The first episode of 9-1-1 was Buck rescuing a baby.
The season finale of season 6 was Buck delivering his biological baby.
I want the last episode of 9-1-1 to be Buck holding his own baby.

She was practically called out as a chieftain in her own right in her adventure Bible Entry
Also I don't know maybe it's just me lately but I'm getting sick and tired of everybody calling me out the whole under age women shipping fanfiction thing ignoring the fact that most of these things star underage children chances are there going to be the main protagonist and have sexual/romantic plot lines presentation in adventure
It's no more wrong to go there in terms of either fan fake even with self insertion
Then anything else in terms of when in a Rome as it is
You can yes talk about how this affects us as a community which are ultimately appropriating material that is very often despite our claims aimed at it much much younger audience
However I think that's countered by the whole this is very clearly marked and ignores the fact that especially in written format wheel owl f****** type of stuff to go off to kids Who would be her age 14 to 15 also in my knowledge isn't middle school it's high school
Which stopping to think about it probably makes sense and a tribal survival of society she's more or less rich physical maturity she probably is obulating but she is also of the privileged class slash line. Moreover it was probably just the choice and voice direction But she seemed more of a mature woman than say Marcel to me
She is primarily responsible for the defense and leadership of her small unit including directing the dogs and leading strangers effectively on her own while I think she did have an escort at the time even that seemed more along the lines of well she's our leader plus/woman and we don't like leaving those alone
And even then she was all like please I got this
This of course may be another case of different ways different weights on maturity where we have chill chuck apparently having kids at age 14 Possibly dying at 50 but also maybe living 21 100
So you have to wonder if this is lifespan or life expectancy
And of course we can later learn that different races can if they interbreed mature at in consistent or odd rates
Humans are weird in the fact that we spend so long taking a while to mature
So it's possible that other human races if they were altered by the demon as is assumed may have opted for relatively short childhoods with extended adulthoods??

Leed is a Minor!!
“I suppose she would be around her third year in middle school.”
This comment from Daydream Hour is the only info we have for her age/maturity, or orcs' age of maturity in general.
The whole "Bride of Laois" thing doesn't automatically mean that she is mature, it means that orc culture mirrors plenty of real-world cultures that also let women marry at 14/15.
She must be protected at all costs!

Okay but the Rogue throwing the bouquet and the Doctor catching it. The bride's bouquet, superstition signifying the next person who will marry. The Doctor putting on the Rogue's engagement ring.
Its the fantasy era, whats a billion trillion to one when you have coincidence on your side. What story is complete without a marriage.
They are going to find him and they are having that goddamn wedding.

exactly the face i made when i heard her say that line. Kate, what does that mean. did you intend to say “this event may be suspended along your timeline” and misspeak? “along your event” that’s just words. they don’t really click together into any kind of cogent sentence.
unless… is ruby’s life an event?
makes me think of the doctor referring to himself as a “complex space-time event” in boom. ruby’s timeline seems to be getting more unravelled by the minute, what with all the changes and erasures and rewritten histories and alterations to her past and future. she’ll out-complex him if she doesn’t watch out

My current top three contestants for if they decide to reconcile Bucktommy by only mentioning Tommy:
1. "You haven't been baking in a while" "Eh... y-yeah, I don't have to fight the urge anymore... Tommy and I have been talking again"
2. Buck watches others being happy, picks up his phone, dials a number and asks "Hi... So what are you doing on Saturday?"
3. Buck is asked about where he'll live with Eddie being back and he answers "Oh, I'm staying with Tommy, he offered me his guest room" "Judging from your face you aren't using the guest bed, are you?"
All of those options are obviously followed with Buck's Tommy smile

i've said this before and i'll say it again: buffy's role in the reboot should be extremely minimal and mysterious. she shows up once or twice a season to help out with situations and dispense weirdly specific life advice. she may make extremely vague references to what's going on in her life, enough to allow for a whole hell of a lot of fandom speculation and theories, but nothing concrete. and most importantly, we get zero updates on her love life! the last thing i want is a canon endgame for buffy summers.

