Scrappy backed a cake for Daphne. It wasn't easy to hide it from uncle Scooby and Shaggy, but the pup managed it anyway 😌. Part of my fanfiction.I kept the colorization simple since I will use this little guy with elements from screenshots from the show to make a title card montage for my audiobook on YouTube. Unfortnatelly I start with the German version of my fanfic. Hopefully I can dub the English translated audiobook next year...

So, there's the full story: Scrappy, 🐶 his uncle Scooby and Shaggy are still working for the Fearless Detektive Agency🕵 - owned by Shag's uncle Fearless Shaggaford. The pup got a chemistry ⚗set for Christmas and since then is an aspiring chemical inventor🧑‍🔬. He works on a paint that makes people and things invisible.👀 Meanwhile his uncle and Shaggy take a nap on the writing desk - as usual... 😴 unfortnatelly Scrappy causes an explosion that blows up the detective office and the jewelry shop right above. 😖At this point the 3 guys already live in the Mystery Machine and have no room for an office anymore. Uncle Shaggaford is enraged and practically fires them. So since Daphne already wanted to work with them as an indepentent investigative reporter they move into one of her large mansions. Daphne funds the "Scooby Detevtives Agency" and "Scooby Headquarters" is born. Always wanted to explain how it came that they all moved in together😉 in the 80's Scooby Doo shows.

Somewhere outhere on the internet is that epic fanfic about these two being separated at birth. Xanatos on the quest for power accidently freeing Ravencroft from Sarah's book (probably via time- or dimensional travel) and first tries to built a bond with his brother but evententually gets betrayed by Ben since he's even more power hungry and less loyal than David. And in the end there is that melodramatic fight of brothers who both seek immortality. I bet someone wrote that story and one day I'll find it, since I'd never be able to write it myself 😅

A Scooby Doo movie spin-off that concentrates on Daphine and Velma. No Fred, no Shaggy, not even Scooby Dooby Doo and no Mystery Machine either only these two girls that are solving a mystery that's going on in Valley High. Sure the jokes and a few puns were kinda corny and a bit campy but it is an underrated spinoff if only they could've brought at least one character to make an cameo. Daphine and Velma is an underrated spinoff movie that is entertaining and a laugh out comedy movie. I don’t remember the Scoob trailer announcing Dick Dastardly as the super villain in the new @wbpictures @scoob so I when I watched the movie, I was so happy to see my all time favorite villainous duo Dick Dastardly and his snickering pup Muttley. I think this was the perfect introduction into creating a whole new franchise of movies featuring our favorite characters from the Hanna-Barbera universe! Pictured is in my original NES Wacky Races game based off of the show. I LOVE THIS GAME! Hopefully @playmobil will also expand into the WB universe further too with SCOOB sets! We will just have to wait and see! What did you think of Scoob? I LOVED IT, and loved that they created a storyline instead of revealing the ghost as old farmer Joe or whatever. Now we have a segue into a whole franchise of films—who could be next?! The Flintstones? The Jetsons? Huckleberry Hound?! ‘Scoob!’ Fails To Discriminate Itself From All Other ‘Scooby-Doo’ Movie

The Warner Bros. 'Scoob debuted on "premium VOD" almost qualifies as a lucky break, not as expected in theatres. It does not distinguish itself from the 33 previous direct-to-DVD / VOD Scooby-Doo despite the vibrant colors and sometimes striking computer animation! Animated attributes. I am not going to say I have seen each one of them, but those I have seen are usually aggregate kid-friendly entertainments that offer the famous detective squad bigger-scale adventures. That is what Scoob is, for better or for worse! Is. Is.

Little is in Scoob! This sounds different, as even the earlier DVD films and live-action movies dabbled in the clearly supernatural. But since Scoob is now a direct-to-VOD release ($20 to rent and $25 to buy), there is sync between his artistic and commercial ambitions. The toon directed by Tony Cervone starts with a charming prolog of "how everyone met everyone else." They end up finding a potential investor in, oh, Simon Cowell, with the children now young adults and eager to venture out into bigger and better mysteries. Shaggy (Will Forte) and Scooby (Frank Welker) manage, in one of several ways, to butcher "In the Shallows," Scoob! Reminds you that it is part of the Warner Media empire, and Cowell says he will only invest his two weakest links in the gang sans. If you think the film is about the Scooby gang wrestling with a balance of friendship and opportunity, you would be wrong because it is just barely coming up again. A heartbroken and dejected Scooby and Shaggy iron out their emotions in the nearest bowling alley before killer robots attack them.

Blue Falcon (Mark Wahlberg), Dee Dee Sykes (Kiersey Clemons), and Dynomutt (Ken Jeong) come to the rescue after an over-long and over-chaotic sequence of action. The diabolical Dick Dastardly (Jason Isaacs) targeted them, because Scooby is the dog needed to bring about the "Dogpocalypse." It is at this point where the film is going off the rails. At the detriment of its otherwise bright humor and classic characters, the film is unnecessarily dependent on frentic action and animated spectacle.

Those specific versions of the Scooby Gang have never been met. As such, using their debut film serving as a backdoor pilot for a "Hanna-Barbera Cinematic Universe" negates what we have cFred (Zac Efron), Daphne (Amanda Seyfried) and Velma (Gina Rodriguez) are glorified cameo stars, spending more time with Blue Falcon (the original Blue Falcon's underpowered son) and his dominant, scolding sidekicks.ome to see, namely this new iteration of the gang engaging with each other and solving mysteries.

Scoob!-Scoob! Repeats the two major failings of modern franchise filmmaking. It stresses the potential and world-building of the cinematic universe over the stand-alone plot and mistakes recent attention in the MCU with an belief in the simplistic concept of superheroes. If kids are not interested in Scoob-Doo, it is not going to improve having him in a superhero costume.  Anyway, no spoilers but Dick Dastardly's motives for his huge storyline are both shocking and similar to a antagonist from a recent large-screen animation film of the past few years, and it intermingles with Shaggy's worries that his human and four-legged mates will betray him. Captain Caveman (Tracy Morgan) has an extended cameo which amuses, but of the three "new" heroes only Dynomutt registers as a comic presence. I am reminded of the animated feature DreamWorks' Penguins of Madagascar that focused on new secret agent characters but forgot to give them a personality. In specific Clemons' Dee Dee gets nothing to do except being hypercompetent and giving "We have to protect them! "Exposure, as if granting her a distinct identity risked her being branded" problematic.

The feature film is much inferior in all cases (Penguins and Scoob!) to the episodic TV incarnations. And this is Scoob's biggest question! It looks stunning and has a few laughs here and there during its 93-minute running time, but it never excuses itself as an expansion of a series that already includes 35 animated direct-to - video features, five live-action features and over 400 episodes of episodic tv shows that date back to 1969. That would have been doubly true had it tried to justify itself as a Warner Bros. A theatrical release for animation.

Just like a novel, Scoob! Is inferior to (for example) Scooby-Doo: The Mystery Begins (which acted as a Batman Begins-type sequel after the two garishly over-the-top promotional features). This cannot hold a candle to the dynamite show Mystery Inc., which was actually Batman: the Scooby-Doo Cartoon Show series, in an illustrated romp. If it seems like I am a grouch over a Scooby-Doo toon, and my eight-year-old loved it, it is because it does not separate itself from the deluge of Scooby-Doo material already Trolls: The World Tour may well have been a respectable theatrical success if it had opened last month as planned. But just Scoob! It is likely a bullet was dodged. Available, which was its primary objective as a cinematic attraction.
