Note: feel free to comment, criticize and point out any mistakes all is appreciated 💗
Sorry this is kind of short but I’m trying to change that in future fics :)
Pairing: Stiles Stilinski x reader
Warnings: kissing? And a suggestive comment, fluff
You lay on Stiles' bed, doodling hearts on his cast. Playing lacrosse with a group of werewolves had unsurprisingly turned out to be a bad idea, resulting in a trip to the ER due to a broken arm. Fortunately, it was only a practice session, so not too many people witnessed him wailing in pain and refusing anyone's help, which, of course, made you and the whole squad burst into fits of laughter.
"My big baby," you teased, signing your name with even more hearts next to it and putting down the marker. "My reaction was 100% understandable, so I have no idea what you mean," Stiles turned his face away from you. "Imagine getting body-slammed to the ground by a 170-pound dude charging at you THAT fast," he added, turning toward you with a raised eyebrow.
"Whose great idea was it to let you play, anyway? Oh right, it was you," you shook your head, getting a weak smile from Stiles. "Well, at least cause you're not playing, I have you all to myself." You propped yourself up and met his face, leaning in for a kiss. "And because you're such a big baby, I'll help out with anything you need as your arm heals and all."
"Anything?" Stiles asked with a smirk. You gave him a light chuckle in response. "Really Stiles?," you said, planting another kiss on his face

It’s Not All In Your Head (Teen Wolf: Stiles Stilinski)
Tumblr media
I KNOW THIS IS KIND OF A DYING FANDOM SO IF YOU LIKE THIS PLEASE REBLOG/SHARE/LIKE!! IM CURRENTLY REWATCHING SO IM FEELING QUITE INSPIRED BY THESE CHARACTERS!
this was formerly posted on my blog as “Unexpected” with a 1.5k word count, but I wrote it over two years ago and wanted to rewrite some things and add some more plot. So this really is a different story now, deserving of a new title and song that fits the vibe
pairing: female reader (she/her) x Stiles Stilinski
summary: When you find yourself mixed up in the mysterious supernatural world of Beacon Hills, a town you’ve grown up in your whole life, you find an unlikely ally in the form of Stiles Stilinski. The boy you’ve despised and admired for the last half of your life.
notes/warnings: small mentions of familial death, mention of dead body
word count: 3.3k
Getting out of bed this morning was rough.
Head rushing and pounding with the adrenaline from the night before.
It couldn’t be, right?
Everything you experienced last night wasn’t real, or at least that’s what you tried to tell yourself.
You couldn’t explain how you ended up in the woods in the middle of the night.
Hearing voices in your head, it was almost as if you had been summoned there.
⋆˖⁺‧₊☽◯☾₊‧⁺˖⋆
This was the second time in your life that you couldn’t push the voices away.
It had only happened once before this, right before your grandmother passed.
She had been in hospice for the last few months and hadn’t been doing well.
You begged your mom to let you skip school that day to visit her, but she insisted that the last time she had spoken to the nurse, everything was fine.
You got called out of class early that day, your mother rushing you over to the nursing home so that your grandmother would be surrounded by family in her last moments.
Neither of you had brought up how you somehow knew you needed to be there, but the coincidence never left your mind.
Tonight felt like that day from a few months ago.
As you sat at your desk doing homework you could hear distant muffled voices, the words weren’t clear, but they started getting louder.
You huffed, pushing your chair back as you got up.
Walking down the hallway you expected to turn the corner and see your younger brother blasting the tv at the highest volume, but you were met with the deafening silence of the dark and empty living room.
The voices continued as you wandered around the house, growing louder as you followed them outside into the back yard.
You looked back at your house before sneaking out the side gate.
The streets were empty as you walked down the sidewalk, making left and right turns when they felt right.
It wasn’t until you reached the entrance to the Beacon Hills Preserve that you snapped back to reality and truly took in your surroundings.
You barely enjoyed running through here when it was cross country season, you certainly wouldn’t have chosen to come here in the middle of the night.
Walking further into the woods, you reached a small clearing.
A large wood trunk sat in the middle of the clearing, a sizeable figure laying on top of it.
As you got closer you began to make out shapes; an arm, a leg, it was a body.
You stopped a few feet short of the stump, your eyes widening in horror as they focused in on the lifeless eyes of the body before you.
It was a dead body.
You couldn’t do anything but scream at the top of your lungs.
The murmured voices quickly stopped and were soon replaced by a different set of voices.
They grew louder as did the footsteps as they approached.
“Y/N!” Scott and Lydia exclaimed at the same time.
You turned around quickly, fear painted on your features as you attempted to speak.
“I—I don’t…”
Lydia stepped forward, wrapping her arm around your shoulder as she walked you away from the body.
“Y/L/N?” you heard another voice arise.
It was the first time you really noticed that he was there.
“Stilinski,” you greeted back.
“What are you doing out here?” he asked.
“You know the usual, finding dead bodies in the woods, you?”
Hearing his scoff, you smirked to yourself, it was so easy to rile him up.
It didn’t seem like the appropriate time to be making jokes, but with Stiles the sarcasm and witty comebacks were hard to swallow back.
It was almost refreshing to be joking with him in that moment.
Whispering among themselves, you stood quietly looking around, of course your attention still drawn to the body splayed on the trunk a few feet behind them.
Their whispering soon came to an end and Lydia and Stiles stepped forward.
Taking your arm again, Lydia turned you around so that you were now walking in the direction that you came from.
“Y/N, did you walk here?” Lydia asked concernedly.
“Yeah, I—” you were about to explain how you felt drawn here.
“…yeah” you answered quietly.
She turned her head to give Scott and Stiles a worried look.
You know what this might have looked like to your classmates.
Standing over a dead body in the middle of the woods, late at night.
“C’mon, Stiles will take us home. It’s probably not the safest idea to be out now.”
“What about Scott?” you asked unsurely.
“Believe me, Scott knows how to handle his own,” Stiles replied while slightly increasing his speed so that he was now walking in front of you and Lydia.
You weren’t exactly sure what he meant by that, but you chose not to ask too many questions.
As you crawled into the back of Stiles’s Jeep you didn’t know what to think.
You were terrified about the discovery you made in the woods and the unexplainable feeling that you had that could have possibly led you there.
Terrified at the thought of your classmates, also walking around the woods at the same time and seemingly not as concerned about a body as you were.
The low hum of the radio filled the awkward silence as they drove you home, only speaking up when you had to direct Stiles.
As he pulled up in front of your driveway, you quickly thanked them and got out, trying your best to get to the front door.
Stiles was quick to shut off the car and follow you.
“Y/LN!” he called.
You brushed it off as if you had not heard him, quickening your steps as you got closer.
“Y/N!” he called again.
You rounded on your feet quickly, Stiles stopping abruptly as he almost ran into you.
“What?” you exhaled tiredly, your eyes watering slightly as they met with his.
“What could you possibly say right now?” you asked.
“I just—I wanted to make sure you were okay,” he spoke up.
“No Stiles, I am not okay. None of this is okay.”
He nodded understandingly.
He reached up slightly, so that his hand was barely hovering above your elbow.
You swore you could feel the heat radiating from his body being so close.
As you glanced down, he quickly dropped his hand back down to his side.
“I’ll see you tomorrow,” he stated matter of factly.
You looked back up to give him a small nod.
He waited for you to go inside and only turned to leave when he heard the lock click.
You did not see it, but Lydia gave him a pointed look as he walked back to the car.
“Shut up,” he said as he started the jeep.
