🫥😶‍🌫️🫠In Subtertale, a long time ago...a human girl named: Chara fell on Mount Ebott.

After her fall...Chara asked for help...Prince Asriel heard the human girl and decided to help her...Asriel took the human girl to the castle...to the arriving at the castle, Asriel introduced Chara to his parents: King Asgore and Queen Toriel...his parents adopted Chara as their daughter, Chara filled the underground with a very different color.

Asriel and Chara were great brothers and great friends, and grew up together, but one day Asriel and Chara were playing in the castle garden and suddenly Chara began to feel very bad, Asriel, seeing that Chara was feeling very bad, approached Chara and told her that they should return home as soon as possible so that she could rest and so that Toriel could heal her...luckily Toriel was able to heal Chara. However...that same day at night Chara became even more ill.

That same day at night...Chara told Asriel that her last request was to see the golden flowers of her village that she so longed to see.

The next day...Chara died...Asriel, struck by pain and great sadness, hugged Chara with tears in his eyes and after that Asriel decided to absorb her soul and decisively crossed the barrier and reached the surface.

With Chara's soul, Asriel was able to cross the barrier and in the center of the village he found a bed made with those golden flowers that, as we already said, Chara so longed to see, the humans of the village received Asriel with fear and hatred. The humans of the village feared Asriel's power and hated him because they thought he had killed Chara, the humans of the village attacked Asriel mercilessly.

Despite having enough power to kill all those humans, Asriel refused to fight back.

With his last strength and not understanding the fear and hatred of those humans, Asriel headed back to the castle and in the throne room he died and turned into dust, growing golden flowers.

Not me realizing that Daunt’s eagerness to die when Dream threatened her after Destruction’s disappearance was more than just self-destructive (heh) ideation, but it was literally her knowing that her death would lead her to be made whole again.

This is one of those devastating details that i love about the series. 🥺 Daunts whole existence was just that hollow knowledge that she isn't what shes meant to be. And while in that moment she doesn't know exactly what would become of her after she died, she knows it's better than the life she has, knows it'd only make her closer to being whole. It's heartbreaking, especially when you add the knowledge that Dream (any of the Endless really) could have possibly helped Daunt find a way to become her whole self without having to resort to dying.

I don't know if it's cold outhere or I am just getting numb here in my chest . The way things are going on seems like a massive ice age has struck a decent fairy tale and all the innocence is consumed by hungry desparate lack of emotions. The mere existence of happiness is zero to none. Time freezed in climax where the hero is getting himself sacrificed which he would gain nothing from it . Everything is just meaningless and still, now I wonder is the climax worth watching.

They like to have sparring sessions in order to keep their bending skills sharp. They allow themselves to go all out and not hold back at all cause they know if anyone got hurt, Katara could just heal them
