Hi!! I'm the pomme anon, just a little message today<3 (or maybe not too little). I don't have any songs now, but a lot of words.

Your fic literally saved me. I was in a very bad situation this year, and it was really hard to find something that worked as a distraction. I'm always on tumblr and reading mlb fanfiction, but I don't usually find one that really caught my attetion. I saw in various posts this one called One Does Not Love Breathing, but in my depressed state it was very difficult for me to take the initiative to start reading it. When I did it, I knew it was the right thing.

I just FELL IN LOVE. The characterization, the dynamics, the plot, the dialogue, everything. It was just so interesting! I didn't even realized and I was already thinking more about theories and predictions about the next chapter instead of negative and self destructive thoughts. Sharing a few songs was a way of participate in this, I wanted to do something and find a way of saying that I really cared about this!

And now is over. I saw that the chapters were already planned, and I was kinda sad knowing that it would end sooner or later. But today I readed it, and I knew what I would do next: read all of it again with everything I know now, and enjoy it ever more! It became my comfort fic, and I feel so so so safe in it's words 💖 and I feel better now, is new year, and if Adrien could get out of that hole, maybe I could too!

Thank you so much, Wackus. For sharing your idea and work, with so much love and dedication💖 I'm in tears now, happy tears! I can't believe there's such masterpiece in this fandom. Fics like this make me think that there are many good and beautiful things in this chaotic fandom after all 💖

Her design is the one I’m most proudest of (I say that as if I’m not always happy drawing my silly little favs) and it’s always a joy getting to draw her little braids and chunky armor. Bobby was actually the son of one of Roier's family members, but the mom tragically passed away and so he was left with legal custody

Quackity adopted Tilin after having them in class and realizing how horrible their home life was. Think Matilda and Miss Honey

Trump(et) is legit just Maximus' kid. Dan was just Max's roommate at the time, and so he stepped up as a secondary parent figure because Trump's actual other dad wasn't in the picture

Bad got Dapper from an orphanage after being sent there as the Grim Reaper to take some dying kid's soul, but he got attached and now Dapper is his son and a Grim Reaper In Training

Leo's parents are both super rich old vampires, but she was legit just rooting around in their trash one day for food and they saw her and went "Hey no wait humans don't eat garbage!!!" and now she has a home and she's very, very spoiled

Flippa is Tilin's actual literal sister who, when the Government split up their household after an investigation, got sent to live with a freshly-married Mariana and Slime, and they are all trying their goddamn hardest

sometimes when phil is yoinking people into his nest, pomme definitely uses it to her advantage to get etoiles to stay in one place and take a break from all the exploring he's doing by acting like they're just doing a quick visit to phil to drop something off for a gift quest and BOOM SIKE IT WAS A TRAP guess who just yanked them into the nest- now etoiles has to sit in there for who knows how long and let himself rest while make paintings with his very Very smug daughter who finally got him right where she wants him as they both know how rude it is to just Leave another avians nest. (trapped by social convention, she is her father's daughter and being as clever as him has made etoiles so intensely proud but also so endearingly annoyed) - 💿

I LOVE THAT

Especially because I headcanon that since Etoiles is often out exploring for a while, he doesn‘t often get yoinked when Phils instincts go brrr

However this causes that when Etoiles does get snatched, he stays there longer than others usually ( which is just another plus point in Pommes opinion tbh AKAJAJ )

Just the image of Pomme letting Etoiles enter the house first to go looking for Phil, and just having this knowing & smug grin when her plan works

Phil gets to be clingy birb, Etoiles gets a break ( albeit he‘s very dramatic about it ) and Pomme can vibe with them :D

Jaiden and Baghera had gotten close in Purgatory, it felt… nice to have someone by her side like that. Swearing to protect her while actually following through with that promise and making sure nobody got to her in fights. She wasn’t exactly sure how to describe it to be honest. Romantic didn’t fit but it was damn near the closest thing she could think of. 

It was strange coming home from Purgatory. Roier moved out. Into the castle with Cellbit. Which was fine really. But it was a new level of loneliness. She had gotten so used to being side by side with people every waking moment that all of a sudden the silence was painful. 

Then Baghera moved in with Pomme. Jaiden couldn't help but be captivated by the little girl. The adorable face paint and the wicked grin she clearly got from her mother. 

When Pomme placed a sign that said, “Maman?” Jaiden turned to Baghera instinctively. 

“Baghera?” 

“Hm?” the blonde woman hummed, her face turned away from both of them. 

“She's talking to you.” 

Baghera turned and glanced at the sign. “Non, I think she's talking to you, chérie.” 

Pomme bounced up and down to show agreement and Jaiden's jaw nearly dropped. 

