This system has worked so well for me that I can't be bothered to change it at all. Though admittedly one large grid tracker would allow for more routine points, but I don't think that's necessary.
I can't quite remember what I have removed from my routines because I do them anyways, but the evening meds are new, because I apparently have started forgetting to take my evening meds despite having done so since I was a child.

Made a change to my daily/study routine.
5:30am : wake up, shower, lay bed, pack back, air clothes, rosary pray walk.
6:30am : go for morning mass. Pray and talk to God for the day.
8:00am : library opens. Work on any extracurricular like my blog.
12:00pm: first meal
12:00- 9pm: read, study, ease myself.
9:00pm: go back to my room, take a shower, read up on any outstanding, reply messages, eat/cook, catch up with my roommates
11:00pm: 😴

I know the brown and brown looks horribly unreadable, but I swear I can actually read those.
Also, there are less trackers this time around, and that's because I realized, I haven't slept past 9:00 a.m. in over six months unless I really planned for it, and even then I am generally out of bed by 9:30 a.m.
If I am not, I am still up, but probably reading something. So, it became pointless to have the wake up routine trackers, since I... it's not that I like waking up in the morning, I like the time it gives me to do other stuff.

June Routine Tracker

This is based off the idea of a high bar/low bar, and I probably wasn't as generous with it as I should be. I'm trying to make a better routine for myself, but it's hard to make a tracker that is more forgiving. Even though there were times I didn't keep strictly to my routines during May, the fact that it forced me to do things earlier than I would have normally is still a success.
You can also use this for other things not related to time, like if you want to drink more water, maybe a few sips for a low bar and a few cups for a high bar for example.
In a lot of ways, the exercising trackers I use are a more elaborate low bar/high bar system.