“I didn’t say anything,” Lydia smiled back.
That night you laid in bed, staring at the ceiling.
Every time you closed your eyes you saw the lifeless eyes of the body staring back at you.
Before you knew it, sleep had consumed your whole body and your thoughts and fears of the night slowly melted away.

*BEEP BEEP BEEP*
You quickly awoke to the sound of your alarm clock blaring.
Immediately hitting snooze, you debated skipping school all together.
It’s not like you didn’t like school, it was quite the opposite.
You were doing extremely well in all your classes, involved in every club and team you thought would make your college application stand out, and you had a great group of supportive friends.
Thinking about the possible run in with Scott or Lydia and the inevitable run in with Stiles, since you shared so many classes, was more than your anxiety allowed you to handle.
Grabbing your bag, you headed to the kitchen, grabbing a granola bar and your keys from the counter as you said goodbye to your mom.
Walking to the driver’s door you were startled when a car horn honking caught your attention.
Looking up you were shocked to see Stiles and his infamous jeep, windows down as he blocked your driveway.
“Stilinski, get the hell out of the way. You’re going to make me late for school.”
“Yup, that’s the plan. Get in Y/L/N,” he replied.
Rolling your eyes, you walked over to his car. He nodded at you to get in.
You stood, looking unamused.
He huffed before getting out the driver’s side and walking around the front of the car.
He brushed past you, opening the passenger door, his eyes silently pleading with you to get in.
“Okay, okay!” you exclaimed, climbing into the passenger seat.
The radio was low, and you quietly hummed along as you passed the houses on your street.
After a few wrong turns you had finally turned to Stiles,
“Where are we going?” you asked.
“I thought you were taking me to school,” you huffed, annoyance clear in your voice.
“I never said that, I said I was going to make you late,” Stiles replied, an attitude in his voice similar to yours.
Rolling your eyes, you turned in your seat, resuming the activity of watching the world outside the car window quickly pass.
After about another 10 minutes you had pulled into a driveway of a cute looking house.
“Is this your house?” you asked confused.
“Yeah, now c’mon,” he answered, quickly turning off the car and getting out.
You followed him into the house and to his room.
Your eyes scanned his room, blue walls littered with posters and clothes thrown on the floor with little regard.
Typical, you thought to yourself.
If you looked under the bed you were sure you would probably find playboy magazines covered in some sort of body fluid.
You shivered at the thought.
What was strange was the wall by his desk.
Red yarn creating a maze as it led from one photo to another. Confusing words and maps printed alongside.
You watched as Stiles threw his backpack onto the chair.
“Don’t worry my dad isn’t home, so no one will interrupt us.”
You gave him a surprised and teasing look, insinuating that his words were some sort of innuendo, before he quickly spoke again.
“Jesus Y/N, I didn’t mean it like that.”
You chuckled softly, before letting your eyes roam around some more.
“I just meant, there’s some things I need to ask you about, you know, about last night?” he continued.
Stiles noticed you visibly harden at the mention of last night.
He knew why Scott and them were there.
But you?
That was a question still left unanswered.
Taking a seat on his bed, you sighed.
“What were you doing in the woods Y/N?” he asked more directly.
“I honestly don’t know,” you said unconvincingly.
“I mean, I could be asking you the same thing. Your dad’s the Sheriff, right? I wonder what he would have to say about you and your friends hanging around dead bodies in the woods.”
This caught Stiles’s attention.
“Ok, let’s not get crazy. And don’t forget, we found you over the dead body,” he reminded you.
“And what exactly were the three of you doing out there? Taking a late-night stroll in the moonlight,” you remarked accusingly.
“Listen Y/N. This is serious, there’s a lot going on in Beacon Hills. A lot that I can’t really explain right now. So please, let’s try and be honest with one another.”
“I don’t know how to be honest without sounding absolutely crazy,” you confessed.
“I promise you, nothing that you say to me right now will sound crazy. Just try me,” he smiled reassuringly.
He kneeled in front of you, now at eye level as you slowly nodded.
“Well, like you said, there’s a lot that can’t be explained, and I can’t really explain what happened. I was at home all night when I started hearing these voices—I.”
Stiles grabbed your hand as you stuttered, a silent comfort urging you to continue.
“It was like they were calling me. I mean I’ve heard voices before, they’re always different. Most of the time I can convince myself that I’m just imagining things, but this time was different. This time they wouldn’t stop. So, I just walked and walked, and next thing I knew I was in the woods and the voices had stopped. And that’s when I ran into you guys,” you said, finishing your account of events.
Stiles seemed less surprised and confused than you had thought he would.
“Y/N, do you know what this means!” he said, realization settling in his eyes as he started piecing things together.
You got up quickly, dropping his hand as you began pacing his room, the fear and confusion of the night before flooding back.
“No, Stiles, not really. I have no idea what any of this means,” you exclaimed, the fear evident in your voice.
His eyes softened as he took in your state.
“Okay, hey! It’s ok. We’re going to figure this out. I’m going to help you figure this out.”
“Figure out what? Stiles, this really isn’t making sense,” you exclaimed as you stopped pacing to face him.
“You said you’ve heard these voices before, right?” he asked.
“Yeah, once…”
“When?”
“What?” you looked at him confusedly.
“When did you hear these voices?” he pressed.
“Right before my grandmother passed,” you confessed smally.
“This is going to sound insane,” Stiles started.
“More insane than a girl who hears voices?” you interrupted.
“I think I know what’s going on.”
He got up from the bed, motioning for you to follow him to the desk, rifling through papers and a big leather-bound book, before stopping on a page.
Across the top you read Banshee.
You had read about Banshees before when you took a dual enrollment literature and folklore class.
You looked at Stiles with an angry and pointed look.
“Stilinski what the fuck is this?”
He was taken aback by your shift in demeanor.
“Is this funny to you?”
“What? No, Y/N, just list—"
“No, this is just too much. I thought you really cared about how I was feeling and if this is just you and your friend’s idea of a twisted joke, I don’t want any part of this.”
“Y/N I CAN EXPLAIN!” he continued.
You grabbed your stuff and ran out of the room, letting your long strides carry you further and further away from Stiles’s house.
As you walked through the school parking lot, you turned to find that stupid blue jeep following behind you.
Pulling up next to you, Stiles rolled his window down.
“Y/N!”
You stopped abruptly, causing him to slam on the brakes.
“Stiles, leave me alone.”
“Please Y/N, if you won’t talk to me just, please talk to Lydia or Scott. They’ll explain everything.”
You shook your head at him before walking away.
⋆˖⁺‧₊☽◯☾₊‧⁺˖⋆
You had gone almost the rest of the day, successfully avoiding Stiles and his friends.
There was a close call at lunch when you saw Scott and Stiles standing on opposite sides of you a few feet away. Your friend was a saving grace as she appeared next to you, demanding to know why you were so late as she yanked you away to a table across the cafeteria.
However, as you sat in AP Government, your luck was wearing thin when Stiles chose to sit right next to you.
You glanced over to him, an annoyed look covering your face. To which he gave a cocky smirk and wave.
You angled yourself slightly so that you were facing away from him while still being able to sit forward in your desk.
As your teacher began the lesson you did your best to ignore Stiles’ constant attempts to get your attention.
From excessively tapping his foot and pencil, nudging the edge of your desk with his shoe, and leaning over the aisle so that he was now in your personal space.
“Y/N, c’mon,” he pleaded quietly.
“I’m trying to learn about our constitutional right to contraceptives, shut up,” you angrily whispered back.
