rest of the night

I believe in soft Moon supremecy (though bonus points if he's a tsundere and is only soft around Sun. Bonus points x2 if he's also only soft around the kids!! Fucking love Moon's who are grumpy but melt around kids)

A popular one I've seen but one I absolutely rot over, but when they first were separated they had relaly bad separation anxeity and didn't want to be apart for too long. They'd constantly touch each other to remind themselves they're there and real and oh my god they can hold each other now!! (Bonus points if its after the virus and they had been apart in their mind for so long. Angst hehe)

Moon purrs and Sun's the only one that has heard it and he hasn't told anyone cause Moon is extremely embaressed about it

They're such good secret keepers for each other. And secret keepers in general, tho they will spill the secret to the other because its hard for them to keep secrets from each other. Adding to that, they're GREAT at silent communication. They know each other so well

They probaly have a very open relationship- personally i think Sunny really likes being with Freddy romantically sometimes, and Moon is in a qpr with Dj. Also they both really like hanging out with Chica and Roxanne, and they have a girls night with them sometimes. Moon can't make it a lot of nights tho cause kf his job, so its usually Chica, Roxanne, and Sunny. I lied when I said Sunny doesn't tell people about Moons embaressing things. He doesn't tell anybody but the girls

Sun x Monty x Moon (Glittergolf, used to fucking love this ship hut i dont care for it anymore):

The two would go to gatorgolf to hang out with Monty. Moon is shit at golf and hates it, but refused to admit that he just wanted to see Monty. Sun teases him about it all the time, but they still use the excuse all the time. They think Monty doesn't know and that he just thinks they want to golf, but he absolutely knows

Monty and Moon absolutely hated each other at first because Monty is a bit of a trouble maker and Moon is security, but its okay they warmed up to each other

Eclipse x Sun x Moon:

I rot over this ship oh my god. Like a really tall Eclipse who was made for security but its a huge softy when he's not protecting people and is so sweet to Sun and Moon and cares about them so much?? And loves kids but is so bad with them?? And Sun and Moon can both lay in his arms because he's so big- and- and- auugghhh

I’m glad we have a library to get new/lost folk updated. I’m thinking of what it would look like to have to tour around someone who was in the dark. Like, “this is the city wing, down there is the bar, don’t cross that border or you’ll get blown up. Oh, that 15 year old boy? That’s either a demon or a god, you don’t want to know. Over here is the gym.”

What we actually have is posters wherever we know there are people and a buddy program. Kinda wanna show someone the layer tho. Only someone new, people from other layers are bound to think this is tame, and I’m looking for the reaction.
