#pikachu #anime #sniffer #here we are with a very nice combination angle #something i would consider both an anime and a sniffer #pikachu is also simultaneously overrated and underrated at the same time #like okay. pikachu is so easy to just see as the pokémon mascot. i think there's a lot of arguments that pikachu is overrated #just because it's the mascot and you see it everywhere. but here's the thing. here's the trick to liking pikachu more #have or know of a really good pikachu OC that you think of every time you see pikachu. for example‚ a pmd character #they're easy examples bc pikachu is playable in every pmd game. then‚ you'll always associate pikachu with that pokémon #and every time you see pikachu‚ you go. holy shit. it's [name of character]#and you start to like it way more. that's what i did. it worked for me #now i love pikachu and i think it's great. every time i get something with pikachu on it because that's 99% of the pokémon merch #that exists on the planet‚ i go. hehe. it is merch of The Character

I don’t know how aware you are of fanfiction, but the leading ACGAS-ship, or relationship, is Siegfried and Mrs Hall. How do you view that relationship and the fan response to it?

SAM: I don’t read fanfic and perhaps I should, although I would be wary of reading fanfiction about Mrs Hall and Siegfried, only because it might give us ideas! It’s a fascinating relationship based on a very strict and well-established principle, which is that I employ her. I call her Mrs Hall and she calls me Mr Farnon.

At the same time, the real power in the house is Mrs Hall, and I’m wise enough not to question that. It would be extremely unusual for them to have a relationship, but nothing is impossible. I am enormously grateful for her presence and, increasingly, for her wisdom, kindness, and attention. And that is likely to become more important, not less. They’re two people with important histories of marriage, heartbreak, and their own problems with children — either having them or not having them.

And one of the wonderful things about All Creatures Great and Small is that things never happen too slowly. More and more, we’ve rightly chosen to put off emotional payoffs. So I would say to people holding a candle for Siegfried and Mrs Hall, “Never say never.” I haven’t seen the scripts for series four, so I don’t know what happens, but professionally, I’ve never been happier than when working with Anna Madeley. I love her portrayal of Mrs Hall, and Siegfried does too. Beyond that, who knows?

I would love to see it.

SAM: They’re sort of married already. You can tell a lot of story just by holding hands.

#the great lakes represent 1 million childhood summers 4 me and it was so special to come here w my gf hehe #felt good + right #the dog was truly the most excited he’s ever been to hang out at a cabin and chase robins and watch the woods and follow closel #on everyone’s heels #he’s a weirdo lmao #i love him tho #i ate very much smoked fish and pickled veggies naturally #came back covered in mosquito bites and my hair kind of giving disheveled hobbit but it was a nice trip #felt rly good to be outside so much while there r some rly scary stressful things going on in my personal life #i possibly have to take an emergency trip to my hometown to do something very scary and serious and hard to help somebody #but it was nice to be smelling the north woods while i plan it lol #also rare time i like a pic of me that’s candid and smiling !!!!! feels weird to see me like that like how the world sees me haha #i look happy :-)#personal