“Y/N—” he continued.
“STILES SHUT UP!” you exclaimed.
Your teacher fell silent as she looked up to see you and Stiles sheepishly sinking into your seats.
“Ms. Y/L/N and Mr. Stilinski, am I interrupting your social time?”
“No, Mrs. Thomson,” you answered embarrassedly.
“Right, well if you don’t mind, I’d like to get back to teaching. The two of you can catch up in detention.”
You groaned, turning to look at Stiles who had a satisfying grin on his lips.
After a grueling 40 more minutes, class ended, and you were reminded of your unfair punishment as you watched your classmates pack up around you.
Mrs. Thomson wrote an assignment on the board, before packing her bag to leave.
As she walked out of the class, she gave the both of you a pointed look, a silent threat that you would be in more trouble if you did not actually stay to finish the assignment.
You were surprised to find that Stiles remained silent for the first couple minutes of detention.
He seemed preoccupied with whoever he was texting.
Unfortunately, the silence was short-lived when Lydia, quickly followed by Scott and Kira, walked in.
This wasn’t just any detention; this was an ambush.
“This cannot be happening right now,” you sighed, your hands rubbing your face as Stiles chuckled.
“Brought reinforcements this time,” he joked.
Your eyes quickly darted to his, shutting him up instantly.
“Y/N—” Lydia started.
“Look, I’m not sure how you got involved with these two idiots,” you motioned to Scott and Stiles before continuing.
“But I’m not sure what else to say about last night.”
“We understand that this is confusing,” Kira spoke up.
“I really don’t know what you guys keep referring to.”
“Y/N YOU’RE A BANSHEE,” Lydia spoke next.
Your eyes widened at her statement.
“ARE YOU ALL ON DRUGS?” you exclaimed.
“Like me…you’re a banshee like me,” she finished quietly.
They must be on drugs.
“The supernatural, it exists, we exist…” Scott spoke up, looking around the group as he finished.
“We?” you questioned; confusion clearly etched on your face.
“Banshee” Lydia raised her hand, answering with a sense of confidence as if it was the most obvious thing in the world.
You turned to Kira, her eyes turning a fiery orange as she answered, “Kitsune, it’s from Ja—”
“Japanese culture, I know,” you quickly finished for her. Your eyes softened as you shifted your focus to Scott.
“Werewolf,” Scott answered, his eyes glowing a bright red as he looked at you.
“Okay…so, what are you, a life-sucking vampire?” you asked, turning to Stiles with a mocking grin.
“I’m—I’m nothing,” Stiles replied.
“So, the body in the woods? They were killed by something supernatural?” you questioned.
They all nodded their heads.
“And I was called to it because, I’m a Banshee?” you tried clarifying.
“Pretty much,” Stiles replied smartly.
“And what are you guys, some sort of super squad?” you joked.
“We help people who can’t help themselves,” Scott answered earnestly.
A moment of silence passed over the group as they allowed you to process all the new information you had learned.
“Can I drive you home?” Stiles asked.
You looked around before nodding, a small grin on your face before you spoke up.
“I would hope so, you kind of kidnapped me this morning.”
He rolled his eyes before letting out a genuine laugh.
“C’mon loser,” he said, as he started getting out of his seat.
“What about detention? You are the reason we got it in the first place?”
“Me? You were the one screaming in the middle of class!”
“Because you were bothering me!”
Lydia, Kira, and Scott looked to one another, silently agreeing to leave the two of you to figure it out.
There was a lot you didn’t know about the supernatural world in Beacon Hills, but what you did know was that you now had a group of people committed to helping you figure it out.

Worry
Stiles Stilinski x reader
Main Masterlist Requests
Tumblr media
(1.0k words)
Lacrosse. A sport that you would have never known about unless the love of your life was on the team. You weren’t a very sporty girl but you would never pass on the chance to watch a bunch of hot, sweaty boys run around a field. The only problem was that the one boy you wanted to see was always on the bench.
You went to each game, but Stiles never got to play. You’ve seen him during practice and he wasn’t bad.
You have been friends with Scott and Stiles since you guys were kids. You've also been in love with Stiles for years. You loved the way he was always able to make you laugh.
When Scott became a werewolf and you were all introduced to the supernatural, your life was turned upside down. But Stiles was always there to make you smile and make a serious situation less hard to get through.
This was probably the most nerve wracking game you've ever been to, simply because Gerard was threatening us to give him Derek.
Eventually you heard the Sheriff, who's sitting next to you, question why Stiles was on the field. You looked for the number 24 to find that Stiles actually was on the field and was starting to play.
By the end of the game, your voice was gone from all the cheering you did. Stiles scored so many goals as well as the final, winning goal.
The excitement was cut short when the lights go out and chaos surrounds you. You follow the Sheriff down to the field and find Jackson bleeding out on the field.
You turn towards the Sheriff to find him looking for something, or someone. It doesn't take you long to figure out what's wrong.
"Where's Stiles? Where the hell is my son?" you hear the Sheriff call out before you start to dissociate. You just knew that Gerard took Stiles and you had no way of helping to get him back.
Everyone was looking for Stiles, including the Pack. You weren't much help with the state you were in, so you joined the Sheriff at his home.
"We're going to find him Y/n, I know we will," Mr Stilinski tried soothing you as well as himself. He sat next to you on Stiles' bed and gave you a tight hug, telling you, "You really should go home and rest, I'll call you if we find anything out."
"I can't possibly rest while Stiles is out there, god knows where," you start crying. This would be one of the few times you actually wished you were a werewolf so you could be useful and out looking for him.
"Why don't you stay here and I'll get you something to eat. I know you haven't eaten since before the game yesterday," Mr. Stilinski offered. You silently nodded your head before settling into Stiles pillows. You don't remember falling asleep.
Stiles POV
Gerard let me go. When I finally got home and hugged my dad, I had to lie to him about what happened, telling him some punks beat me up. Gerard really got to me, I felt insecure and useless, not that I could tell my father this.
When my dad and I calmed down a bit more, he told me about Y/n.
"I think she was more worried than I was, if that's possible," he told me.
"Is she okay?" I asked, concerned. I felt even worse that I had worried her.
"She's okay. Hasn't eaten in awhile but she fell asleep on your bed. You should let her sleep," he sighed. He gave me one final hug before making calls to the sheriff office to tell them what happened.
I decided to go up to see Y/n. Quietly making my way into my room, I saw her laying peacefully in-between my blankets. She looked so beautiful laying there. I sat on the bed next to her, softly stroking her hair knowing it calmed her down.
Your POV
You woke up to the feeling of someone playing with your hair. It felt so nice, that you almost went back to sleep but quickly got up realizing who was near. Upon seeing Stiles, you immediately wrapped him in a hug so quick and tight he fell back on the bed from the impact.
"You're okay! Oh my god, you're okay," you cried. You hugged him in silence, him stroking your back before he decided to say something.
"So I heard you were worried about me," he awkwardly joked.
You let go of him, slapping his arm, "Of course I was worried about you, how could I not."
It was then that you saw his face, or more importantly the scratches on his cheek.
"What the hell happened?" you questioned, holding his face still so you could properly examine his cheek.
"Gerard kicked the shit out of me, no big deal," he softly responded.
"It's a big deal to me Stiles," you whispered. "I hate seeing you hurt."
"If it makes you feel better, it only hurts when I smile," he then smiled, before wincing.
"Now is not a time for jokes, Stiles. I really missed you," you confessed.
