Ride or Die AU is my baby! I'm working on and off, trying to get the first three chapters down and edited before I post 'em.

It's a canon-divergent AU where some months before the Batmobile parks in Crime Alley, Jason steals the tires off the Drake family car. Mid-theft, a nine-year-old Tim pops his head up from the backseat! What should be an adorable first meeting between unlikely friends turns for the worse-- the Drakes had been in the Alley for a reason. The reason catches up to them.

Now it's Tiny Tim and Baby Jay, two against the world! Or against Batman, CPS, the GCPD, and whatever happened to the Drakes, more accurately. Thrown together, their relationship goes from complete strangers to blood brothers quick as a flash, thus: Ride or Die!

I love to overshare but I'd hate to spoil the whole thing so I'll stop here, haha. But I can post WIP snippets if anyone is interested!

If y'all thought I forgot about Jeff in my, what I am now dubbing, Ride-or-Die AU where Gareth joined the end of the world party because he was worried about Eddie. You are dead wrong!

Jeff comes a little later after Jared (the name I gave the other Hellfire member/who I imagine is Eddie's friend). He was also taken out of town by his mom and dad because they were worried for their son, not just because he was in "affiliation" with Eddie, but also because he is black and they knew there are some racist bastards in Hawkins who would have hurt their boy just for their prejudices and would have called it justice.

So Jeff comes back and of course Gareth, Jared, and Eddie tell him everything. Steve knows they did this, so does Robin because Steve tells her literally everything. Jeff just comes over to movie nights, pool parties, barbecues, etc. And like no one notices for a while until it's like a Party/Family dinner night and Hopper is looking out over his sea of children and thinks he mis-counts because hahahahahaha no. He did not have 15 kids. Unless Argyle was there but Hopper did not see any long ass hair and besides the boy would be sitting next to Jonathan.

He keeps looking over all the kids, he's squinting, he keeps getting 15 damn kids but that literally can't be right. Then he notices Jeff and is just like "WHO THE HELL ARE YOU?"

And Jeff the sweet angel is like: "Are you okay chief? It's me. Jeff? I uh, I brought the chocolate chip cookie blondies that my mom made to last weeks pool party at Steve's."

Eddie sighs dreamily: "Oh yeah those! Tell your mom I love her and would die for her."

Steve without looking up from twirling his spaghetti that he helped Joyce make: "He will not tell her that. Do you remember how she reacted to that last time? The poor lady looked like she was going to cry and said 'please don't die, my son needs friends.'"

Jeff flipping off Steve: "Did you have to quote my mom word for word jackass?"

Steve: "Look I can't remember all 50 states but my brain likes to dedicate conversations to memory."

Robin: "It's the former mean girls in him, I swear he's reformed it's just like his brain soaks up what it considers gossip so he has it for later."

Eddie: "GASP! Stevie Boy? A gossip? Say it ain't so?"

Steve: "Literally shut up."

Joyce a little reluctantly: "I mean...Steve, you did tell me you say Mrs Blake exiting Mr and Mrs Caldwell's house when you came to help make dinner. And in your words 'she was sneaking out but trying to play it off like she was meant to be there. There's no way she's not having an affair with Mr Caldwell."

Steve is just blushing while everyone laughs and Hopper is still sitting their confused off his damn ass because everyone is acting like this new kid was always here and Hopper knows! He knows he hasn't! So he just has to sit there and slowly accept he has a new kid to add to the list. It's 15 sometimes 16 when Argyle comes down and considering the boy mentioned property prices here in Hawkins being a steal after the whole "earthquakes/serial killer" thing, Hopper was just gonna have to keep the counter at 16.

Mickey is 7 and Mandy is 3 the first time Terry goes for her, and you DO NOT hit girls and ESPECIALLY not Mickey's baby sister no siree so Mickey and Terry broker a fragile, complicated sort of peace where Mickey becomes an assassin for a friend of terrys and Terry gets 70% of his profits in exchange for Mandy being safe at all times.

Mickey goes after Ian when Mandy tells him he attacked her just like in canon, but Mickey figures out his secret sooner than Mandy does, and Ian takes one look at this VERY DANGEROUS and slightly unhinged teenager covered in tattoos with a tongue piercing who could fucking murder him and is like "oh yes I will latch myself to this one"

Basically:

Mickey: hey you wanna come fuck some people up

15 y.o Ian vibrating out of his bones: yeah sure okay

They don't really let eachother go after that

Ride AND Die AU

(Danny Phantom DanDash Prompt #1)

AU in which Dash has been part of the squad since third grade and goes into the portal with Danny (as a show of solidarity against Tucker and Sam’s annoying nagging) and they both come out half-dead. There are now TWO ghost boys running around Amity Park.

With a heaping load of angst: Danny for letting Dash go with him into one of his parents’ malfunctioning contraptions and Dash for accidentally tripping Danny and making the damned thing turn on in the first place and of course Sam and Tuck for egging them on and resulting in their two best friends dying and not to even mention the fact that Danny’s parents now want to hunt them both for sport and disect them in the name of science

But also a healthy load of fun and fluff: the boys learning how to use their powers together, increasingly absurd excuses to get out of classes/events to go fight ghosts, and a super fun and convenient mind and/or physical link caused by the two being in such close proximity during the accident (they were totally hugging, but who can blame them, really)

Sam: Guys I think the term is ‘Ride OR Die’ not ‘Ride AND Die’

Dash: Well maybe we’re just more serious about this friendship than you are, Manson

Danny: Yeah, Sam, we’re deadly serious. Get on our level

Tucker: I feel like two dead friends is enough actually

Dash: You’re right, two’s a party but three’s a crowd

Sam: What’s four, then?

