Power Rangers Headcanons

Troy Burrows has an older brother named Roman. Their parents are completely unoriginal when naming them. Roman works in the entertainment industry and keeps regular contact with Troy.

RJ and Casey’s engagement was met with excitement and disapproval. Master Finn was none too thrilled by their engagement and made his displeasure known, he was not invited to the wedding.

Conner does not immediately go to college after graduating, taking time to work on his soccer camp and charity. He volunteers and explored his options, with the help of his friends Hayley, Dr. O and his brother Erik. He eventually decided to venture out of Reefside attending College in another city and explore himself. He eventually ends up working under Hunter working on movies, TV shows, and small films as a crew member.

Casey is a baby. I really like how much RJ cares for him. They feel like they really vibe with each other.

Casey’s panikkkkkk over RJ getting hurt is REAL. I feel like most of their moments are worrying/caring about each other?? AND THAT IS JUST. SO. SWEET. And that one ep where RJ develops that special bike?? mode for Casey??? It’s adorable, really!!

RJ/Casey or Hunter/Dustin?

Neither one of these are that fresh to me, but let me see... Jungle Fury: -Casey really, really, really should have been the Cheetah while Lily was the Tiger. It makes perfect sense with Casey's general personality and the fact that it would make R.J.'s wolf beside him a HILARIOUS reference to Cheetahs in zoos that get their own pupper to temper their anxiety and make them happy. -Casey cannot and has not seemed to gain any weight since he was maybe fifteen and, as such, is prone to freezing his ass off the minute the temperature drops below fifty. R.J. himself is a living, walking furnace and has no problem when Casey slips up into his sweater while he's wearing it to soak up his warmth. -R.J. decorates the loft above Jungle Karma like nesting, like a busy little granny, like he's afraid he'll run out of pillows and blankets once he realizes that Casey is wonderful beyond being his student and Casey mentions he doesn't want to live the rest of his life in the mountains being a teacher. Ninja Storm: -Hunter marking his territory whenever he visits the Wind Ninja academy and Marah is around because like hell he's gonna let Lothor's niece anywhere near the ball of sunshine that is Dustin--who cares if he's a Master. He's SENSITIVE. -Dustin making just...the worst kind of waffles on earth whenever he actually puts any kind of effort into it--the incident with the sugared pears comes into conversation a lot to joss the poor young man--and Hunter eating them anyway. Food at the Thunder Academy is so fucking bland, he would probably eat a tire if Dustin put it on a plate for him. -They goad each other into getting so many tattoos. Flowers all up and down Dustin's arms, and fire or dragon themed variations along Hunter's back. If someone happened upon them in flagrante delicto, they would find the display something to envy--and so pretty.

Casey's done everything he can to train, to become as strong as possible, and he's still failed. Of course he failed, now that he thinks about it, because he didn't actually do everything they wanted him to do. There's only one thing the Pai Zhua wanted that he never did, and that was give up on writing to his Soulmate. Casey's been too weak to do that- he'd leaned on the writing as a way to de-stress, to remind himself that he had someone supporting him whenever he felt down.

Casey can't be weak anymore. He has to do what must be done, for his team, his Soulmate, the entire world.

So he stops writing. He’s let it be a distraction for so long- too long. He has to be a good Red Ranger, has to be a Master, and in order to be a Master he must be willing to give up anything distracting him from his training.

Here they are, my boys. The first fic I read in this series. The one that started it all. The sweet, sweet character development and matching character arcs and teaching spirits and just the way the writer took the themes and arcs of the shows and just amplified every bit of one of my already favorite seasons of the show. *chef's kiss*

cliché, fetish, kink, and trope headcanon asks: Jungle Fury + R and Y + Fran x RJ x Casey (because they are cute and featured in the comics for a blink~)

Having Just finished Jungle Fury, these peeps are fresh in my noggin and my lordy~

R - Recovery

Once Fran found out about the rangers, there was no way she was going to just be on the sidelines. She cared far too much for RJ - and now for these three goons that came outta nowhere - to just sit back and run the pizza shop and let them do all the hard work, no questions asked.