He softly grabbed your face, forcing you to look at him, "Well I'm right here, it's okay."
You were so close to his face that you felt his breath on your cheeks. You looked at his lips before quickly averting your gaze to your lap.
Stiles let out a shaky breath before taking a hold of your hands. He stared lovingly at you, building the courage to finally kiss you after all these years.
He found the courage when you finally looked back up at him. You were surprised to feel soft lips on yours, stealing your breath. Kissing Stiles was dizzying. It was a good thing that he grabbed your waste or else you would have fallen over.
When the kiss was over you whispered, "What was that for?"
"I've been in love with you forever," He nervously replied, almost too quick for you to hear. But you did.
You giggled at him before giving him a big kiss on his unhurt cheek, "Good, me too."
Stiles just smiled at you like a dork. Your dork. You couldn't wait for all the laughs that were sure to come your way while being with Stiles.

Comfort || Stiles Stilinski x fem!Reader
a/n: if you’re interested, i am writing a stiles stilinski x fem!oc on my wattpad linked here: veggiekiwi
Tumblr media
warnings: angst, mentions of death
words: 897
“I’m so tired.”
Were the three words that finally broke you, hearing them uttered from your boyfriend’s mouth.
Your eyes widened with fear as you turned to Stiles, who was attempting to sleep next to you, after a week of nightmares, waking up screaming - he had probably gotten a total of 8 hours of sleep in the past week. Your heart broke at the sight of him looking at you, something unexplainable swam in his whiskey irises illuminated by the moonlight.
“Oh Stiles,” you whispered, turning your body towards his, your hand traveling to his pale cheek. He was cold, which scared you, and he was crying, which scared you even more. Stiles was never known to break easily, he was a man of honor, portrayed himself as strong, when inside he saw himself as weak.
“I don’t know what to do anymore,” he admitted quietly, tears falling down his nose as he stared into your eyes, “I’m afraid to sleep (Y/N),” he paused. His own larger hand goes to your chin, brushing it softly before retracting it, “I'm afraid.”
You felt like sobbing right then and there, hearing those words fall from his mouth. After the past year of fighting supernatural, it was rare to hear Stiles admit to something like that, after his father almost got sacrificed, after almost losing you. He had to be strong, and especially in front of you.
It wasn’t your turn to be comforted though, instead it was his. You pulled his body into yours, his head resting under yours as you kissed the top of his head, his shoulders beginning to rack with sobs, “I just want to sleep Y/N. I’m tired of these nightmares, the days I think I’m dreaming-” He cut himself off, wrapping his strong arms around your lower frame, they almost felt weak.
You shushed him slowly, stroking his hair in comfort. Truthfully, you didn’t know what to say, you hadn’t gone through what the boy did, so you let him cry into your chest, holding him as much as needed, letting him release the feelings he was keeping within himself.
“It’s okay my love,” you began to whisper, “It’s okay to be tired, you’ve gone through so much, you’re only 17.” You continued to stroke the boy's hair, one hand moving to his back, “You’re the strongest person I know, Stiles.” You admitted, and this was true, out of the whole pack, you truly believed it.
The boy in your arms shook his head slowly, “That’s just it (Y/N),” he whispered, moving from your grasp to meet your eyes, “I’m not strong, I feel so weak. I’m human, I can’t do things the way you can, the way Scott can, I can’t do anything.”
You furrowed your eyebrows at the revelation of the boy's feelings, “Stiles…” You began, your voice low, “That’s not true,” you shook your head, your hands going to the boys under eyes wiping away the tears that continued to fall. “You’re the smartest, strongest person I’ve ever met. You are constantly there for the pack, we can always count on you for anything.” You kissed the boy's cheek tenderly, “You always figure shit out.” You smiled weakly at this statement, hoping to cheer the boy up, which you did slightly. His eyes lit up as they stared into your own.
He shook his head, wiping his tears haphazardly, “You don’t get it.”
Your heart shattered at these words, your eyes casting downward to your legs entangled with his. He was right, you didn’t get it, you never really would. But that wouldn't stop you from trying to understand, Stiles needed you to, whether he knew it or not.
It was silent for a while, your eyes drifting back up to the boy in front of you, his eyes already on you. “I couldn’t have done any of it without you (Y/N),” he spoke, his voice hoarse from crying. His hand moved to your cheek.
You held a small smile at his touch, something that’s always comforted you, “We couldn’t have done it without you. I couldn’t have done it without you Stiles.
His head shook, “I almost lost you (Y/N),” his voice broke with these words, tears fell again at the thought of that fateful night, you in his arms, dying. “There was nothing I could do to save you, I couldn’t take your pain, I couldn’t heal you-“ you cut him off, your gentle hand going to his chin.
“Stiles.” your soft voice echoing in his ears, “I don’t need that from you, what you did, holding me there, comforting me,” you stopped yourself, attempting to hold yourself together, thinking about the way he begged and pleaded for you to be okay that night. “You were everything I needed Stiles.” you pursed your lips, pulling your body closer to his, “You always will be.”
Stiles accepted you moving closer to him, he wrapped and arm around you and used his other to tilt your chin upwards, kissing you tenderly. As he pulled away there was a look of hope in his eye, but something else that you couldn’t decipher. He smiled weakly at you, “I love you (Y/N),” he whispered, his brown eyes scanning your face.
You pushed yourself into his chest, wrapping your arms around his frame and muttering into his bare chest, “I love you Stiles.”

You walked into the school, a smile firmly placed on your face as the girls spoke about their weekend. Jenny was talking about her date with Mark while Anna was laughing about something Hayley had said. You spotted your brother across the hall and waved as the girls started swooning over him.
“Hey, big bro. How was practice?” You asked with a sweet smile.
“It was good. Hey, what time is mom co-”
“Yo, Xavier, you forgot your phone!” You heard a voice exclaim as he spluttered out the changing room.
“Thanks, Stilinski.” Your brother laughed before pocketing his phone.
“Hi Y/N.” Stiles muttered with a grin.
“Hi, Stiles.” You giggled as he ran his hands through his hair which was still wet, from what you guessed was the showers. You walked off with the other girls who instantly started gossiping about your brother.
“I dunno about Xavier but Stiles got hot recently.” Anna sighed, fanning herself before bursting into a fit of laughter along with the other girls.
“Anna’s right, Stilinski buffed up and grew his hair out. He looked like the perfect guy, I mean if you get rid of the spazziness.” Jenny snorted, as she flipped her hair over her shoulder.
“I gotta go grab something from my car before class, I’ll see you later!” You exclaimed cheerfully before making your way to your car.
You took out a packet of cigarettes lighting one up before taking a much-needed drag. You felt yourself instantly relax. It wasn’t like you hated your friend it’s just they were very superficial and you had enough superficial people in your life to know that you’d never have true friends as long as you kept them around. You glanced at your phone as you took another drag from the cigarette.
Mom - ‘Going out tonight won’t be back till late. Use the credit card to eat out.’
Dad – ‘Working late tonight.’
You snorted as you read your parent’s texts before throwing your phone into your Prada handbag. As you took another drag you heard someone speak from behind you.
“You know that’s bad for you right?” You’d recognise that voice anywhere. That voice was attached to the man you’d fantasised about on a regular basis. Stiles Stilinski.
“You know it’s rude to pry right?” You snarled as you took another drag.
“Oh, so now that your friends and brother aren’t round you show your true colours.” He snorted sarcastically.
“No, more like I don’t feel the need to act like a fake Barbie doll now my friends aren’t around.” You sighed as crouched down.
