- Here is a poem for anyone going through illness, hardship, or silent pain.
Whispers of the Angel
I have heard death's whispers many times. It calls me like an old friend— a friend I’d rather stay away from, but a friend nonetheless.
He does not knock, nor does he wait for permission. He walks like shadow beside me, scary—but dutiful. An angel, bound not by malice, but by obedience to my Lord.
He does not speak. He simply stands when my soul trembles in sujood, when the wind stills at night, when my heart aches for things it cannot name.
He has seen the faces of kings and children, the lovers of dunya, and the lovers of Allah.
To the heedless, he comes like lightning— To the prepared, like a quiet pull toward home.
Sometimes I wonder if he’s near, when I can’t sleep. When my mother’s voice trembles in du’aa. When I feel too heavy for this earth, and too sinful for the sky.
But I know… He only moves when my Lord commands. He has no power of his own. He is not cruel. Just certain.
So I wait, not with eagerness, but with submission. Not with longing, but with hope.
That when he comes, he will not find me empty. He will not find me far.
Let him find me with Qur’an on my lips, and Allah in my heart. Let him take me, if I am ready.
And if I am not… then let me live only to become so.
-Ruhaya 🤍

okay, so what do British/American have in common
the word 'herb' is pronounced differently in both countries
what i heard: picked up by you knowing the game 'resident evil'
the Torah: lol, you knew why women have in common with that is how they're used (reason why humanity sank is because of that reason only (why resident evil logic will exist now that the word 'herb' is more prefectural than you saying the realistic way version (answer: Herb (with the 'h')
the Qur'an is revealed in the game in order and i say it's The Walking Dead and you knew i lived it (the show producer's (Allah&co.) say i'm safe, you're all being challenged there (that's Earth according to Gallifrey (Doctor Who, so you know i'm from there (how my autism occurs to me is you thinking of a David Tennant's no man ideaology to me Matt Smith talking (you knew i had it too hard for him but me 'giving him up' was resolute to my religion more than me saying 'i'll be back in the walking dead universe and i had sex with him there (why Zilm hates me)

أَلَمْ يَأْنِ لِلَّذِينَ آمَنُوا أَنْ تَخْشَعَ قُلُوبُهُمْ لِذِكْرِ اللَّهِ ؟
Has the time not come for those who have believed that their hearts should become humbly submissive at the remembrance of Allah ?

Allah SWT may delay answering your prayers, and your waiting has been long in anticipation, and your patience has almost run out, until your heart is filled with the servitude of contentment and the tranquility of submission, and you are thankful in your tragedies and thankful in your trials, and then He honors you by answering, and your heart has been filled with meanings of certainty and submission, and what a beautiful answer it is when it is coupled with, “Indeed, we found him patient.”🌱

In times of trouble, prayer provides a sturdy support. It gives us the strength to face challenges and not give up. The Quran says, “And seek help through patience and prayer, and indeed, it is difficult except for the humbly submissive [to Allah]” (Surah Al-Baqarah/Verse 45). This shows how prayer can be a source of strength and patience.

“ we do not custom make Islam to serve us, we change ourselves to fit in Islam, we do not make Islam change, we change our own characters to fit Islam, because this is the meaning of the word Islam, it is complete submission! Submission to Allah سبحانه وتعالى “

This will be the last photo I upload of myself.
My journey has lead me to a place I never truly believed I could find, I am living in a relationship with a man, within the boundaries set by my faith in Islam. It will never be widely accepted, and I can live with that. However I'm starting to see the end to my online presence, and wanted to mark it with a memory.
My life has changed so much, some things I am struggling with, by such is the nature of sacrifice for the good of self improvement. Television and music are distant memories, I've tried to limit idle time online to a few minutes a day, and my love has helped to teach and guide me, spending time that benefits and educates rather than just the self indulgent entertainment that as westerners we are brainwashed into.
I'm sure my love would not approve of this tumblr account and I'm sure I will delete it at some point in the near future as my fairh and he are becoming my sole focus day to day. At the moment it serves as a reminder of my path, but also still fulfils some inspiration, (there is some among the porn), and until I am truly content with my life and will commit to it without the nervous fear I still have it will remain active.
I know for every one trans girl out there who claims to be in the 'trans muslimah sisterhood' and wants to live as a wife in an Islamic relationship, there are 999 who are only turned on by the perception of subjugation and submission.
There's lessons here I can give, but I'm not qualified to, I'll just say follow your heart but focus your mind, and be careful what you wish for. I've given up everything for something that will in reality be short lived, but by Allah's grace will be the best life I can ever live.
Zehra. X