“Me?” she asked, her voice cracking embarrassingly as the both of them smiled at her. 

Pomme placed down another sign. “I mean if you want to be?” 

“Oh,” Jaiden gasped before kneeling down and gathering the girl up in her arms. “Of course, of course. It would be an honor to be your mom, Pomme.”

Rwby fan here.

The quality of writing goes up and down between seasons, some parts have aged badly, and it’s definitely a little bit of a mess. But if you can find joy in messy block men stories, then there’s a big chance you can find joy in Rwby.

And if nothing else, the soundtrack goes UNGODLY hard at all points.

this song feels so apocryphal but omggg it's bleeding ladynoir. there's so much they didn't get to do before they parted, and didn't even get to say goodbye. their separation was a "primal burial" and that hits so deep. but now they're together again in the last stretch of the fight, and FINALLY have a shot at happiness. also i love the theme of breathing ;)))

WE DON'T HAVE PROOF THE RESET WILL FIX ANYTHING ABOUT THE ADMINS' SITUATION, YOU JUST BELIEVE THEY WILL.

The issues in the server have not been fixed you just have faith they are going to be fixed.

I believe I have been trying to be very nice, to be very respectful of all sides. I have defended and criticized QuackityStudio, Quackity himself, and Léa whenever I saw fit to do so, and I tried to give equal treatment to everyone and be respectful to everyone except those who spread misinformation.

I have been called a Quackity hater, a bootlicker for Quackity, accused of not supporting the admins, accused of hating the project, being told my critical posts were doomposting, and now I am seeing people saying here and on twitter that me not wanting to support the project after the server reset is good. After all, I am a negative fan, I am one of those annoying brazilians that hated Quackity, so good ridence, right?

If you want to believe that the server reset will allow things to get better, that is something you are free to do. But what about not going to people's asks with a passive-aggressive attitude while hiding behind your little anon masks? And I don't mean just my asks  

And that is honestly fine, it is fine to believe things are going to be better. But you don't have to be brilliant to see the red flags that we are still receiving from the current management.

Let's talk about how the current management didn't even care to talk with CherryBee and Ryan properly and ghosted them for months. And don't come with the poor excuse of "they couldn't promise anything, they couldn't apologize", because hey, let you on a little secret, you can talk with someone without promising or apologizing. They decided to end the eggs arc, and nobody seems to know when they made this decision, does it hurt to send an email saying "Unfortunately, we weren't able to continue with the eggs characters". CherryBee and Ryan were not giving the most bar low etiquette that the most soulless corporation could give.  

CherryBee was only contacted recently, she has been hopeful things would get better until being contacted, she and Ryan spoke openly about wanting to return, they didn't even release any statement until this moment. Why were the admins for Richas, Pepito, Leo, Lullah, and Chayanne allowed to say goodbye to the players but Ryan and CherryBee weren't? The only distinction was that they both were openly friends with admins who were fired, let go, or resigned. I am not saying that is the reason why they both weren't contacted but I could tell what that looks like, it looks like retaliation for showing public support to the other ex-admins. God knows what is happening with 춘식, just know they also didn't get to say any goodbye to the players or audience.

Also, let's talk about this clown show here:

Using the Ricardão(not Richas, Ricardão) farewell for the ghosties as marketing for a figurine one day after Richas officially died is definitely a choice, a dumb one, an incredibly insensitive one, but a choice nonetheless. 

But let's talk about how this shows they didn't stop to exploit the admins even the ones that they fired already. So, Elks(he/it) used to be the head writer of qsmp, but he also was responsible for creating concept art and models for characters. He created the entire design and models of Pomme and Richas, it is the intellectual owner of their designs, seeing as part of its TOS was that he was not relinquishing the rights of the designs for the client. Quackity Studio doesn't have the rights over Richas' and Pomme's designs, Elks was not consulted about the figures, he didn't even know they were being made. 

The only reason QuackityStudio didn't receive legal consequences for keep selling the figurines is that Elks doesn't have how to at the moment. 

So is very fun to see QuackityStudio will keep exploiting artists even after firing them.

Believe what the fuck you want to believe will happen next, but don't come to me and act as if your beliefs are based on facts and mine are born out of hysteria.

A/N: i'm already a huge sap in the notes, but this is, arguably, one of the most important fics i've ever written. for context, i wrote this while i was really down due to my entire family but me getting covid right before my finals and our winter vacation, so that left me alone in my room for 2 weeks. i was really down, especially since i couldn't spend christmas with my family as a result. however, writing this gave me something to pass the time, and the reception on it when i posted during a dark time in my life really helped. it's also the first swagdoons fic i've ever posted, so there's that too :) also, one of the comments of someone going back to read it a few months later also came while i was in a rough patch, so that really helped <3