Danny: A funeral procession

Dani x Jason Prompt

(Because i dont see enough of these two together. Also, this is another prompt i found in my fic files that i never did anything with.)

While Danny is in Amity Park protecting the ghost portal, Dani explores the world. Danny might be powerful enough to put down any threat, even Ancients, but she isn't as lucky. Her best defense against Vlad or the GIW is to never be in the same place two days in a row. Not to say she isn't powerful in her own right - she's yet to meet a ghost in her travels that she couldn't utterly crush, and even if she had, she's got the most loyal dog in both this world and the next to have her six.

Dani has discovered a great deal of beauty throughout the world in her few short years of life, but also unfathomable evil and undescribable corruption. She does what she can in every place she passes through, her ghost powers the ultimate cheat code for investigation and subterfuge, bringing to light the things that once hid in the dark.

But while scoping out yet another child trafficking ring, she crosses paths with a spirit of vengeance. At least, that's the only explanation she can come up with for how he's able to turn his shock and horror into pure rage at the flip of a dime.

Until she realizes that he's a baby halfa. If he doesn't learn how to mediate his emotions, he's going to burn out one of his halves.

Maybe she can help him stabilize into a proper spirit of justice and keep him from following the path that Vlad went down - oh shit, he doesn't even know that he's undead. Well, this is going to be a project and a half. But Dani is nothing if not resourceful - she's more than willing to put in the work if it means making an ally of the fourth known halfa.

Featuring:

Dani and jason are about the same age (16-17ish)

They run into each other during jason's LoA-sponsored world tour, investigating the same trafficking ring

Dani totally helps with the crime lord grand plan, but also wrestles jason down from the more messed up family drama stuff he did, like attacking tim, and knocks some sense into him and finds a better solution for dealing with the joker

aaaa i forgot to check my inbox sorry for the wait!! here is some Ride or Die AU!

Tim’s so busy with his numbers, with mush and mud and pristinely fraying sleeves, he doesn’t realize the door’s open ‘til it slams shut.

He freezes-- It’s Batman, it’s the police, it’s Dad--, terror spearing him from all directions until the intruder starts to coo. 

“Hi, Ma,” says a soft voice. “How are ya? Hey, Timmy, how--”

The shuffle-clatter of a grocery bag hitting the floor. The urgent, uncertain reel of footsteps. “Timmy? Tim, where are you, bud?”

“Here,” Tim croaks. He wiggles out of his hiding space, collecting debris on his sweater like he doesn’t care that it had been loved. “Here, I’m here.”

Jason’s whole body slumps over itself in relief. “Oh, Christ,” he says. Then he brightens. “Hey, you’re talkin’ again!”

“Was I not before?” Tim wonders. Then he thinks about it-- thinks about last night, and this morning, and realizes, yeah. “Oh. I hadn’t noticed.”

“C’mere,” and Jason pulls him up to his feet. His palms are dry, but warm. His grip is strong.

For no reason at all, he starts brushing Tim down with his hands, knocking dirt from his clothes. “You’re covered in dust bunnies!”

Harry Potter being smaller than all first years (which we all knew anyway) but twice as feral.

Prefect Percy immediately noticing his small stature and being worried, Boy-Who-Lived or not. So he always offers him more help or just lends an ear. At first Harry is wary of him, no one is nice to him for no reason. Either it's a trick or with his new fame in the picture, because they want something but slowly he begins to trust Percy. Percy feels like a big brother for the first time in a long time. Ron and Ginn rarely went to him with their problems, they preferred Charlie or Bill (he couldn't blame them as he too preferred them but it still hurt), or worse the twins (that hurt worse). They didn't care for his advice. For his knowledge.

Harry was a breath of fresh air....well somewhat. Things he said were concerning and when Percy tried to get an adult to help (*coughMcGonagallcoughDumbledorecoughHisMomcoughHisDadcoughMADAMEPOMPFREYcough*) they brushed off his concerns which was more than a little concerning. So he just vowed to help Harry whenever and however he could. Then Harry somehow made the Quidditch team. At eleven. AT ELEVEN.

Oliver Wood loved his new seeker! He was timid at first but quickly found his confidence! Sure it was on the feral side but that's how Oliver liked his players! I mean, look at the twins! Plus Harry had the perfect seeker build! Though...he was on the small side. But Oliver chalked that up to the lid being literally eleven but when he looked closer he realized that no...Harry was really small. Too small. And Oliver would know, his mum was a healer and she taught him some stuff considering his love (obsession) with Quidditch.

So he pays more attention. And what he witnesses and notices is not...good. it's very telling. He tries to go to some adults about what he's noticed but nothing came of it and that really got him mad. Then out of no where Percy Weasley came up to him and started lecturing him on Potter's health and all Oliver could think was, oh thank Merlin I'm not the only one who's noticed!

He and Percy stayed up well past curfew talking about their smallest cub and somehow it ended up with them coparenting the Boy-Who-Lived. Oliver would be completely honest and admit he didn't think it would be so difficult until the troll incident....then the dragon incident.....then the CERBERUS incident!

Oliver became something of another big brother to Harry and another confidant. So when Harry told him more about what happened at the Dursley's (because Harry never called it home. Never) Oliver was already plotting to kidnap the boy from the house or the station whether Percy thought it was a good idea or not.