It started with her setting up first aid kits around JKP and the loft. Several could be found, and ice packs galore were stored in the freezers (including RJ's mini freezer he keeps by his chair - it always comes back, no matter how many times he removes it for his drinks).

And then there she was after a particularly tough battle, getting her hands dirty, covered in blood, accidentally cutting herself with the medical scissors because she's shaking so much, but she won't stop. She ignore RJ and Casey both yelling at her to leave, that they can handle it. If they can handle themselves so well, then they wouldn't be in this mess. Someone has to clean up after these messy leaders, right? Lily and Theo are too engrossed in one another to be of any help. That leaves her. And she is happy to help. Well, she will be happy, once she sees her boys bandaged and smiling again.

Y - Yellow or Yarrow (Soulmate AU)

Fran's a quiet soul, tends to keep to herself. It's why she prefers to read and spend her days at JKP. Everything was predictable and calm. Suddenly, everything is very loud every day and all the time and she doesn't know what to think of herself anymore.

She has a soul mark that hadn't been there before she started working at JKP. She hides it because it scares her. She was fine when she thought she didn't have a soulmate. She had come to terms with the fact that she may never meet her soulmate. Now, apparently, she had met them. But working at a restaurant she meets many people every day. She had no way of knowing who her soulmate was. So, she kept it quiet. She had other things to worry about anyway - running the restaurant and helping the rangers. Silly soulmates could wait.

And then she saw it. Casey had his sleeves pushed up while he was helping RJ wrap an injury on his exposed arm. Both men had the exact same soul mark that she had on her own arm! She was normally not so bold, and she could hardly control herself, but she approached the two and slowly pulled her jacket off to reveal her own mark on her arm.

"I knew it wasn't just us, Case." RJ whispered, smiling widely. She was immediately swept up into a tight hug with her soulmates, completely bewildered, but feeling totally comfortable knowing that she was safe and loved.

I had not played around with writing anything for this specific group or season yet and now I'm thinking I might have to cause OMG that was fun to write!

Uhhhhh, I can't promise the flirting will be good. Also, I apologize for it being short. I had nothing for them.

"Theo, pass me the sugar?" Casey asks.

Theo complies without looking up. "Sure, honey."

"Thanks, darlin'," Casey returns. He then gets a mischievous grins and waves the sugar shaker side to side right under Theo's noise to get his attention. "Not nearly as sweet as you," he teases with a broad, fond, smile.

Theo flushes, but catches on quick. "Nothing in this entire pizza shop is as sweet as your are though, Case," he says back.

Casey opens his mouth to retort, but just then RJ appears at the top of the stairs up into the loft. "Trouble," he says. He starts to go back up, then pauses and turns back. "And if you're going to flirt in my store, please wait until the pizzas are out of the oven."

Casey and Theo look at each other with twins looks of mortification and shock as RJ disappears back up the steps. Casey turns, hurriedly gets the pizza out of the over as Theo pops his head out the doors to call for Fran. Then, together, they share a smile and bolt up the stairs to meet whatever trouble RJ says awaits them.

Definitely Lily! (Flower names stick together.)

Lily is the easiest to get along with, for sure, because she's so friendly and doesn't have the temper, but Rose's personal history is part of this as well. She doesn't have good history with leaders or people with authority over her so she's automatically wary of them (sorry Casey and RJ) and she and Theo naturally butt heads over their similar stubborn and temperamental personalities. Lily doesn't have authority over her and she's easy to get along with, being naturally friendly to everyone. While Rose initially ignores Lily's attempts at friendship and conflict starts because Rose is actively sabotaging the team, as Rose softens up she opens up to Lily more.

It becomes a "sunshine x sunshine protector" dynamic. And a "I've never experienced unconditional love and support x I'm going to give you unconditional love and support" dynamic.
