Stone, Kali, Sarabi, Ladder, Heartthrob, Python, and Death are so quick to pick up the weight bar, because they easily bench press more weight than you are and they'd be damned if you thought they couldn't pick you up. Stone, Sarabi, Python, and Death don't even grunt in exertion from it.

Simba, Nala, Cerberus, and Hellstorm are more on the athletic side instead of the burly compared to the rest of my OCs, but they can bench press your weight too. They might seem like they're struggling a bit more than the rest, but they can in fact do it. And once Cerberus is back to a similar body mass than the one he had before captivity, he's going to be even better at showing you how well he can pick you up.
