libra moons are super charming (shocker!), really great at talking to people and making others feel comfortable.

aquarius venuses seem to have trouble finding what they want in romance; often feel a disconnect to the romantic side of interpersonal relationships. great in friendships though

that need for balance (the scales) is what drives a libra mars and can often make someone avoid conflict so much that they don’t ask themselves how they feel about something.

if you’ve wronged a leo mars, they will make sure you know and often are deeply emotional in explaining what they’re upset about but it’ll come out like pure anger. (if you’ve seen Lemonade by Beyoncé, she’s a leo mars)

The prefect of Ramshackle Dorm. She arrived in Twisted Wonderland under mysterious circumstances and was promptly enrolled at Night Raven College as one half of a full student. Due to her inherent lack of magical talent, she was granted registration alongside Grim. Her role now largely consists of enduring the plight of other students (because that is somehow her problem now). Cunning, charm, and impulsive wit are tools she employs to ensure her wellbeing.

Chapter 3: Sunset

Formal is irrelevant. The firelight gains prominence as daylight fades. More logs are added, allowing smoke to fill the air. The younger children slowly leave for their beds. Others stay, laughing with friends. Their joyful cacophony is almost drowned out by the rambunctious music.

Smoke and ash wisp into shadows. The kaleidoscope of prancing images twirl around them. An illusion of flowers dance underfoot. If any attempted to touch them, they would vanish.

Soot is kicked up with every step. Vern's stained skirts flare out on another spin. It's strange and comforting to have a partner. A familiar dance he can do in the deepest of sleeps now flutters anew with every beat. A few steps bring them back.

Sweat shimmers across their foreheads. The minutes and hours bleed together. One melody into another. An iridescent fish ballet weaves around the dancers. A bubbling laughter spills from Vern. Steel smiles, his own airy laugh joins in.

"What's... so funny?"

The sprite meets his gaze breathlessly, "I'm... really happy."

"Eh?"

Joined hands lift above to spin around. The area around them is barely a blurr. Focus returning to Steel, the sprite tries to calm himself. "I-is he still umm..."

"Yeah, on my six."

"... let's um... not think about him," Vern tries. His head feels light, a mild dizziness buzzes down from it.

".. okay."

He welcomes night's breath cooling his skin like autumn rain. Vern can tell when some musicians would take a break and join back in. A simple rotation, yet easy to get lost in. Forgetting the world is hard, yet indulging in a moment is effortless.

For this bubble in time, emotion vibrates the air. Colorful shapes morph to each beat. It has been too long since his muscles felt like a newborn foal finding it's footing. Who is keeping who from collapsing is unclear. The firm earth underfoot is the only certainty.

A gasp from the onlookers is nearly drowned by the rhythm. A string pulls at his mind. His eyes want to follow, yet a turn blocks his view. His brow creases as he attempts to see behind Steel. "Ver.."

Pink dusts the sprites cheeks. It's only one word, a fraction of his name. The syllables spoken softly warms him. Tearing his focus back to his friend, he tries to stay on his toes.

"Almost," Steel winks, "we have to finish this one."

"Y-yeah," Vern manages a dizzy nod. His amber eyes sting, but not from the smoke. A soothing wave rolls through his veins, easing his tension. He almost misses a familiar, icy crack.

Chapter 4: Dusk

A tight spin jostles his focus. Flashes of magic collide. The music falters as smoke billows through the remaining crowd. Vern squeezes his eyes shut against it. Tucking himself against Steel, he waits for the air to settle. He flinches, as a drop hits his cheek.

"Er.. sorry."

The sprite swears the liquid away. Checking his bandages, he finds an inky substance he's well acquainted with.

"It's alright, I um..." he pauses, ducking as Steel casts another counter spell, "don't mind."

Sparkling green mist flares from Vern's hands. Vines burst from the ground to restrain Victor. "Enough!"

Snowflakes drift around them. Citizens that stayed murmur in uneasy awe. The spring sprite trembles slightly, his muscles begging for rest. "Do you forfeit the challenge?"

There's a rumble underfoot. Stumbling, Vern's spell loosens as spikes of ice shoot out of the dirt. He's tackled. Air is knocked from his lungs despite the cushioned fall.

"You alright? Any injuries?"

Vern slowly blinks up at Steel, gasping while registering the questions. "U-umm... I'm fine... I think..."