“I used to know someone like you.” He chuckled, as he squatted down in front of you.
“Lydia Martin.” You huffed with a laugh.
“The love of Stiles Stilinski’s life.” You added sarcastically.
“Oh, so you heard about that?” Stiles laughed, running his hands through his slowly drying hair.
“Everyone knows. It’s also like everyone knows not to touch Lydia now because it’s like a written law that you two will end up together. Small town. People gossip.” You scoffed irritably.
“Lydia’s in love with someone else. I’m over her. We’re friends. I know you were dating Kieran and everyone kept saying you two were the perfect couple that you’d marry each other straight outta high school but last week you broke up.” Stiles retaliated softly with a sad smile.
“He didn’t know the real me. Seemed cruel to keep leading him on.” You muttered with a frown as you thought about your parent’s marriage.
To everyone in this town your family was perfect and rich but behind closed curtains, your entire family was fucked. Your brother smoked weed constantly, your mother was an alcoholic and your father was a cheating piece of shit that brought his mistresses home.
It’s not a family if you have to pretend.
“You’re different from what I thought.” Stiles whispered, more to himself than you.
“Why? Because I’m not perfect?” You huffed with a dark laugh.
“No. You seem less…Doll-like…I feel like when I see you I’m staring at a fragile doll-like if I touch you or stare too long you’ll break.” Stiles sighs sadly, causing you to stare at him in shock. He hit the nail on the head. You put out your cigarette before glancing up at him with a sad smile.
“Sometimes the things that go on behind closed doors are things that have to be hidden for the sake of the family.” You replied the words taken from something your mother once told you.
“If you can’t be true to yourself then you’re not living. You’re just breathing.” Stiles shot you a sympathetic smile that should have pissed you off but somehow it made you smile back.
“My mom drinks…” You started as you stared at the ground.
“She does it to forget my dad’s infidelity.” You laughed your tone dark and hateful.
“That’s fucked up, dude.” Stiles huffed angrily.
“You’re telling me…My brother started smoking weed last year to deal with it but now it’s like half the time I see him…He’s fucking stoned out his mind.” You whispered, the pain now evident in your voice.
“I’m the first person you’ve told about this aren’t I?” Stiles muttered as he stood up, holding his hand out so he could help you up.
“Yeah. I’ve seen you with your friends…You’re loyal. I feel like I can trust you.” You stated as you stared into his eyes looking for any sign you’d just fucked up by telling another person about your fake family.
“I won’t tell a soul.” Stiles chuckled a big grin on his face.
“Thanks, Stiles. You’re lucky to have friends and a dad like the Sheriff.” You commented shyly.
“You know my dad?” Stiles commented confusion in his voice.
“Yeah, he’s brought back my brother stoned or drunk a few times. Your dad never books him for it because I have a feeling he has an idea what goes on behind closed doors. He’s a good man.” You muttered softly as you remembered the conversation you had with the Sheriff.
“Thanks. I think so too.” Stiles huffed proudly. You giggled at his expression before walking off.
“Bye Stilinski!” You chuckled over your shoulder earning an excitable wave from the boy in return.
Over the next few weeks you hung out with Stiles after school, occasionally some days he couldn’t come due to plans with his friends but if he couldn’t hang he’d text you constantly. You’d grown closer and it made you happy to be able to talk to someone about your problems.
You got out of your car grabbing your white leather Chanel handbag before spotting Stiles’ jeep pull up. You looked around to check that your friends or brother weren’t about before running up to him and jumping on his back, not realising Scott was at the other side of the car.
“Good morning Sti.” You giggled as you kissed his cheek.
“Good morning princess.” He retorted sarcastically before glancing at Scott who was now staring with wide eyes.
“Stiles, why is Xavier’s baby sister kissing you?” Scott muttered making you now very aware of his presence.
“I-I only kissed his cheek I m-mean…It’s not l-like I…ya know.” You stuttered nervously as you looked around to check no one else had noticed the display.
“Hey, Y/N, breath he’s just shocked. He doesn’t care.” Stiles chuckled softly as he ruffled your hair, earning a glare from you as you fixed your hair.
“No, I don’t mind, just wondered. I didn’t realise you two were friends…Wait! Is this the girls you’ve been texting constantly, that’s had you smiling every 5 seconds.” Scott laughed as he pointed at Stiles with an amused face.
“No!” Stiles shouted quickly.
“No!?” You snapped angrily as you glared at him.
“I mean yes!” Stiles corrected earning an eye roll from both you and Scott.
“How come you never talk in school?” Scott asked causing you to freeze.
“I didn’t wanna drag her down to my nerd depths.” Stiles chuckled as he scratched the back of his neck awkwardly.
“Scott’s right, we should talk in school too!” You exclaimed as your heart started thumping nervously.
“Y/N, you don’t have to-”
“No, come on you can walk me to my locker!” You giggled plastering a fake smile on your face which you were sure Stiles could decipher by now. You linked arms with him and began walking towards the school.
“Ha! No.” Stiles shook his arm out of yours shocking you and Scott.
“I am not walking in there linking arms. I’ll look like your new gay bestie!” Stiles exclaimed dramatically causing you and Scott to burst out laughing. He threw his arm over your shoulder with a grin.
“And walking in like you’re my new Bae is better?” You snorted as you wrapped your arm around his waist.
“Don’t ever say Bae again or I’ll disown you but yes it's better.” Stiles laughed sarcastically, earning a slap to his chest from you.
“I’d rather you really were my boyfriend but ya know.” You muttered under your breath.
You walked into school with Stiles’ arm slung around you and it took all of 5 seconds before the whispers started. You kept your head up knowing if you lowered it, people would think you had something to be ashamed of.
Scott glanced at you with wide eyes as if asking if you were okay but you just sent him a smile. He walked you to your locker where your friends were waiting. He gave you a hug before kissing your forehead.
“Laters, princess.” He chuckled as you shot him a heart-warming smile.
“Bye.” You whispered shyly and once he was gone the hyenas were on you so fast, you almost didn’t even see them move.
“You’re dating Stiles!?” Jenny whisper yelled with wide eyes.
“No.” You muttered quietly wishing you could say yes.
“Then why did he call you princess and kiss you!?” Anna questioned angrily.
“He’s a friend of mine.” You answered sweetly, trying to stop yourself from strangling each and every one of them. You ignore the rest of the questions and head to class as you took deep breaths and tried to calm down.
When lunch came around you were worn out from all the questions from other students had been asking, so when lunch came around you went to the cafeteria and took your food to Stiles’ table. You looked around the table seeing no chairs so you just sat on Stiles’ knee. He made no comment as you started eating your lunch but you could see every one of his friend staring at you.
“Why is Xavier’s sister sitting at our table?” Liam asked quietly.
“I have a name too, Dunbar.” You huffed angrily as you shot him a frown.
“Y/N, right?” Lydia asked sassily.
“Yes, Lydia.” You answered just as sassily.
“Woah! What happened to make you all pissy?” Stiles asked as he looked into your eyes.
“Nothing.” You sighed as you looked away from his intense gaze.
“Oh no, we’re not doing this again, princess. Tell me.” Stiles sighed his brow furrowing slightly.
“I’ve been hounded none stop since this morning and I really want a smoke but I promised you I wouldn’t.” You pouted as you glanced at him briefly. Stiles nodded before picking up a fry and holding it to your lips without any more questions.
“My question is why is she sat on Stiles’ knee?” Malia growled causing you to freeze. You remembered her and Stiles dating for a while but you were sure they’d broken up. Maybe you’d been wrong.