WHAT WE CLUE IN THE SHADOWS: A FINALE CONSPIRACY BOARD
Tumblr media
So. WWDITS may have the actual balls to do this to us. and I for one am INCREDIBLY excited for the possibility. If you're a WWDITS fan and haven't seen Clue (1985), I highly recommend taking 95 minutes to do so before the finale. Just in case.
Clue is my favorite movie, I have probably seen it upwards of 100 times for real, and I can recite it from memory with 90% accuracy. I also have the pleasure of owning and playing the WWDITS-themed Clue game, which is centered around finding out who stole the witch's skin hat and where in the house they hid it. I don't know if that will play into the finale at all, but it's something to think about.
The thing about Clue (the film), if you aren't aware, is that there are three different endings. On the vhs/dvd, you see all three in a row between 'that's how it could have happened, but what about this?' title cards. In theaters, there were three versions of the movie (labeled A, B, and C) that were dispersed to different theaters, so depending on where and when you went to see it you would see one of 3 endings. (It's kinda unclear which letter corresponded to which originally, so my labels will be assuming a 1:1 comparison between the order of the home version of Clue and the airing order of the WWDITS episodes.) The Clue endings are not all made equal, and on the home version, the final ending is announced as 'what really happened.'
So allow me to take a moment to talk about how the different endings work in context to each other and the film, and how that could translate to three different endings for WWDITS.
CLUE SPOILERS UNDER THE CUT (for real, go watch it)
(last chance to watch Clue go)
Ending#1: "Communism is just a red herring"
Tumblr media
In this ending, the first one that plays in the home version, Miss Scarlet is revealed to be the murderer. She is a snarky, sarcastic madam who runs a "hotel and telephone service to provide men with the company of a young lady for a short while" and has policemen on her payroll. This is what I would consider the expected ending, the one that makes sense for most viewers. It's not shocking, but it's funny and well acted and it makes the most sense. Miss Scarlet has the right personality for murder, was in the most convenient area of the house to commit them, and had Yvette (the maid, formerly one of Miss Scarlet's call girls) committing some of the murders at her direction, so she had enough alibis to not make her too obvious. Many people watching this movie for the first time will have her high on their suspect list.
This ending also dismisses the idea of 'dangerous communism' that had been a thread throughout the film (as it is set in 1953 during the second Red Scare) as a misdirection. Miss Scarlet isn't stealing government secrets to betray the US; she's doing it to make money. The real danger all along was capitalism, something that s6 of WWDITS has said repeatedly.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
So, to recap, this is the Standard Ending. The Second Best ending. Version B.
Tumblr media
Ending #2: "Mrs. Peacock did it all."
Tumblr media
This one, played second in the home version, is in my opinion the weakest ending. It reveals Mrs. Peacock, the neurotic, hysterical, and allegedly politically corrupt wife of a senator, as the murderer. She's hilarious and fantastic to watch throughout the whole film and I love her, but this charm drops after the reveal and she becomes cold and drab as she threatens her way to safety. She committed all the murders herself, which would be very difficult to achieve with the tight timing and her position in the basement during the search.
She ends up being caught outside the house by a police inspector, who had earlier shown up disguised as an evangelist telling her to "repent, the kingdom of heaven is at hand." Interestingly, they originally filmed him immediately shooting her dead without provocation, but they thought that was too dark and edited it into an arrest instead (which is why there is such a quick cut after he pulls his gun, and we only hear her rather than see her after that). This is the 'repent for your sins' ending. You do bad things, bad things happen to you.
Tumblr media
The obligatory "it's always who you least expect" ending. The Still-Good-But-Not-The-Best Ending. Version C.
Tumblr media
Ending #3: "You're Mr. Boddy!"
Tumblr media
This is "how it really happened" - the twist ending! The hero was the villain, the villain was just a pawn, and everyone committed a murder in the house to cover their own asses. Prof Plum killed the fake Mr. Boddy, Miss Scarlet killed the cop, Mrs. Peacock killed Mrs. Ho (the cook), Mrs. White killed Yvette, Colonel Mustard killed the motorist, and Wadsworth/Mr. Boddy killed the singing telegram girl.
Mr. Green, who reveals he works for the FBI, kills Wadsworth/Mr. Boddy and arrests the rest of the cast. Understandably the best and most exciting ending (though not without some plot holes) that everyone loves. We get a surprising reveal from two of our main characters that not only changes the context with how you view them, but informs aspects of their character that have been there throughout the film! Now we understand why Wadsworth retained control of the house and the timeline of events, why he was so familiar with the house, and why this entire thing was orchestrated in the first place. We also understand why the cowardly and clumsy Mr. Green was consistently the first to jump to help and defend the other characters, even when it meant putting himself if physical danger. Unfortunately this ending also suggests that he was only pretending to be gay (wouldn't that be a twist for Guillermo lol), but he could also just be in a lavender marriage which is what I choose to believe.
This ending also has the iconic 'flames on the side of my face' scene and repeats 'communism is a red herring', this time in the context of Mr. Boddy's intention to continue blackmailing them all now that they have taken care of anyone who could have pointed the finger at him.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
This is the True Ending. The twist you didn't expect but are delighted to find. The 'nothing was as it seemed' endng. The ending that is the most intentional and complete, where everyone gets to shine. Version A.
Tumblr media
So what will we be doing in those shadows?
We can assume that e11 will not revolve around finding a murderer, but it does, from what we've seen in the trailer, revolve around making a wife for the monster. Do we get three different wives? Three different actors to play her? Three different superhero identities for Nandor and Guillermo? Three different levels of nandermo: one with a handshake, one with a hug, one with a kiss? Three different explanations for the origin and/or purpose of the documentary? (this is my personal favorite) Or is each ending entirely divorced from the other? Only time will tell.
What I'm leaning toward is that each episode will come up to the same turning point - a decision, a reveal, etc. The first two versions will have reasonable possibilities, the first less surprising but more enjoyable than the second, and the third... The third will be what really happened, and pull a twist no one saw coming. Perhaps even a character will reveal a hidden identity. Maybe, just maybe...we get Simon the Devious.
I only hope the order of the episodes doesn't change between channels or time zones because that will make things very confusing when liveblogging it in the group chat lmao.