"Why," Victor's voice rings out above the chaos, icicles forming in the air around him. "Why do you reject everything I do for you?!"

I started giving them all proper full bodies some time ago, like two years ago. I went from Pisces to Aries. But I haven't finished Aries yet and had a big break between Leo and Cancer.

So Taurus, Gemini, and Cancer are the most up to date. Their anatomy is better and they have floating poses. All the other ones stand on the ground and have a slightly different art style; so I do want to re-do them one day, or at least edit them!

Gregorios (top) is a speechwriter for the Roman prefect in Athens who always gets wrapped up in his boss' drama. ("prefect" is very much a placeholder title if I ever figure out how exactly that city was administered in the 2nd century.) In addition to being very talented and successful he’s extremely sensitive, a perfectionist, and doesn't really have the backbone for hardcore politics. Gregorios is a Virgo and Chrysanthos’ lover.

Anatolios (bottom) is the neighborhood blacksmith. He is a good listener except to Seleukos’ poetry collection, and many of the characters come to him with their problems (especially the epheboi who all crush on him). Anatolios is a Leo sun and Sagittarius moon. He is Chrysanthos’ other lover.

2nd house profection year

it’s my 2nd house profection year and I’m noticing some changes in my life. < my 2nd house is in cancer for ref.

~༯ I’m eating more this year than ever tbh. like I started having comfort food!!! eating whatever I want whenever and not holding myself back as much, which is very unlike me btw. I have a virgo moon and I’m not just nitpicky but also strict with my diet, even tho I have a fast metabolism (aries stellium).

~༯ usually when I’m stressed I tend to starve myself or get over caffeinated but this year I’m leaning more towards eating for comfort < yes taurus core.

~༯ I started going to the gym again but I’d slack off and become uninterested and bored, then find it interesting again, but that could just be my gem rising.

~༯ It seems like life is more abundant. things come easier! there's less resistance. I’m able to slow down and smell the roses.. 𓇢𓆸  I even feel a bit too comfortable or stuck in my comfort zone. everything seems like it’s too much and I just want to enjoy life. ˖ ݁𖥔 ݁˖

~༯ I started buying flowers, planting flowers, decorating my house a lot more, got more perfumes, more beautiful things. currently as we speaking I have like 10 different types of flowers in my house. I started cooking more, I even made up recipes that my family liked and started making them regularly.

~༯ I’m taking care of my skin, my body, and overall health. I'm investing more in skincare and health supplements. though sometimes I overdue it, like get fixated on one thing or another.

~༯ I'm someone that used to have high energy, I'd pull an all nighter or just wake up at 3am scroll non stop or put music on, it wasn’t energy it was ⋆˙⟡ anxiety ⟡⋆˙ , but I'm having more quality sleep this year! I'm in bed by 10 and maybe I just got older, but there's that.

~༯ giving my hair a well deserved break!! I used do dye my hair very often, this year I got a short haircut and I’m growing my natural hair back, I’ve only added a few subtle highlights and I don’t style it as often. I'm embracing more simplicity with my style, though could be that my ass got lazy 𐙚(ᵕ̤ᴗᵕ̤)

~༯ I'm planing more, working on my skills and hobbies, but not rushing or forcing things and not setting high expectations either. I don't feel like there's a rush like before. my values are changing significantly, I know what I like and don’t like and what I can put up with.

~༯ don't get too comfortable and not do anything about moving forward bcz you will be tempted to. remember to still challenge yourself!

~༯ I’m having a relatively comfortable year it got me having flashbacks of my 12th house profection year which was a fckin nightmare. It was all about the subconscious, mental health struggles, depression and overcoming these things. It really was about coming up with personified methods that help me deal with these internal conflict so I can move forward. It also was the year I became more spiritual.

~༯ my 1st house profection year wasn’t good either for me personally, it was super challenging and chaotic. it had me doing things outside my comfort zone. e.g. throwing myself in the ocean (i'm afraid of drowning). my individuality was constantly tested, my determination, my willingness to put myself first and not compromise my own needs and values.

~༯ there were instances where I felt like I'm compromising for the sake of keeping a friendship, which wasn’t reciprocated. I learned to not be afraid to walk away from ppl and places that don’t respect or value me. my cut off game wasn't particularly bad before, but I felt blinded, manipulated and pressured that year, I had to fully trust myself and only rely on myself. very much aries themes. 