“Why does that matter?” Jackson huffed obnoxiously.
“There were no seats and Stiles is single and obviously her friend.” Ethan added earning a nod from Scott.
You tried not to smile so you shoved another chip in your mouth. Stiles tucked your hair behind your ear sweetly before holding out his water bottle for you. You took it with a thank you before taking a sip. The rest of lunch went like this, though I could tell his friends felt a little awkward. Stiles reassured you they just had to get used to you.
After you walked to your locker with him, he placed his hand to the side of your head against the locker. You glanced at him in suspicion before he leaned in and whispered in your ear.
“Your girlfriends are staring from behind their books.” Stiles chuckled against your ear, sending shiver straight down your spine.
“What, so you thought you’d make my life harder to explain by making it look like your whispering dirty shit in my ear.” You whispered back, purposely brushing your lips against his ear. He pulled back biting his lower lip to try and hide his smile.
“I mean if you’d like me to make it easier I could totally whisper dirty things in your ear?” Stiles stated with a smirk. You let out a little snort even though you knew your cheeks were likely red but you couldn’t bring yourself to care.
The rest of the day was filled with more questions and gossip but after spending lunchtime with Stiles you didn’t care. You head was filled with thoughts of him. Stiles had asked if you wanted to have dinner at his but you’d yet to go to Stiles’ house and you were honestly nervous. Would his dad be home? Would his dad like you even though he’d basically arrested your brother more times than you could count?
At the end of the day, you followed Stiles home in your car with a nauseous feeling in your stomach from nerves but you ignored it as you pulled up and got out with your handbag. Stiles slung his arm over your shoulder which made you laugh remembering earlier in the day.
You walked into his house following him to what turned out to be the kitchen. He grabbed two soda’s passing you one silently before his dad walked into the kitchen clearly shocked to see you in his kitchen drinking soda.
“Hi, Y/N.” The Sheriff greeted with a small smile.
“Hi, Sheriff.” You greeted politely, which made his smile widen.
“Please call me Noah. I didn’t know you and Stiles were friends?” He questioned as he pulled out a bottle of water.
“It’s a new development.” You laughed as Stiles looked between you and his dad quietly.
“Oh, are you the new girl my son has been goi-”
“Okaaaaay! That’s enough of that pops.” Stiles exclaimed with a glare.
“Well, it’s good to see Stiles dating again.” The Sheriff huffed with a proud smile.
“Oh, we’re not dating!” You squeaked with a blush.
“God, no need to sound so offended.” Stiles snorted sarcastically.
“The whole school thinks we’re dating if I was offended I’d correct them.” You replied, sticking out your tongue childishly.
“Why does the whole school think your dating?” The Sheriff asked with a raised brow.
“Cos Stiles put his arm over my shoulder when we went into school today, then at lunch he p-”
“THAT’S ENOUGH OF THAT!” Stiles shouted rather loudly causing you to jump.
“Well, that sounds like an eventfully day.” The Sheriff chuckled you nodded cheerfully as he started asking about the rest of your day.
You sat in the living room with the Sheriff while Stiles made tea. His words were fatherly and caring which made you smile down at your lap happily. He asked about your brother which you awkwardly answered but he didn’t judge you or bring it up after that.
“So, you like my son?” The Sheriff questioned as he stared at you over his coffee.
“W-What?” You squealed a blush making its way to your face for what felt like the millionth time that day.
“He may be blind but I’m not.” The Sheriff chuckled causing you to laugh.
“Yeah…He’s sweet and he accepts me for who I am even though my family is screwed up. He’s very affectionate too.” You giggle as you remember all the forehead kisses and hugs he’s given you.
“It appears you’re just as blind as my son.” The Sheriff mumbled making your eyes widen as if you’d miss heard it.
“Pardon?” You asked politely.
“Nothing, anyway Stiles should be done soon why don’t we go and sit in the dining room?” The Sheriff asked with a smile. You gave him a nod and followed after him.
You sat down at the table with the Sheriff as Stiles served up lasagne. After he’d done he stroked your hair. You looked up at him and he kissed your forehead quickly before sitting down. You smiled happily as you dug into the food. Stiles cooking was beyond amazing, which honestly didn’t shock you because you knew his dad worked a lot and his mom wasn’t around so you figured Stiles knew how to cook.
“This is really good!” He exclaimed with a giggle.
“It’s my mom’s recipe she taught me how to make it.” Stiles muttered with a smile. You leant over and ran your fingers through his hair before caressing his cheek with your thumb. He glanced over at you with a grin and nodded to you letting you know he’s was fine.
“You two are so sweet!” You heard a female voice come from behind you. You turned round to see Scott and Mrs McCall stood there.
“Mrs McCall!” You giggled as you ran over to give her a hug.
“Hi, sweetie. I didn’t know you and Stiles had started dating.” You let out a dramatic whine as the Sheriff and Stiles started laughing.
“How do you know my mom?” Scott asked as he sat down with a plate of lasagne.
“Ermm well…” You flushed as you awkwardly pushed your food around.
“Y/N wants to be a nurse when she gets older.” Mrs McCall supplied while wiping sauce off the Sheriff's cheek causing him to grin.
“Really? You never told me that.” Stiles gasped as he reached out to hold your hand.
“This town is kinda accident prone so I want to be able to help people.” You giggled but for some reason everyone froze, causing you to frown. You felt like there was something you should know but you decided to leave it for now and ask Stiles later.
A few seconds later there was a knock at the door you stood telling them you’d get it but what stood at the door shocked you to your core. There stood Jackson and Ethan holding a bleeding man that looked vaguely familiar.
“Oh my god! Get him in here!” You screamed urgently.
“Stiles, can you get me warm water, alcohol and a towel please!” You screamed as they laid the man down on the couch.
“Wh- OH MY GOD, DEREK!” Stiles screamed as he ran up to the man.
“STILES TOWEL, WATER, ALCOHOL GO!” You screamed as you ripped off Derek’s shirt seeing several slash wounds it looked like an animal had mauled him.
“MELISSA, I NEED YOUR HELP!” You screamed as you took off your cardigan and held it to the worst wound. Melissa ran in with Stiles following. You took the towel and water before cleaning most of the blood when you’d done you grabbed the alcohol and looked up at Jackson and Scott.
“Hold him down.” Was all you needed to say before you began cleaning the wounds with alcohol the man thrashed around and roared but right now the fact that this man had glowing blue eyes wasn’t a problem or something you could get scared of, right now you needed to stop his bleeding.
“Ethan, hold his legs.” You screamed as his legs started kicking around.
“Melissa, hold this for now.” You said pointing to the cardigan on the vastly bleeding cut.
“I need you to tell me how to help him. He’s obviously not human and right now I have no idea whether I should call an ambulance or wait.” You sighed as you looked at Stiles.
“Werewolf. He’ll heal fast.” Stiles muttered but instead of questioning you nodded and turned to the Sheriff.
“I need a needle, lighter and thread. Even if he heals faster, it’s not going to stop bleeding until I close it.” You stated softly before turning to Melissa.
“I think we should stitch this one then bandage his torso just until the bleeding stops.” You muttered softly as if asking for her approval.
“Well done, Y/N.” She muttered in a soft motherly tone that made you smile.
After Melissa stitched him up and bandaged him, Derek passed out. You picked up the remaining vodka and took a swing earning a raised eyebrow from the Sheriff. You stood up and crossed your arms.