I know this probably won't ever happen on the show, but I need Bobby to make either a traditionally Mexican or a traditionally Indian dish for Eddie/Ravi because we haven't seen him do many different cultural dishes and Bobby says he made it less spicy than the recipe called for (because of course he did).
So we see everyone eating and the only ones who aren't sweating and reaching for their water are Ravi, Eddie, and Chimney because the dishes in their cultures are already spicy. They're just chilling, complimenting Bobby on how well he cooked the dish. Meanwhile, Bobby is regretting his decision to make a spicy dish as he keeps having to take sips of his water in between bites.
Also, I need to see Ravi add even more spice to his plate because "It's too bland for my tastes." Because I feel like he'd do that. (I'm projecting my Indian mother onto him, okay.)

Gortash designs and builds mechanisms so I imagine he has to be able to sketch fairly decently in order to sketch his projects and designs. And I'm imagining a pile of charcoal sketches of Durge, done over their entire acquaintance, starting out with sketches of them in battle and then slowly becoming more detailed and intimate and as they do, the titles changing from things like "The Bhaalspawn" and "Bhaal's Chosen at Their Bloody Work" to "The Chosen in Contemplation" and finally just Durge's name

My favourite thing from the new episodes is the lore they're building around Gods (or those from outside the universe) being able to interact with the 4th wall.
I cant quite remember but I think the Toymaker made a few nods to it? The Maestro absolutely did. They took the 4th wall and said hey babes! Pay attention to me ;) right now ;) LOOK AT ME
But the DOCTOR. Oh my god the DOCTOR Literally saying "I thought that was non-diagetic" The fact he can hear the shows backing music!!! (Does he just tune it out normally??) Absolutely insane concept i love it.
You could argue they alluded to this with the 12th Doctor playing the show's theme tune but to outright state it. My god where are they going with this i am obsessed
Similarly him winking to the camera at the end. Very reminicent of the 4th doctor skirting the same line.
But to have what were little silly allisions pointed out and clearly wrapped into the story? As a way of showing showing us WHO is godlike and WHO has connections to outside the universe? Again i am obsessed.
I'm guessing it will tie into their continued explorations of the Timeless Child. I am so excited to find out. I am so excited for more silly 4th wall breakers or perhaps one who makes it terrifying.
As a last, this also implies Mrs Flood is a God. Not surprising but interesting... I have absolutely no idea what to make of any of this.

is it just me, or does that sound like a reminder a director would give an actor right as they’re about to launch into a scene?
“and, from the top, Ruby, you’re standing in the street, on the phone to your own mother.”
or stage directions in a screenplay: RUBY, standing in the STREET, on the phone to MOTHER.
nothing to do with me.
we’ve been thinking susan twist is “The Director”, but what if she’s not? what if she’s a helpful member of the crew, trying to get through to Ruby and the Doctor in whatever ways she can; and The Director is actually Mrs Flood?

Ok this is an absolute pipe dream but this is how I hope the new Life Series works:
EvoSMP themed, obviously
The series starts with the most up to date Minecraft, on a relatively small chunk. Each episode, a portal opens to the previous version of Minecraft.
Players can travel freely through the portals, but they risk their items changing or disappearing if they don't exist in the version they're hopping to.
Things I want to see from this:
Time travel chases
Near misses and chance deaths because players tried to use a mechanic (like jump-critting) that doesn't exist in the version they hopped to
Long term Minecraft knowledge being an asset instead of raw PvP skill
Grian out-loring Martyn just because he can
Jimmy win

I think that Saraqael is one to watch. She recognized the purple energy burst, she could at least sense Goob/Jim when he fanned the Terry Pratchett book in her face. And wasn't a jerk boss to Muriel like the other Archangels.
But. Very importantly. She recognized Crowley in Heaven in his (atrocious) angel disguise, wasn't accusatory, and USED HIS CHOSEN NAME. Didn't deadname him, remembering their work on the Horsehead Nebula (pictured). And she, and Muriel, have elements of PURPLE in their clothing. I think she could be an ally to Aziraphale and/or see him if Metatron tries to conceal him (theoretically, obviously me speculating).
Also: as a wheelchair user, I WHOOPED when she made her OWN RAMP into the bookshop.🥰