~༯ If you're going thRU it with your 12th or 1st house profection, know that it will teach you valuable lessons that lead you to know yourself and love yourself more. you will understand your triggers, your strengths, know who your enemies and true friends are. it gets better! this feels like the perfect year to take a break from all the past challenges that I went through, I'm able to slow down, enjoy life and reflect until I see where the next tides takes me.

—THE RAMSHACKLE PREFECT A magicless boy who awoke in Twisted Wonderland during Night Raven College's Orientation Ceremony. Since then, Dinah has been pulled into the student body's schemes with little complaint, only a smile and a nod as he navigates friendships and deadly overblots. Despite his reserved demeanor, he's quite taken with this world's wonders. That is, only when they take place outside of Night Raven College.

[Fair skin that receives light scars over time. Fluffy blonde hair that reaches a little past chin, with his bangs pulled back and tucked snugly underneath a black ribbon. The ribbon's short ends stick up at the top, a bit like rabbit ears. Downturned sky-blue eyes, with a mole under the corner of his right eye. Gold-rimmed glasses with a hairline fracture on the edge of the left lens. His uniform tie is usually tied into a bow.] <ref will added at a later date.>

—REWOUND CLOCK [written under the pretense of twst's unconfirmed "time loop theory"]

Dinah is trapped within a time loop in Twisted Wonderland - one created when the NRC students aren't able to defeat Overblot Grim. As the one closest to Grim, Dinah is sent back to the beginning of his story to try and stop Grim's overblot. The reset doesn't seem to work, and the boy is sent back to wake up in a coffin over and over again.

The issue with this time loop spell is that it isn't perfect—it's something cast in desperation. Instead of sending Dinah back with the knowledge of the previous loop, so that he may prevent Grim from overblotting, Dinah's memory is completely wiped. You'd think, then, that each loop is the exact same song and dance. The first time it loops over (the second time he wakes up), Dinah can't help but think he's been here before; a feeling of familiarity rolling over him in waves.

He is subconsciously aware of the time loop.

As everything starts over and over again, Dinah grows more and more reserved. He's less outspoken, the excitable isekai protagonist in him wearing away like a clockspring after being rewound one time too many. His subconscious recognizes that he's been here before, so it's hard for him to be surprised or worried whenever a dorm leader overblots. He's got a feeling it'll work out, he just needs to follow along.

In comparison to his usual demeanor, Dinah gets really excited whenever the loop strays from the main story. Whether it be a friend's hometown event, a life-threatening Halloween adventure, or just stretching his legs around Sage Island, Dinah brightens up like the North Star. Everyone finds it strange when the prefect, a boy unshaken by horrific monsters of blot and magic, gets flustered over a new environment, local food, and a themed outfit.

Everyone, that is, except for Grim and Ace, who unknowingly smile when they see Dinah grin with his teeth.

𖦹 Dinah, although primarily inspired by Cinderella, is named after Alice's cat. He keeps Yuu as a last name though. No particular reason—I just wanted to keep the name Yuu in use.

𖦹 His birthday is the same as Cinderella, too. :)

𖦹 The tagline next to his homeland is a joke with a friend, that I may or may not expand on. The idea is that Dinah's Earth is very behind on space travel and has instead focused its efforts on uncovering and traveling the sea.

𖦹 His club and favorite food are left blank because they change with every loop, and they depend on who he grows closest to in that school year.

𖦹 His least favorite food is canned tuna—not to suggest any dislike of Grim! But because he's tired of seeing it loop after loop. He'd never stop buying it for Grim, though.

𖦹 His "intuition" is a result of being in a time loop. Outside of magical resetting, he wouldn't have the faintest idea of what comes next, but he is quick-witted.

𖦹 He has a habit of mimicking the body language of those he's grown close to. It varies in every loop, since he's always persuing new friendships, but Dinah will mimic a student's signature expression in casual conversation. (Ex; Deuce pounding his fists, Jade holding his chin, Rollo covering his mouth and nose, and, once, Crowley holding his arms out.)

ooooooh love to have a chart!!! i am ignoring placidus houses here in favor of whole sign houses. my first impression is what an even spread of modalities!! cardinal angles, a fixed sun and mutable moon...