“I just tended to a bleeding dying man who turned out to be a werewolf. I think I deserve it.” You sighed before turning to Stiles.
“Explain. Now.” You snapped angrily. You weren’t angry because Stiles associated with werewolves you were angry because he didn’t tell you. You had thought he trusted you.
“That is Derek Hale. He’s a werewolf.” He stated simply with an awkward smile.
“That much I already figured out myself, thanks. How many of your friends are wolves?” You sighed knowing that going back a few years Stiles wouldn’t have been seen dead with Jackson but now it was like they had mutual trust.
“That’s not my secret to tell.” Stiles sighed softly.
“Scott, your one right?” You questioned as you turned to him.
“How?”
“My brother has been playing lacrosse with you since freshmen year. You don’t think I noticed when you went from asthmatic and benched to first line with perfect health and reflexes?” You snorted before turning to Jackson and Ethan.
“Ethan and his brother turned up when people started dying last year. I’m gonna go with your one and Jackson…You and Stiles used to hate each other and now you seem to have this weird mutual understanding. So I’m gonna go with you too. So that leaves you.” You pointed to Stiles.
“What, you can’t suss me out?” Stiles chuckled with his arms crossed.
“No, I can’t.” You muttered angrily as you glanced at Melissa you way wiping away Derek’s sweat.
“Derek Hale. Cora Hales big brother and has an Uncle called Peter. The family died in a fire 12 years ago.” You muttered as you stared at the man.
“How do you know that?” Stiles asked suspiciously.
“Laura used to babysit me…” You whispered sadly as you remembered hearing about her death nearly 2 years ago.
“Derek probably doesn’t remember me. We only met once or twice.” You snorted as you remembered the huge crush you used to have on him.
“I used to have a huge crush on him. He’s grown a lot since I saw him so I didn’t recognise him until you said his name.” You muttered as you remembered all the times Laura teased you.
“Why does everyone seem to like Derek Hale!?” Stiles grumbled childishly.
“Because he’s hot.” You, Melissa, Ethan and Jackson said at the same time.
“Objectifying a man while he’s passed out from blood loss. Classy, Y/N.” You heard a gruff voice mumbled. You looked down to see Derek with one eye open.
“I was taught by the best.” You chuckled before you felt an arm wrap around you. You looked to see Stiles glaring at Derek who raised an eyebrow at you.
“No, we’re not dating!” You snapped at him but he sent you a smirk.
“Shut up, I don’t need your opinionated facial expressions, Hale.” You huffed as Stiles snorted next to you, before kissing your temple affectionately
“You grew up.” Derek huffed
“I feel old.” He added making you laugh.
“So who runs the pack?” You asked softly as you glanced at Stiles. Stiles raised an eyebrow at you as if asking how you’d know that a pack needs a leader.
“I read a lot of werewolf romance novels, okay? Don’t judge me!” You huffed with a blush as everyone laughed at you.
“That would be me.” Scott chuckled but his answer had your jaw hitting the floor.
“Scott McCall is an Alpha?” You gasped.
Months after finding out you’d been accepted into the pack as another human member. You had settled in with everyone else, you finally stopped caring about fake friends and pretending to be someone else.
You were currently sat at a pack meeting with Scott talking away about a pack that had asked permission to pass through. You’d zoned out to stare at Stiles who was sat next to Scott with a serious expression. He ran his hands through his hair before biting his lip in what looked to be stressed out manner.
Once the meeting was over you grabbed yourself a water from Derek’s kitchen with a sigh. You wanted to tell Stiles how you felt but you had no idea how. Maybe you should just kiss him? Or jump his bones?
You laughed at the thought, earning a raised eyebrow from Derek who had come to put the coffee pot on. You shot him a grin before skipping back to the living room. The pack were setting up a film so you sought out Stiles, spotting him sat in the corner of one of the couches.
You sat on his knee then looked up at him with a smile which he returned. You decided while the pack was busy you’d make your move. You leaned up and pressed a soft kiss to his lips before turning to the film with a blush creeping up your neck. However, as you finally started calming your heart, you were picked up.
“We’ll be back in a minute.” Stile stated as he carried you to the kitchen bridal style.
“Wanna tell me what just happened?” Stile asked seriously which honestly scared you.
“I-I kissed you?” You supplied, though it came out more like a question.
“Why?” He asked just as seriously as before.
“Because I like you…if not m-more than th-that…” you stuttered your blush coming back tenfold. Just as you were about to get down Stiles cupped both your cheeks and planted a passionate kiss on your lips before pulling back and gazing into your eyes.
“Thank god. I’ve wanted to do that for forever.” Stiles sighed before placing another kiss on your lips.
“Would you do the honour of being my official girlfriend?” Stiles muttered with a small hopeful smile.
“I would love to Sti.” You giggled happily.

Noah Stilinski x teen!reader - to keep you safe
Tumblr media
So I was wondering if you could please write an imagine of Noah stilinski x teen reader. Where the reader has abusive parents and one night, since she's friends with strikes and knows about the supernatural, Noah goes to pick her up to take her to his house since stokes jeep is broken and can't go pick her up, and he heard yells and hits, so he goes in an ya know, takes her parents to the police and then takes her to his house and after that night when she wakes up screaming and Noah comforts her, he resides to adopt her. - @inlovewhithafairytale 💜
TW: mentions of abusive parents!
Glancing at your phone, you set it aside as you turned to carry on doing your homework.
Stiles was getting his dad to come pick you up and bring you over to the pack meeting since he couldn’t, but the sheriff didn’t want text you himself as it could’ve been misinterpreted.
If anything, you were slightly glad that Stilinski decided against letting you know he was coming, because if your parents saw that the sheriff was coming they would be furious with you.
And they were already mad enough since you got home slightly late after school because you were stuck in some traffic.
You could hear them about downstairs, banging around and making a lot of noise as they slammed everything closed.
It put you on edge slightly, but it made it easier to pinpoint where they were, and you were hoping that they would stay down there.
But it didn’t last for long because you heard shouting of your name, so with a heavy sigh, you got up to go down the stairs.
Stilinski didn’t even need to open his car door to hear the shouting coming from inside.
Cautiously he got out, holding his hand to the radio on his shoulder, and he crept closer to the house as the shouting got louder, along with the sound of things being thrown and smashed.
He heard your voice cry out, and he immediately radioed for backup before running to the door, kicking it open.
“On your knees!” He yelled.
Your parents spun around, and seeing him with his gun aimed at them and they got in their knees.
“(Y/N)?” He called.
There was no response, but he could hear your heavy breathing, and the sound of something being moved.
You were refusing to come out of wherever you were hiding yourself, so he cuffed your parents, keeping them in his eye line as he looked around a doorway.
You were stood at the other end of the room.
“Hey kiddo, you alright?” He asked.
You nodded your head, but you refused to look at him.
He waited, spoke to Parrish who came to help, and he made sure your parents were out in the back of the police car before coming back.
He had to carefully walk over the broken glass, and he made his way over to you.
“Hey there kiddo…” he whispered.
He crouched down, and he looked around at all the glass and the broken table next to you.
“What happened?” He asked.
“Fell.” You murmured.
“By accident?”
You shrugged a little and he sighed softly.
“Are you hurt (Y/N)?” He asked you.
“Nothing too bad, I can deal with it…”
“Let me see.”
You showed him your arm which as a decent sized cut on it, but it wasn’t bleeding much, and your face where you had a bloodied nose, and a forming bruise on your cheek.
He nodded his head and shield gently at you.
