Raaahhhh Post about Wendy. Another post-constant scenario exploration because I reblogged something like that recently

Yet another thing I wish people touched on more is how leaving might affect Wendy and Abigail's connection. I already think Wendy wouldn't want to leave for fear of not being able to take abby with her, but I don't think Abigail following Wendy would be very good either. She'll still be a ghost because she died, and because she's a ghost she won't get to grow up like wendy will. Wendy will always have to be followed by the static image of her sister, who will never be able to change. And Abigail will have to watch wendy experience the rest of the life she never got to have. they might change and become different, but they're still always tied to eachother.

I could think of no better way to share the news than this!

So when I was 17, my cat went missing and I'd given up hope of ever seeing him again.

Until on Monday, 27th of May, 2024, my friend sent me a FB post asking 'isn't that your mother?' about the person named on the microchip.

Here he is! 16 years old, and found safe, twelve whole years after he went missing!

Yesterday (Tuesday the 28th of May, 2024) I went to the rescue that had him, and I reclaimed my boy, renaming him Artie! (He'd originally been called 'Cat' because my mother and I couldn't decide on a name)

He's home safe with me now, currently inhabiting my bathroom and purring up a storm every time someone goes in there!

I'll be doing slow introductions between him and my current cat to give them the best possible chance of living in harmony!

Losing the ability to have an abortion in places where abortion is still legal, specifically because of an ‘M’ on documents is experienced by all trans people I guess.

Losing access to gynaecological care because of an ‘M’ on documents is experienced by every trans person.

People no longer wanting to be part of your support system anymore as you get further into transition specifically because you’re “getting too manly” is a ‘default trans experience’.

“But trans women also struggle with medical transphobia and their support systems leaving them during transition!!”

Yeah, and no one is denying that. However the specific examples I gave of medical transphobia and support systems leaving are just that—specific. Yes all trans people face a lot of the same general problems, but those problems manifest differently depending on a number of different things, but one big one is actual gender, and the perceived gender being transitioned away from.

And there’s nothing wrong with talking about the broad strokes of transphobia. But there is equally nothing wrong with trans men and mascs wanting a word that lets them be more specific to speak specifically on their experiences. It’s actually good to have multiple words to be able to discuss all sorts of broader or more specific phenomena, who’d-a thought?

Room V reads: head turned backwards.

Room VI reads: wear lead robes.

Room VII reads: snake(?) pit turn(?) into snake.

Room IX reads: (?) -> quality is too low to tell; considering the trench of which it is based on, probably along the lines of 'mangled', 'mutilated', 'maimed', etc

Room X reads: leprosy, hungry(?), dark.

Luffy would be vibrating out of his skin with excitement detailing how he would take care of Zoro and build him a special little enclosure and make him little swords out of sticks so he can still achieve his dream of being the world's greatest swordsworm and feed him worm sized portions of meat and booze everyday and carry him around everywhere so they can still do everything together.

he also delightfully rambles about how he could be a worm also and they'd go on worm adventures together and make friends with all sorts of other bugs and how much fun they'd have.