ten stages of a Muslim believer ♡

"Surely, men who submit themselves to God and women who submit themselves to Him, and believing men and believing women, and obedient men and obedient women and truthful men and truthful women, and men steadfast in their faith and steadfast women, and men who are humble and women who are humble, and men who give alms and women who give alms, and men who fast and women who fast, and men who guard their chastity and women who guard their chastity, and men who remember Allah much and women who remember Him — Allah has prepared for all of them forgiveness and a great reward" (33:36)
if you think about this quote, you might see that these 10 attributes actually lead on from each other. they're almost like different stages one after the other that ultimately lead to a complete devotion to Allah سُبْحَٰنَهُۥ وَتَعَٰلَىٰ and a way of living. for example:
submission to 'submit' means to accept. so submitting requires one to accept the truth of Allah through reason and common sense. for example, you look around in the world and think - 'there is definitely a Creator who made all of this'. it's common sense. so you submit yourself to Allah.
believe this submission leads to the belief in Allah. to believe, you combine your emotions and feelings with reason. you're not just accepting that there is a God, you truly believe in Him.
obey your belief in God then leads you to obey Him. He is your Lord. you've submitted, you believe and now you're attracted towards your Creator and you love Him and want to please Him. so you obey His commands.
be truthful obeying Him now means that you take on certain attributes, honesty being one of them. you face trials and tribulations but remain honest. you tell the truth even when it's hard.
be patient the trials and tribulations that you face in this life now give you sabr, a beautiful realisation that you're free from the love of wordly things and instead, understand that this life is a temporary abode. so you're patient and take hardship on for His sake as you wait for the great reward of the true life, the true home. Jannah.
be humble however, through these trials and through patience, you still remain humble. you understand that as humans, we are weak and Allah is completely perfect and have humility in prayer and are free from arrogance in your heart towards other people.
give charity being patient and humble now make you realise that you should be selfless and give to others, share your blessings with those who are less fortunate than you
fast this is also a sacrifice, a greater sacrifice than just giving money. you sacrifice your needs - food and water - to attain righteousness, be more conscious of the blessings He provides and for a reminder of those less fortunate than us. that comes with being humble and patient.
be chaste a believer also guards themselves to block out any access to sin, are morally pure in all ways - physically, emotionally, mentally, spiritually chaste and pure. this also comes with submitting, believing, obeying, patience, humility and selfless acts as they make you more righteous, and in turn, make you want to be chaste
remember God through having these attributes and making these actions, you remember Allah through it all. you praise Him, you do it for His sake. not to show other people, but are so engrossed in his Bounty that you remember Him with all that you do. everything reminds you of Him. there's nothing that doesn't remind you of Him.
#opened the Qur'an to this quote today and really needed it and thought about it and knew i had to make a post on it#excited to Qur'an journal more and interpret and analyse more and journal my thoughts :')#islam#muslim#sabrgirl#ramadan#religion#prayers#allah#islamic#quran#muslims#dua#salah#salat#God#zikr

How to gain the love of Allah
Ibn Qayyim lists 10 things we can do to gain the love of Allah:
1) Recitation of the Qur’an with reflection and with understanding.
2) Performing voluntary deeds.
3) Remembering Allah in every situation – with our hearts, actions and deeds.
4) Preferring the love of Allah over our what we love.
5) Reflecting on Allah’s Names and Attributes.
6) Witnessing His favours and blessings, both hidden and open.
7) To be humble and submissive before Allah.
8) To seclude oneself in worship.
9) Keeping company with those who are truthful in their love of Allah.
10) Staying away from all that comes between the heart and Allah.
Ibn al-Qayyim al-Jawzīyah, Madārij al-sālikīn

Men today fear the haqq because it is not popular, because it is not winning, because it is painful. It brings humiliation. Men of the past defended the truth; they made the haqq their barrier, strengthening the truth we know today. They did not fear the blame of the blamers. But today, no one is ready to take action because the haqq has become strange, and everyone who takes it seriously is a stranger—a stranger among strangers.
You see them supporting the mujahideen, but deep in their hearts is nifaq. They criticize them, thinking that Allah has promised victory at all times in this dunya to those He loves. But that is not true. He has kept the strangers in tests, beautifying their book of records for them. He has increased the deluded in their delusion. And when the mujahideen do something praiseworthy that earns public approval, these people are quick to show their support. But when the mujahideen do something unpopular, they think badly of them. There is nifaq in their hearts.
Protect your heart from men who are not serious about haqq, for they will ruin your akhirah for you. You do not abandon the truth just because it is not doing well. You do not abandon the truth just because it is difficult. Why should it be easy? The haqq of today is the haqq of the past—time does not change the religion. Name one person who did not suffer. Name one Sahabi you appreciate today who did not suffer in one way or another. Name one prophet you praise and remember with respect today who was not tested by Allah. Name one scholar whose opinions you follow who was not humiliated and jailed by the leaders of their time.
So why do you expect the haqq to come to you easily? Why should you be given the haqq without any trials while expecting the free ticket to Jannah that Allah granted to Sayyidah Sumayyah? What have you done to deserve it? Who told you Jannah is easy? It is a give-and-take—money and lives, all for Allah. Submission. Slavery to Allah. Hatred for His sake. Love for His sake.
If you continue to have nifaq in your heart towards those with purer tawhid than yours, if you desire in your heart what Allah has given to the disbelievers to enjoy in this dunya, then you are diverting from Sirat al-Mustaqeem. And there is no other way.
And what is there, after truth, but error?