“Alright, we can handle this. We may need to go to the hospital though for that arm.”
“We can’t please I can’t afford it.”
“Alright, I’ll see about getting Scott’s mom to come to you.”
You nodded and he stood up, going to speak to the other man before he came back over to you.
“Come on, I’m not leaving you here, where’s your bag?”
You pointed to the other end of the room, so Stilinski walked over and picked it up before coming back over.
“Come on then, we’ll come by tomorrow and get some more clothes alright?”
“Okay…”
You trailed after him, getting into the front of his patrol car, keeping quiet as he drove to the station.
He let you wait in his car while he went to deal with your parents.
Once everything was ready and he had done what he needed to do, he came back out to the car to find Malissa there and tending to your arm.
“How did you know we were still here?” Stilinski asked her.
“Scott was driving past, he didn’t want to scare (Y/N) so he didn’t come over, but waited for me.”
“Scott was here?” You asked.
“Yeah, he was driving through to come home.” His mom smiled.
You nodded your head a little, and when she had finished with your arm you got back into the patrol car and waited.
Stiles’ dad spoke to Malissa for a few minutes before he took you back to his.
“Is stiles home?” You asked.
“No, he’s at Scott’s, I think he’s going to stay there so you can have his room for the night, is that alright?”
You nodded your head.
You had been here loads of times, having grown up with the two boys, so you knew how to find Stiles’ room as you set you bag in the desk.
His dad walked over and stood in the doorway.
“How long as this been going on?”
“I don’t know, it’ll be fine tomorrow though.”
“You’re going to go back?”
You shrugged a little.
“Don’t have a choice, gonna have to go home at some point Mr Stilinski.”
“You can stay here for as long as you need, you know that right?” He asked.
“Thank you, but I’ll be okay.”
“Alright, we’ll in the morning we’re going to have to ask you some questions but I’ll be there the whole time.”
You nodded and he left.
You didn’t both to change, you simply just dropped on the bed to go to sleep.
Sleep didn’t last for long, you dreams twisted to nightmares and everything felt all too real.
Your screams made Stilinski jump from his skin and he shot up, running straight up the stairs to the room you were sleeping in and ran in.
“Hey, hey I’ve got you.”
He picked you up, cradling you against him.
“It’s okay, you’re alright. It’s just a dream, it’s a dream (Y/N).”
He held your head to his chest, and he held your tightly.
“Come on, wake up…”
Your eyes snapped open, and your struggled against him so he let you go, and you stared at him in fear.
“It’s alright, you’re safe here. You’re safe okay?”
You stared at him, tears falling down your face.
“Don’t let them hurt me…”
“I won’t, i promise, alright? I’m not letting them hurt you ever again, come here.”
You let Stilinski hug you, and you sniffled a little, and he sighed to himself, resting his back against the wall as he held you.
You were clinging to him for dear life, as if you were to let go and you would be in danger.
So when you fell asleep, he stayed there for a little longer to make sure you were in fact asleep before quietly leaving, but keeping the door open and light on.
Heading downstairs Stilinski ran a hand down his face and sat at the table.
He couldn’t let you go back there, and he couldn’t let you potentially fall into the wrong hands either.
You needed people you felt safe with, and you felt safe with him and stiles.
So there and then he decided he was going to do what it takes to adopt you, to keep you in his care for good

So, running with the fact that actor Linden Ashby once played Johnny Cage in the 1995 cult classic Mortal Kombat and even has his own background in martial arts; I fully headcanon that Sheriff Stilinski would've put baby Stiles in karate or taekwondo classes. Maybe even both. I can see him doing the classes young, getting really good at it and Claudia cheering him on. Maybe his dad would take those parent/child classes with him or hell even teach himself. But I can also see Stiles and the Sheriff no longer doing those classes after Claudia passes away.
Stiles's normal cheering section is quieter with his mother's passing. Martial arts was a Stilinski past time, and not something he shared with Scott surprisingly enough.
Maybe he was friends with Danny before, during practices and maybe even at school. But he couldn't keep looking at his friend without getting sad about all of the times his mom would pick Danny up and take both Stiles and him to tournaments and how she'd make kid friendly and fun granola bars.
Stiles would probably start his training up again (in private) when the whole werewolf business comes about. Starts going back to the dojo, calling it "research" and what not so Scott doesn't ask too many questions. Hopefully reconnects with Danny through doing it, even more hopefully he reconnects with his dad with reuping his martial arts training.
Just, something fun to think about. Ya know?

So I finally sat down and watched the Teen Wolf movie, but it's been out long enough that I feel like it's okay to talk about, but just in case... 🚫*spoilers ahead*🚫
WHAT THE ABSOLUTE FUCK WAS THIS?!?!
1st complaint: literally every single romantic relationship for Malia has felt incredibly forced, even in the show, but none more than whatever the hell she and Parrish had! I might except some arguments for Stalia, but I always knew Stydia would be endgame...
Speaking of Stydia... let's talk about my 2nd complaint which is that trash throw away ✨️reason for Lydia leaving Stiles✨️ "idea" are you- are you really telling me, the girl that was able to convince a whole group of people and HIS FATHER that Stiles even existed after everyone forgot him and was able to bring him back into existence would just... leave him after a DREAM?!?! She fought against everyone telling her she was crazy for remembering someone who supposedly never existed, but she wouldn't fight for a reason to stay with the love of her life??? Cause that's not the Lydia I remember! She was stubborn, brave, and most of all she believed in her ideas cause she knew how smart she was! This just seemed like the "must use woman's pain to further plot" trope. On top of having a reason for Stiles not to be there since Dylan couldn't be in the movie.
3rd complaint: did none of the relationships the show workout or something? Like... why did Scott AND Argent not want Melissa to know they were in town? Argent and Melissa were so cute! She helped him heal and move on, he actually liked and let her be the strong independent woman she always was. I don't particularly care that Allison came back, I wasn't crazy about how they handled it, but whatever. I think Allison would've been happy to see her dad happy again after how he was after her mom died and then eventually her... instead of lonely and grieving his life away.
But no, Melissa and Argent gone.
But also Stydia... gone.
Scalia... gone.
And from what little I gathered Ethan and Jackson are... something. But Jackson is apparently comfortable just being gone and lying to him about why.
Speaking of being gone... onto my 4th complaint! ALL OF PETER HALE'S CHARACTER DEVELOPMENT WAS JUST GONE!!! Like they had me in his first scene with the blow torch, that was just regular old sassy Peter, but then he was just all Gung-ho for killing Allison and right back to his revenge filled ways. He was so protective and ready to finally be a dad for Malia at the end of the show, granted he still had a long way to go, but he was finally fighting with the pack and mending his relationship with Derek. When Scott is monologuing at the end of the final episode he says "Now we have allies who used to be enemies. We have protectors." And it cuts to a clip OF PETER FREAKING HALE!!!!! Like I wasn't expecting perfection, Peter was always a bit of a d*ck, but for all of his progress to just be gone was heartbreaking. Only redeeming part was the cigar and blowtorch bit because it had so much Doc Ock 2004 vibes.
And finally Derek... I just- I can't... I know it's cliche and cringey to say, but this movie is not canon for me. Because if it was, that means I would have to admit all the garbage I just watched was real. And I will not accept that. Most of all Derek's fate... Just no.
Anyway... I could continue, but I would be going on forever with complaints. The way I see it is, I still love the show and I will still watch it. This movie doesn't exist and the characters are all still out there together living their best lives as they should be.
The End.
